The 7th layer in Superphysics is the 2nd layer in Bio Superphysics – water or liquids.
This is the organic equivalent of the Conversion layer in Material Superphysics which creates chemical changes and is the basis of Chemistry.
Likewise, we put it as the basis of Biochemistry.
The human body is mostly water, and all living things need water.
Jala is the Sanskrit term for the Water element. It represents fluidity, flow, nourishment, and connection.
In Ayurveda and traditional wisdom, it is one of the five fundamental building blocks of all life, present in bodily fluids, blood, lymph, and the subtle currents of emotion and consciousness.
When Jala is balanced, it sustains life; when stagnant or disturbed, it opens the door to illness, emotional heaviness, and premature aging.
In humans, this is based on the sex chakra. This is consistent with humans using their sex organ to pee.
In Medicine and Physical Healing
Jala is central to bodily function and restoration:
- Nourish and Cleanse: It delivers nutrients to cells, flushes waste, and lubricates joints and organs. Imbalance manifests as dehydration, swelling, poor circulation, or digestive issues. Treatments prioritize restoring fluid balance through hydration, herbal remedies, and gentle therapies that encourage smooth flow.
- Support Repair and Regeneration: Water is the medium for all chemical reactions in the body. Practices aligned with Jala—such as hydrotherapy, soothing herbal infusions, and proper rest—aid tissue repair, reduce inflammation, and support the body’s natural healing ability.
- Regulate Vital Systems: Balanced Jala stabilizes body temperature, balances electrolytes, and supports immunity, forming the foundation of physical resilience.
For Mental Health and Emotional Balance
Jala governs the emotional body, mirroring its nature:
- Soothe and Release: Like calm water, balanced Jala brings peace, empathy, and adaptability. Stagnant Jala shows up as overwhelm, sadness, emotional numbness, or holding onto past hurts. Practices like gentle swimming, quiet reflection, or connecting with natural water help release stuck emotions and restore emotional flow.
- Calm Restlessness: Just as water absorbs and softens impact, Jala energy quiets overactive thoughts, eases anxiety, and fosters emotional stability.
- Deepen Intuition: Clear, flowing Jala sharpens inner awareness and intuition, helping us connect with our true feelings rather than reacting impulsively.
For Longevity and Sustained Vitality
Water is the essence of renewal and preservation:
- Preserve Youthfulness: Proper Jala balance keeps tissues supple, maintains energy levels, and prevents the dryness and stiffness linked with aging. It supports steady, sustainable vitality rather than fleeting bursts of energy.
- Prevent Stagnation: The greatest threat to longevity in traditional terms is stagnation. Keeping Jala moving—through adequate hydration, gentle movement, and emotional openness—prevents buildup that leads to chronic illness and fatigue.
- Foster Adaptability: Water adjusts to any shape without losing itself. Cultivating this quality helps us navigate life’s changes with grace, reducing stress that wears down the body and mind over time.
