The 9th layer in Superphysics is the 4th layer in Bio Superphysics – chi or vayu, called Air Element in ancient Greece.
In Descartes Physics, this is the subtle 2nd Element that causes our emotions.
This is currently used by:
- Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine
- Tai Chi and Kung Fu
In humans, this is based on the heart chakra. This is consistent with those humans who feel for others as being expansive.
In Healing
The air element is used by the body to re-energize and heal during sleep as the chi flows through the pineal gland and goes back to the body.
- Ayurveda & Vayu: Vayu governs all movement in the body—circulation, breathing, digestion, and nerve signals. When balanced, it supports vitality; when disturbed, it causes pain, anxiety, or organ dysfunction. Treatments like herbal remedies, massage, and yoga are designed to restore Vayu’s rhythm, not just treat symptoms.
- Chinese Medicine & Chi: Chi flows through pathways called meridians. Blockages are linked to pain, fatigue, and chronic illness. Practices such as acupuncture, acupressure, and qigong remove obstructions, rebalance energy, and boost the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Note: These are complementary therapies, not replacements for modern medical care.
Monk Levitation and Energetic Mastery
Accounts of monks and practitioners appearing to float or hover—often linked to advanced meditation—are tied to complete command over vital energy:
- In esoteric traditions, levitation is seen not as a trick, but as a sign of deep spiritual discipline: the practitioner raises and concentrates Vayu or Chi to such a degree that they transcend physical weight and gravitational pull. It is considered a rare byproduct of mastery, not a goal in itself, reserved for those who have purified body and mind through years of practice.
In Metaphysics
Beyond the physical, this force is the bridge between body, mind, and spirit:
- Energy Alignment: It is used to clear emotional blockages, dissolve limiting beliefs, and connect with higher states of awareness.
- Subtle Influence: In metaphysical practice, balanced vital energy strengthens intuition, enhances manifestation, and fosters harmony with the natural world and universal rhythms.
