The 8th layer in Superphysics is the 3rd layer in Bio Superphysics – prana or the Fire Element in Ancient Greece.
Prana is Sanskrit for “life force” or “breath”.
In Descartes’ Physics, this is the subtle 1st Element.
This is the invisible energy that animates all living things.
To those people who are at 4th density or have their 5th chakra activated, this is seen as the aura, just like a high energy flame will have light reaching a wider spatial range.
To normal 3rd density people, this is perceived as:
- Freshness of food: stale or rotten items will have no prana or negative prana as viruses and bacteria
- A relaxing feeling from being with nature: Conversely stress is the deprivation of prana
- Faster healing when one is happy
In humans, this is based on the navel chakra. This is consistent with humans using their stomach to digest or burn food.
In Medicine and Physical Healing
Prana is central to Ayurveda and integrative healing practices:
- Restoring Balance: Illness is viewed as a disruption or deficiency of prana. Practices like Pranayama (breath regulation), yoga, and energy work replenish prana and remove blockages, helping the body’s own repair systems function at their best.
- Speeding Recovery: Pranic healing and breath-based therapies direct fresh life force to injured or diseased tissues, supporting faster recovery from surgery, infections, and chronic conditions.
- Boosting Vital Functions: Proper prana flow improves circulation, digestion, immunity, and nervous system stability—acting as a natural regulator for the entire body.
For Mental Health and Emotional Balance
Prana directly shapes how we think and feel:
- Calming the Mind: When prana is agitated, the mind becomes restless, anxious, or overwhelmed. Slow, rhythmic breathing settles prana, easing stress, anxiety, and emotional reactivity.
- Clearing Mental Fatigue: Stagnant prana leads to brain fog and low focus. Practices like alternate nostril breathing refresh energy flow, sharpen concentration, and restore mental clarity.
- Emotional Release: Blocked prana often traps unresolved emotions. Re-establishing its flow helps release grief, fear, and tension, bringing emotional stability and inner peace.
For Longevity and Sustained Vitality
Traditional teachings link prana directly to lifespan and quality of life:
- Preserving Life Force: It is believed that each person has a fixed amount of prana; how efficiently we use it determines how long and how well we live. Calm breathing, moderation, and mindful living conserve prana for long-term health.
- Slowing Aging: Balanced prana supports healthy cell function and reduces the physical toll of stress, helping maintain strength, mobility, and energy well into older age.
- Building Resilience: Regular cultivation of prana strengthens the body and mind against environmental stressors, seasonal illnesses, and age-related decline.
