The progression of numbers as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.. makes the mind follow a path of instances. In reality this exposes two things:

  1. The flow direction

This is controlled by ppsitive and negative signs

  1. The amount

This is controlled by the number which is really the numerical quality of an instance.

As humans are visual creatures, this flow and number is easily converted into paths and points.

This leads to lines and dimensions, which is covered by the art of geometry.

This leads to geometrical operations like:

  • squaring and cubing
  • integration and differentiation
  • vectors and tensors
