Section 1 explained static vortex numbers, giving importance to bases.

These are used for physical constants which are numbers seen in Nature, and math constants seen in the relationship between ratios.

Since the universe is dynamic then all constants are actually never ending.

Math calls never ending numbers as irrational numbers.

On the other hand, numbers that are never constant or probabilistic are called complex numbers.

The core mechanism that makes them probabilistic is the imaginary number, which we call a unit void or unit spin.

This is because imaginary numbers are aethreal i.e. the cause of the probabilisticness of imaginary numbers is the arbitrary nature of the aether.

Complex numbers are the core components of Superfractalization which plots the relational spins of discrete identities.
