The Previous chapter explained the 2 perspectives in society:
- Personal
- Societal or Collective
This leads to 2 kinds of perspectives of economic value:
- Use Value
- Exchangeable Value
Use value is regulated by personal budgeting which involve personal arithmetic and algebra.
Exchangeable value however is more complex as society has a more complex nature than an individual, as it is made up of many individuals.
Morality as Regulator of Exchangeable Value
While the conscience is the regulator for the self, morality is the regulator for society by activating the common interest over the selfish interest.
