The 3 Phases of the Cryptic Journey
These paths are the expansion upon the Journey of the Cryptic.
Willah will take you through the meditation today to allow you to experience not only an enhancement of what she has given you with regard to your experience in the forest, but also taking you into the next level, the animal path, so you can enhance your communication and connection to the animals. From there, in the fall, to the elemental path to enhance your communication and connection to the nature spirits and elemental beings that exist on your planet alongside you.
The idea to understand about this particular journey is how it is structured. It is in three phases: the forest, animal, and elemental paths. Each phase has three basic steps, so you have nine steps in all. Willow has given you the first step of the forest path when she described the meditation with your back to a tree facing a body of water and extending your senses into the underground root system and mycelial network to be able to start becoming more sensitive to the communication going on between all the trees and the fungal network.
There will be two more steps to this, but first you’ll be taken through the animal path’s first step (in the spring) and the elemental path’s first step (in the fall). Then Willow will wind back to the second step of the forest path, the animal path, the elemental path, and then wind back to the third step that will truly expand and enhance your ability to perceive the things that have been invisible to you up to this moment in each of those phases.
This journey entails a commitment to walk this shamanistic path, this cryptic path. All nine steps entail the cryptic path so that when you accomplish those nine steps, you will be taken by Willow to the next level altogether, which is the nocturnal phase. It too is composed of nine elements, as are all of the different major phases. This is a journey that will give you the opportunity to really hone your senses to the things that have been invisible to most of your society for quite a long time. As you go through each step and each level of each phase, you will begin to experience synchronistically more through your senses of the beings, the consciousnesses, the expressions of reality that exist all around you.
Sometimes people on your planet do slip into vibrational states that allow them a glimpse into these realities; otherwise, you wouldn’t even have stories of nature spirits and animal communication. This will not only enhance your ability to anchor and ground yourself in nature in a very powerful way, but it will enhance your ability also to raise your frequency to the specific levels that are necessary for open contact with extraterrestrial consciousness off your planet as well.
Today, Willow will take you herself through the first step of the second phase of the animal path to allow you the opportunity to practice your communication with your animal family on Earth, and to proceed from there along this cryptic shamanistic path. This is for the overall enhancement not only of yourself individually, but by putting out the vibration in your world that you undertake by doing this particular kind of journey, that will give more people on your planet the opportunity to key into and tap into that particular vibration. That vibration can allow you to create a sustainable society in harmonic relationship with nature on all of its levels, so that you may move forward in your shifting of Consciousness and navigate yourself more effortlessly, more easily, more joyfully through the different versions of parallel realities, different versions of Earth, to take yourself bit by bit and day by day to the version that is more reflective of what you say you prefer to experience your reality and physicalness to be.
Conversation 1: Abundance, Inequality, and Redefining Wealth
Question (Kolina): Hi my name is Kolina and I am from Colombia. I’ve seen most of the people struggle with things like payments, dues, health, and so on, meanwhile the 1% has all the money in the world. I don’t think this is fair. You’ve taught us that everything changes in this world except for the laws. So I want to know, how can we as a collective change this in this lifetime?
(Bashar): By broadening your definition of abundance and not focusing so much on the idea that money is the only form of it.
The idea is that if you equalize all forms of abundance—such as being given a gift, having something to trade, imagination, communication, synchronicity—then you can allow whatever form of abundance, including the idea of money as one representation of it, to come together in whatever amounts and percentages they need to form the 100% abundance that someone needs to continue to act on their excitement.
But because there’s been such a high degree of focus on money being the only really valid form of abundance on your planet, you have this apparent unfair inequality. It only seems that way because you’re only focusing on one aspect of abundance.
Abundance is simply the ability to do what you need to do when you need to do it, and there are many ways to allow that to happen.
When you start to relax and expand your definitions of abundance, you will find that you can be equally abundant as anyone you’re calling the 1%, as long as you have the same capacity to do what you truly need to do when you need to do it.
It doesn’t matter what style of abundance you’re using; you’re still abundant equally. It will balance out. People who have more money will realize they don’t need as much to do what they need to do, and then it will spread out a bit more evenly among the population. Everyone will be happy to use whatever form of abundance is necessary at any given moment, and the different forms will equalize themselves throughout the society.
Conversation 2: Reverse-Engineering the Formula
Question: I reverse engineered the formula and apply it for myself. As I understand it, the definition of the formula is to act on my highest excitement to the best of my ability without any insistence on a particular outcome, and stay in a positive state.
The funny part is, if I’m following the formula and being in the flow, I’m not even thinking about it; I’m just in the flow. So then there are times when I’m a little neutral or maybe a little negative, and that’s when I reach for the formula to get back into the flow.
(Bashar): Those moments are not just about going ahead blindly. The idea is recognizing why something may have shifted in your vibration state and getting in touch with the belief system that may have caused the shift.
Remember the tools that come along automatically with the formula, one of which being the reflective mirror that may reveal to you, as you are flowing, what within you as a belief isn’t allowing you to flow. The very idea of discovering some belief within you that is not representative of your excitement is part of your excitement. Therefore, it’s not about just rushing forward but staying with investigating the belief system that brought it up, because that’s the whole point of that moment.
Question: I think I get that. I want to explain the process. I’ve been enjoying it, and it feels successful. I’ve sort of reverse-engineered it because if I’m feeling a little neutral, the word “act” at the beginning of the formula feels like a big thing. So what I did to soften it for myself is I begin with the end in mind: I go to staying in a positive state. I get myself in a positive state, I soothe myself, I remember everything’s here to serve me.
Answer (Bashar): In a sense, looking at the belief is part of the formula, but the idea is that the formula is a circle, with no beginning and no ending, so you can start anywhere within it.
Question: That is so exciting, that’s wonderful confirmation, because I’ve been using it like, remaining positive, because then the “without insistence” part… if I feel I should do something or I need to do something, that feels like I think I need to do this to get that. You’re making it conditional, in other words. Yeah, and that doesn’t feel good; that feels like insistence. So I back off of it and then return to remaining positive, and then I’m able to go through without insistence, resistance, or assumption.
Answer (Bashar): Remember, it’s “no assumption.” The “no assumption” part is that you don’t always know exactly why your excitement came in the form that it did. You don’t want to impose an assumption that the form it came in is what actually has to come to fruition.
Question: That’s really helpful. Because I may be inspired to start a task that I’ll never see through, but that helped me launch to another thing and another thing.
Answer (Bashar): As long as you are clear that you’re not the one dampening your excitement to stop doing the task, then yes, it is a natural waning of the excitement that tells you something else needs to be acted on at that moment, since you’re no longer capable of experiencing your passion in that thing.
Question: I really appreciate that “assumption” part. Thank you. And then the “best of my ability” part—I used to give myself a hard time because I thought it was performance-based, like stronger, smarter.
Answer (Bashar): It is simply, on one level, do your best. But it also means look at the parameters in which you are acting. Some things will not simply allow you to go down a certain path, including synchronicity. Remember there’s positive and negative synchronicity—not negative in the bad sense, but negative in the sense that it might show you not only the idea of an opportunity you can act on, but it might also reveal to you opportunities or pathways that are not your path at that moment and prevent you from acting on them.
The idea is to honor whatever the parameters are in your particular society or culture as well, that you’ve agreed to abide by. For example, some people on your planet have misinterpreted the idea that acting on your excitement means they can ignore your laws. That’s not what we mean. The idea is to acknowledge the parameters that you’ve agreed to in your society, because if you understand that you have agreed to them, then breaking those parameters isn’t necessary in order for you to experience what you need. Use it as a guideline that you can work within those parameters, unless of course it excites you to change them through the system that allows you to do so.
Question: That makes sense. I’m using the “best of my ability” part of the formula to trust synchronicity: things will either unfold easily and flow, or it’ll be disruptive or difficult.
Answer (Bashar): Again and again, at that moment, make sure you’re not the one dampening the excitement. But if you’re not, then that’s the synchronicity telling you this isn’t your path right now.
Question: As a way that I would dampen my excitement, is to be anxious. Or how would I dampen my excitement?
Answer (Bashar): You might be unconsciously afraid of moving forward on the thing that actually would be representative of your passion; therefore you will kill the excitement so that you have an excuse not to move forward, by saying, “Oh well, that doesn’t excite me anymore,” when in fact it actually could if you would get in touch with the belief that is making it appear not to be. That can come from a negative, fear-based belief by saying, “Oh, if you go in that direction, something bad will happen.”
Question: I’ve had that experience, so I appreciate having that extra filter to make sure I’m not the one doing it.
Answer (Bashar): It’s always very important, because again the formula is like an instruction manual and you have to follow the instructions precisely in order for it to be clean in a sense.
Conversation 3: Finding Your Passion Through Fear of Moving Forward
Question (Alex from Thailand): Hello Bashar, my name is Alex, I’m from Thailand. I have a question about how to find my passion. Recently, I’ve been doing a lot of things that don’t give me any motivation to keep on going, and I’ve been procrastinating for quite a long time because I couldn’t find the things that give me the motivation. How can I discover my passion to do things that makes me money and gives me the motivation to keep on going? Thank you very much.
Answer (Bashar): This might require a back-and-forth to really dig deeply into this subject, but at the same time we can say you are clearly passionate about procrastinating. So the idea is to find out what you’re afraid will happen if you don’t procrastinate. That would be simply based on a belief you have that something in your so-called future actions will actually cause you more pain, more difficulty, more suffering than simply holding back.
The idea is to get deeper into an investigation of your belief systems, because all of you are motivated absolutely to do those things you believe serve you and to never do the things that don’t serve you. If you find that you’re unable to move forward in the things you know could serve you, that must mean you have a belief system that says that moving forward would not serve you better than simply staying where you are.
Once you find out why you’re holding onto that belief (which usually means you’re afraid that something worse will happen if you do move forward), and you let that belief go as nonsensical because it’s not a fact that that will happen, then you might start finding yourself more willing to act on things that are representative of your passion. You’ll have reversed the motivational mechanism by no longer being afraid that moving forward will be worse than where you are.
