Discussion: The Fifth Law Proposal
However, now we have been in our society discussing for a while the idea that there may be reason to create or acknowledge the idea of a fifth law. This is not necessarily because we have discovered a truly new principle, but because the idea is a subset of one of the four laws, but a strong enough subset that it may need to stand on its own as its own law.
The reason why we have begun to examine this as a possibility is that we have noticed in many of our interactions with certain civilizations that there are different kinds of interpretations, different kinds of levels of understanding and comprehension, and even different ways in which these concepts are translated into their languages, their ability to perceive concepts, to translate and apply concepts in their respective realities.
We have found that some civilizations have what you may call an easier time of understanding the concept of the laws of creation if this subset is broken out into its own law. Now we are in some ways still discussing this, but one of the reasons we are bringing this up this day of your time in this transmission is to also include you, your world, in the discussion, to give you a little bit, just a hint, just the beginning of a sense of what it’s like to belong to the Interstellar Alliance, the Association of Worlds, to participate in one of our discussions, in one of our challenges, in one of our explorations, to whatever degree excites you.
So the idea we are presenting here today for you is the opportunity to give us what you call your feedback, what you think, your opinion as to whether or not you believe that this subset ought to be called out as a fifth law, with respect either to your own civilization or even just with respect to the general concept of pulling this out into its own law for the sake of clarity for any civilization.
The Subset Defined
The subset now, as we are labeling it, is the concept that we have talked about of the fact that everything exists here and now. So even though the simultaneity of everything, the fact that everything exists all at once here and now, has been discussed by us many times, it has always been in a sense implied within the ideas of the four laws, in the concept that you exist, in the concept that the One is the All and the All are the One. That subset is implied therein because the only way that that could exist, the only way that that could happen, is in fact if everything is here and now and that the concept of space and time and distance is an illusion.
So while this, as we have said, is not really a new concept, the idea of pulling it out into its own law is so thus in having Five Laws potentially.
The Five Laws Structure
- Law Number One: You exist. Can’t change that.
- Law Number Two: The new subset - Everything is here and now.
- Law Number Three: The One is the All, the All are the One.
- Law Number Four: What you put out is what you get back.
- Law Number Five: Everything changes except the first four laws.
If you believe that this provides some additional clarity, an additional reminder that everything is simultaneous, then that might be good reason for you to vote, shall we say, for the idea of Five Laws instead of four. If you believe that it really makes no difference to you and that it is fine as a subset implication within the four laws, then by all means you can share your opinion on that.
The Invitation to Participate
Now these opinions can be shared with us during the time of the live interactions between us after this recorded transmission, when you come up to ask your questions of us or have dialogue with us. We will engage you and ask you for your opinion on this subject. And as we ask you your opinion, your point of view, your perspective on this idea, it will be heard, it will be tallied telepathically to all the individuals who are focused on this idea, this issue at this time within the Interstellar Alliance. For we are opening up our doors as well as our hearts to you, giving you a seat at the table, as it were, to begin a discussion with us, to begin in that sense to learn your place in a sense, to earn your place in a sense—not meaning in that sense that you don’t deserve it anyway, but the idea to truly participate in a way that will allow you to feel more and more engaged within the Interstellar Alliance, give you more opportunities to practice thinking about cosmic issues, and to know that your perspectives are valid and valuable to us.
We invite you in to let us know what you truly think, what you truly believe, what you truly feel about some of the things that we investigate and that we explore in our reality, since eventually you are becoming part of the reality we will share with you and vice versa.
The Question Posed
So is it your opinion thus then that the four laws are sufficient, efficient as they are with all the implications intact? Or do you believe that extra clarity may be required, not only for yourselves perhaps but also for other civilizations that might be similar to your own, or simply have a context or a perception of reality that would require that extra little bit of clarity, just to make sure that these transmissions will be translated in ways that can be truly applied as fully as possible into whatever respective reality we may be transmitting the information about the four laws, including your own?
Honesty About Our Position
Now I will, as you say, be very direct and honest with you in a sense. Especially because all things are simultaneous and all things are here and now, in a sense our civilization has already made up its mind. But please do not allow that to make you feel that we are discounting your opinion, because again everything is flexible, everything is fluid. There are always unlimited probabilities in many of these kinds of ideas and conjectures and explorations. And we are not beyond shifting to a reality that would allow it to appear that we have changed our minds once again.
So by all means, please do not think that just because we may have made up our minds that that gives no power or impetus or credence or validity to your particular opinion on this matter, because it does. And certainly there are other civilizations that had not yet truly decided what they would prefer with respect to this issue. But nevertheless it matters not, as I said, because even though our civilization may have its perspective and as you say have made up its mind in one reality, we are very, very malleable consciousnesses and may find ourselves unexpectedly shifting to another reality where we have no longer made that particular conclusion, which is absolutely fine with us.
But this is simply how we operate at any given moment with any idea that comes into our society. Each individual and the collective is allowed to simply make up its mind, to come to an absolute understanding with total conviction, total understanding, total knowingness that this is so. But you see, in our reality it doesn’t matter if we arrive at absolute and total conviction, because in the very next moment we can have absolute total conviction of something completely different. We do not need to hesitate in our reality to have conviction about an idea because we think we might be missing something, or we might be forgetting something, or we might in that sense not quite get it right. It does not matter because we always know we always have the choice, the freedom to choose to have a completely different opinion and a completely different conviction in the very next instant.
And we don’t see that in any way, shape, or form as a negative idea, because again no matter what conviction we have, and no matter how quickly we may change it, or no matter how quickly any individual within the collective may decide to have a differing opinion in the next instant, we still know that the overriding understanding in our reality, in our society, is that all—no matter what their opinions—by being their true selves, will still automatically and synchronistically mesh and harmonize with every other being. Even if a moment ago one being had opinion A and then shifts to a being in the very next instant that has opinion B, all the other shifts that will occur in that very next instant will balance that out in such a manner as to allow all the individual relationships within the whole to still maintain a sense of proportion and appropriate relationship and balance.
So we’re never worried about the idea that if we change our minds again that something is going to go haywire, because the decision to do so is always made from an absolute place of conviction, not only in what we choose to believe is true or know is true at that particular moment for ourselves individually, but what we also know is true about the idea of how the collective works. And we trust the synchronicity completely, implicitly, to the point where we know that all changes will be balanced out in some way, shape, or form because we act in concert even though we are also acting as fully validated individuals within the collective.
Encouragement to Share Perspectives
So please do not hold back on your opinion just because you might assume we already have our own. We invite you truly to discuss this idea. And if you find—whether you decide that there should be a fifth law or that four should only remain—certainly we invite you to discuss why you have decided what it is you have decided about this. What was your reasoning? What is your logic behind it? What are your feelings behind it? You don’t just have to come up and say “I vote for number five” or “I stay with number four.” It doesn’t have to be that cut and dried. We are interested in your thought processes, in your processes of emotion, in your processes of definition, because this adds to the overall discussion of how these perspectives are arrived at in your particular creative process in your reality. And that in and of itself is information that allows all of us to decide what will work best for all concerned.
For when you can describe the process that allows you to have a perspective or an opinion, what your particular personal reasonings are for why you are choosing what you are choosing, it gives everyone that’s listening in that much more of a well-rounded understanding of how you arrived at this idea and why you arrived at this idea. And it can actually reinforce the process itself by which you arrive at your conclusion, can actually reinforce whether or not others should decide one way or another. Not in that sense to mean that they will have no opinion without yours—not “what should I decide because I have no opinion of my own”—I don’t mean it that way. But by looking at the full picture, the full process, the full experience of how these decisions are made, knowing that you’re participating in a galactic issue even though that may seem to be very small of an issue—it’s not very small, it’s very profound.
So even though you are participating in this in a certain way and have your own opinion about it, the way in which you arrive at your opinion can actually help others understand how they themselves also arrive at their opinion more clearly, or what other paths they can take to arrive at an opinion that they may not even considered taking, because the way you go about it may in some sense be foreign to the way that they would normally go about it. So explaining how you arrived at your opinion can open up for them other ways, other methods, other opportunities for them to think about it, give them other perspectives not only on this issue but other issues that they can also form perspectives and opinions and points of view about.
A Holographic Exercise
So this is a very holographic exercise, very holographic invitation. You are participating in this not just with a single vote but on many different levels. And you are being observed in that participation so that we can not only have the benefit of your perspective but truly have the benefit of your process, and allow your processes to become part of the enrichment of the Interstellar Alliance in how it goes about creating and manifesting the synchronicity that exists within it for all of its members, even including what we may call the honorary ones such as yourself.
But this will be a step in the direction of allowing you to become full-fledged members in time. So the more we invite you and the more you participate at the table of discussion of the Interstellar Alliance on any issues that are put forth, the more you decide to have a say, to have a voice, the more you actively participate, once again you are truly actively displaying your desire, your true desire, to be part of the Interstellar Community, to be taken into account, to be heard, and to be included. And that can help accelerate your ability to participate more and more and more and more.
Review of Both Paradigms
So take a moment now if you wish, and once again review either the idea that law number one is you exist (which hasn’t changed), and in the four laws:

The Vibrational Significance of Five
Now again, not to color your opinion in any way, shape, or form, but we will add another perspective on the idea of going toward Five Laws. And that is that you may recognize that five is the number of humanity, and therefore may actually instill, may set up a very sympatico vibration, a very harmonious vibration in your society when you think of and view and interact with and use and apply the idea of Five Laws as opposed to four. Not that the number four doesn’t have its own significant vibrational patterns in your society—certainly it does, including three and two and one and all the numbers in that sense—but five is the number of humanity itself, symbolically speaking.
And if you’re going to look at the idea of laws—and of course, as we have said, by laws we mean with a capital L, not the idea of the laws of physics which are really just local conditions because they don’t apply everywhere, they can in that sense be changed here and there—but when we say laws, we mean things that are true for everyone everywhere, every dimension throughout all of existence, and that they cannot be changed because these laws are actually the description of the structure of existence itself, the nature of existence itself, and thus can never change. That’s what we mean when we say laws.
So as you examine this idea of these laws and look at the idea of whether four or whether five, you are examining your relationship in this vibrational equation, in this signature frequency of four or five. You’re examining your very relationship to the structure of existence itself, and deciding exactly in what way will you choose to feel in alignment with existence, in harmony with existence.
It is also perhaps, if you wish it to be, representative of a shift from one reality to another, one dimension to another, and thus then can be seen perhaps as an accelerator. Even though we understand that many times the idea of acceleration is that things get simpler and more unified, remember that it is not about the idea that we’re adding something new; it’s simply about the idea that we are shifting perspective to add clarity, and clarity is simplifying. So even though we may be adding a number, we are perhaps in adding this number actually simplifying the concept for many beings in creation because they are more capable of, as you say in your language, wrapping their minds around it because it speaks to them more clearly than perhaps having subsets or implications do. It is more direct, it is more explicit, it is more literal.
The Value of Your Opinion
So it is up to you to ponder—each individual one of you—to ponder this idea and to know that your opinion will count in ways beyond your imagining. And even though this may seem to be a simple task that we have set on your plate, please believe us, it is not. It is very, very deeply connected to many other things going on that we’re not necessarily going to share with you right now, because even though we have given you a couple of hints about things and ways to look at this issue and examine it, telling you certain other things this is connected to would truly in a sense color your opinion, and that we do not wish to do. We wish you to come at this clearly, cleanly, from a true belief, a true knowingness in yourself as to what you really prefer and why, because we value the essence of your being and have no wish to mold you into matching our opinion or anyone else’s in creation.
We value uniqueness, individuality, and diversity, because as we have said many times, unity is not the product of homogenization. Unity, true unity, true harmony, true Oneness, is the product of the validation of every single difference within creation equally, thus allowing all those differences to find their proper place, their proper relationship with each other, to each other, and thus then create the orchestration that gives rise to the beautiful music of our interactions, the beautiful music of our beings.
So four or five, which of course together is nine, which is a multiple of three—that’s another clue and another hint, but I won’t go further than that.
Allow yourselves to breathe into this, to ponder it.
Visualization Exercise
And also in doing so, as you do so, picture, imagine, visualize the idea of being part of the Interstellar Alliance. Again, as we have said, the way you picture it, the way you visualize it, doesn’t have to be the way it turns out exactly, but use the visualization as if you are truly sitting at the council tables, truly on the spaceships with us, truly on other planets in their council chambers, in their open fields, on their ships wherever they may be. Truly picture yourselves as participating really in that way, viscerally in that way.
But then the more excited you allow those images to make you about your participation in this, as soon as you are at the height, the absolute pinnacle of that exciting energy of your participation in the Interstellar Alliance in this way, drop the picture, hold on to the feeling, hold on to the state of being, and drop the picture, drop the need for it to look like that, because you actually have no idea how this is really going to look. But I guarantee you that if you hold on to that vibration and participate from that vibration and vote from that vibration today of your time, that vibration will also be read by all the members of the Interstellar Alliance, and that will also even say more than what your words may carry about exactly how you fit, how you harmonize, how you synchronize with all of us.
And space is thus then automatically made for you at the table by your own declaration of vibration, of signature frequency. So get excited about this process. Use a visualization if you have to—you don’t have to, but if you wish to you can—but then let go of the picture, because there is absolutely no way that your physical mind can know exactly how this will ultimately play out, how it will ultimately look when you are truly a full-fledged member. But that’s all right; you don’t have to know that now. All you need to know is that you are an honorary member now to the degree that we are inviting you to participate in this decision, in this discussion, in this experience and exploration. And that’s all you need to know. But be excited about it, for that excitement will lay down the path that you will take and will thus then determine the method by which you take your place at the council table.
We thank you for allowing us to provide this opportunity, for this is exciting to us as well—very exciting to have guests, very exciting to see what you will do. For you are truly in a sense nothing if not unpredictable. Even though many of you feel predictable, even though you may see that many times you act predictably, overall you are very unpredictable. So this is exciting to us. We don’t really know what’s going to happen, we don’t want to know what’s going to happen, we will allow ourselves to experience what happens when it does with you.
So we thank you for your participation in this. It gives us great joy to be the ones to extend this invitation to you, and we absolutely are, as you say, looking forward to our dialogues on this topic, which shall occur during the live interaction coming up after this recording.

And see yourself standing, rising, planting your feet firmly on whatever deck or ground you are standing upon, and with confidence and clarity and absolute passion saying, “I vote this way,” and let your voice ring forth, let your voice be counted.

Reason: “I feel that I and human beings in general get caught up in the temporal reality very much, the time-based reality, and that it harnesses us to a past-future paradigm and we wind up really not being in the now much at all.”
Additional Discussion: The individual mentioned breaking their wrist and exploring vulnerability as strength, and receptivity. Bashar acknowledged this as a gateway to intimacy and a change in how they handle things.

Reason: “If we didn’t need the fifth law, you wouldn’t have gone to all this trouble to tell us about it.”
Bashar’s Response: “Interesting assumption. It was no trouble at all. We do what we do because it excites us to do so. Your decision is completely up to you.”
Additional Discussion: The individual had previously asked about driving with their partner. Bashar explored the deeper issue: “It has to do with basic unfulfilled wishes… the things that seem to cause friction and conflict in your outer reality, the kinds of discussions you have, what you may be calling arguments or moments of disagreement, are usually never really germane to the true root causes.”
Bashar explained the mechanism of motivation: “You always choose without fail the things that you truly believe are to your benefit, and you always move away from the things you truly believe are not to your benefit. So if you keep choosing something that you know empirically is not to your benefit but you keep choosing it, that means there is an unconscious definition within you you haven’t discovered yet that is actually attached to that idea, making that choice seem to be actually more beneficial than the alternative.”
Third Voter

Reason: “I think that it’ll help people move away from the fear of change.”
Bashar’s Exploration: “In what way did it do that? What definitions within you did this concept address in such a manner as to allow you to make the choice to let go of the fear?”
Individual’s Response: “It just created more confidence… Knowing that change is constant and an important part of moving forward. Things that don’t change create disease and things we don’t want—stagnate and die.”
Additional Discussion: The individual asked about their brother’s seizures. Bashar provided a technique involving finger tracking in a figure-eight pattern with the eyes, eventually adding music to harmonize both hemispheres of the brain.
Fourth Voter

Reason: “Because the new Second Law seems like that’s true… to me it isn’t the issue as to whether or not it’s true, it’s an issue as to whether it should be called out more clearly… A lot of people on our planet kind of get caught up in the past and the future.”
Additional Discussion: The individual asked about their origin. Bashar explained: “To ask for the origin in a sense is to misunderstand the idea that everything is here and now. You don’t come from anywhere else, you are here and now… What you’re actually saying is ‘what other connections do I simultaneously have with this one?’”
Bashar then explored the nature of passion: “Excitement and passion is your body’s physical translation of the vibration of your true natural self that is most in alignment with all that is.”
Fifth Voter

Reason: “It would help us get unstuck with belief systems that we might have… things like we can’t move on to something new because of what has happened in the past. The Five Laws would help us recreate the past from the present.”
Additional Discussion: The individual had a fear of spiders. Bashar connected this to feeling “caught in a web” and “stuck.” He explored what the person feared would happen if they acted on their passion. The individual admitted: “I might just get what I want.” Bashar revealed: “That’s what you’re afraid of.”
He explained the full formula: “Act on your highest joy to the best of your ability with no assumption, no insistence, no expectation of what the outcome ought to be. None. When you can act from the pure joy of acting on your passion for its own sake, the outcomes that need to happen will happen.”
Sixth Voter

Reason: “Just easier.”
Additional Discussion: The individual asked about “love at first sight.” Bashar responded: “There is a concept called Love Before First Sight… it’s here and now.”
Bashar pointed out contradictory definitions: “Notice the contradictory definitions creeping in… ‘It’s one of the most exciting experiences in life… although…’ The ‘although’ is a completely different definition of something else all together and has nothing to do with love at first sight.”
He concluded: “Do not need a particular outcome to justify your preferred state. Circumstances do not matter, only state of being does.”
Seventh Voter
Vote: Fifth Law
Reason: “I believe that aspect of the original Law should be highlighted initially to help with a greater understanding of the original Law, much like going from ‘The World is Flat’ to ’the world is round’ concept.”
Additional Discussion: The individual asked about Atlantean teaching methods using drums to enhance learning in children. Bashar explained: “When the children gather in the form of a class, the drum begins to beat at a beat that is representative of the awaken aware state in your daily life. Slowly the beat is slowed down to be more representative of the heartbeat in what you call the dream state… all the children allow their heartbeats to slow down to match the drum beat, they all go into a synchronous kind of daydream.”
In this state, “the instructor starts providing a scenario verbally… You are on a ship at sea, you are learning how to sail a ship at sea. You are the ship, you are the masts, you are the rigging, you are the sails, and the children can actually begin to identify their consciousness with those reflections… simply by becoming the sail in the daydream they learn everything there is to know about the sail.”
Eighth Voter

Reason: “I feel we are ready for this next expanded level of knowledge.”
Additional Discussion: The individual spoke about experiencing “accelerated timelessness.” Bashar explained: “Moving at infinite speed feels exactly like you are standing perfectly still because you’re everywhere at once. So that is accelerated timelessness.”
Regarding fear: “The first thing that’s positive is the recognition of the fear, of the negative definition, because if you don’t recognize it you don’t have anything to work with, you don’t have anything to change.”
Regarding forgetfulness: “We have no memory at all, and thus we have nothing to forget. Yet therefore we know everything we need to know when we need to know it… The only thing that’s tripping you up is that you think you’re losing your memory… all you need to know is that you will know what you need to know when you need to know it.”
Ninth Voter
Vote: Fifth Law
Reason: The individual had practical experience with past life hypnotherapy and understood that everything is here and now.
Additional Discussion: Bashar clarified: “Those lives that are other lives that were connected affect us—they don’t affect you except as you choose to be affected… The only reason you actually can change those kinds of connections is because those connections are actually existing only in the present, which is where you exist.”
On the question “what is a spiritual union?” Bashar answered: “A spiritual union is simply the idea of the alignment of frequencies, the alignment of vibrations, the harmonizing of vibrations, the mirroring of vibrations. And you obtain it by acting on your highest excitement.”
Tenth Voter
Vote: Fifth Law
Reason: “I believe wholeheartedly in the second law—the law of ever-present now.”
Additional Discussion: The individual was concerned about the environment and pollution. Bashar encouraged them to follow their excitement: “You attract what you need, but the easiest way to attract what you need is to start taking action first, so that by your action others can see and be magnetically attracted to the actions that you’re taking.”
On “quieting the ego”: “The ego’s only job really is to keep you focused in physical reality in order to have physical experiences. That’s it… The idea is to allow the physical mind and the higher mind to work in concert by acting on your highest excitement.”
“The ego is like the diving mask that you put on when you go deep sea diving. The reason you need the mask is because it makes it easier to see under the water… but if you tell the diving mask, ‘Well not only must you clarify my vision, but you must take upon yourself the ability to control all the fish that come to me, in what order I want to see them, and exactly how deep I go, and what ocean I swim in, and what kind of a result I want to get out of this experience of deep sea diving,’ all of that—then the mask cracks under the strain.”
Eleventh Voter

Reason: The individual was struggling with their relationship with their father. Bashar explored the vibrational mismatch and the individual’s fear that their happiness would affect others negatively.
Bashar: “He cannot actually physically impose his wavelength on anyone if they don’t create that mirror wavelength in their reality. He doesn’t have that power—no one does.”
Regarding compassion: “If you come from compassion, you at least give them an option, another doorway through which they could walk and remain in the experience of connection to you. That’s the only way to help them. Then why not help them instead of imprison them by reinforcing the same negative vibration that they are giving off?”
On anger: “Natural anger only lasts about 15 seconds. If it lasts longer than that, it’s negative judgment.”
Twelfth Voter
Vote: Fifth Law
Reason: “If making it officially a law will help people remind themselves of this fact, then that sounds like a useful thing to do.”
Additional Discussion: The individual was confused about whether to try to change the world or just change themselves. Bashar clarified: “You never change the world you’re in; you change yourself and you shift to another parallel Earth that’s already more representative of the change you’ve made within yourself. The old Earth still exists with all the unchanged people on it.”
On whether greed and war are “human nature”: “It is in human learning, not human nature… It isn’t in your nature automatically to go in that direction; it’s still a choice based on learning.”
On the origin of human beings: “There was a naturally evolved hominid that grew naturally on your planet up to a certain point. Then certain branches of that hominid species had their genetics altered by an extraterrestrial society that led to the development of what you now understand yourselves to be as human beings. However, not all branches of the original evolved hominid were changed. The ones that kept developing naturally, evolving naturally on your planet, ultimately became the beings you now know as Sasquatch. So if your genetic material had not been altered by an extraterrestrial civilization, you would all be Sasquatch naturally.”
Extraterrestrial civilization: The Anunnaki.
The Sixth Hybrid Race: “You are slowly but surely becoming what we call the sixth hybrid race. We are one of the hybrid races—there are four others. You are becoming the sixth. And once you have fully developed into the sixth hybrid race in approximately 1,000 of your years, all together we will start the journey toward becoming the seventh hybrid race, which will be unlike anything that has ever existed.”

Reason: “I think it’s very empowering for people to be in the present and to take responsibility for their Consciousness in the present.”
Additional Discussion: The individual shared a story about getting inspired but then looking at their bank account and losing the inspiration. Bashar told the story of the photographer: “A photographer had the great dream, the excitement and the passion, to travel all around the world taking photographs of the great sacred sites—the pyramids, Machu Picchu, Stonehenge. Had no money, not a dime. Did not allow that to stop her… She went to the airlines and asked them to fly her around the world for free… The airline said yes, flew her all around the world for free, not only for free in exchange for those glorious photos, but actually put her up in the best hotels for free, fed her the best food for free, and actually paid her.”
On the individual’s mother who had passed: Bashar explained that spirits don’t “hang around” but can check in. “Spirit beings have a little bit bigger, broader point of view and they always know when perhaps they need to be of assistance to you… They will always respond, they will be there for you because time and space for them is not what it is for you.”

Additional Discussion: The individual was struggling with attracting a romantic relationship. Bashar asked: “Why are you making that stand out and making it seem so different to achieve other than the relationships you already have? It might be that your definition is making it more difficult to attract… You’re putting it on a pedestal. Hard to reach isn’t it when it’s on a pedestal?”
On financial abundance: “All forms of abundance must be equally valid in order for any form of abundance to come to you more easily. As soon as you single one out as being more important, you shut the doors through which all the other forms could come.”

Additional Discussion: The individual asked about what we experience “on the other side” where we’re all one. Bashar explained: “You don’t experience time at all. Everything is one, everything is now, everything is here.”
The individual asked for secrets about themselves. Bashar responded: “I already know my own secrets. Well then why do I need to tell them to you?”
On negative core beliefs: “Just because there are negative beliefs doesn’t mean you have to experience the discovery and transformation of them in a negative way.”

Reason: “A change in belief—this is a core fundamental belief that changes everything… It affects pretty much everything.”
Additional Discussion: The individual asked about the Vimanas (ancient flying craft). Bashar confirmed they existed, piloted by both extraterrestrials and humans. The conflict involved “the idea of who deserved to have the technology… some of the technology was stolen and utilized.” The conflict lasted approximately 72 years, over 3,000 years ago.
The individual also reported seeing a spacecraft—an “Observer”—which Bashar described as “a neutral binding force between a variety of cultures… assessing, observing, recommending and suggesting courses of action in future interactions and contact.”
On Ayahuasca: “There are many natural substances produced by the Earth that will allow for the opening of doors and windows into other dimensional realms… The idea is to remember that these are teachers, and that once they have truly taught you the idea of the vibrational state that is necessary to peer into those other dimensions and bring information back to apply to your reality, then you can create those states yourself without necessarily needing the physical teacher.”

On healing through prayer: “No healer actually heals another person. They give off a vibration that is the vibration of health, and the other person must choose to match that vibration in order to heal themselves.”

Mastery over physical reality means you don’t care if it changes or not… When you understand that you can be in bliss regardless of what’s going on in the physical reality, then you will have mastered physical reality.”

On moving into fourth density and Ascension: “A natural symptom of moving into a different frequency that they may not choose to be compatible with.”
On “superpowers” (telepathy, telekinesis): “Yes, yes, because those are the things that are the representations of certain vibratory levels… as you expand your vibration, as you increase your frequency, these things come naturally.”
On marijuana: “The idea of a particular vibration that represents the threshold between physical and non-physical reality… that particular teacher is capable of producing a vibration that allows you to reconsider and rearrange the idea of the blueprint in your life.”
On Stonehenge: “There were certain cataclysms that happened upon your planet that in order to understand how perhaps to change that vibration in the future, certain edifices were created that allowed for the possibility of understanding cycles more precisely… focusing on those cycles with Consciousness in a certain way, you can actually harmonize with those cycles to such a degree that you can actually change the way events unfold on the planet.”
On 2012: “It is a tipping of the scales from the collective energy of your civilization going from slightly more negative to slightly more positive… it also was the end of what we call the quarantine from extraterrestrial civilizations coming to your world.”
The likely window for open contact: “Sometime between your year of 2025 and 2033 you will have open contact with another civilization.”

Some of these have already been discovered and hidden from the public, but most have not… when the right song is sung and the right vibration resounds, the Box will reveal its secrets one after the other. On the Akashic Records: “The Akashic Records do not exist in the sense that most people on your planet define them. The Akashic Records is simply a representation that everything is here and now and therefore constantly accessible… all information is always accessible—that is the Akashic Records.”
On the meaning of life: “Life has no meaning… No built-in meaning exists in life. You are designed to give life meaning, and the meaning you give it determines the effect you get. That is the meaning of life.”

Closing: Holot Experience and Integration

All of you, please become relaxed. Allow yourselves to relax. Take a deep breath in and let it out. Take another deep breath in and let it out. Take a deep breath in and let it out.
Continue to breathe easily and deeply as you allow your lights and music to rise and allow you to drift and drift and drift in your consciousness, deeper and deeper, softer and softer, in a more resonant way. Float upon the vibrational notes of sound and light.
As the colors shift, allow yourselves to look upon the holot in the center of the holot and take it all in with your eyes gently focusing on the entire image. And imagine if you will that you are floating above the circular council table of the Interstellar Alliance in the council chamber, and that each little shape around the edge is another being, another member of the Alliance.
Allow yourselves to be a spirit floating above the conclave that is discussing and exploring many different kinds of issues, many different kinds of ideas and perspectives. Allow yourself just to float freely above that conference table in that chamber.
And as you do so, and you observe looking down at all the beings sitting around the table and all the beings in rows and rows behind them in the galleries in the amphitheater, all focused on the ideas presented in the center of the chamber, the focal point of the holot is the issue itself, the idea itself, the concept itself.
And all minds are linked and ponder, pondering the mysteries of this concept of the laws of creation—four or five.
Today most of you have voted for the Five Laws, even as we have also voted for Five Laws to aid and assist in clarity and understanding among the many civilizations who choose that expression as the most representative of this concept, the most clear, the most crystallized form of this idea.
And as you float above the council chamber and the conference table and view all the beings in attendance at this enclave, allow yourselves, allow your focus to drift to one being in particular at any point in that chamber. That being is you.
And your presence in this chamber, at this enclave, at this table, is welcome. You belong. You belong. You belong.
And you are invited to share and participate and voice your opinion. Your perspective, your unique vibration, adds to the vibration of the whole, and the vibration of the whole supports the unique individual perspective that you are and welcomes you and nourishes you and encourages you to share the beauty, the crystal in beauty, of the facet of the multi-dimensional crystal of creation that you uniquely are.
For you are now looking into the Eye of Creation from which all concepts come, from which all ideas issue. For that is all we are ever pondering. For that is the only mystery. That is the only adventure. That is the only exploration—is to know, to know, to know all that is as best we can from our unique perspective, and to be, to be who we are as fully as we can, acting on our highest joy, our highest passion, our highest excitement, our highest unconditional love of allowance, openness, and action.
To radiate ripples, vibratory energy outward to all beings not only in the Alliance but throughout creation—to send together that invitation to all to join, but never lose their unique individuality, but to harmonize with all of us and to sing and to ring with the voices of all beings within all that is that make up the very vibrational signature of creation itself.
The Music of the Spheres, the music of all dimensional levels of all realities of all experiences, that vibrational clarion call of all that is to you that gives off the ripples and waves of light that reach your shores and upon which you float back to the center of all being and discover therein in that moment, in that center, that you are all that is.
And you explode in ecstasy in all forms, in all dimensions, in all realms, in all realities, in all expressions, and all the components that are the big picture together that support the whole, that support the all, that support the One.
The Five Laws of Creation now become crystallized within you to aid and assist in your deepest understanding of your relationship to creation and your relationship to all as creation.
Ringing forth, ringing forth, ringing forth. Allow yourselves to answer the call.
It is now the voice of creation itself that speaks to you directly from within your hearts, from within your minds, from within your souls. Be at peace, for I am here and we are one.
Unconditional love is what you are made from. Unconditional love is the wave that you ride. And unconditional love is all there is.
Answer the call and vote and be heard and be counted and stand tall and rest easy in your very essence, your very being. For all you will discover by answering that call is more of who you are.
Allow yourselves to breathe this in deeply and make it your own, and let it out into the atmosphere of your reality. And breathe it in deeply and let it out and let it be the reality that you live.
And breathe it in and hold it and hold it and hold it and blow it out. And be renewed and be refreshed and drift in the arms of Creation in total support, in total love, in total brotherhood and sisterhood with all of us and all of you.

Allow your music to relax, allow your lights to soften, soften gently, gently, gently. Allow all to fade away that does not belong in the vibration of your preference. And slowly, slowly awaken into a new reality, a new you.
