The Four Ds: An Overview
Bashar: You are going from 3D to 4D.
Let’s take advantage of the nomenclature of 4D and present to you the basic curriculum we will be covering today which involves four Ds: desire, definition, dedication, and detachment. These are the four overall general elements necessary for changing core belief. Desire, definition, dedication, detachment. And we will explain each of these in depth as we go.
The First D: Desire
Bashar: First and foremost, understand that there is a difference between the vibrational energy of what is typically called desire and the word you often use want. Not quite the same thing.
It can be used in the same way. But we wish to make sure it is clear that in this context when we are talking about desire, it is something far more akin to passion and a true deep soul desire than simply the idea that you as a person may want something. The desire, the level of desire we are talking about comes from the inner soul, the inner being. That which you are so passionate about bringing into your life as a state of being, knowing yourself deeply, who you are as a consciousness, the state itself that you wish to experience your life within. The desire to be nothing else but yourself in the purest way you can be and reaching for that in all ways that you can in thought, in word, in deed.
Desire will be in this case the true driving force that will allow you the energy and the power to delve deep into your belief systems. Find the core beliefs. Allow yourself then to in examining them and identifying them change them. The desire first and foremost must be paramount in the utilization of these techniques, paramount in your focus for examining core beliefs. The desire to change. Overwhelmingly, overpoweringly, passionately. The desire to change, to be who you really are, to discover that and be who you really are.
5. The Fifth D: Difficulty
Bashar: …without applying the first four Ds of desire and definition and dedication and detachment. Without those, without all four of them, you may give rise to a fifth D, difficulty in changing your core beliefs. The first four Ds are so important in working together as a holistic system. They must all truly be present for the manifestation for the change to occur to be experienced in your life in a tangible way, in a heartfelt way.
6. The Lists of Words & Dreaming
Bashar: So let us for the moment examine one of the pages you have in your hands. Not the first necessarily, not the second, but look at the lists of words, the two lists of words. Now the first group of words are conditions that are required for you to survive in physical reality as a physical being. If you stop simply and take a look and think about it, you will realize how important those are. Obviously, in order to continue your existence in the physical experience, you must be born into it. You do need to continue breathing. I believe you all understand that. You all really generally need to drink. You all generally need to eat and all the other things just to maintain your existence in physical reality. The second level, the second group of words are words that are representative of in a sense functioning, so to speak, getting along in physical reality. Now, not all of them are absolutely necessary for certainly you can get along in physical reality without your eyes or without hearing or a few other things. Although some of them are essential in order to truly function in physical reality. If you will observe, there is actually only one word that is common to both lists and that word is dream. You absolutely must dream due to the nature of how you have created your physical reality. And in creating the sense and experience of detachment so to speak or disconnection so to speak or limitation so to speak from the spirit world, you must from time to time reconnect to it. And generally speaking, although of course we understand there are many different kinds of dreams and many different reasons for dreaming and many different meanings that you can give to dreams, many different representations that come from dreams. We are actually talking about the physical mechanism of dreaming that allows you as a being to expand and go into the connection of being a little bit more yourself in the spiritual level while you are still physical. This reconnection on a regular basis is critical for your actual physical survival and for your ability to function in physical reality. Many individuals on your planet, as some of you may know, have done what you call studies about dreaming and sleeping. And they have found quite correctly and realized quite correctly that you might be allowed to dream but not sleep so much. And if you don’t sleep so much, you will be perhaps tired and perhaps some of your functionality may be a little bit impaired. But as long as you are allowed to have moments of dreaming, you will still be able to continue to function more or less normally in physical reality. However, they have also found that no matter how much sleep they allow an individual to have, if they prevent the individual from dreaming, very rapidly, the individual will dissolve into psychosis and they can actually die from that. Understand the dreaming is far more critical than the sleeping itself. So in order to actually maintain your physical existence, you must dream. In order to function in physical reality, you must dream. The reason we bring this up and the reason we point this out in these lists is that that is really what we’re talking about. Also when we talk about desire it’s connected very strongly to dream. Understand that your dreams, your ability to dream in that sense is connected to your ability to desire to manifest to realize and experience in physical reality and dreaming and desiring from the soul level in many ways are essentially the same thing. Because when you dream, you are creating, as we said, a reconnection, a manifestation of an experience of more of yourself, which is really what desire is all about fundamentally. It drives you to experience more of your true holistic self.
7. The Second D: Definition & Family Patterns
- Bashar: Now then definition. We have talked many times about defining your beliefs and definition remains defining your beliefs remains a critical component of accessing and dealing with core beliefs. And what we are also talking about when we talk about definition is clarity of definition. Really getting down deep into exactly how your beliefs are constructed, how your definitions are put together, what components make them up, what ideas and thoughts go into it or result from it. All the factors that stem from and help to reinforce the definitions you have bought into, that you have been brought up with, that you have been spoonfed since birth. Remember that in accepting and in choosing the idea of the physical reality experience. Generally speaking, although some things are somewhat malleable, you have agreed to accept and adopt a series of ideas and concepts that in a sense govern physical reality, such things as gravity on your planet, electromagnetic fields, neurological impulses, so on and so forth. I am not saying these things cannot be changed by your vibration, but generally most of you agree to play along and let those things run automatically so that you can focus on other issues instead of having to constantly consciously think about keeping your feet on the ground. You allow yourself to simply have an automatic portion of your being that says, “I agree that as long as I’m on physical reality, Earth, gravity exists and I won’t simply go floating off into space,” although that can happen sometimes for various reasons and we may get into that later. But the idea is that when you choose physical reality and you agree generally to adopt a series of conditions, one of those things has to do with the patterns that are already existing that result from the experiences of the parents you chose to be born to. So that in coming through them to be physical, to be born physically, you will to some degree adopt some of those patterns from them. A kind of hand-me-down from them, a kind of family agreement that says, “I will agree to explore with you similar themes, similar ideas that you may call patterns or experiences.” Not that you will necessarily have to play them out in the same way your parents did, but you often agree to explore similar themes they went through so that you in exploring them and coming up with a different perspective and perhaps even a different outcome can add to the overall sole family group’s experience of all the different ways that theme can be played out in your family group. And so you often take on yourself in being born, definitions and belief systems and ideas that will result in certain kinds of patterns or schedules or things that will come up or issues that will appear in your life at certain times. Often, very often, at the same times that your parents experience them in terms of the same age in your life and you will deal with them in your own way. Those moments are opportunities for you to get in touch with what that issue, what that idea and what that belief means to you, what meaning you choose to put in it, how you want to relate to it and what you want to bring in terms of your learning experience in dealing with it to the soul family experience overall. So it is very important in doing that that you have absolute clarity of definition of what those beliefs are that you have been handed from your parents, from society in general or sometimes even what you may have chosen to bring through with you just simply as something you have chosen to explore, whether you connect it to the idea of past lives, future lives, all those things exist simultaneously. So it’s really more of a cross connection to some other life going on right now concurrently. But nevertheless, no matter how you make a relationship or how you need to explain it or set it up to yourself in order for you to have the experience and explore it, getting clarity of the definitions, getting clarity of the belief systems is critical especially when you are dealing with core beliefs because as the name core belief implies, you have set these belief systems up in layers like an onion. Often it will be easier for you to peel them away. Get down to the core to understand the underlying foundation that supports and maintains and perpetuates all the other beliefs on the upper layers. But in giving yourself layers and in dealing with the outer layers or the top layers, however you wish to look at it, doesn’t matter first. Dealing with them first and peeling your way through them. It gives you practice. It gives you experience in dealing with beliefs and getting down to the core ones will allow you the greatest changes in your life and will give you the techniques, the tools, the capacity to deal with any other beliefs that may come up from other timings that may occur in your life from that point forward. So, dealing with the core issues, the core belief that supports all the other ones. Even though you may have peeled your way down to the core and gotten to the core and made changes on a core level, this does not mean you have not set yourself up to explore other things that you may not bring other belief patterns in at another time. And those patterns will connect to the core belief as well. And in dealing and learning how to deal with the core belief, you will be better able to handle those other levels of beliefs when they come up in a different arena, in a different area of your life. But all those upper layers will connect to the same basic core. And that’s why it’s so important to get a handle on what that core is so you can handle all the different layers as they arise at different times in your life. So definition, clarity of definition, the second component we will explore that as well this day of your time.
8. The Third D: Dedication
- Bashar: …desire, definition and dedication. Dedication very crucial in this idea of allowing your exploration of core belief to stick, to work, to manifest, to create in your life an experience of change. Dedication what do we mean by that? In a sense, it’s like saying commitment to the self to really make it the most important thing, the most paramount thing in your life to explore these core beliefs and to change them. Dedication also connects into another thing we have talked about many times which has to do with behavior, the actions that you are willing to take on behalf of what you say you desire to do, on behalf of the changes you say you desire to make. Dedicating yourself in your behavior to acting on those things that are representative of getting in touch with those core beliefs and making the changes to become more of yourself. The behaviors that are representative of the person you say you ultimately would prefer to be. Dedicating yourself to choosing through your actions only those things vibrationally representative, only those things behaviorally representative of the person you say you wish to be, of the person and the life you say you prefer that person to have. So that in thought, word, and deed, you constantly reinforce with your dedication to choosing only those things that you really do have the desire, most important of all, to be that person you say you prefer to be. Without that dedication, there is no reinforcement and no laying out of a conduit for the desire to manifest. Dedication very important component. Choosing only those things that are truly representative of the person you believe you are becoming or wish to become.
9. The Fourth D: Detachment
- Bashar: The fourth D, detachment. This may sound completely and paradoxically contrary to the idea of desire and in some senses it is but it is not at all. It is quite complimentary. By detachment again we simply mean the neutrality that is so important that diffuses the idea of built-in meaning. The recognition and awareness that there is no built-in meaning and the willingness to put the meaning you prefer into every situation that comes along, every situation that happens. But even more so than that, the detachment, not in a judgmental way, not in a negative way, but the detachment from all things that are not representative of your desire and your dedication and your ability to clearly define what you are and what you are not. Detachment also from the idea of beliefs that do not serve you. For when you have the strong desire and when you have the clear definition and when you have the powerful dedication, you will detach from the things that don’t serve you. You will recognize what they are more clearly. You will discern what they are more clearly and you will simply realize they are not you. That things certain things are not vibrationally you and you will detach from them. Again, not in a judgmental way, but in a compassionate way through the simple observation and awareness that a thing simply isn’t you. It’s not your truth. It’s not who you prefer to be. It’s not representative of the behavior or the actions or the circumstance of the person you say you desire to be of the being you know you are. So detachment from the things you are not is what paradoxically will then reinforce and amplify and magnify bringing it full circle the desire to be who you are.
10. The Amplification Process
- Bashar: This is an amplification process. You start with desire and you go through the definition and you go through the dedication. You use it to arrive at the kind of detachment that will clear out the things that don’t belong and allow the desire like a fire to burn that much more brightly in you and illuminate more clearly for you the things in your definitions that don’t work for you and drive you more strongly to dedicate yourself to being who you really prefer to be. Thus, then arriving once again at the state of detaching in a compassionate way from those things that don’t serve you. So that can make more room for your desire to burn even brighter. And you amp yourself up and amp yourself up and amp yourself up in this way through this four-step process. And that is why if any one of those key components is missing or left out or not as fully utilized as it could be, you will then create the difficulty because you will be breaking the circuit. This is a complete circular self-realizing, self-magnifying, self-amplifying idea. And all of those things are equally important in the holistic approach of getting the experience in your life of this technique and these ideas really working for you.
11. The Tools: An Overview
- Bashar: So again, desire, definition, dedication, and detachment will allow you to truly disassemble the beliefs that don’t work for you, disassemble the personality that you may have been taught to be and will allow you to assemble a new you in a very experiential way, a very experiential manifesting physical way. We bring this tool to you now at this time because now is the proper time for this tool in you. Use it or lose it. It’s up to you.
12. The Anogrammatic Circuit (Diagram 2)
- Bashar: Now, we will go into these a little bit more deeply. But let us give an overview as we have already begun to do of the next diagram which would be in your understanding the middle diagram what has been referred to as the anogrammatic circuit. The nine circles in a square. This is not so much itself a primary tool as it is an assisting tool in this overall process and experience. It will help in the way that what you might call an affirmation will help to focus you. It’s a focusing mechanism and it doesn’t even necessarily have to be and is not designed to be completely a conscious mechanism. It will operate on a multitude of levels within your conscious and subconscious and higher conscious selves. The saying at the bottom is generally a loose translation of what the symbols mean in the circles. Read as a sentence, read as an idea in context. These symbols are derived from what you know to be ancient Phoenician symbols. The reason this was chosen is because those symbols are not only a precursor to certain other very strongly vibratory languages on your planet such as Hebrew and they dig deep into the vibration of your being. Whether you are Hebraic or not doesn’t matter. There’s another level to this altogether tonally, vibrationally that these symbols represent. And it also detaches to some degree your consciousness from the idea that it represents any particular culture since the idea of the Phoenician culture no longer really exists on your planet intact. So it takes you to an ancient space that in some senses goes around or leaps over or goes through a lot of your expectations about what language is all about on your planet today. It goes to the undercurrent, the foundation. In a sense, it can be called a core language. And so it’s appropriate for what we are doing. That language and the symbols are also connected to extraterrestrial sources as well. Not just the idea of physical ET beings such as myself, but other dimensional levels of guides and spirits and so on and so forth. And many of these symbols were in a sense received and given from those sources to your people in ancient times because they represent certain ideas, certain vibrations that key into the matrix of the meanings that you typically give to things on your planet. So they work well hand-in-hand with the patterns and meanings you have automatically set up within yourself and are good for loosening those meanings up by setting up a sympathetic or empathetic vibrational tonality that unlocks you from certain patterns and expectations as you look at the symbols from the center. The dot in the center, go to the upper right-hand corner first. That is the eye, going down. Then you will understand it progresses through the idea of mouth and hand and cutting across the bottom. The middle symbol in that sense is water which is transition and change. And then going to what you would call the bottom of the left-hand column of circles. Then going into the idea and the symbol that represents path or fence in a sense that you would follow and going up to the window and then upward to the door and then going to the right the center symbol above the dot, the circle with the cross in it which represents the unknown. And so then in reading the sentence that is vibrationally representative of how these symbols work together, you will understand that it is when you start from the inner being of yourself and in physical reality express yourself through sight and through sound and through touch in the way that is cohesive in what we are talking about today in those manners of desire and dedication and definition and detachment. Then in thought, word, and deed, in that way, will you cause the transition? Will you cause yourself to dissolve into the water? Dissolve the crystalline patterns and reform them by following the path to the windows and doors that lead to the unknown, which opens up your reality and brings you back to the center of your being in a very powerful way. So focusing on this as a kind of meditative mudra will allow you to help yourself focus on the principles that we have talked about the four Ds. It will give you some focus. It will put you in the proper state of mind shall we say.
13. The Dimensional Spiral (Diagram 3)
- Bashar: Now the final diagram, which is a collection of 19 circles with what you might call a type of jagged spiral that connects them. We will get into this more deeply as this communication continues. But in an overview, a general overview, this is a symbol that comes directly from our civilization’s history. It is something we created in our civilization as a representation and an understanding of how to spiral downward through different dimensions into the core of your being and then spiral outward from that core upward through different dimensions into manifestation. In some senses, this could be called a neurological spiral. We did not want nor instruct there to be the name put on the page because there should be nothing else in your vision when focusing on this image other than the image itself. And it represents the idea of going down through the layers of your beliefs to the core and coming up from the core through new beliefs and outward into manifestation following that spiral. And as you can see, dimensionally speaking, the spiral itself when you look at it in a certain way actually takes on three-dimensional characteristics. It sort of looks like an unfinished cube or box. Certain lines seem to come toward you. Certain lines seem to go away from you. So it fulfills the idea in a two-dimensional plane of an actual multi-dimensional path that you actually are taking when you focus on this image. And it actually lets you pass through different dimensional and neurological levels of your belief system to the core and brings those ideas from the core back out into a three and four-dimensional manifestation. It’s a very, very powerful gazing tool that will in a sense change literally your dimensional perspective of who, what, where and when and why and how you are and how you manifest yourself. So set these aside for the moment. We will get back to these tools in a while.
14. The Primary Question: Why?
- Bashar: …but at this time, let us focus a little bit on our journey toward accessing core beliefs. Let us focus on a primary question. That question is why? Why am I here? One of the primary questions humans ask, why am I here? Now aside from how we have addressed this idea on a simplistic level in the past which is to simply say well why not? There are very specific reasons why you chose to be where you are. And it is getting in touch with those reasons from a spirit level in choosing this life that you begin your journey to the core, coming down from heaven so to speak to earth. That passage, the why of that passage is also essential in your understanding of what it is you will be accessing in your core because it has to do with the themes that you took upon yourself in choosing to be physical and have a physical experience. And it has to do with understanding, as we said, the patterns you have taken on from your parents and your society and how you play those out. The why. Now when you choose themes or a kind of physical life or experience from spirit from that perspective from that level before each life, again we understand we’re speaking linearly for clarity sake it’s all happening at the same time it’s all one we know all the lives are simultaneous but just so you understand this process because that’s what physical reality is all about process. That to some degree is what takes us back to the why. Why has to do with process. The asking of the questions in life, the most important questions. Why this? Why that? Why is this that way? Why is that that way? The why question is the very core of the existence of physical reality because it has to do with the fact that only in really physical reality do you experience creation in the form called process. There is time and space definitions that give you the ability to actually experience creation in process. Otherwise from higher levels there’s no time, there’s no space. A thing just is and there is no appreciation or depth of exploration of why that thing is. So physical reality exists in a sense so you can develop an experience of the deep appreciation of the why component of all that is. That’s what physical reality is for. And so when you choose a physical experience, what you’re actually saying is you want to dive into the why of it. Not the YMCA of it, the why of it. You want to experience that aspect of all that is, the actual creative manifestation component of the one of the all. And you need a space-time referential point of view in order to have that experience.
15. Choosing the “Ingredients” of Life
- Bashar: …and in that process from spirit each time with each life as you choose the components that will make up your experience of the why, you are very very specific about what ingredients you put in to the experience of that life and how it relates not only to the soul family’s overall experience as well as your own but also how it relates to every other experience you are having both in and out of physical reality. You really look at it as a network and know that every nodal point, every life whether physical or non-physical in that web on that net reinforces every other nodal point. And so the selections of what this life, this nodal point experience of the why is all about is very specifically chosen. Now that does not always mean that you choose every specific thing that happens specifically in the life before you come into the life. Some things are left up to the idea of randomness because that’s part of the why as well. But the themes are generally specific and sometimes certain ideas that are experienced. Certain situations and circumstances are set up for yourself by yourself, including the idea of choosing your parents and so on and so forth, choosing your brothers and sisters, maybe even choosing some of the friends you will have because you understand that their reflections in your life is what will drive you in the direction of your particular experience of why that you wanted to have in this life. That particular experience of self-discovery which is the ultimate why question. Who am I? Why am I here? That self-awareness, that self-knowledge on an individual and a grander scale coming together from the beginning to the ending of your life in a sense is what it is about. The why of it, that process, that creative arc as you film people say is what it’s all about. The comparison in a sense to use the word loosely between where you begin and where you end up in any given life that arc of experience that process and the changes and differences that you experience in it are adding to your understanding on a bigger level of what you are as an aspect of all that is.
16. The “Toolbox” & Permission
- Bashar: I know this is heady stuff and you don’t have to feel like you’ve got to get it right away and I don’t mean it to sound like you are being talked down to because we understand the great capacity you all have to absorb information and knowledge. That’s not the way it is meant. But we understand we are also giving this information in a prescribed way at a certain rate that is designed purposely sometimes to actually kind of overshoot your conscious mind and go directly into the core of your being. So that like what you call a time-released capsule, much of what we are giving you today does not necessarily have to be retained immediately consciously, but will come up, will bubble up to the surface. A little piece here, a little piece there, and then when appropriate, when you’re ready to handle it, you will then deal with having the tool to deal with the situation at hand. That kit in that sense exists within you. And much of what is being done today in dealing with your core beliefs is instilling within you an awareness of that kit through these specific methodologies of desire, definition, dedication, and detachment that will allow you in any given situation in the arc of your life to know that you can open that toolbox when you encounter something that requires its application and apply the tools as we give them to you today that you will have those tools with you always and feel automatically that the box will open up and the appropriate piece of information will come forward exactly when and where you need it synchronistically in your life so that this entire process becomes a joyful and effortless and creative one instead of something you feel you have to struggle with through the fifth D of difficulty. So the way this is being delivered, do not worry if you miss a word or a sentence or a concept here and there. By all means if you want clarification that is invited through questions and dialogue and by all means do so. But do not worry that you have missed something. If you are here in this dialogue today, this kit I am telling you is in you. It’s in all of you even those not here. But this kit will begin to open up by being here today. What you have done is you have given us the permission to absolutely at the very least unlock the toolbox so that you can have access to it. Now, how often you open it, how well you use the tools, that will be up to you. But I guarantee you that from this day forward, that toolbox will be unlocked and you will always have access to it. No matter how it may seem, you may not immediately have access to the core beliefs. You will always have access to the toolbox. It will always, to use what has now become a common term on your planet in computer lingo, the toolbox will always be sitting on your desktop. You can always double-click it. It will always open. Always. What you do with it after that is up to your level of desire, definition, dedication, and detachment. You will amplify and sharpen those tools with your willingness to be yourself through desire, but it will always open for you. And it’s up to you how to use them, when to use them, where to use them, how much to use them, how little to use them. It’s up to you.
The Friend Who “Worships” Bashar
Questioner 1: I have a friend who has been attending your seminars and sessions for many years. he decided that his excitement was to spend all of his time studying this information to find out his true excitement in life and what he wants to do. He gave up his job. He moved back east to live with his father. He’s been living there for two years. And all he does every day is listen to your tapes and meditate.
His father is going to be moving to a small home where he’s now going to be basically on the street with no money or anything.
Bashar: I suppose he will find that exciting.
Questioner 1: I’m finding is that some judgment is dipping into my belief system as I’ve been helping him to share some of this information with him.
I’m realizing that my core belief system which I was given through my parents is that you have to work hard to get your goals.
Bashar: Yes. And so I when it is play automatically people will work at it. It won’t be an effort. It will just be hard work because they don’t want to do anything else.
Questioner 1: Right? So I’m following my joy and I’m doing what I like to do. But I find myself resisting giving this information to him because I’m finding that I feel in my belief now that he needs to stand on his own and not worship you.
Bashar: That does not necessarily have to be a representation of judgment.
It can simply be what you might call an astute observation of what we already pointed out.
He’s not actually acting on his excitement.
He’s using his excitement to find out what his excitement is.
He is removing himself one step from the actual doing of something that he might actually find will support him.
Although it’s not impossible that what he’s doing will support him. His belief systems may make it more difficult for that to support him until he realizes it’s all about actually doing what excites you rather than doing what excites you to figure out what excites you.
But the idea of no longer feeding him the information might be an astute observation that will give him an opportunity to recognize he needs to move to the next stage and realize he can find his excitement much more easily than he thinks and not spend so much time simply looking for it.
18. Q&A Session 2: Multiple Questions on Core Beliefs
Bashar: Yes. Um, I’ll just rattle them all off.
Bashar: oh, rattle rattle. All right. Rattle away.
Questioner 2: Okay. One is I would appreciate it if you could give me more clarity on what you mean by definition.
- Bashar: Yes.
- Questioner 2: In other words, the definition I would appreciate that.
- Bashar: All right. The other is some examples of like core beliefs of what those might be.
- Questioner 2: All right.
- Bashar: And then another would be how to, you know, in other words when you talk about following your excitement.
- Questioner 2: Yes.
- Bashar: Is it you know one one that one should then follow what excites them and just keep moving in that direction. Is that what you’re
- Questioner 2: Yes.
Bashar: Because excitement by definition is the actual physical translation of the vibration that represents your true core being. So anything that brings with it the highest level of excitement, love, creativity, passion is actually the thing to take action on no matter what it appears to be, no matter in what form it comes because excitement is the thread that leads you to more of yourself and leads you to all other things that can manifest in your life in an exciting way. So follow that excitement by acting on it. Yes, by acting on it. That’s the thread to follow. Not how things look on the surface, not what the ego thinks is connected as the next thing you’re supposed to be doing, but the things that come to you that contain the highest joy is the signpost, is the marker of the next thing to do. And even though it may not from your physical mentality point of view seem like the quickest path, it actually is. Right? So ironically, although the parents in my personal situation did not encourage that at all. They basically said follow your duty in a sense. Yes. Follow what is expected of you. Yes. As opposed to yes. So now sometimes it may dovetail with your excitement but on your planet very often it doesn’t.
Questioner 2: Correct. All right. Now the idea of definition is simply that we are talking about ingrained belief and finding out specifically what that belief is. How you have defined your relationship to any given situation. Who you think you are in relation to what’s happening in your life is either certain kinds of reactions or responses to them emotionally.
Bashar: All right. And those emotional responses are completely derived from your definition of who you are in relation to that thing. So on a very simplistic level, if you are in a situation and you find yourself having what you typically, as humans, call a negative emotional reaction or experience to it, that’s primarily because the definitions you have about yourself are allowing you to color your energy in that way. And those definitions are primarily probably out of alignment with your true being. If you experience a response that is joyful to the situation or at the very least neutral, then most likely your definitions are in harmony with your true self. Who you define yourself to be in relation to that thing is more aligned, more harmonious.
Example of a Core Belief
Bashar: Let us say a person feels that they are having negative emotional experiences with regard to the idea that they are struggling to create what they call abundance in their life and they find it difficult to do so. The idea may be that when they get down deep into their definitions they may discover that they have been taught conflicting beliefs. In other words, on one hand, the parents may have said, “You will never really be successful unless you are rich.” On the other hand, they may also have been taught to believe money is the root of all evil. So, what they grow up with is this conflict and they make a decision about who they are in relation to that. And all of a sudden it becomes more important to them to define themselves as a good person. But because they wish to define themselves as a good person in context to the belief they have been taught to buy into, they will say, “Well, the only way I can be a good person and not an evil one is to never be rich.” And all this may be going on unconsciously within them. And so they will actually do their very best to keep abundance away in order to in their definition of themselves be a good person. But that’s only because they’re associating it to a definition they’ve been given that means that having money equals the fact that you’re an evil person. You have to find that core belief. Find out that that’s the definition you may have and then realize, wait a minute, I don’t have to define that concept in that way. Just because someone has money does not automatically mean they are evil. You have to detach and disassemble that definition. So it’s no longer real to you. Bring it into consciousness, disassemble it, and then ask yourself, well, what definition would I prefer in its place? I would prefer to believe that I can be rich and be a good person. That those two things are synonymous, not the other thing. You’ve created a new definition of what is possible, of what is real. And in truly doing it, if that is really a core belief, you will then by identifying it and redefining it, create a completely new vibration in your being that will then attract different things in your life that you will then respond to in a different way and experience a different manifestation. Does that explain the idea?
Questioner 2: Yes. So when fear comes up then you look basically at what the fear is expressing as the definition.
Bashar: Exactly. Because you see you are a 100% energy and fear is a manifestation of your energy. You experience that energy as fear by knowing that you have or by understanding that it’s only experienced as fear because it’s being run through or being flowed through definitions that are out of alignment with your true self. You experience the very same energy as joy when you then run that energy through belief systems and definitions that are in alignment with your true self, your true self-being, an aspect of creation who is unconditionally loving and loved. And so when you have definitions that are out of phase with that, vibrationally out of phase with that, your energy in that sense, its vibrational frequency will become, for lack of a better term, distorted, and you feel that distortion as the emotion you call fear. But that’s a good thing because if you do have those distortions, fear is the alarm bell that knocks on your door and wakes you up and says, “Hey, I’m letting you know in no uncertain terms because you can’t ignore me that you have a definition that’s out of whack, out of alignment with your true self.” And so I’m giving you an opportunity to find out what that is. And therefore, the fear has served a positive purpose. And using fear that way, redefining fear in a good way, in a positive way, is the first step toward changing definitions all the way down the line. Anything that comes to you is a messenger with information about more of who you are. And if you use every experience that way by redefining it that way, then you will experience it that way. And it will take you further and deeper into yourself to discover more and more and more of what it is that makes you tick as a personality because your personality is a construct built up out of the definitions you believe are most true. And definitions always give rise to emotions which always give rise to behavior. You cannot express a behavior without having a feeling. And you cannot experience a feeling without having a definition. If I say to you, you are Ashuda, how do you feel about me saying that about you?
Bashar: Well, not really one thing or another because you don’t really have a meaning for the word, do you?
Questioner 2: No.
Bashar: So, you see, if I say just an example, you’re stupid. Obviously that starts bringing up feelings in people because you have given a meaning to the word and made it real. But if stupid becomes as meaningless as ashkuda to you, you will not react. You’ll remain neutral and realize it’s just the definition. And you can choose to give it a positive or negative spin as it relates to yourself or recognize it has nothing to do with you and then simply go on your way without having an emotional negative reaction to it. But it’s all stemmed from the definition first. Without the definition, there is no feeling. Without that feeling, there is no behavior. So all behavior stems from feeling which stems from definition. So, if you’re behaving in a way you don’t prefer and you’re feeling in a way you don’t prefer, follow that trail back to the definition by asking yourself the penetrating question. What would I have to believe is true about myself in order to be having that will support that idea. So going back to the idea of the definition that equated being evil with having money and moving things away from yourself that would cause abundance. There may even be a deeper belief that allows you to perpetuate that allows you to even consider that belief as being real. And the deeper belief may have to do with things like your own sense of self-worth. Well, I may intellectually understand that it doesn’t mean you’re automatically evil when you’re rich, but I still can’t seem to break through that idea of attracting abundance to myself. Well, maybe there’s a deeper core issue even underlying that that has to do with believing whether or not you’re even worthy to try.
Questioner 2: Uh, yes. It’s helping to clarify the idea. And then the best way then to handle that is to then look and see what those beliefs are.
Bashar: Well, yes. I mean the best way is whatever is your way. We are giving you ideas that you can use as tools but of course your imagination will adapt them. But generally speaking on a fundamental level yes it is important because you are a physical personality construct. It is important to find out what you’re actually made of in order to adjust the construct that you are. The three-sided construct of definitions, emotions, and behaviors. You have to know what you’re made of. So, getting in touch with the fundamental definitions is like going back to the blueprint. If the house is leaning sideways and the materials it’s made out of are shoddy, go back to the original blueprint and say, “Well, I can see that there’s something here that’s off in the blueprint and that’s why the workers brought shoddy materials and that’s why the house is leaning.” If I correct the blueprint and say no, get this material and build it this way, then they will bring in stronger materials and the house will stand straight. You follow me?
Questioner 2: Yes. And then start acting as if. In other words,
Bashar: well, of course, because it is. You act as if because it is.
Questioner 2: And that automatically changes the vibration of
Bashar: that changes the vibration. And then the last step you need to be aware of is to make sure you understand that physical reality is just a mirror, but that it’s not always one to one, that it’s neutral as a set of props. So, in other words, knowing that you’re changing your vibrational frequency, knowing that you are changing your reality does not always mean you will immediately see a change in the circumstance, in the set of props around you, outside of you. The first stage in truly expressing that you know you have changed, acting as if you say, is to respond differently to the same situation than you did before. By responding differently to the same appearing situation than you did before. That is when you give the situation leave to then be more truly reflective of the change that has happened within you because now there is conviction in you that you’ve changed regardless of what things look like on the outside. You now know that things on the outside are just neutral props devoid of meaning, no built-in meaning that you determine the meaning. So even though it may look the same, you’re now saying, I am giving it a different definition. I now know it’s not an interruption or an obstacle. I now know it’s part of my path and it serves me in a positive way. I’m redefining it. And by responding differently to it, then it has the best opportunity to actually change the outside reflection. But the first step is not the outside changing. The first step is knowing and behaving as if you truly are different in relation to what’s going on outside because there really is no outside to change for change itself rather than for outcome.
- Questioner 2: Yes. Exactly. When you change for change itself, the paradox is you change the outcome. When you change for the outcome, you’ve never really changed.

Questioner 3: The surviving. Not even living. Surviving. And the funny thing is I’m abundant right now. I have I am being very well taken care of through my husband. That’s a form of abundance. But I want to find self-sufficiency.

Bashar: But how?

Questioner 3: However, I understand you are physical beings. Please pay attention to your true system of beliefs. I know you want to get to the core things and change these. But while you are holding on to certain beliefs, don’t short-circuit yourself by moving into something you say is your passion sooner than your belief systems are honestly ready to let you do. Otherwise, you will just wind up jumping off a cliff and suddenly being surprised that you can’t fly. As long as you still hold on to the belief that you will not fly, it would be wise not to jump off the cliff or at least start climbing down the cliff. As long as you believe your belief systems can support you that far, you can start some level of your passion. But respect where your beliefs actually are. And that simply takes honest self-assessment to find out what those definitions are so that you’re not fooling yourself into thinking you’re truly ready to live your passion when you yourself have contrary beliefs about that. So it’s all right to take your time is all we are saying as long as you respect where you’re truly at with it. Now, if you really feel that you can take a bigger leap than you have before, then by all means, take whatever leap you are comfortable with, but make sure it’s simply as much as you possibly can do in the direction of your passion while respecting where you’re really at. I’m not saying be hesitant. I’m saying have true recognition of what your beliefs will really allow you to do. Because sometimes when you take that leap and feel that you’ve gone through an experience where taking that leap has suddenly smacked you in the face like a brick wall, that itself, that experience itself is for the purpose of putting you in touch with other beliefs you may still be holding on to that didn’t really allow you to take the leap you wanted. And so that’s okay, too. You follow me? Mhm. Just use the experience that way and you will be using it, let’s say, appropriately. Nevertheless, you want to do your music instead of your healing? Although there isn’t necessarily that much difference between the two, is there?

Bashar: Well, is not healing vibration? Is not music vibration? Does not music heal?

Questioner 3: True. Well, you can still be a healer and be a musical one. Maybe you’re just angry with yourself for not being the kind of healer you would actually rather be.

Bashar: Yes.

Questioner 3: Well, I’m also experiencing guilt with that because

Bashar: Oh, I Let’s pile on the negative beliefs. Let’s make it that much more difficult. Not only am I angry that I’m not doing what I want, but I’m also guilty about not doing it. Bad me. Shame on me. Let’s really pile on the difficulty level instead of just doing what I want. Let’s spend more time processing all the things I want to judge about myself. Now, you understand? I’m not making fun of you yet.

Questioner 3: I understand.

Bashar: All right. However, sometimes humans are so easy to make fun of. We just can’t help ourselves, you know, because we don’t have TV. You put on quite a show, all of you, and we are more than happy to watch. However, this is an interactive show. So, what do you gain? And here’s where we connect. Very good for asking the question. Very good for making the statement. Brilliant. Thank you. Here’s where we connect to the idea of really exploring core beliefs because as we have said, the beliefs you hold on to, the definitions you hold on to, you hold on to because you want to. You never hold on. You will never I guarantee it. Believe me, you will never hold on to a belief or a definition no matter how negative that you don’t define as working for you on some level. If you hold on to it, it’s because you think it serves you to hold on to it because you’ve defined it in a way that says as uncomfortable as it is to hold on to this belief, the alternative is scarier. So, this makes me feel more comfortable, so I’ll keep it. Thank you. You will never hold on to that belief. If you actually believed this was more advantageous, but if you’re scared of this choice, you will think this is more advantageous to hold on to what you know, to hold on to what you’re familiar with. As uncomfortable as it may be, it’s familiar. And sometimes that’s why the symbol on the anogrammatic circuit, the last one is the unknown. Sometimes you define the unknown as scarier and you’d rather have the familiar as unpleasant as it is. When you switch that idea, believe me, you will let go of this instantly and attach to that immediately. As soon as you change the definition of what actually serves you better, as soon as you get in touch with that core belief that going in this direction will actually be the best thing for you, you will immediately do so. And believe me, nothing will stop you. Nothing. Nothing gets in your way. Everything you’re doing, you’re doing because you choose to do it because you’ve defined it as the best thing for you to do by comparison to this other option. But if you know that other option could serve you, you simply have to get in touch with the rest of the definitions that don’t allow you to automatically choose it, that don’t allow you to feel that it would. And that’s usually the definition that does that. Does this making some sense to you?

Questioner 3: Yes. I just want to feel it so I can go. All right. Well, as you say, first of all, you’re angry about doing something that’s not really who you are. All right. That’s fine. Natural anger. Natural anger, shall we call it? Alignment, energy alignment. That’s what it’s doing. It’s aligning you with your truth. Natural anger lasts about oh 15 seconds. Anything beyond that is judgment. You understand? Yes. Natural anger is energy alignment. It’s the recognition that a thing is not you by comparison and you go, “Oh no, not me. That’s not who I am.” But that’s all anger actually is. If it lasts longer than that, that’s where these other definitions of judgment come in. Oh, guilty. Guilty for not choosing this sooner. Now I’m really angry. And the guilt feeds the judgmental version of anger and perpetuates and magnifies that. And you spend your day going around in circles dealing with that instead of simply using the anger in a positive way and say, “Oh, this version of healing is not who I am. All right, this is” and start moving in that direction because you know that’s who you are. And because you know that’s who you are, you know that’s what will support you. Because what in that being the thing that excites you because it wouldn’t allow you to do that thing. It wouldn’t allow you to continue to move in that direction if it didn’t come with the ability to bring you what you need to continue to move in that direction. So you can even logic this out for yourself if that’s the facility that works best for you and recognize that there would be no reason for you to get excited about something if it didn’t contain the ability to do that thing to continue your excitement. Bashar: All right. Now, if the other issues come up, I’m unsure about this, I’m unsure about that, I’m not good enough for this, I’m not qualified for that, I don’t know enough about this, I don’t know enough about that. Do what you need to do to gain the information and experience that you need, knowing that that’s not a path toward your excitement. That all those things are part of your excitement, they’re just different perspectives, different variations of it, different parts of the process of living your excitement. It’s all living your excitement. And you can use even what you’ve been doing as part of your excitement because it’s finally brought you to a place where it’s become clear what you are not. And sometimes people on earth have to simply figure out what they are by first figuring out what they are not. Sometimes it just works best that way for some of you because now you know where you don’t want to go and that helps you really define where you do want to go. And if you worked it that way, bless it. It got you to this realization. So don’t be angry with it. Don’t be angry with yourself. Use it. Say, “Aha, freedom, release, insight, inspiration. The path I’ve been on, the things I’ve been doing have brought me to this realization. Hallelu.”

Bashar: If you don’t use your life up to this point that way it’s like having a path of stepping stones and saying, “I invalidate the stepping stones I have been walking on.” If you invalidate them, if you judge them as unworthy of having been there, they will vanish experientially. And thus then, how can they get you to where you want to go? How can they lead you to the rest of the stepping stones if you invalidate the stones you’ve stepped on?

Questioner 3: I think it’s the fear of crossing over and what how I’m going to be supported financially to get to that level of my passion. Yes, I don’t want to go work at Mickey De’s. And even though that my husband is supporting me, I keep thinking, “Oh, I really want to let go of the massage.” I do. I have to.

Bashar: Then do what you can in the direction of your highest joy to the degree that your belief system will allow you to start there. Go as far as you believe you are willing to believe you can be supported. Okay? And don’t discount any avenue that you really believe is a representation of your excitement in any form.

Questioner 3: Okay? But also don’t put conditions on yourself. You see, what you just did in that last sentence was bring up a flurry of belief systems and conditions. The only way I can get there and support myself is by working here or doing this job I don’t like. I have to do it that way. No, you don’t. But you have just revealed to yourself all the belief systems you have about that. So that’s good. You’ve just made yourself transparent and now you can deal with why you are afraid to take that step. You are afraid to take that step because you have a definition that says you must do it in a way that is unpleasant for you. That is not preferred. But that’s not necessarily an empirical truth. It’s just your definition that says that. So get in touch with why you have that definition and why you’ve made it real and make it unreal because it doesn’t have to be real, does it? One of the wonderful wonderful things that exists is that there are other people. Other people act as shining examples of what’s possible. If someone else can do it, you can do it. Do you understand? That’s why all of you really, most importantly, can be examples to everyone else by really following your passion. Because when you see someone else do it, it’s not that you have to do it exactly the same way, but if they did it, that means it’s possible for you. If you have attracted yourself into their life or at least attracted them into your life enough to be aware of them and what they’ve done, then be inspired by the fact that they’ve done it as knowledge that if you’ve attracted them into your life as an example, that’s a sign. That’s a marker that you’ve done that to show yourself you are capable of the same thing. So if they created abundance in their lives in a fantastically rich, effortless, fun, and playful way, so can you. If the example exists anywhere and you can see it or be aware of it, it means you’re capable of the same thing or the example would never have come into your life because there are no accidents. Does that make sense?

20. Q&A Session 4: Responsibility & Dreaming
- Bashar: This and what we are talking about in this kind of dialogue is not just a precursor to the idea of getting in touch with core beliefs. Everything we are saying has everything to do with really using this example as we just pointed out in this last conversation as an example of having your own dialogue at the same time and using this and applying it to your own situation to get in touch with your beliefs and your underlying beliefs and your core beliefs. All of this is part of the process. We are not stepping aside from all the other information we’re talking about. This is part of the information. These dialogues are part of the information. Part of the process in action. So pay attention to that. Are there more clarifications and questions?
- Questioner 4: Hello deashar.
- Bashar: And are you good day?
- Questioner 4: Um I’m just step on the path when I trying to explore who I am and why I’m here.
- Bashar: Yes. And uh it brings also tremendous responsibilities because
- Bashar: stop stop before you go on are you defining the term responsibility in a positive or negative way?
- Questioner 4: Positive.
- Bashar: All right. Go ahead. And it’s interesting like you said it’s no accidents in the universe and more and more I’m getting um I feel like I’m just on a baby level to be on that road but I’m getting
- Bashar: You all are.

- Bashar: and so are we.

- Bashar: We are always all learning. There is no end. So we are all masters and we’re all on the baby level. And a master knows they’re on the baby level. That’s what makes them a master.

- Bashar: It’s interesting that I’m getting more and more information about stuff with even hard to comprehend by human mind. But it’s very exciting and very interesting about the answer to question why I’m here.
- Questioner 4: Yes. And uh I would like you um would you please scan my energy and maybe ask the guys on other side
- Bashar: the guys to get their permission because in a way I feel that me and you are related. I almost in a sense
- Bashar: we are speaking to the people we are speaking to because there is an energetic connection otherwise you’d be talking to someone else. So there is a relationship there is a relatedness to the energy connection. Now, with their permission, your permission, and this goes for all of you individually as well as collectively, what will help clarify some of these issues is information that does already exist. If you’re not aware of it yet, it would be perhaps advantageous for you to become aware of this information. And it is in the form of what we will suggest as three books. Read Journey of Souls, Destiny of Souls, and the newest Conversations with God book called Home with God. All three are specifically about choosing from the spirit level the idea of physical reality and what goes into it and why you choose those things and why you wind up where you wind up. Educate yourself if you have not done so yet with the information in those books. They will help you synthesize a better and clearer understanding of the processes and mechanisms that go on in the spirit world that wind up in what your lives turn out to be and thus in some senses answer many of the questions as to why is this happening? Why am I this person? So read those three books, see what that does, process that information, and see if it will take you further toward answering the why. All right.

- Questioner 4: All right. This is again coming from your guides as a very good focusing element for you. It puts you in a sense helps you put yourself in the proper vibrational state to best absorb this kind of information. All right.

- Questioner 4: I also have a question more more specific question. Um is one of my guide extraterrestrial?
- Bashar: Yes.
- Questioner 4: Can you name?
- Bashar: No.
- Questioner 4: Okay. Thank you. My other question and this is was picking my curiosity recently. It’s about um and you brought it many times and even today that it’s no such thing as a past life reincarnation. All lives are going on simultaneously.
- Bashar: Yes, you can experience it as a past life but they don’t really exist in the past because there’s no such thing. Everything exists now.
- Questioner 4: Yes. But my question is can I change my frequency to experience those lives and then change my frequency to the present frequency and yes is it any effects of those parallel lives on a current frequency life?
- Bashar: Yes, of course they’re all interconnected. There is constant communication and bleedthrough of information and experiences crossing all those lives constantly. You may not always know where it comes from, where an inspiration suddenly comes from, but it might be coming from an experience in another parallel life that you know you can use in this life. And so you simply make a connection, download the information and use it without necessarily having to know it’s being coming in that sense from another life. You understand?
- Questioner 4: Yes. But how I can achieve that? I was uh trying
- Bashar: you don’t necessarily always want to know where it’s coming from because that might slow down your ability to actually use that information in this life. When you need to know where it comes from, you will. You can be open to exploring that idea and when and where it’s important for you to know that it’s part and parcel of another life experience your oversoul may be having, then you’ll know. But if you don’t know, it’s not always important for you to know because it may not be part of your experience here to know specifically where that information comes from because you need to use it in this life in the way you need to use it, not in the way that version of you needed to use it. Make sense?
- Questioner 4: Yes.
- Bashar: But if it excites you to explore that idea, see where your excitement takes you without expectation. Because remember, you’re choosing to live this life.
- Questioner 4: Yes. not become the other lives. Although you can connect to them, just use your imagination. The lavender may help with that as well.
- Questioner 4: Thank you.
- Bashar: But you may only at first get very quick flashes. That may be enough. Don’t insist on more. Just take it the way it comes because that’s the way it serves you. And if it needs to come in longer flashes and longer understandings of what’s going on in different lives, then add the more you do it, it may come that way if it needs to. All right.

- Bashar: Yes. And the last thing I was very excited today to hear about that you stress the importance of the dreams.

- Bashar: And uh this is what I also been uh getting messages that I need to look more into my dreams because this is the way how my guides speak to me.

- Bashar: one moment one moment please remember listen to your language you do all the changing that happens in you someone else may have the ability to inspire you to make that change but no one else not even God can change you if you don’t want to change. Remember the joke we told in the beginning?
- Questioner 5: Yes.
- Bashar: The light bulb has to want to change, right? So, you make all the changes in you. No one changes you, but they may set up a vibration from which you take inspiration to change yourself. That’s how healing works. That’s how masters work. They give off a vibration that represents the healed state, but you have to set that vibration up within yourself by matching it in order for you to experience the change or the healing. So, you’re actually doing the work, but they’re acting as a reflective vibrational example. They’re not doing it to you or for you. Does that make sense?
- Questioner 5: Right? So pay attention to how you say those things because sometimes in phrasing it the way you phrased it, it can be that you’re in a state where you’re giving your power away to someone else and that’s exactly the opposite direction you want to go in.

- Bashar: You do heal yourself all the time. Anytime there is a healing or a change, you’re the one doing it. But you may be taking your cue from examples others are giving you. And the fact that they may say you are healed doesn’t mean they actually did it. It still means you did it too.

23. The Deep Dive Meditation
- Bashar: I’ll say let us continue with the transmission in the following manner. All of you become as comfortable as you can. Close your eyes if you wish. When you are feeling comfortable in your position, take a deep breath in and let it out. Take another deep breath in. Slowly let it out. And one more time. Take a deep breath in and let it out. Breathe easily, comfortably. In a relaxed manner. Let your body relax. Let your feet relax. Your legs relax. Your hips relax. Your torso relax. Shoulders relax. Hands. Arms relax. Neck muscles relax. Face muscles relax. Scalp muscles relax. Loosen your jaw muscle. Just breathe. Just feel yourself floating along. And now if you will imagine that you are on the surface of the ocean and you are in a kind of deep diving vessel. It is not claustrophobic. It is of your own design. It is as spacious as you want it to be or as intimate as you want it to be. Made out of whatever you want it to be made out of. If it is transparent, that is fine. If it is not transparent, allow it to at least have a viewing window through which you can look. And by whatever means, you may imagine, pragmatic or miraculous, you have no problem breathing inside this deep diving vessel. The air is fresh and comfortable. Temperature is comfortable. The way you are either lying down, sitting or standing in it is comfortable. It is almost like an extension of you, of your body. And as you bob up and down in the waves on the surface, you look out and you see beautiful sun dappled surface of the ocean with a thousand little glints of light and it stretches far off into the horizon. Now and then perhaps either a fish or a dolphin may poke its head up, cause a little splash to occur with its tail, just enough to let you know that there’s activity below the surface. And as beautiful as the surface may be and the sky above and the clouds and whatever land there may be in sight. And as beautiful as the color of the surface may be and the day and the wind may be, the splashing has gotten your curiosity and you decide that you will just take a little dive down a little ways just to see what’s going on down there below the surface. And so you allow your mind to control in whatever way you wish. Either by creating your levers or buttons in front of you or just with mind control. You allow yourself to just sink below the surface a little bit. It is still brightly lit below the surface by the sun. And you can begin to see that there is life here. A few little beautiful colorful fishes swimming around. Some very interesting ones of different sizes and shapes swimming around looking back at you with equal curiosity. And you see below that the color of the ocean shifts to a deeper blue. And you decide that you’re curious enough to see what’s watch down there too. And so you allow yourself to descend a little bit further, just a little bit into a beautiful deep blue level layer of the ocean. And you see that there are different kinds of animals and fish down at this level doing slightly different things, moving in slightly different ways. And you begin to get a sense of the different layers and levels of community and communication that exist within the ocean. And you look down and see that it is deeper blue still below you. And with your curiosity heightened, you decide you will really explore a little bit further. And you allow the deep diving vessel to sink and descend a little bit more into the deeper layers of the blue. Deep blue, not quite indigo. And you begin to see again different forms of life. Some of them may seem a little strange. Some of them may even seem a little bit scary, but that’s all right. You’re perfectly safe, comfortable, at ease in your deep diving vessel made of impenetrable material. But you have a perfect window on this strange, mysterious world at this level of the sea. And you see below you that it becomes darker still. And you move down through the layers into a deep indigo all around you, maybe even with just the slightest tinge of violet to it. There is still some sunlight reaching, but it is faint. You are now really in a deeper world, a different world. And you begin to sense that there are larger forms of life down here doing things very differently than the forms of life above. A very different kind of ability to navigate through the semi darkness with different senses that reach out, that feel, that hear, that receive and send different wavelengths of energy all through this layer. All through this deep, deep indigo. And you look and you see that there is a darker layer yet below you. And you let the deep diving vessel go down. And now you find that the layer around you deepens, darkens to very, very deep, deep purpley blue, very deep, almost black, but not quite. And now you begin to sense other life. Sense it almost more than see it. Although here and there there might be little flashes and flickers of light from bioluminescent self-light generating organisms. And some of them when you catch a quick glimpse here and there may seem very strange, very alien to you, a very different configuration than the life far above you. Yet you still know and still remember that light up above. And even though it doesn’t seem so, you know it is still reaching down through the depths and that there is always a connection to that light above. Always. And now you feel yet again a tug deeper still. And you allow the deep diving vessel to descend into velvety space-like blackness. And yet there is a substance to it. It’s not an emptiness. It’s its own dimension. And you sense that there is even here near the ocean floor an intelligence, an awareness of you. And you don’t quite know how you are aware of it, but you are. And then you decide that you will switch on the lights of your deep diving vessel and illuminate what is just around you. And in and out of those lights, you see life forms gliding, sliding past, strange, mysterious, never revealing exactly all of their shape and size, but just a fin, just a tail, just a scale, just a hint here, an eye, and you sense that these so close to the ocean floor they form a kind of foundation. Everything from all the upper layers, it eventually sinks down to this level. One way or another. And this level absorbs it, builds on it, makes everything that filters down from the top its own. Builds its own unique sense of community, idea, reflection, foundation. And you allow your deep diving vessel to go all the way to the bottom. And you land on the ocean floor with a soft thud. And you sit there and you realize how quiet it is. And you realize that somewhere down here there is an intelligence and an awareness that gives rise to everything above it and you reach out your senses and you search with your lights. You do not immediately see what it could be. There are all the familiar life forms swimming around. The ones you’ve now become familiar with, no matter how strange they may be, you understand they are their own form of idea, their own form of life. They have their own community, their own layer, their own level, their own understanding, their own intelligence, their own reason for being. But there’s something else down here with you that seems to permeate everything everywhere. It is deep and it is abiding. It is forever. And yet you have encountered it seemingly for the first time. Become aware of it for the first time. Yet you know it has always always been there waiting for you to make contact. Waiting for you to allow yourself to descend through the layers of ideas and beliefs and feeling and knowledge and definition waiting for you to make contact with the core. And you sense it now as a deep thrumming in the ocean floor, in the earth itself, the core vibrating like a molten heart, pumping life into everything above it. And you realize that here lies the key, that fluidity, that moltenness, that heat that lies just beneath the surface of the ocean floor. Can instantly allow the floor just above it to sink. And you and your diving vessel sink into the ocean floor, through the ocean floor, and into the molten core. And with your impenetrable diving sphere, you see that you are surrounded by the beautiful thick liquid of the core. You are in the crucible. The crucible, the forge from which ideas and beliefs and definitions and feelings and thoughts are formed. But you are in the raw state before it is crystallized into anything that is recognizable as a form, as a life, as an idea. Here in the core is the beginning of all things that you know as the life above. And you realize that it all comes down to this that all the things above come from the same place, come from the one core. And as you have this thought, suddenly this thought, this feeling, this idea puts you in touch that it’s so quiet here in the core that you can actually hear your heartbeat. And you realize that your heart is beating at exactly the same rhythm as the core is pulsing around you. And as you imagine and as you hear and as you feel this heartbeat, you remember that with every beat of your heart, it sends out an electromagnetic pulse at the speed of light and it goes through what you thought was the impenetrable skin of your diving vessel. Your diving vessel is transparent to this vibration. And the vibrational beat of your heart causes a stir, a vibration in the core fluid around you. And a pulse comes back in answer to your heartbeat. And the two heartbeats begin to communicate, begin to talk, begin to understand each other, begin to know each other, begin to become each other. And you realize as the feedback from your heart reaches you from the outside, passing again through the impenetrable skin of your diving vessel and coming back to you. That the very thought that you send out comes back changed, different. You have changed the world around you. Curious to see what this change has wrought, you allow your diving vessel to begin to ascend up through the molten core, up through the dividing line between the hot and the cold ocean floor. And it solidifies around you and under your diving vessel. And somehow there’s a difference. The forms of life around you in the deep are not quite the same. The flashes of light are not quite the same pattern. Something has changed. Something is different. Something is new. And you rise up through the layers through the deepest blue into the lighter blue. The lighter blue. All the way up until you are once again breaching and bobbing splashing on the surface and looking at the horizon, looking at the ocean stretch out all around you. It is still a glorious day, but there is something different. Something that’s not quite the same as when you began the dive. And then you realize the difference is you. You are not quite the same. You have been transformed by your journey into the depths of your being. And you have brought back with you an entirely new you that takes its cue from the change you made in the core belief with your heart, with your heart’s desire. Desire drove you down into the core. To immerse you in your definitions and to instill and extract from you the dedication to recognize and be who you know yourself to be. And the detachment to release from the new core you crystallized to rise back up so that you can observe and experience and live the results of the new idea you created yourself to be. Which will expand your desire to explore all the more who and what you are and how many different oceans you can discover when you rise to the surface yet again. From each and every trip you take into the core, you will rise to the surface of a different sea. A different sea. And you will see things differently because you are different than you used to be. Take a deep breath in and breathe in the day and breathe in the salt air and the freshness of the new world you have created. Take a deep breath in and open your senses to the sights and sounds of the new world all around you and the freshness of the reality that you have given birth to by birthing yourself a new. Take a deep breath in and feel the expansiveness of the new beginning that you have open to you every moment of every day with every choice that you make. Every change is a total change. And the world is never the same twice from moment to moment to moment. Core belief is the passage to your inner self, the choices you made coming into this life. And when you visit the core belief, the core doorway, you stand on the threshold of all possibilities yet again. The same possibilities you had available to you in spirit when you decided to be physical. You can rearrange the agreement in that space. All of the ink vanishes and the paper is clean. Rewrite your contract with yourself in all the ways that are important to you. Make a declaration of independence with your signature on it and declare yourself free to be who you prefer to be anytime, every time, all the time. Take a deep breath and open your eyes. And welcome to a new world. A new world. Land of the free. Home of the brave.
24. Using the Dimensional Spiral Tool
- Bashar: Now, let’s take a look at the diagram of all the circles and the jagged spiral. Allow yourself to take that diagram. Hold it in your two hands. Two hands. Hold it at a distance from your face that is comfortable. So you can take in the entire image comfortably. Don’t focus too close. Don’t hold it too far. Just at the right distance where you can see the whole image and get a sense of the three-dimensionality of the jagged spiral. When it begins to start looking more three-dimensional, like a box, when you see lines that really look like they’re moving toward you, going away, when it starts to take on that quality, that’s the right distance. Even if it only lasts for a fraction of a second, that’s the correct focal point. Just look at it. Don’t concentrate. Just look at it. Now start at the top of the spiral and allow yourself to slowly slide down the spiral through the circles. Just follow the line easily and comfortably all the way down to the center circle. Take your time. No right way, no wrong way. Just take your time and when you get to the center, whenever that may be, just rest there for a moment and see that your focal point is surrounded by all the other circles. Now once you are in the center allow yourself again to make sure that you are holding the image at the correct focal length to be able to see the three-dimensionality of it. And even some of the circles may start to look like they are laid out in a three-dimensional matrix. That’s all right. Again, it may be subtle, it may be bold, it doesn’t matter. But as your mind attempts to make sense out of the idea that the spiral looks three-dimensional, it will also make an attempt to see exactly what the relationship of that spiral is to the circles. And that may allow some of the circles to start looking like they are not exactly in the same plane with each other either. Let that happen if it does. If it doesn’t, don’t worry about it. Now follow the spiral out from the center. Follow the lines as they flow all the way back out to where you started at the top of the diagram. Whatever pace is comfortable for you and come back out to the top. Now you can do this at your own pace later. Right now I am simply telling you how to use this tool. So follow along for now with the pacing I am giving you. You can do this later in your own time in your own way at your own pace. All right. Now you have circumnavigated this structure once in and out just for its own sake. Just learning the path, just feeling your way and starting to get a sense of the dimensionality that is inherent in this form. That’s step one. Now, here’s step two. You will do the same thing again, but this time before you go down the spiral to the center, what you will do is take with you an intention, an intention to discover a core belief, an intention to have a core belief revealed to you. That’s all. Just the intention. Nothing more. No expectation. Just intention with that intention to be shown a core belief. Go down the spiral again in all of its dimensionality until you come to the center. Hang, float, sit, whatever you wish in the center for a moment and just be open to being shown an image or getting a feeling or a symbol or an idea or a memory or an imagination or a color or a picture or a word or a sound. It doesn’t matter. Just take it to heart that in some way, shape or form that represents the first step in getting in touch with a core belief. If it goes farther than that and expands into something bigger, that’s fine. But it doesn’t have to at this time. Once you have received that, even if it is simply an emptiness and it simply comes to a point where you simply know it is time to go, whether you felt like you got anything or not, then when you feel it’s time to go, leave the center and come back up the spiral back to the top. Now, at that point, look around at whatever beliefs you may be in touch with about yourself and see if any of them start to take on a slightly different perspective. See if any of them look a little different. Look at the situations in your life and see if any of them have taken on a slightly different point of view or if you are looking at them a little bit differently or feeling a little bit differently about them. Or you see yourself as occupying a little bit different role, part or position with regard to that situation you were in before you went down the spiral. Come back up and see if anything looks or feels or sounds or tastes or smells a little bit different than it did before. Once you have done that, allow yourself to examine at that point whatever you wish to examine. Let that recognition or realization take you wherever it needs to go. And once you have spent a little time with that according to whatever is comfortable for you and you have made a decision that you want more revelation and more alteration of your point of view and your relationship to that situation. Then with that decision for an expanded point of view or an increase in informational flow, take that idea down the spiral again to the center at whatever rate is comfortable. sit with it and see if more knowledge, more insight, more information comes or if you suddenly start to feel more unlocked. If you start to feel a growing vibration, maybe even of excitement, maybe even of fear, but feel something growing, something more, something opening up, something changing, something around you. You don’t know what it is maybe, but that’s all right. You just start to sense there’s a deeper picture, a bigger picture, more than you were formerly aware of, opening up like a flower, like a seed opening into a flower within you. It may not be completely coherent. You may not have words to describe it. It may be quick. It may be slow. But once you feel it is time to go, come back up the spiral all the way to the top and again look at whatever situations draw your attention and again see feel or experience if your relationship to that situation is different yet again and how it’s different. Take whatever time, spend whatever time you wish to examining that difference. Allow yourself to develop a better understanding of the new relationship you now have with that circumstance, that situation, that idea, that belief. And once you have taken this third journey, first time just going in and coming out to get a sense of the dimensionality. Second time with intention as we said to be given something about a core belief and coming out and seeing if there’s a difference. Third time taking that difference and wanting it to expand down into the core and coming out again with a different expansive point of view. Once you have done those three things, go into it one more time with one focus only. At the top of the spiral, take everything that has happened. Just sort of sit with it as you say in your language. Just neutralize it. Put it there for later examination. It’s not going away. And now just ask the question why and go down the spiral again. And once you arrive at the center, be very quiet and see if something answers you. Whatever it is, when you feel you’ve gotten some kind of a response, come back up the spiral. That’s enough for one day. Then as you come back up the spiral, having done these four trips down to the core and back up again, these four journeys down the path and back up to the surface again. Take all of that and allow yourself this recognition. Say, I am open to synchronicity. I am open to dream. I am open to guides. Then allow yourself to see and make a note of whatever further information and insights come to you during the day in synchronicities. And whatever information comes to you in your dreams or from what you take to be your guides, write them down. Note them, pay attention to them. Write them down. Mark them. When you wake up, when you receive the synchronicity, as soon as possible, as fresh in your mind as possible, write the down, the idea, the inspirations, the imaginations, the synchronicities, the dream revelations, or the scenarios that come to you, as clearly as you can, as quickly as you can. Then look at what you have been given from that day and night and see how it might relate to an opportunity or a situation or a doorway or a window that will lead to something you can act on that will change the situation you are in if that’s what you want or will put you more in touch with core beliefs if that’s what you prefer. See what has changed. See what insights you have been given. Then the next day, do the same thing over again. Take the four trips down the spiral and back up with all the same intentions we just said more and more. And then again, pay attention to the synchronicities, the inspirations, the messages, the dreams. Write them all down. Note them and see how that information may relate to the unfolding in your life on a daily basis. Note them. Very important.
The Daily Ritual:
- Bashar: Now before you do this every day, every day. And if again you have to write them down, that’s fine. Before you begin your first journey down the spiral with this particular image, give yourself a moment. Get into a relaxed state and either tell yourself out loud or think it to yourself or feel it, but as strongly as you can. I do this with desire to define my dedication to detach. I do this with desire to define my dedication to detach. I do this with desire to define my dedication to detach. I do this with desire to define my dedication to detach. So be it. Say it four times. Finish with so be it or amen or hallelujah or whatever you wish that is for you. A finalizing acceptance. Acceptance of your desire to define your dedication to detach. Do that little ritual first. Do the four trips down the spiral and back out. Notice and log your synchronicities, inspirations, and dreams. You will find within 30 to 90 of your days, your life will begin to contain things you will be astonished to find in your life. Opportunities, synchronicities, doorways, people. You will be amazed until you get to the point where amazement is the order of the day. This will unlock you. Do it if you wish to unlock. Do it if you desire to define your dedication to detach and discover your core beliefs and recrystallize your reality into what you prefer it to be, into that which is aligned with your core being. Rewrite the contract with fresh ink and a new signature. Declare your independence and your freedom. Rise to the occasion of yourself, of your existence. Rise to the occasion of your being. Rise to the occasion of the potential of your life. Rise to the recognition and acknowledgment and acceptance of who you were created to be. To be. Take a deep breath and expand. Take a moment. Just sit with yourself for a moment. Feel what just this moment may have done to you in terms of changed little things within you, little feelings, little vibrations, little ideas emotionally, physically, spiritually. Feel the potential of your being. Feel the desire build within you to discover who you are. Feel the moment of revelation when you crack the code of a definition. Feel the certainty of the commitment and dedication you call forth in declaring your freedom to be who you are and attract what is reflective of that. Feel the compassionate detachment to all things not you. And then feel your desire amplify to do only those things that are. And continue the cycle and spiral upward and upward and upward magnifying your magnificence. And the magnificence of all that is that you reflect. Take a deep breath and let it out. - Questioner 6: I was wondering if you could clarify. I was in it and I don’t really remember much about I’m visualizing doing it at home and if you could clarify just a little more about the difference between when you’re going down the spiral and then when you’re going up.
- Bashar: Well, the main difference is what you bring back with you from the center. You go down with an intention, you come back with a result of that intention and then you see how that result has changed what you originally started with.
- Questioner 6: Okay.
- Bashar: Does that make sense? That’s the simple way to understand it.

- Bashar: Is that sufficient or is there some other detail you wish to explore about that process?
- Questioner 6: No, that’s good for the process.
- Bashar: All right. If you wish, just listen back to the recording, okay? As many times as necessary to get all the nuances of exactly what we said in the way we said it.
- Questioner 6: You’ll get it. You’ll feel your way down the path. It will become familiar to you. The only reason it seems a little confusing or unclear right now is you’re not familiar with that path. But as you journey down the spiral and come back, you will make your own way. You’ll make your own markers. You’ll make your own signposts and you’ll learn to recognize them and become familiar with that as your path, okay? Not just a path. And as you move through the different dimensions of it, you will actually be moving through different dimensions of yourself and coming back out through other dimensions of yourself. And as you do that over and over again, you will eventually touch base with all the different aspects and dimensions in space and time that make up your personality and corporeal being.
- Questioner 6: And you’ll begin to see how your spirit relates to that. And you’ll begin to understand when you see how your spirit relates to that, what kind of original choices you made in being physical and what kind of core beliefs you may have attached yourself to in the experience of physicality. You’ll begin to develop a new language for yourself, a new way of communicating with yourself. That’s what this journey using this dimensional spiral will do. This is something our civilization created long ago and we used to great effect to bring us as one tool to where we are today.

- Bashar: Yes. And this is speaking quantumly but of course it’s just the uh when we were going through that exercise I saw uh three different parallel as I was holding the um diagram I saw three versions of that good

- Bashar: yeah and I guess my question is out of those realities we choose which reality we want obviously Yes.
- Questioner 7: And I’ve I’ve gone through uh with my life, I’ve gone through some very exotic uh parallel universe trips, but they were never conscious. They they happened accidentally.
- Bashar: Yes.
- Questioner 7: How do we choose to collect either?
- Bashar: Well, this exercise is also designed to make that experience more conscious.
- Questioner 7: Boy, something happened. Yeah, definitely. Very.
- Bashar: Oh, yes. You see, this is why we had to wait till now to bring this tool in. It’s actually going to start making some of you begin to actually consciously perceive the different parallel realities. And only now are you at the beginning of the point where you have the capacity to begin to integrate them in a way that will not drive you crazy and to consciously create that versus hallucinating it which is really the same thing different perspective. Yes.

- Bashar: now that book talked about death and how death is a form of ultimate creation.

- Bashar: So if you look at it from that standpoint
- Questioner 7: I guess one of the the greatest fears I have in most humans is the fear of death.
- Bashar: Yes. So if you can transmute and transform the fear of that as a core issue.
- Questioner 7: Yes.
- Bashar: Maybe my belief is that there’s a way of transmuting all fears.

- Bashar: Everything.
- Questioner 7: Yes.
- Bashar: Like at the very core of the core issue of fear itself.

- Bashar: Completely and specifically.

- Bashar: Does that mean Yes.
- Questioner 7: Well, maybe and that goes back to sea, you know, this the sea. Yeah. Going up and down the sea. Yeah.

- Questioner 7: From the core. Yeah. The core of the core of the core of the core of the core issue.
- Bashar: It touches everything above it. Because if you perceive the fear of dying as an ultimate form of creation, maybe in a different vibrational

- Questioner 7: Then if there’s no fear of that then nothing else the vaporizes the fear of everything else.
- Bashar: This is why we began long ago in your terms of time the idea of delivering information about what we call the four laws. The first law being you exist. That can’t change. You may change the form of your experience of existence, but you will always exist in some form and you will always know your you always. That is simply a state of absolute nowess that can’t change and that’s how you collapse time.
- Questioner 7: Yes. Yes. Because you understand that time is only created by you when you create a bunch of details in which they must exist in time because there is no time.
- Bashar: There isn’t really although there’s the experience of it physical. Yes. It is a way of simply holding on to all of the parts you view yourself as. But when you stop viewing yourself as a collection of parts and see yourself more holistically, then only one moment is needed to experience that and time collapses into the eternal now moment.
- Questioner 7: Yes.
- Bashar: Does that help?
- Questioner 7: That that helps a lot. One observation.
- Bashar: Oh yes.
- Questioner 7: The synchronicities. Um we talked about love being as being the the most ultimate the most powerful force in the universe, the creation.
- Bashar: Well, it’s not a force per se, but it is the very substance of existence. It’s the vibration of it and how that interfaces with the heart. And what I noticed today, yes, is that you’re wearing red.
- Questioner 7: Well, the channel is the channel is wearing red.
- Bashar: Yes. We told him to do so.
- Questioner 7: And the plants behind you. Yes. If you look at it a certain way, forms a shape of a heart.
- Bashar: Yes.
- Questioner 7: Two parts coming together. It’s very
- Bashar: No. Interesting. Yes, we have never really been in a position to dictate to the channel what he should wear in the morning. But today was an exception and he knew that the final piece of downloaded information was pick the red shirt. It will go along with the vibration of desire that will be discussed.

- Questioner 8: but never the same Hassan twice.
- Bashar: Never. Yeah, I agree. Um I have three parts basically. First one is
- Bashar: Oh, how orderly of you.
- Questioner 8: I would thank you. I would like to share my experience. The trip we take like diving in the the ocean.
- Bashar: Yes.
- Questioner 8: Um, first I was on the surface. I was seeing blue skies like some birds flying and everything. There was silver reflection of the sun.
- Bashar: Yikes.
- Questioner 8: On the surface.
- Bashar: Yikes.
- Questioner 8: And there wasn’t a solid oval like diving ship.
- Bashar: All right.
- Questioner 8: And then I was diving in and in and in and in. And when I reached the core, as you said, my ship like changed to be like spherical and transparent and everything.
- Bashar: All right.
- Questioner 8: And I could feel it. And then when I went back to the surface, I tried to reimagine the blue skies and everything the same as before, but I couldn’t. It was like always like purplish vitish and like the sea the ocean turned into like
- Bashar: all right very good
- Questioner 8: thick silver liquidish.
- Bashar: All right. We said there might be changes. Yes.
- Questioner 8: Yeah. So
- Bashar: anytime you go to the core and come back up there is likely to be changes.
- Questioner 8: Mhm. And the thing is I turned my lights on way earlier before you said
- Bashar: that’s all right. That’s all right. There is no right way or wrong way to do this. Your imagination is the best guide. We are only giving you the basic structure. Your imagination tells you in what order and at what pace is best for you. So by all means allow yourself to follow your imagination. That’s very good.
- Questioner 8: All right. Um the second part is um I picked up on different energies.
- Bashar: Yes. Um, one of them I had like three of them I want to mention first before I come to my question but I do it fast.
- Questioner 8: Yeah.
- Bashar: Um, one of them was um I live in Venice Beach in Los Angeles and whenever I pass by the boardwalk I like I see a sign saying walk market.
- Questioner 8: Yes.
- Bashar: And whenever I see it something strikes me you know and I say something will happen around that area and everything.
- Questioner 8: Yes. So a few years later we turn we ended up living just on the corner of that place.
- Bashar: Yes.
- Questioner 8: U another incident is in Lebanon. Um I was used to drive by a street and I always think something bad is going to happen there.
- Bashar: All right.
- Questioner 8: And later on the prime minister was assassinated on the same street I was feeling the feelings at.
- Bashar: All right. Very good. And so uh my question now is um many times when I look at the clock I see it’s 1111.
- Questioner 8: Yes. Synchronous doorway reminder.
- Bashar: Uhhuh. And it always strikes me and just want to know like the significance of it. I just told you the significance of setting up those kinds of synchronicities is to allow yourself to have markers to know that you are operating in the appropriate vibration at that moment that you need to be in.
- Questioner 8: All right. Now, the idea of the other incidents again has to do with the concept that when you’re in the appropriate vibration, time collapses. All space and all time are one. And when you pick up on the vibration that is going on in a particular area that is the strongest vibration of the area, you can by collapsing time in that way get a sense of parallel realities that may ultimately manifest that you will participate in or that you will come to know about. Because all those things happen all at once. So you were simply picking up on vibrations that were the strongest probability and likelihood of parallel realities that may occur in certain places because you are sensitive to that and able to be in the proper place. The 11-11 doorway that will allow you to collapse space, collapse time, and actually get a sense of the most likely manifestation of parallel reality that may occur in any given so-called space-time coordinate location. Does that make sense?
- Questioner 8: Yes, it does.
- Bashar: Does that help you?
- Questioner 8: Yes, it does. Thank you.

- Questioner 8: Um I have one last thing.
- Bashar: Oh, one last thing. Yes. All right.
- Questioner 8: Yes. Um which is kind of similar to uh an incident which happens with a guy called Joe.
- Bashar: A guy called Joe.
- Questioner 8: In one of your previous sessions, you had an encounter with a turtle named Lumpy.
- Bashar: Lumpy. All right. A lumpy turtle. Yes.
- Questioner 8: And it’s similar in a way that he was encountering that with an animal. Meanwhile, I was encountering an interaction with flower bushes basically.
- Bashar: Yes.
- Questioner 8: how so?
- Bashar: My mom had uh an installation and she needed to get some yellow flowers somewhere. And so I went there. There was several bushes and um so I was hearing as if them telling me something, you know, like each one of them says something different.
- Questioner 8: Yes.
- Bashar: Like the bushes in the back, they were saying, you know, we look very ugly. We’re dying. We don’t care. You can take from us, you know. Meanwhile, there is like one bush which was like by itself in the front and it’s very like alive and everything, guys. And it was set to me as if, you know, stay away from me. Take that one. take this one, you know, and the thing is I was following what the flowers were telling me, you know. It’s not like I still insisted to take that, you know.
- Questioner 8: So, I don’t know. Also, like how does the turtle figure in?
- Bashar: Uh, well, just was I said similar in the sense that it was interactions with people I mean with species. No, you are communicating with different life forms.
- Questioner 8: Yes. different than just the humans basically.
- Bashar: Well, yes, all life forms have intelligence in one way or another and can communicate. And again, because you have created for yourself a particular kind of vibratory frequency that collapses spacetime, you are able to pick up on frequencies of communications in different bandwidths and interpret them and translate them into something you can understand.
- Questioner 8: All right.
- Bashar: So, thank you.

28. Q&A Session 9: Following Passion & Overcoming Fear of Being Devalued
- Bashar: Hello, Bashar.
- Questioner 9: And are you good day?
- Bashar: For me, it was interesting in the meditation because I had to get out of the ship and just dive into the water.
- Questioner 9: Oh, all right.
- Bashar: Without any protection, which was interesting.
- Questioner 9: Well, it’s not for protection. But go ahead.
- Bashar: What is it for?
- Questioner 9: We’ll see. I want to revisit something that happened before the lunch break. Um because it was an aha moment for me when you were talking to the healer who’s going to soon be a musical healer. And you were talking about following the passion.
- Questioner 9: Yes.
- Bashar: And one of the things that I remembered was that if truly we’re following our passion and externally it’s not coming into sync the way we feel we wish it to be.
- Questioner 9: Yes.
- Bashar: It’s not because the passion is wrong.
- Questioner 9: Correct.
- Bashar: But because there’s another core belief that needs to be that can be cleared to help clear the obstacles from the path to the passion more or less. Okay. Am I close?
- Questioner 9: The idea is not to set the goal that the outcome is important. The idea is to understand that regardless of how anything looks, you still choose to be passionate for its own sake because that’s who you are. Not because it’s going to change how the world looks around you.
- Questioner 9: Right. But is it sometimes what hap what for me um when I have a passion it feels strongly? Yes, that and some of that’s obviously the expectation of the outcome. I understand that.
- Bashar: All right.
- Questioner 9: But it was almost the sensation that in addition to that and letting go of the expectation going to the detached state.
- Questioner 9: Yes.
- Bashar: That also it’s an opportunity to amp it up a bit.
- Questioner 9: Yes.
- Bashar: Go back to the desire. Yes. Right. And then allow if there is other core issues to be cleared.
- Questioner 9: Oh absolutely. It’s always an opportunity and that is how to use it in a positive way so that the highest degree of probability or likelihood for allowing the outer reality to change comes about but not because it has to, not because that becomes the primary focus.
- Questioner 9: Understood.
- Bashar: For me it’s again synchronicity because yes this has been um for me a journey this past year of truly clearing the inner healing the inner child or coming to that innocence. And so with um for me the first one was no matter what I do, it’s not good enough.
- Questioner 9: All right.
- Bashar: And there’s still about a 10% charge around that one, but it’s
- Questioner 9: Oh, 10%. You’re actually able to measure it.
- Bashar: I’m muscle tested.
- Questioner 9: Oh, but how sophisticated? All right.
- Bashar: Because it also re kind of fit back into the continual journey through the 4Ds. And amping it up. Yes. And being aware that although the outside doesn’t change, it’s how I react to it differently.
- Questioner 9: Yes.
- Bashar: Because the situation may not change, but I no longer take it as a failure.
- Questioner 9: Exactly. So, it’s that ramping up. You are imbuing it with new meaning so that you give it the opportunity to become some other kind of reflection, but since you’ve already imbued it with new meaning, you couldn’t care less because you already have the state of being you were looking for anyway. The second one is no matter what I no sorry if I ask for what I need then I’ll be left and in my sophisticated measuring system there’s still about 60% charge on that
- Questioner 9: one moment repeat that if you ask for what you need
- Questioner 9: a core belief that I have had
- Bashar: if I ask for what I need you will be left
- Questioner 9: left
- Bashar: left
- Questioner 9: left alone left behind
- Bashar: left of center
- Questioner 9: left instead of right no
- Bashar: left instead of right
- Questioner 9: state right state no left behind left abandoned
- Bashar: abandoned
- Questioner 9: abandoned Ah all right
- Bashar: okay and so for me
- Questioner 9: by whom
- Bashar: others outside
- Questioner 9: others any others in particular
- Bashar: uh and currently it’s relationship but it’s my issue not his
- Questioner 9: understood but it is always insightful to understand whom you are using as a reflection of your issue
- Bashar: and and we work through that you know when it comes up now I’m aware that it’s coming up
- Questioner 9: all right and so you are now no longer left.
- Bashar: Um or you said there was
- Questioner 9: 6% remaining.
- Bashar: 60. No, there’s still
- Questioner 9: 60.
- Bashar: Yes, there’s still a bit, but it’s much better than 100. So,
- Questioner 9: Oh, if you say so. It’s improvement, but for me it’s the choice in the past was not to ask.
- Bashar: May I ask you a question?
- Questioner 9: Of course.
- Bashar: Well, thank you. How do you know it’s exactly 60%.
- Questioner 9: I muscle tested it
- Bashar: and
- Questioner 9: and it came out at 60. It’s around that meaning it’s
- Bashar: is that the only kind of criteria that you feel you can use to determine what percentage is left?
- Questioner 9: No, I was no. Um I’m aware that it’s I still have a greater charge on that than I do on the previous one. So I’m aware that I’m still working through those levels.
- Bashar: All right. All right. All right. Now, there’s another way to look at it. Although you may find this is not to your liking. And if it’s not, that’s fine.
- Questioner 9: That means I’m supposed to pay attention to it.
- Bashar: Instead of saying 10%, 60%. And again, if you want to maintain that as a way to understand where you feel you’re at, that’s fine. But I’m just going to give you another suggestion, another idea to think about. You can muscle test this idea if you want. Everything is 100% whatever it is. You are either 100% this or you’re 100% that. You’re not 60% anything or 10% anything. Now, you can use the 100% to make it seem as if you’re 10% this or 60% that, but you’re 100%. That experience, that scenario is its own reality. Every change is a total change. If in one moment you feel you are 100% this thing you don’t prefer and maybe three days later you’re only 60% of that thing you don’t prefer. Those are two completely 100% different realities unto themselves.
- Questioner 9: No, I understand that.
- Bashar: All right. So you can sometimes use this idea of measuring yourself and saying well 60% 10%. Sometimes if you’re not paying attention to what you’re doing, you can become caught up in that and think that you actually haven’t completely and totally changed your reality 100%. It’s just that you’re defining the new 100% reality as an experience of only having gotten 30% of the way or 40% of the way or 50% of the way. But that’s a 100% reality, right? and could be seen as 100% this and 100% that. Now, at whatever rate or configuration you feel works for you defines your process in terms of how you are altering or reconfiguring each of those 100% realities. I’m just reminding you, not telling you you have to do it differently. I’m just reminding you that each of those is a 100% configuration. That’s all. And it could be anything you want it to be in that moment if you feel that works for you. Just a reminder.
- Questioner 9: All right. Right. Understood. Okay. This the first time I measured it was this morning when I was doing my meditation preparing to come for today.
- Bashar: Yes. And so I was doing a meditation on what core issues right now are presenting themselves.
- Questioner 9: All right.
- Bashar: And so because I have been working and playing with this for a while.
- Questioner 9: Yes.
- Bashar: And I was congratulating myself for reacting differently.
- Questioner 9: Yes.
- Bashar: In external situations that brought up that first issue. All right. Very good.
- Questioner 9: And recognizing with the second issue that there is still a stronger I I still react more often in the old pattern.
- Bashar: All right. So it’s not this magic number that’s on the bulletin board that I cross off every day and remeasure it. I just All right.
- Questioner 9: And remember that that’s a result of still believing that that reaction serves you best.
- Bashar: Right. I understand that.
- Questioner 9: All right.
- Bashar: What what did come up as being a stronger I won’t give a number.
- Questioner 9: Thank you.
- Bashar: A stronger um reaction.
- Questioner 9: But don’t let me stop you from doing so if you want to.
- Bashar: It’s fine.
- Questioner 9: All right.
- Bashar: Um and it it ties back into Joseph was talking about the fear of death.
- Questioner 9: Yes. consciously.
- Bashar: I don’t feel I have a fear of death. I’ve done a lot of work through my meditation when my father died. There was a lot of celebration.
- Questioner 9: All right.
- Bashar: But what’s come up is um not feeling safe being in my power.
- Questioner 9: Oh. All right. Notice feel whatever you wish to feel. That’s part of the release.
- Bashar: Sorry. Oh, no, no, no. Please do not apologize.
- Questioner 9: Not being safe. Allowing my light to shine.
- Bashar: All right. What kind of definition do you believe you have that makes you feel you are not safe using your full power? What do you think will happen if you do?
- Questioner 9: Well, I’ve gone through that process.
- Bashar: And what do you think will happen if you do?
- Questioner 9: What happens is I get a physical sensation. Yes. Where my third eye just locks up and it is so tight and painful. It’s like someone’s um
- Bashar: So do you think the ego thinks that in order to do that it must die and it’s afraid to do that because it equates that change with annihilation.
- Questioner 9: Um I think that’s part of it. I think part of it was um sexual abuse as a child.
- Bashar: All right.
- Questioner 9: And although I have done a lot of healing on that, there is obviously more to do. Levels.
- Bashar: Yes.
- Questioner 9: Um I also
- Bashar: One moment. One moment. Take a deep breath.
- Questioner 9: Um I also Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. One moment. No talking for the moment. Just sit with it. Just stand, sit, be with it. Just stay where you are. Just feel it. Allow yourself to feel the experience of the devaluation. That was the experience you had of the abuse. The devaluation Just let that feeling move through you. Feeling devalued, discounted, used, made to feel less than, made to feel unworthy, made to feel like nothing, nothing. Annihilated. Fragmented, fractured, annihilated. Now, even with all those feelings, underneath all that, underneath all that, just have the simple feeling of recognition that you still exist. You exist and that can never change. And under that feel that if you do exist, then the unconditional love and support of all that is must be yours or you wouldn’t exist. Just feel that recognition that your existence and anything you want your experience of your existence to become is unconditionally loved and supported by the very fact that you exist. Let that unconditional love become as real as you can. Even if it’s only 1%. Just recognize that if you didn’t have the unconditional love and support of all that is, you would not be able to exist even for a fraction of a fraction of a fraction of a second. But since you do exist and are feeling all these things, telling yourself, showing yourself, proving to yourself through these feelings and experiences that you do in fact exist. Oh yes. Then know at least that underlying all those experiences that you are working to transform is the very fact that the reason you exist at all is because you have the absolute and unconditional support and love of all that is. And you can do anything you want with that and you deserve it or you wouldn’t exist. And that’s how much you are loved. You are so loved, so unconditionally supported and loved that you even are allowed to have experiences that are unpleasant for you, that are devaluing. You can have an experience of being devalued because you are allowed to have any experience at all because you are totally supported and cannot be destroyed, cannot be annihilated. You will always exist no matter what. And that means you will always come through it into another experience. Because while the first law is that you exist and the second is that the one is all the all or one and the third is that what you put out is what you get back. The fourth is is that change is the only constant except for the first three laws. And so everything changes as you are changing now. But we just want to remind you that the reason that you have the experience at all is because you are unconditionally supported and loved and can do anything you wish with that. And we simply would like to remind you to take that to heart even with all of what you might be going through. Do your best to remember that and let that make a difference in your re-evaluation of yourself. Can you do that?
- Questioner 9: Yes.
- Bashar: Thank you.
- Questioner 9: Thank you.
- Bashar: Does this help you?
- Questioner 9: It does. I have one more question. Yes. Um which may be the same answer. I understand that.
- Bashar: All right.
- Questioner 9: Is it important for me to find out if there was anything other than the sexual abuse? Um, I understand that the healing is the same as what you’ve just said.
- Bashar: Yes.
- Questioner 9: But is it important to get in touch with a specific incident?
- Bashar: No, I that’s not it. Um, I also have the sense that there may have been something directly related to the light that wasn’t sexual abuse, whether it was um psychic or something else. Um,
- Questioner 9: in what way?
- Bashar: Um, can you be more
- Questioner 9: Yeah, I have no memory of being abducted, but I’ve had healers say they’ve been that there have been implants and I don’t have a fear of extraterrestrial beings. Um, but you’re asking the question.
- Bashar: But I’m asking the question only because of what happens to me physically when I get close to these places. And I realize it’s some of it is the ego. Is it is that all it is or is there something else?
- Questioner 9: No, no, no. Let us explain a little bit. There are similar vibrations only because of the shift that in a sense you go through in those times. One of the reasons why our civilization and other civilizations do not come full force into a landing on your planet is that we understand that we represent a completely different dimensional vibration than you do. And we understand that our dimensional vibration because in a sense, no judgment intended, we are operating on a more holistic level is somewhat, shall we say, more amplified, magnified or powerful than you believe yours is. And in your belief that yours is a lower vibration, it allows something to happen wherein if we come face to face with you before you’re ready, if you immerse yourself in our vibration before you are ready to handle that level of vibration, our vibration can overwhelm yours and force in a sense you toward an integration with aspects of yourself you may not be ready to integrate. And that can cause great paralysis and fear in what are the so-called abductions which is a different matter altogether with regard to the beings doing that you are shifted interdimensionally and that interdimensional shift has a similar effect to what I just described in shifting interdimensionally to have those experiences in a sense more of you is forced into your consciousness you become more aware of more of yourself including parts you may not be willing or ready to integrate and that causes a great amount of fear and paralysis. Do you follow me?
- Questioner 9: Mhm.
- Bashar: So in a sense it’s a side effect of the shifting and until such time as more integration takes place it may then afterward you will find relax and there will be less fear. But until such time, anytime you approach that vibration, there will be a little bit of trepidation because you associate that shift with being forced to face things you may not be fully integrating yet. But take your time. Those things happened in your life to give you a clue. You can use them this way to give you a clue as to how to sense when you are approaching issues that require integration. You can use that also as a measurement barometer. Does this help? Does it make sense?
- Questioner 9: It it does. Um yes. Where does that take you then?
- Bashar: Well, I think because I believe um you know that if if there was an abduction, it was a contract. I don’t believe that it was a forced, you know. So I and I do
- Questioner 9: all things on a certain level are a contract, but also understand there are from time to time things that are not necessarily consciously understood between the beings that are interacting about that contract and it doesn’t necessarily excuse that something might be done to you in a way that is not necessarily representative of your preference. It is the duty of all the beings in the contract to come to the conscious awareness of how the interaction could possibly take place in a manner that is more representative of your preferred vibration. But that doesn’t always happen because the beings involved in the abductions are not necessarily as evolved as you think. Understood.
- Bashar: They are also not necessarily exactly what you call extraterrestrials, right?
- Questioner 9: Okay. So I mean because in my toning work and my healing I have a connection with ETSs galactics whatever. It’s a very strong connection and it’s a very heartfelt connection and it’s a very loving connection and I have a lot of trust in that connection. Um so I guess just if you can give me a bit of advice when this reaction happens in my body and it’s a very it’s a very physical action.
- Bashar: Absolutely. Um and it’s and it’s more painful.
- Questioner 9: Breathe. Yes. Breathe through it. Breathe through it.
- Bashar: And as you breathe with every breath, remind yourself you are willing. You are willing to go into the experience, but you will go in on your own terms.
- Questioner 9: Terms. Okay? Because I’ve tried breathing through it. I’ve tried ignoring it. I’ve tried forcing.
- Bashar: It’s not just the idea of breathing. It’s breathing to center yourself to the point where you are making a declaration that you are willing to do this, but you’re also putting out that you’re going to do it on your own terms. And making that declaration will allow them to begin to respond in another way.
- Questioner 9: Do you follow me?
- Bashar: Yes. Thank you.
- Questioner 9: Also, also also also also also also.
- Bashar: Yes, sir.
- Questioner 9: Do you have a favorite flower?
- Bashar: Yes.
- Questioner 9: What?
- Bashar: A bird of paradise.
- Questioner 9: Does it have an aroma?
- Bashar: Not really.
- Questioner 9: Do you have a favorite flower that has an aroma?
- Bashar: Um, I don’t think a lily of the valley does either.
- Questioner 9: You want to stick to the bird of paradise?
- Bashar: Yes.
- Questioner 9: All right. I would suggest that you have a bird of paradise in whatever area it’s most likely that this experience may happen. So that when you gaze upon it, you remember that that’s what you are, right? And that you take that vibration into your breathing, into your understanding of what terms are correct and appropriate for you in the engagement.
- Questioner 9: So I’m willing to engage on my own terms.
- Bashar: Yes. And use the bird of paradise to remind yourself that that symbolizes the appropriate vibration you want to remain in while carrying out whatever agreements you may have made. Thank you, Bashar.

30. Returning to the Four Ds: Detachment as a “Garment”
- Bashar: All right, I’ll say let us continue with this transmission. Now as we have already defined the idea of the four Ds and desire and definition and dedication and detachment. Let us focus a little bit more on the last, Detachment. The idea as we have already explained is that of course when you get into the appropriate state of your being with regard to what vibration is who you are, what vibration is recognized as who you are not, you can allow yourself to detach in a sense by not giving any particular kind of spin or meaning and of negative consequence to those things, those situations and circumstances that you recognize have nothing really to do with you. And we would like to amplify the concept a little bit of detachment in the sense that it is a little bit of an important vibration to keep around as an overall atmosphere in which to experience the entire process we have described today of your time. In other words, not to dampen down your passion and enthusiasm and excitement and desire, but with all of that, you can still create an overall bubble of neutrality so that you can practice approaching every situation in life with that kind of attached detachment. That allows you more freedom to experience what you really prefer in terms of energy, in terms of desire, in terms of getting in touch with the definitions, in terms of dedication. So detachment in that sense is not only a result of moving through the first three. It’s also in some senses a bubble that wraps up all the others and in which you can progress a little bit more quickly, a little bit more efficiently. Because if you maintain that sense that everything is neutral and allow yourself to get into the practice of not automatically ascribing negative meaning to things in the way that you might have done in the past, so to speak. You will give yourself an edge. You will give yourself a little bit more of an opportunity to be able to home in on the first three energies more strongly. You will give yourself a little bit more of a chance to catch yourself and remember when you face any given circumstance, when you face any given situation to bring to bear the toolkit with the desire, with the definition, with the dedication that will lead to more detachment from what is not you by maintaining an overall sense of detachment. Because really, you are an eternal being. You’re an infinite being. There is no rush. There is no hurry. There is no deadline per se. The idea is that you really have all the time in the world because you create the time that you have. So allow yourself to have a kind of sauntering energy through all of this. Even with the idea of passion, you can still allow yourself to saunter into any given situation. Size it up. Assess it. Take a moment. Give yourself some space. You don’t have to feel like you’re trapped in the situation in any way, shape, or form. Use that tool of detachment to give yourself that moment of pause so that you can fully assess what’s going on and remember to take that neutral position to diffuse the old definitions you may have been taught to automatically imbue the old meanings. You may have been taught to automatically assign to any given situation. Wear that detachment a little bit like a jacket, like a coat, like a garment as you walk, as you saunter easily and smoothly through your lives to give yourself the opportunity to remember the rest of the tools and bring them out to bear and use them and apply them to what’s going on in the situation that you have attracted yourself into. Now also please remember and again non-judgmentally but at the same time understand there are consequences to actions in physical reality in the way that you understand. So at the same time remember that while you’re applying this desire and this definition and this dedication and this detachment because you are physical beings I simply once again remind you these things will work more powerfully for you when you put yourself into the proper state also physically that allows them more opportunity to flow through you in an unimpeded way. Which again means the more you allow yourself to have a clean system, the more you detoxify, the more you keep yourself hydrated, the more you take care of yourself in that way and lighten up what you put in your body and make sure it’s as toxin-free as possible. In a sense, the more impact these tools will appear to have and it will not in your terms take as long for you to get the hang of it. It will not in your terms take as long for you to feel their effect because you are not in that sense putting impediments that allow the flow of energy to in some senses have to find other routes and give that energy other things it needs to deal with as well. But again, it’s up to you. All we are simply saying is if it doesn’t seem to be going in quite the way you thought it would, take a look at what you are doing to yourselves physiologically and understand that if you want to be a little bit more powerfully effective, then you will need to change some of those other things as well. And of course, because many of those things are also connected to other belief systems and core issues, the beauty here is that you can use these tools to allow yourself to get a handle on other things such as physiological effects that you may be doing to your body that also do slow those effects down. So, you can use that to clean up what is slowing it down and then feel the effect of going a little faster. Up to you. Just letting you know everything is a factor because you are physical beings in that sense and you do need to take that into consideration just so you know. So if you’re looking around saying well you know it’s not really happening look at what you’re doing and see if there’s something you can clean up because that will usually make a difference in how effective these tools can be. Now, if you feel that doing these things perhaps that put these toxins in your body ensure that you’re moving at a pace you can handle, then by all means continue. If you want to continue at that pace, it’s up to you. I’m just letting you know everything has a consequence and you have to look at the whole picture, not just think that you can keep doing things that are behaviorally the same as you used to do. Remember dedication, dedication and get the full effect of all the other parts of the tool. All the parts must come to bear. And what we are now talking about falls into that category of being dedicated to doing this with yourself for yourself. So behavior is connected to the idea of demonstrating exactly how dedicated you are to staying in alignment with things that are representative of the vibration of who it is you say you prefer to be. Just take that into account without judgment. We love you unconditionally. And again, please remember that no matter what you do, you are always interesting television.
31. Closing Instructions: Combining the Tools
- Bashar: So on that note, let us look at the anogrammatic circuit. Now you will notice again based on the term anog refers to the idea of a ninefolded idea, a nine-layered idea. The number of completion in that sense nine. And so you will find and as we say this is just a little extra tool, a little extra boost to provide some focus in doing all the other things that we talked about and all the other exercises and moving forward in that way. This can also just add a little extra boost, a little extra focus. You can do this once a day again just by looking at that anogrammatic circuit and going from the center to the upper right down across the bottom up the left side and across the top to the center and back down to the middle point. And as you do that, as you go through that motion with your eyes, reciting the sentence below it, it’s a type of affirmational technique, a type of affirmational tool that will key into ancient vibrations that will reach the subconscious mind, the collective conscious mind, the world mind will tie you to your roots and propel you toward the future. It has a kind of spice to it. In a sense, it’s adding a certain kind of flavor and a certain kind of seasoning to the overall tools that we have given you with regard to the spiral and the understandings and the meditations that have come in this dialogue today. So doing this also once a day can be of assistance to you and if you wish you can do it either before or after what we have already talked about in terms of going through the recitation of the four Ds and doing the spiral and making your notations in that sense. You can do it before and after that little exercise of the four trips down the spiral. It’s up to you. Wherever it is you like your seasoning, wherever it is you like your flavoring, just to add a cap to it, just to add a pinch of salt to it, do this little anogrammatic circuit in conjunction with the other thing. And we will let your imagination be the guide as to exactly how and when and where you will perform this. But it adds just a little bit of focus and a little bit of flavor that will spin it out of your imagination in a different direction specifically tailored for you. It will call upon your particular place in your society in your culture. It will bring out the flavors of all the things that make you as a person unique. It will bring them to the surface and bring them to bear on all the other exercises that we have talked about today. So, it’s just a little bit of a rounding out tool that will help put a little bit of polish on the other ones that will do it specifically in your way. Calling out the unique characteristics in you that will enrich the other tools to work for you specifically in your vibration. So, and remember the common word dream on the other lists. Allow yourself the idea of the mechanism of dreaming. And again, this is not only the idea of what happens to you physiologically, but the idea again of your passion, the idea of daring to dream, of letting the dream that you know you are be valid, be valued, be appreciated. So use these in conjunction and again remember in the way that we participated here today. If you will do this, up to you, but if you will do this with the degree that you did it today in that fashion of energy and application, you will find that within 30 to 90 of your days, there will be tremendous changes in your life, tremendous opportunities coming in, tremendous insights, that will come to you in a variety of ways. You’re really beginning to open the floodgates now. Let it come through at whatever rate you’re comfortable, but let it come through. You’re ready for it. We would not be delivering this if you were not. Believe me, we have checked with lots of different sources and gained the permission of lots of different sources connected to your world to know that now is the time for this kind of tool. You are ready for it. Do it whatever way makes you comfortable, but you’re ready for it. Don’t doubt that because it wouldn’t be happening if you weren’t.
32. Q&A Session 10: Excitement, Motivation & The 3%
- Bashar: Let us continue with sharing of questions if there are more clarifications needed on the material that has been delivered this day or other issues that are at the core.
- Questioner 10: Good day Bashar.
- Bashar: And to you good day. I’ve been dreaming various dreams about um with everyone in each moment doing the most exciting thing they are capable of doing.
- Bashar: Yes.
- Questioner 10: And I would like to expand my understanding of the ideas of excitement and um motivation.
- Bashar: The idea excitement being the physical translation of the vibrational energy that represents the path I’ve chosen to be.
- Questioner 10: Yes.
- Bashar: Is that apply like a local law or when you’re in physical embodiment or is you know why is that not a fifth universal law?
- Bashar: The idea is simply based on the notion of what you put out is what you get back. That’s the third law. What we are simply saying is that the vibration itself is what determines that. And the vibration of your natural state of existence, the first law is much higher than you think and generally translates in your particular dimension as the sensation of excitement. So this statement is simply a more detailed explanation of some of the principles that go hand in hand with the laws as we have already described them. It’s not an additional law. It’s an explanation of the characteristics of the laws we have already described.
- Questioner 10: Understood? Yes. And for some people, is it possible that excitement for them is to create pain and anger and separation?
- Bashar: In some senses, yes. And this is why we have said very often that you must pay strict attention to the concept of what it is you are calling excitement. In a sense, it’s actually not their excitement, but they through their motivations and through their fears may label it as such. And it is up to you to learn through self-honest examination to be able to discern the difference between excitement in that sense and anxiety. Do you follow me?
- Questioner 10: Yes. So let me see if I do. If everyone then is in their um what they perceive the belief that they put out what they perceive to be the most exciting thing they can do when that is in alignment with their true is isness.
- Bashar: Yes.
- Questioner 10: Then it will be they will be expressing joy and laughter. It is simply the natural state that goes hand in hand with that vibration. There may be in certain circumstances a few exceptions but that will be done for very specific reasons. For the most part you can be relatively assured that the idea of the generation of pain is not a result of the generation of excitement. It is usually the result of the idea of dampening down the excitement and giving over to fear because pain is simply resistance to the natural self.
- Questioner 10: Okay?
- Bashar: Does that make sense?
- Questioner 10: Yeah. And so then we’re motivated to do what we perceive to be will bring us closest to pleasure rather than rather than pain.
- Bashar: As we have described, motivation is a big key in understanding what’s going on and whether or not you’re actually generating fear or joy, excitement or anxiety. Because motivation is the key that underlies knowing the difference. As we have described as you are pointing out, motivation is simply again based on definition. You will do the things you believe and perceive to be more pleasurable and less painful. And you will not do the things you believe and perceive to be more painful and less pleasurable. Now that’s where shall we say the trick comes into it because when someone is doing something painful but they say they are following their excitement what they are not paying attention to is the belief system they have that is attached itself so to speak or you have attached it to the painful act that is somehow defining the doing of that painful act as actually more pleasurable than what they have defined the alternative to be because of their fear that’s attached to that and that’s where I understand it can get a little tricky but do you understand what I am saying mechanistically
- Questioner 10: yes
- Bashar: anything you perceive to be pleasure you will move toward anything you perceive to be pain you will move away from but you have to pay attention to how you’re defining pleasure and pain
- Questioner 10: yes
- Bashar: so the idea is that many people will do a painful thing because to them to follow their true joy might actually in some senses seem to be more painful than the painful thing they’re doing. So, they’ll move away from that. Even though it might actually ultimately give them joy, they don’t perceive it in a joyful way because of their definitions of it.
- Questioner 10: Understood. Thank you. Yes. Um, as far as um question just got away from me. Come back here.
- Questioner 10: Oh, there it is. There it goes out the door. Could you give me an idea what percentage of the global population is aware of consciously and capable of sharing the ideas with others of the four universal laws at this time?
- Bashar: Well, they don’t all express it in the way that we have but many have an innate understanding of what we are saying even though they may use different terminology. You follow me?
- Questioner 10: Yeah. It’s within all of us. I’m just curious in terms of everyone what’s the percentage of of people on population actually are consciously aware of it to the point where they could tell share the ideas the four laws with other people they could write them down
- Bashar: 3%
- Questioner 10: 3%
- Bashar: now don’t get discouraged understand as we have explained before positive energy is integrative and geometrically expands as compared to negative energy which segregates. The idea is that you don’t need as many people understanding or creating the positive vibration to outbalance the idea of the number of people expressing a negative vibration because the positive is integrative and geometrically expands. And so it doesn’t take as many people in that vibration to equal the power of more people in the negative. Does that make sense?
- Questioner 10: Yes. The idea as it’s been expressed in your society as a symbol, I’m not saying this is a literal number. The idea as it’s been expressed as a symbol, as a metaphor in your society, is the 144,000. The idea is simply that compared to let’s say a million or 2 million or 5 million people, all it takes is 144,000 in the positive to absolutely outweigh the millions in the negative because the positive is integrative and expands geometrically collectively. And it doesn’t take that many to outweigh the negative. So not everyone on your planet has to be looking at a positive thing in order for there to be a lot of positive energy being given to your planet. You follow me?
- Questioner 10: Yes.
- Bashar: But in the way you asked the question, it’s 3%. There is actually a larger percentage of people that are moving in positive directions, but you asked what percentage can actually completely comprehend and state some variation of the four laws and it’s 3%. Okay. Thank you for that.

33. Q&A Session 11: The Story of Gilgamesh
- Questioner 10: Um I’ve heard two stories related to the um related to uh Yeseshua and Yeshu Yeshua.
- Bashar: Yes.
- Questioner 10: And Judas. One one in which it is said that um Judas betrayed Yeshua. Yes. By turning him over to Pilate. And the other was in which Yeshua asked Judas to do that.
- Bashar: He didn’t ask him to do it. He told him he would do it. He Judas told Yeshua he would do it.
- Questioner 10: No. Yeshua told Judas he would do it and and explained to him he would be treated as a betrayer if in doing so.
- Bashar: Yes. And he and Judas chose accepted to do that for reasons with great pain and anguish but understood why and so yes accepted the role and and he was perhaps one of the closest friends to Yeshua.
- Questioner 10: Yes. And that’s why he was chosen because Yeshua knew he would do it because it needed to be done to illustrate a point. So in terms of their relationship they were at complete integrity with each other’s action.
- Bashar: Absolutely.
- Questioner 10: All right.
- Bashar: Thank you for that.
- Questioner 10: Thank you.
- Questioner 10: The story of Gilgamesh. Is that related to somebody who actually existed?
- Bashar: It is back in the time of the ideas of Enki and the early manifestations of extraterrestrial consciousness and other civilizations upon your planet. It is somewhat amalgamated and jumbled up and has evolved into somewhat of a fable. But nevertheless, it is based on some real incidents and real people even though it has become mostly metaphorical. Yes.
- Questioner 10: All right. Is the term Gilgamesh have a translation into English?
- Bashar: Well, yes. One moment. It might be a little bit unusual for your language as there are idiomatic concepts in a variety of languages that don’t translate completely across the board. Gilgamesh is an interesting combination of creator and destroyer simultaneously.
- Questioner 10: That which destroys and creates. That which creates and thus destroys.
- Bashar: Does this make any sense in your language?
- Questioner 10: Yes.
- Bashar: All right.
- Questioner 10: A destroyer and creator. Is it?
- Bashar: Yes. But not necessarily in the way you might think of the concept of destruction.
- Questioner 10: Destruction for the purposes of higher creation.
- Bashar: Yes. Perhaps in a more technical way of looking at it, you could say a disassembler and reassembler for a positive and new creation.
- Questioner 10: Well, it’s somewhat actually neutral.
- Bashar: Neutral. Even though the universe is slightly biased toward the positive, it’s in that balanced point because from the universe’s perspective, there isn’t an agenda in that. It’s simply a description of the nature of a particular state of consciousness and a description of what that state of consciousness was designed to do. Be the disassembler and reassembler.
- Questioner 10: Does that make more sense?
- Bashar: Yeah.
- Questioner 10: Does that answer your question?
- Bashar: Yes, it does. Thank you.
- Questioner 10: So, Gilgamesh is like a verb in a sense. It’s actually more a verb than a noun. It’s a description of a process at the very center of creation.
- Bashar: Yeah. And it has been used in the past as more of a declaration than a description. When you witness that moment where all polarization comes together in a single moment, where all dichotomy blends together into one, you might call it in one of your languages a gestalt or an aha. But in ancient times, that moment, that experience was a Gilgamesh. Do you understand?
- Questioner 10: Yes.
- Bashar: Does that help?
- Questioner 10: Yes. Thank But it was with a specific recognition of the specific idea of the destroyer and the creator, of the disassembler and the assembler blending into one concept. With that revelation came Gilgamesh, the birth of an identity and an entity and a consciousness that represents a very specific state of being in reality on many different levels. Did this translate all right?
- Questioner 10: Yes.
- Bashar: All right. Thank you.

- Questioner 11: Thank you. I have been realizing that I don’t have any excitement left and no passion.
- Bashar: Oh, all right.

- Bashar: Then why did you come today?
- Questioner 11: Because when I heard the name Bashar, I went, “Oh, okay.”
- Bashar: So you mean you had some excitement left?
- Questioner 11: But there
- Bashar: But you just said you had no excitement, but then all of a sudden you had excitement.
- Questioner 11: Well, that’s because you appeared. Um,
- Bashar: well, but I can’t create that in you.
- Questioner 11: Yes, that’s true.
- Bashar: You must have chosen to be excited.
- Questioner 11: Let me rephrase that then. There’s no there I really don’t seem to have a direction in my life or what I want to do or a passion for anything.
- Bashar: Oh, all right.
- Questioner 11: So, what do you want to do about that? I would like to know how to get the fire back, the passion back.
- Bashar: Why do you want to know that?
- Questioner 11: Um because otherwise there’s really no reason for me to be on the planet.
- Bashar: Well, sure there is. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be. Believe me, this is not a mystery. It is not part of the agreement that you can in any way, shape, or form fool. If it is time for you to not be on the planet, all you have to do is lie down, close your eyes, and say, “It’s time for me to go.” If you can open your eyes 10 seconds later, it’s not time for you to go, or you would have gone. If you’re not gone, it’s not time for you to be gone. There is no accident about that. It’s a perfect orchestration.
- Questioner 11: I understand.
- Bashar: So if you’re where you are on the planet, there’s a reason for it. Correct. Now, so what you are saying is you are attempting to figure out or how to invent or realize or recognize that reason or give yourself that reason.
- Questioner 11: Right?
- Bashar: All right. Now, thank you. The very fact that you are asking for that
- Questioner 11: right
- Bashar: means you have passion because that’s what you’re passionate about finding that passion. Do you understand?
- Questioner 11: Yes.
- Bashar: All right. So you have passion. This is similar to the idea we said before and in another variation where people think, “Oh, I’m only using 10% of my brain.” No, you’re using 100% of your brain to make it seem as if you’re only using 10% of your brain. You are right now using your passion to make it seem as if you have to discover your passion. And that’s exciting because you’re putting mystery into it. You’re interpreting it with belief systems in a way that makes you experience it lethargically or depressively. But that’s what you’re actually doing. You are hiding things from yourself and creating a mystery that requires discovery. You’re taking yourself on a detective journey to discover your passion. All you need to do is approach this from a more positive point of view with positive definitions and suddenly you will find that it will not be depressing or sad. It will suddenly be that you are presented with a very interesting mystery to completely redefine yourself from scratch and really find out who you are. This is the task and the challenge you have set for yourself is to be your own detective novel and find out who you are. Look for the clues. Get curious. Explore the mystery. See how this goes with that or that goes with this and why did that happen and what does that mean and what meaning am I putting into this and approach it that way and you will find that that journey will be very very engaging indeed. So the approach is really what needs to shift here. Not the idea of finding your passion. Your passion is to find yourself through mystery. You just need to change your approach to the idea that that’s what you need to do. Does that make sense?
- Questioner 11: Yes.
- Bashar: But it’s like I have no drive to do it.
- Questioner 11: But you don’t need and I resist. I I try.
- Bashar: All right. Now you’re on to something. The resistance tells you that there is energy there. And again, the only reason you’re experiencing the energy as resistance is because of the definitions that you have. Do you have any curiosity about yourself at all?
- Questioner 11: Yes.
- Bashar: What?
- Questioner 11: The original self that I know that I’m much more than I am.
- Bashar: Then that’s all it takes. The curiosity will create the drive. Just maintain the balance in the curiosity energy. Maintain a presence in curiosity to find out who the original you is. That’s the detective mystery. You don’t need drive. Curiosity will do it. It will bring into your life circumstances that will arouse your curiosity further and you will then take steps. Don’t think about it as needing drive. Just remain curious about who you are as openly as you can and it will start a momentum rolling. One moment. Is there any place on your planet that you would rather be physically?
- Questioner 11: I’ve been asking myself that. And what has come up?
- Bashar: Don’t edit it.
- Questioner 11: Okay.
- Bashar: What has come up?
- Questioner 11: Don’t put conditions on it. Well, I’ve been thinking about going there, but I could never do that or I don’t have enough drive to do. Don’t edit it.
- Bashar: Okay. Italy.
- Questioner 11: What? Italy. Why?
- Bashar: It’s just the green and the peacefulness of it.
- Questioner 11: Oh, and it has nothing to do at all with the fact that that country on your planet is primarily known for passion, is it?
- Bashar: Where in Italy would you like to go first?
- Questioner 11: I really don’t know. I’ve just seen um videos of the aerial.
- Bashar: Yes.
- Questioner 11: Over it and it’s beautifully green and old and
- Bashar: Yes.
- Questioner 11: Yeah.
- Bashar: All right. So, when will you go to Italy? Because you’re giving yourself a sign that the vibration that you need to be in is part of the process of truly discovering yourself. Remember when we talk about the idea of acting on your excitement, it’s a whole picture. It’s not just what you do. It’s also where you do it. That’s part of the whole picture. If you are attempting to do your excitement in a place that’s not representative of your excitement, you’re not doing your excitement. So if you know that Italy is a place that represents something that is more you, then by all means go there and you will see that something will happen that will help you continue that journey of finding who you are. So when will you go to Italy?
- Questioner 11: I have no idea.
- Bashar: When will you go?
- Questioner 11: I don’t know.
- Bashar: Do you want to go?
- Questioner 11: Yes. Well, are you willing to allow your life to synchronistically show you that you can go?
- Bashar: Yes.
- Questioner 11: All right, that’s a start.
- Bashar: That was a start. Be willing to allow into your life something to come in that will show you you can easily get there. Don’t put any assumptions or expectations on how people tell you are the only ways you can possibly get there. Well, you have to have this and you have to have that and you have to have this. There are people sitting in the room with you right now that never let anything like logic stop them. They simply allow themselves to know that they can put it out that that’s what they desire and they then get other people to respond in a way that supports that dream. So just put it out that that’s where you want to go in all the ways that you can share that information with people as you have done here today. Act on whatever opportunities may present themselves that carry at least some degree of if not excitement at least curiosity. You can start that as a form of baby excitement. Follow it, act on it. See where it leads. It will probably lead you very quickly to Italy. Don’t assume you cannot get there because if that’s what’s enticing you, if that’s what’s calling you, the call lets you know you will get there if you simply move in the direction that presents itself.

- Bashar: Yes.
- Questioner 11: Does that help you?
- Bashar: Yes.
- Questioner 11: All right. And anything else? is where I belong in this earth.
- Questioner 11: Do you mean the physical location again or your place?
- Bashar: Yes.

- Bashar: But what is it that makes you sad? I don’t feel like belonging anywhere anywhere at all.

- Bashar: All right. Now you understand we have said that if you have the feeling that you don’t belong then you have the belief that you don’t.

- Bashar: Where did that belief come from? Who did it come from? Did it come from your mother? Did it come from your father?
- Questioner 11: I haven’t I haven’t gone into that one yet.
- Bashar: Perhaps you ought to find someone who can assist you to find out who fed you the belief that you don’t belong anywhere. When you begin that journey, you will realize it’s just a belief you’ve been fed and it’s a belief you swallowed. It’s time to let it out, right? Because it’s not empirically true. Because if it was, believe me, you wouldn’t be here. You couldn’t be.
- Questioner 11: I understand that. But
- Bashar: I know you say you understand it, but what you need to do is understand it. And so find out where the belief comes from. If you understand that your feeling stems from a belief, find out where the belief came from so that you can deal with it.
- Questioner 11: All right?
- Bashar: Yes. I’m not saying it will be easy, but begin that journey and more quickly than you can possibly imagine, you may find yourself standing on the shores of Italy.

- Questioner 12: you mean the 19 circles?
- Bashar: Oh 19 circles. Yeah spiral. Um yes that I signed contract which uh I will experience on in my presence on earth that I’m not going to be loved.
- Questioner 12: No, no, no. Not this life.
- Bashar: Those contracts have expired in the cycle of human experience. You have signed a contract that may make you go through the experience of believing that you’re not going to be loved. But the contract is not written so that you actually won’t be loved only that you will go through the experience of doubting that you will.
- Questioner 12: Oh, I see.
- Bashar: Oh, good. But thanks.
- Questioner 12: But what comes to me that um anyways if I just go through experience or or I sign contract that I attract to myself situation in in my life. Yes. That prove to me that I’m not loved even though I know for I love
- Bashar: but again proof is subjective and you create the proof.
- Questioner 12: Right. So you’re just reinforcing the idea of going through the experience of proving to yourself that you will not be loved. But that’s not true. You have to look beyond the illusion you are creating for yourself. You must shift your gears and go from the illusion of power and shift to the power of the illusion. You are finding yourself lost in the illusion of power. You are believing that the reality is real. It’s not. You must use the power of the illusion by knowing it’s only as real as you believe it to be. So what you’re going through in creating proof that you are not loved can easily be once again contradicted by the fact that you exist. Because if you really were not loved on any level whatsoever, you wouldn’t exist. The universe would not support you. you couldn’t exist. Now, through the idea of the experience of what you might call the expression of human love, you will go through the idea of doubting that it can be possible for you. But that’s the experience you’re going through is doubting that it can be possible. And because you doubt it, you will create proof that it’s not possible because every belief system is self-reinforcing.
- Questioner 12: Otherwise, you couldn’t experience it as a reality. If your beliefs were not self- reinforcing and self-perpetuating, you would not be able to have any particular experience in physical reality. So if you create the belief that it’s not possible for you to be loved, you have to understand that within that belief, a component of the mechanism of that belief will be the proof that you’re right. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be able to really fully experience what you have created. But you have created it. It’s not real. Once you understand that, you will move out of it and you will see that of course you can be loved and will be loved in this life. But your journey is to prove that to yourself just as you are proving that you can’t be loved. You must now understand that if you can prove you can’t be loved, you can just as easily prove that you can.
- Questioner 12: Yes, you’re right. Because my guides, they keep saying me that I can express myself just through unconditional love and spread it all over me and just express it to the world.
- Bashar: And again, the paradox is you don’t do that in order to get someone else to reflect it back to you. You do it because that’s who you are. And when you do it because that’s who you are, others will not be able to help but reflect it back to you. But don’t do it to get the reflection. Do it because that’s just who you are. And you have no other choice but to be that you. That’s a critical secret. The point of the idea of desire and what you choose is that you choose to be these people because you have no other choice. You must be that person. There is no other choice. So you decide. Be the person who absolutely has the brilliance and the capacity to absolutely prove you cannot be loved or choose to be the person who knows beyond a shadow of a doubt you can prove just as easily that you can be loved. Right? It’s up to you. There is no reality other than what you believe it to be. There is nothing outside you. There is no outside. Nothing is happening to you. It can’t. It can only happen through you because you are all there is in your reality.
- Questioner 12: But what uh what’s interesting that um this thought just came to me during this meditation and I’ve never thought about it before. So
- Bashar: good. That means it’s working. It means it’s bringing up issues. It means it’s putting you in touch with belief systems that you can change. So very good. You’ve used the tool. Well, it’s put you in touch with something you need to deal with. So congratulations. Now you can deal with it. But when it comes up, don’t apply the old belief system and say, “Oh, now that that belief system that I don’t prefer has come up, I’m stuck with it.” No. Apply the tools again and recognize it’s just a belief system. And you can use the same tools that brought it to your attention to change it, right? Because that’s all it is, a belief.
- Questioner 12: Okay.
- Bashar: Does that make sense?
- Questioner 12: Yeah. Yeah. It makes perfect sense. So why thank you does that help you?
- Bashar: Yes, thank you so much. I have a short question.
- Questioner 12: Yes.
- Bashar: Can you comment um raising kids and behaving in a family between between parents and especially teenagers?
- Questioner 12: Well, that’s quite a comprehensive subject on your planet. The idea that we will simply say in general, of course, is to understand that what you typically call adults on your planet actually are still children for the most part and therefore they are raising children and not really capable of showing them what adults should actually act like. So what do you expect? But to simply perpetuate more children who themselves don’t know how to actually raise children into adulthood. So just let them be themselves. No, not let them be themselves in a chaotic way. Teach them who they really are so they can then be their true selves. Do you understand the difference?
- Questioner 12: But if we don’t know who we are, who but you can learn to raise yourself then you can raise the children.
- Bashar: Right? You understand? And I’m just giving you a broad overview because it’s a very deep subject that right now in your time frame, we don’t have time to go deeply into. But generally speaking, you must raise yourself so you can truly raise children into adulthood. But you have to bring yourselves up. One of the strong ways you could do this, if you have any recognition at all, is to recognize that the idea is to nurture what the child’s natural talents are in a number of given ways and let them interact and participate in the idea of how to express their talent rather than attempting to push them and mold them into a box to teach them. Let them teach you how they would actually learn best by calling upon what excites them and formulating the things you think they need to learn in terms they’re excited to interact with. So you’re speaking their language as a person. Don’t force them to learn a language they don’t understand. Teach them what you want to teach them in a language they do understand. which means a style of approach that represents how they express their excitement in life and convert all the things you think it’s important for them to understand into those terms so they will be excited about learning those things because once you convert it into their terms they can relate to it and see how it applies in terms of living a loving fulfilling life does that make sense
- Questioner 12: yes so if for some reason I don’t like the behavior or how my uh kid is acting.
- Bashar: Yes.
- Questioner 12: I have to just
- Bashar: engage them right
- Questioner 12: in a conversation and allow them to explain the reasons why. Help them learn how to get in touch with the reasons why they are choosing that behavior. Because when you allow them to tell you, when you help them get in touch with the reasons why they are displaying that behavior, they will be able to explain to you why they made that choice. And you can discuss with them the concept of choices and consequences. And let them understand that you treat them as an intelligent being that learns the difference and understands the concept that there are consequences to choices. And let them understand they don’t have to make choices that society says they have to make that they can learn how to expand beyond society’s definitions to make choices that will truly allow them to express who they are in life. And they can live fully by doing so. But it will take perhaps learning on both of your parts. You may have to raise each other.

36. Q&A Session 14: The Orbs
- Bashar: Hi, Bashar.
- Questioner 13: And are you good day
- Bashar: Bashar? I have been um taking photographs of orbs for the last year.
- Questioner 13: Orbs? Yes.
- Bashar: Yes. And I’d like to gain more insight and clarity from you about who they are, why they’re here.
- Questioner 13: Well, there are a variety of reasons. Generally speaking, you might call them nodes of consciousness. Some of them can be manipulated and utilized almost in the sense of probes to gather information. Do you understand?
- Questioner 13: Can you say more? It is a manipulation of the idea of certain kinds of electromagnetic energies pitched at certain frequencies. So it can be remotely manipulated to gather intelligence and information about certain scenarios on your planet. Sometimes you will be sensitive to seeing them with your physical eyes. Sometimes only your camera equipment will be capable of actually registering them at that frequency. But they are manipulations of electromagnetic energy consciousness at a certain pitch in a certain pattern that allows them to remotely gather and send vibrational information. That is one way what you are experiencing is expressed. There are other ways as well that are similar to what I’m saying, but they’re actually more self-directed rather than being directed remotely by others. In that sense, they are actually manifestations to some degree of intelligences outside your dimensionality that are capable of manifesting a part of their consciousness in your dimension through their focus and interests in your dimension. So, they are still gathering information and learning and exploring, but they themselves, those orbs are themselves a representation of an actual intelligence rather than simply being remotely used by an intelligence. But the manifestation is similar as an interface between one dimension and another. Does that make sense?
- Questioner 13: Um, it’s starting to make sense. And so I’m wondering are part of these orbs, could they be my guides? Can you show up as an orb in a camera?
- Bashar: I can and I have.
- Questioner 13: Are my guides My understanding is that some of my guides are
- Bashar: sometimes. Yes.
- Questioner 13: Okay. And I’m noticing that they do show up more when there are a lot of people and when there’s an energy of joy in the room. I’m noticing
- Bashar: that vibration is more conducive to the interdimensional interface becoming more crystallized in a way that you can perceive it because the more you match the frequency of the dimension that they may be coming from, the more you will be able to perceive the manifestation from that dimension, you’re matching their frequency. Does that make sense? Um, yes.
Questioner 13: I’m wondering if there’s any way I can use them to serve me, to serve the planet. How can I ask them?
Bashar: You can apply that question to the tools we have also shared with you today. When you use the spiral and go into the center, you can ask the question and see what you get and then pay attention to your dreams as well and the synchronicities in your life. Very often, please understand all of you, when you ask questions of guides and other beings that might have connections to spirit dimensions or other frequency dimensions or domains, very often the answers you get will actually play out more likely in the synchronicities that occur in your life than in an actual voice in your head. Because the things that are going on in your reality, the props that are already in your reality are already in front of you. they’re already, shall we say, commanding your attention. So, it’s easier to deliver a message using the props that are already in front of your face than it is to divert your attention to something and some methodology that you’re not used to getting. I’m not saying it can’t happen, but the easier way often to deliver a message is when you’re not really paying attention or looking for it and just let the things in your life in a sense carry the information to you from the other dimension. It’s easier to get your attention that way.
Questioner 13: Um, the orbs show up on my camera all the time. They’ve started showing up for my mom, but I have other friends who have the exact same camera and they’re not showing up on theirs. So, how does
Bashar: Well, again, it has to do with frequency and vibration. I’m not saying every camera has the capability. It has to do also with the receptivity of the vibrational state you create. in that encounter because remember you and the camera are also moving into that state. The camera is an extension of your senses. And if you are more synchronized or harmonized with the intelligence coming through from the other dimension, then you will take yourself and everything with you closer to that vibration. It will be easier in that sense to record that encounter.
37. Q&A Session 15: Han Solo & Archetypal Communication
Bashar: Uh last night I had an encounter with extraterrestrial who
Questioner 14: in what way? When they spoke to me, they were actually singing in a very joyful manner and I was feeling intense vibration
Bashar: singing and what they said was repeated several times was solo Han and then said plan it and I kind of in my mind said um contact and it said yes and then it was over.
Questioner 14: All right. So they were using an archetypal symbol that you are used to in your reality that they knew would be easier to reach you through. You understand the name they gave you as it is represented in your science fiction mythology.
Bashar: What I found with quick research was I know what Solo meant. Han was a almost extinct language from the
Questioner 14: It has double meaning, but Han Solo is a character in your Star Wars mythology. And so they knew that because your mind was attuned to that, it would be easier to get you to recognize the transmission and what they were by using an archetype that you would identify with that kind of reality as well as the other meanings that it has. These messages are never delivered with a single meaning. It’s always multi-dimensional. So Han Solo is representative of the character to get your attention on a certain level. Han also being representative of the multi-ingual idea which represents multi-dimensionality, multi-intelligences, multi-expressions. And contact meaning yes, you are actually in contact with an intelligence. And we’re in that sense able to let you know that by being able to activate the portions of your mind and your memories and your archetypal understandings that are tuned to our frequency more easily.
Bashar: It’s simply like knowing what channel, what frequency your radio operates on and making sure that the message is sent on the same frequency. They stimulate those portions of your archetypal energy that will be able to perceive that they have been stimulated, that a message has been sent. Make sense?
38. The Final Journey & Closing Words
Bashar: Take a deep breath in and let it out. Take a deep breath in. Hold it. Don’t let it out. Don’t let it out. Now let it out. All right. Now when I say the following words one at a time with each utterance with each word just let yourself and your imagination associate whatever feelings, sounds, colors, people, situations, ideas you wish.
Just see what comes up for you. Whatever comes up for you vibrationally, feelingwise, picture-wise, when each of these words are said will begin to give you a clue as to what belief systems you may hold in your core to be true and will give you some material to work on. So, one at a time, just pay attention to what you get with the following words. Desire. Just let yourself observe the full spectrum of all your responses and reactions to the word desire. See what comes up. Desire. Take a deep breath in and let it out. Definition. Dedication. Take a deep breath in and let it out. Detachment. As part of the overall tools with everything else we have said this day of your time, when you are in the appropriate creative, playful place to do so in whatever way you wish, write these four words down and display them in your home or wherever you wish to remind you of your desire to define your dedication to detachment. No expectation but allowance. Allowance. Have fun with these exercises. The more fun you have with them, the faster they will expand. And the more you will recognize how much fun you deserve to have.
