And the idea works like this. The higher mind gives off a frequency, a vibration that is, while in a sense flowing through the physical head mind to some degree, creates the greater resonance in the heart mind. First the heart and the higher mind are tuned to each other in a very particular way so that when vibrations radiate from the higher mind, the heart mind returns that resonance in a relatively pure way. It is the organ in the body that actually resonates the frequency of the higher mind in physical terms, in biological terms. Once the heart then gives off its reflected vibration from the higher mind, the head mind picks up on this. But the head mind also filters this through its belief system and then creates its own resonance which will radiate to both the heart mind and the higher mind. That letting go of limitations gives you a sense of expansiveness, of freedom. And this is so. But we would like to clarify the idea of limitations now, much more precisely, so that the idea is not just generalized with a negative light — because there is such a thing as, for lack of a better term, <em>positive limitations</em>. In fact, the majority of limitations you experience are positive limitations.</p>
