Ignorance and Dogma

The chapter of waves explained that ideas are nodes of waves that are concentrated as plena.

Each idea then can have a physical version as a thing, body, event, person, etc

Our world is nothing but the manifestation of the Ideas in multiplicity.

For instance, we sometimes perceive something totally new.

When Covid first struck in December 2019 in Wuhan, doctors had no metaphysical idea of it, even if they could see the physical disease.

In this case, the physical disease started to exist through the senses of the Wuhan doctors. But the complete idea of it did not exist in human minds until scientists established it as a new idea called “Novel Coronavirus Disease”, later renamed as “Covid-19”.

Dogma and Ignorance as Void

A materialist will say that this example is proof that ideas are created by material perceptions.

We reply that:

• the physicality of Covid came from the Supreme’s idea for Covid
• our idea for Covid is a closing of that great loop from Consciouness to Existence and back to consciousness which ended up as an effective idea for a vaccine

For example, Covid was initially perceived as a SARS-like virus via its symptoms (in the blood or Water element).

Then after more visual observations (Fire Element) through time (Air Element), the idea of Covid changed from “SARS-like” to “Novel Coronavirus Disease”, as a metaphysical-spatial split from SARS until it became solidified into a totally new idea as “Covid-19” to match the original idea of the Supreme.

Had the medical sciences been defincient in knowledge through dogma or ignorance, as in the Roman times, then Covid would simply be classed as a general and crude idea as a “plague”. The subsequent refined idea-solution as vaccines would then never be formed.

We call ignorance as “void”.

The perpetuating of ignorance would then be dogma.

This dogma blocks:

• the refinement of ideas and
• the looping from real experience to true idea

This dogma has force because it is from the Negative Force, just as knowledge as the connection of ideas to remove gaps between them, is from the Positive Force.

The Superiority of the Metaphysical Over the Physical: Ideas Come First

This strengthens the fact explained in Chapter 1b of the superiority of the metaphysical over the physical.

This means that:

• each physical manifestation, thing, object or phenomenon has a metaphysical idea counterpart
• the metaphysical ideas come first before their physical materialization since the Aether Element is above the Air Element (Space and time)

However, dull and unthinking people who are full of the Negative Force usually imagine that the physical thing creates the idea of the thing.

• They imagine physicality to be the cause, and ideas to be the effect.

And so they argue with wise people who are full of the Positive Force on which came first, and which is superior as a philosophical chicken-versus-egg debate.

Did the physical thing come first? Or did the aethereal or idea of it come first?

• The pro-metaphysical camp would say that ideas, spirit, and Plato’s forms came first. This is the chicken.
  • An example is the Hindu belief that the universe was created from the thought of Brahma
• The pro-physicality camp would say that matter, material evidence, and Aristotle’s material substance came first. This is the egg
  • An example is the Big Bang, wherein the universe came from a material singularity that had all the mass of the universe.

The aetherealist-versus-materialist rivalry exists in civilized cultures:

In the West, the rivalry manifests as philosophy versus science.

Superphysics is in between both abstract philosophy and material science.

• It is grounded on the metaphysical, but can quickly extend down to sensory evidence and practicality.
• It sees the physical brain and its hormones as the effect of the metaphysical soul and its feelings.

Unlike science which manipulates the brain and hopes that it changes the soul or mind, Superphysics works directly on the soul in order to resolve its physical issues with the brain.
