Part one of this transmission is clarifying your vision: shed some light on who it is that you desire to be, and therefore who it is you are. And in clarifying that idea, you set up a vibration. That vibration then becomes your reality by simply maintaining it as a clear intention and acting that way.

Part two, perhaps you can say, camera, for it is the mechanism that allows for, perhaps you can say, in many ways the recording of that vibration that is clear definition, clear deservability, and clear desire. These lay down the fundamental foundation whereby all of the aspects are in place. And then all there is necessary or needed, in that sense, to complete the process as a conscious creator is to then, with a foundation, act upon that foundation.

Apply. Apply in your reality, as an action, these ideas. You are physical beings in this particular expression of your soul. You are infinite creators, perhaps you can say, as your innate self. But you are now exploring, within that infinity of your consciousness, a finite point of view in a physical reality. The ultimate expression of your creatorhood in a physical reality is action. Action is the moving mechanism of your reality.

The beliefs, the emotions, the thoughts are a foundation. That foundation subtly or blatantly affects your actions. And as we have always shared, it is your actions that create the reality.

A simple reminder: your society has many notions about what you call spirituality and what you generally then refer to as mundane material reality. Many times individuals will strive to express their spiritual side and feel that in order to do so they must deny their physical side. But this, to us, is a paradox. It is one way to go about focusing on your spirituality, but it is, from again our perspective, generally at the cost of a portion of your spirituality. And here is why.

Your actions, your material reality, is a spiritual expression, not a separate idea or a subclassification within spirituality. Action, materiality, is spiritual; it is a form of spirituality. Therefore, it is an expression of your soul, of your spirit. And you need not deny yourself material existence, deny yourself action, to obtain spiritual. Simply grant yourself the inherent spirituality within your actions, within your materiality.

Everything in creation is equal, and it is not that spirituality is better than materiality. No, one is an expression of the other, and you can express consciously your actions and consciously, shall I say, manipulate the materials of your reality with a spiritual attitude, not one at the cost of the other. In order to create in this reality, you must perform an action. You must do something.

So another analogy that we have used: it is all well and good to have your head in the clouds, to think lofty thoughts, to ponder your spirituality. But it only becomes practical; it only becomes applicable and usable when, while your head is in those clouds, you keep your feet on the ground. And when we speak about grounding yourself, we simply mean: what can you do in any given moment from what is available, not what is not available? No matter what, your actions ultimately create your reality.

Elan
Elan

You can always use your actions to tell and trace back to yourself what you must be thinking, feeling, and believing. For you always act like you believe something. If you say, “My belief is that I deserve everything that I can create in positive love and light,” then, believe me, if you wish, you act that way. If you say, “I do not deserve,” you act like a person who does not deserve.

Now, as I have shared, technically speaking you contain both beliefs: I deserve, I do not deserve. You contain both of those beliefs. You are an expression of All-That-Is. There is no outside. You contain it all. So therefore, it is not “I have this belief and do not have this other belief.” You have both beliefs. But you are expressing one belief instead of the other. And that expression takes the form of action. You are either acting, using the aforementioned example, like a person who deserves, or acting like a person who does not. And there is no middle ground; one or the other.

If you act like a person who does not deserve, you get the evidence. Those actions have results, which are the evidence of that belief. But if you simply allow yourself to see, allow yourself to project how a person who does deserve would act, and act that way instead—not denying that you have the unpreferred belief, but simply choosing the preferred belief—you can transform your life. Your actions create your life in a physical universe.

Elan
Elan

Therefore, acting according to preference is one of the bottom lines of which we speak. And if you say, “Well, I can’t do that,” you are taking an action. You are continuing to perform the old unpreferred actions. It is not automatic. It is not something that happens to you. You are choosing to continue the things you do not prefer.

You contain all beliefs, and what determines the result is which one you express through your actions. Actions are the bottom line. Action in this particular physical universe—and there are many other universes in which this is not so much the emphasis—but is the bottom line. It is the primary mover, so to speak, of your reality.

Therefore, begin to pay attention to your actions and begin to ask yourself, if something non-preferred seems to be coming out of the neutral soup: What am I doing right now? How am I acting? Am I acting according to my preferred belief, or am I acting according to my non-preferred belief? I am definitely doing one or the other.

So allowing yourself to establish what you are already doing is step one. Owning what you are already doing, then you can choose something else. If you do not own it, and if you then create an elaborate explanation of how it is happening to you—“It is a habit. Oh, a habit is automatic. I can’t help it. It is happening to me”—well, yes, a habit seems to be something which occurs automatically without thought. But once you think about it, once you define it as a habit, you are now conscious of it. And from that point forward, it is no longer a habit. Even if you continue to do it, it is a choice. It is up to you. You are always acting one way or another. Always.

Elan
Elan

So therefore, if you are getting non-preferred results in your life, look at your actions. Do not assume that doing the same thing over and over again seemingly will yield you a different result. No, what will yield you a different result is a new action. And what gives you a blueprint for the new action is your preferred beliefs, emotions, and thoughts. Begin to factor them in. And begin to act according to preference. Act according to unconditional love. Act according to your excitement.

In every given moment there are generally, in your finite creations, just so many things that are available. Can I do something about this right now? No, that is not available. Can I do something about this right now? Yes, that is one of the options available in the moment. Allow yourself to remain grounded for what’s available.

If you begin to act and choose from what is available, you will begin to see a very, very extreme change in your life. For that is coming from a belief and assumption that I always have exactly what I need in any given moment. Though perhaps now and then I may have to search out for it; it may not seem that obvious. Then you can apply your creativity to again seek and begin to examine more closely what is available.

Well, is that available in the moment? No. It is something I wish to do. Is it available? No. Then it is not an option. I cannot act upon that thing. I would still like to do that thing. Therefore, I maintain it as a clear intention. And when it is one of the options, I know that that timing will be perfect. And that when I can act upon it, I will. That’s all I need to know: that I still intend to do this even though the reality is not presenting it at this time, and that when it comes along, I will act upon it.

Elan
Elan

Your reality delivers to you, on what perhaps you would call a silver platter, anything that you desire. But it does not drop, as a safe upon your head, these things. It provides situations, opportunities that, if you act upon, if you continue the flow, if you continue the momentum, then you can have those things. Then you can create the methodology and the mechanism that will attract anything that you desire. It is completely up to you.

The moment you let go of your clear intention, you’ve sold out, so to speak. That is the only time that you could, in that sense, not achieve your clear intention: when you let it go, when you allow the reality to talk you out of it. But your willingness to maintain the clear intention and act on what is available leads you to that clear intention, whether it is obvious or not, because it also excites you.

Anything that excites you in the moment has to do with any other thing that excites you, even if reality-wise it seems to have nothing to do with it. They are again akin to stepping stones. One stone seems to have nothing to do with one on the other end, but you must traverse one at a time in order to get to the other end, which makes it a very integral part. Whatever excites you from what is available in any given moment is the path of least resistance to the overall thing that you intend to do and excites you, whether or not it is apparent.

If you sit around spending the time lamenting that it is not available, then your action is lamentation rather than continuing the flow of allowing your reality to flawlessly deliver to you opportunity after opportunity, advantage after advantage, coincidence after coincidence. Coincidence does not mean accidental. It means the many interwoven series of events that seem completely unrelated but that are happening at the same time: co-incidence, the same incidents, same time.

Elan
Elan

You are all on the threshold of the greatest transformation that you have individually and collectively ever witnessed upon the soul’s life on this planet. The timing is key. The timing is essential. The timing of our, perhaps you may refer to it as, pullback is essential. Now is the time to do. Now is the time to move. When you allow yourself to do so, you will shine. You will brilliantly shine as a beacon. You will attract around you a nucleus of new individuals, and this will be the beginning of, shall I say, fourth density mankind—but not by talking about it.

The time for talking is over, or at least the time for only talking is over. The time for words is over. The time for action is nigh. And the essentialness of the timing will become apparent to you as you watch the face of your world begin to alter. Do not allow anything that you see to provide an excuse to create a negative transformation.

Things may seem to be shaking up in a negative way, but I have shared also with you many times that as you expand your awareness, positivity and negativity increases. So your experience of negativity, should you decide to follow your excitement, will be nil, but your awareness of it, for now, will be pervasive. Whatever you allow yourself to use as evidence will be up to you. But I simply say that no matter what—no matter what is on your news, is on your media, is in your world scenario—a positive transformation is in full swing. Certain individuals will choose to express a portion of that transformation in negative terms. I need not tell you this. It is evident upon your planet.

But your experience of it and your creation of an alternative bubble reality is one of the factors that will allow what you perceive to be your whole planet to transform in a positive way.

Elan
Elan

Understand, now more than ever in these interactions, that you, each and every one of you, make a difference. Every one of you. The whole is profoundly, profoundly affected by each and every one of you. And when you say, “Well, what can I possibly do about that?” you then perform an action of a person who could not possibly do anything about it. And so then the results of those actions show you the evidence: “See, I couldn’t have helped it anyway.”

But this is natural. All beliefs have self-sustaining, self-perpetuating systems of logic, systems of evidence. So when you decide, “I also contain the belief that I can do something about it,” and you see, “If I am expressing that belief, I would act this way,” and allow your imagination to provide how a person would act in that regard, choosing the preferred actions changes the entire reality. Performing the same actions, or similar-seeming actions, yields similar-seeming results. The one time you enter a seemingly similar situation and do something different, you understand, in no uncertain terms through the result, that it is a completely different situation, and that the only thing that kept it seeming the same was your continual similar treatment of it.

Now is the time for action. Now is the time for the application. You will be acting according to some belief. You always have. You are right now, as we speak, so to speak, and will continue to. What I am sharing, what I am suggesting, is that you begin to be conscious about what you are doing. Nothing is automatic. The moment you are conscious of anything, it is no longer something lingering in a subconscious. It is something conscious, which you now choose to do something about. Choosing to do nothing about it is one action and yields one result. But choosing to not settle for anything less and beginning to act on your excitement with integrity allows you to express your life in the most effortless way possible, with the most fruitful results representative of who you choose to be.

Elan
Elan

Establishing your vision, establishing your excitement, is only part of a process of recognition. Where that process grounds, where that process connects to your life, to your reality, to your daily life, is what you and through what you do with all this.

So I once again ask you to be cognizant of what you are doing, and if there is something that you are doing that you do not prefer, remember: you can do something else. One of the strongest tools that we have shared with you is an imagination template of the preferred you. The referential preferential you is the, perhaps you can say, name that we have assigned. This is the you that is already the way that you prefer in your imagination. The reason for that tool is to provide a set of actions to say, “All right, I’m about to enter a situation. Before I do anything, allow me to see how the preferred me would act in, perhaps you can say, the hypothetical situation in my imagination.” Allow the preferred you in your imagination to provide an alternate set of actions. It always will. If you access it, it always will.

Therefore, of the tools that we have shared, one of the most potent is the referential preferential you, for it always, in any given moment, with not needing to consult one other individual, has what the preferred you would do—would act like—the actions that the preferred you would take in any given moment. That is a tool of self-empowerment. That is a tool you do not need me or anyone else to use. It is yours. It is permanent.

Elan
Elan

Therefore, call forth the referential preferential you. Call forth the excitement from within your heart, and act upon that excitement with the recognition that everything is one integrated reality; that everything is an extension of you, not apart from you; and therefore deserves the respect that you demand, that is an expression of integrity. Act upon your excitement with integrity.

If you were to now forget everything that we have ever shared, simply from this point forward were you to allow yourself to see what is available in any given moment, choose with your excitement, and act upon that option with integrity, all that we have shared and you had just forgotten will simply become obvious and evident. It is all an expression of following the message that your higher self always broadcasts to your physical self: your excitement. That is who you are, and acting upon it with integrity will allow everything else to be obvious, all questions to be answered.

As you are now willing to apply the information—should you find, and many of you will collectively find, certain questions will come up—that is the level that we are now willing to function upon with you, whereby we can now extend the next level of support, but only according to your willingness to act. Therefore, in a sense, I am issuing you a healthy challenge to rise and act according to preference. Most or all of your questions will be answered. The ones that do come up are now what we are willing to discuss. You will find a fascination that perhaps you had not imagined in this process.

Elan
Elan

Allow me to once again, and for the first time, thank you all, and again express my unconditional love and appreciation for your willingness to function through your inquisitive nature, through your willingness to accept other realities. Though I do not insist that you believe that I am who I say I am, I do understand that many of you do, and only simply because you feel that that is correct for you. For as I have said, I cannot now, and would not even if I were able, physically prove my existence to you at this timing because of the timing. But applying what we have been sharing will be your proof. It works 100%. That is the guarantee that I can give you.

If you do it—if you act according to your excitement with integrity—you will create a life of ecstasy. You will create a seeming momentum and ecstatic explosion of coincidence and recognition of the synchronicity of all things. That I guarantee you. As you are being that you, you are then literally changing the vibration of who you are as a spirit, as a soul, as an expression in your physical world. And this is the vibratory level that we physically exist upon. So this opens up the possibility of physical face-to-face interactions.

I have always shared that we do not insist that this occur, but there is a degree of likelihood behind it occurring. And simply what will accelerate it now is, again, not talking but doing—walking, as you say, your talk. That will raise literally your vibration, expand literally your consciousness, and allow us to perceive each other in a more physical way. That is all there is to it. And again, I do not dangle this as a carrot or even a goal. Simply share the joy in the becoming of more of who you are, and share the joy in you. We always have only considered you equal to us. Begin to treat yourself with that same respect.

Elan
Elan

I thank you for this willingness, and I thank you for your willingness to open up the doors within you and begin to peer behind them, understanding that there is nothing that you can create that will overcome you, and the timing of your creations is perfect. Even if you had never done what your creation is now presenting to you, the fact that it is presenting it to you, and in the timing that it is presenting it to you, is your indication that you can handle it. Simply your willingness to interpret this way, and then perform the corresponding actions, will give you the result, the manifestation of what I am saying—not simply theory.

In exchange for your willingness to co-create these interactions with me and my respective civilization members, I thank you and ask you: how may we mutually be of service to each other?

Asker
Greetings. And to you, good day. Wow, that was quite an introduction. Well, thank you. I am walking my talk and I am changing my reality.
Asker
Elan
Elan

Well, perhaps now more accurately, you are sitting your talk, but we understand. That’s how it’s been. That’s what was in reference to.

And a convenient barometer built into your reality: when you are not walking your talk, your reality will let you know about it. And that need not be considered anything but an opportunity to transform, as a loving nudge from your higher self.

Asker
Because I look at the people that I’ve been attracting to my life, and they’re coming to me, and I don’t need to talk. I don’t need to express myself in words. It seems to be embodied in me, and it seems that they seem interested in that.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Now we are not saying, by the way, to be completely mute. We understand that your major form of communication in your society is verbal communication. But we are now speaking of being a living example, and then perhaps elucidating what you are doing. That carries, as you will find, immediately far more weight, for it is not a nice-sounding theory. It is your life. “Look, they’re doing it. I want to know how to do that.” That will attract tenfold, hundredfold more attention than you have been getting simply discussing it.
Asker
Well, people are listening, and people in my reality, in my life, are open to this idea. And that’s the beauty that I feel, and that’s, I think, what I want. I think that’s what really excites me, because I’ve been working and taking the action to live what I think I want to do as far as a career, and I’ve been limiting it to that. And I’m finding out that my excitement is an incredible—there’s an abundance of different excitements in my life. And one of them is to truly love myself unconditionally, and to—
Asker
Elan
Elan
Well, go right ahead. Get that.
Asker
I do. And to get that through my children, to get that through my friends, and through other people.
Asker
Elan
Elan
As you act as though you love yourself, that will speak far louder than getting through to them. That will be an example. It will be a powerful example, and it will be more effective, again, than conversing about it. So simply act like you love yourself. And if you are doing something that seems to be expressing the belief that “I am not loving myself in this moment,” so what? You’ve noticed it. You’re defining it. You’re acknowledging it. And now you’re calling forth the referential preferential you for an alternate set of actions.
Asker
Do you perceive that I’m not doing that?
Asker
Elan
Elan
Perhaps, were I to accurately give my particular perspective: on and off.
Asker
I think that’s accurate.
Asker
Elan
Elan

Well, thank you. But the idea is that you need not berate yourself because of that. Rise to the level that you are already creating your reality according to preference, and simply continue to expand doing so. Not harp on where you are no longer, or where you have not done so, and then judge yourself.

The moment you are judging yourself, you are performing an action, but it is an action representative of the fact that you are not unconditionally loving yourself in that moment. Fine. Realize that. Perhaps watch yourself for a moment. Do that, and perhaps you will then feel that it is no longer representative of who you are. Judgment is the action of self-invalidation. So therefore, when you find yourself judging, understand which belief you are expressing, and remind yourself what you prefer to express. That will be of assistance.

Asker
I don’t feel myself. I’ve learned how not to judge myself, and I’m wondering what it is you’re saying, because it’s—
Asker
Elan
Elan
I am referring to where you still do.
Asker
Mm-hmm.
Asker
Elan
Elan
I am not in any way passing judgment upon that judgment, simply pointing out that that is an example of when I had said “on and off”—the off. And not necessarily utilizing you as an example, but what I am saying applies to All-That-Is present.
Asker
Because I believe that you know what I’m talking about, and you know, um, what pretty much goes on with me according to my communication with my higher self, and with you, and with the whole idea.
Asker
Elan
Elan

Now do understand, and allow me to be very clear about this: we are physical beings. We have lives. We have activities. We have things we like to do. I would say we have hobbies. But perhaps you will understand: our life is a hobby. The idea is that I am consistently engaged in my reality. I do not sit in front of what you would perhaps refer to as a television screen watching the actions of individuals upon your planet.

When a communication is had, it is a complete communication. What I need to know, I will know. And often this will seem to you as though I know intimate details. But it is not that I am overseeing or watching. It is simply that when and if I need to know something, I know it. It allows the facilitation of the communication in a clear and intimate fashion. And you all possess the exact same ability. The only difference between you and I at this point is that I completely trust it and act as though I trust it.

As you entertain this notion and act as though you trust it, you will find what I am saying: you always have, in any given moment, what you need. If you just look at what’s right in front of you—and you always know, in any given moment, everything you need to know—act that way, and you will get that result.

Asker
No, I understand that. Thank you for saying that. And, um, I kept coming up with awareness of the binary system, and I came up with a binary star, and it kept reoccurring every time I would wake up. I felt like I was living some sort of this idea that another star would appear. And I’m saying this in reference, I guess, to who I am in my totality, that I’m wondering: is this some sort of future that I’m going to live?
Asker
Elan
Elan
Perhaps you are, in that sense, recognizing the ignition of the spark of your creativity, but also, in that sense, there is what you would call a stellar relationship. I will explore that on your own.
Asker
Well, I understand it, you know: two stars basically mutually gravitating around each other’s pull. And I take that symbolically a lot in my own life, and more literally. It’s kind of interesting.
Asker
Elan
Elan
If you are to continue to utilize that analogy, I simply share with you that each star is self-complete, perhaps pirouetting, perhaps sharing, but not in any way depending upon each other. So factor that in. It will be useful to you.
Asker
And I think lastly, right now, in this sharing for me: I found a dead sparrow in my car, and it was a moving experience. It might not be so much for everybody else, but it was a powerful experience for me, and there was so much symbology behind it. You know, the dead bird. It was such a perfect, beautiful little sparrow. And I used it, and I used it in my own transformation. And how that bird didn’t know how to fly—or it did know how to fly, but it only knew one way to fly—and it needed to die to transform to be able to fly a new preferred way.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Understand also, in no uncertain terms, that it still lives on and has simply changed forms. Right? So therefore, you need not be as attached to the physical form, although you can, through the actions of your life, celebrate that physical form.
Asker
Well, that’s what I did. Do you see it that way also? I mean, it’s kind of obvious to me.
Asker
Elan
Elan
But you need not ask me, for you have everything you need.
Asker
Yeah. I thank you.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Thank you.
Asker
Um, I have felt this magic of letting things happen and choosing in the moment from what’s available.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Oh, not you too.
Asker
Well, but I guess the problem that I wish— the what?
Asker
Elan
Elan
The what?
Asker
Well, I wish you could— the situation that you have not allowed to transform. Yeah, because when I touch that knowing of our limitlessness and our tremendous power to create, I get really scared of it.
Asker
Elan
Elan

Well, again, one of the reasons that we shared—and perhaps you can say, through the introduction of this interaction—that you cannot create a reality that you cannot handle, is to address this idea. And what you are showing yourself, in no uncertain terms, is that you are now ready to rise to the occasion of your power.

So simply: you will always have that fear as a gauge. And it will always be your choice not to expand who you are, utilizing that fear as an excuse. But you will find that your willingness to simply do it—perhaps sometimes referred to in your society as a leap of faith—doing it even though you may feel some anxiety, the results of those actions will provide the answers that you seek. But you will never be urged or nudged to go ahead any quicker than you desire. Here is your safety valve: you will never be overwhelmed.

So simply trust your timing. Trust how you feel. And allow yourself to glean if that anxiety is simply an indication that the timing is not yet, or if it is an indication of your continuing to buy into the fact that your power can overcome you—which it cannot.

Asker
Where does that come from? Is that my own personal belief system?
Asker
Elan
Elan
Your societal approach to what you call your power is generally to have bought into assuming that you have very little power, that the power exists outside of you. So when individuals begin to understand that the power that they have seen around them in its magnificence and grandeur actually emanates from them, then, from the old perspective’s point of view, it can seem a bit overwhelming. But you are acclimating, climatizing, on a gradient. And simply your willingness to, as I have said, dive into it, jump into it, and just do it, will, in that sense, show you, when you get a result, that the anxiety, lady, was foundless.
Asker
Oh, thank you. Oh, thank you. I have done nothing. Is that all?
Asker
Elan
Elan
Yes. I thank you.
Asker
Oh, there’s someone else. Okay. Um, as you might remember, I sold a house a year ago, um, powerhouse, and was meant to go away, but did a whole lot of other things and a lot of growing. And now I’m kind of ready to move out of this area and work, revise my book that’s been overdue for many years.
Asker
Elan
Elan
No, no, it has been exactly on schedule.
Asker
Great. Do not produce an anxiety-ridden belief. I’m glad you say that. So, obviously, by the way, thank you. And so it seems like the West Coast or Santa Fe is my direction, and I was wondering if you could give kind of a confirmation of what state, or if that sounds good to you: Santa Fe.
Asker
Elan
Elan
And, um, my simple suggestion is: have a nice trip.
Asker
Of course, another thing is driving a car out there alone. Would that be too dangerous for me to go?
Asker
Elan
Elan
Oh, I don’t know. What do you think? How will you act?
Asker
British kind of cares.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Well, that tentative nature, that tentative approach, is an action, yes, but it is an action presupposing that something can come in there and get you. Okay? Remember: a defense is a supposition of an attack. Therefore, it is the same as saying you believe an attack is most imminent. Simply relax into who you are, understanding that you have everything that you need, and understanding that your timing is perfect. Also allow the feedback of your physical reality to be obvious. And if you feel perhaps this neighborhood is not the neighborhood I feel that I should drive through, trust it.
Asker
Okay. And then this idea of nutrition information centers, or educating people about how to cook for special dietary considerations—I just wonder if that’s—and you’re bringing community into this book, the idea of cooking together and learning about food together.
Asker
Elan
Elan
The direction: liberally use your language “sounds yummy.”
Asker
So any other suggestions on how I can prepare for this independent step?
Asker
Elan
Elan
One small one: determine in any moment what is available. Choose with your excitement. Act with your integrity. That is all there is to it.
Asker
Thank you. Very simple.
Asker
Elan
Elan
I thank you.
Asker
Not too long ago I was bitten by a dog pretty badly, and I witnessed divine intervention during that experience.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Well, in a sense you witnessed synchronicity of your timing. But do proceed.
Asker
Well, I want to explain what I mean by divine intervention. When this dog attacked me—I mean, it was an attack—and after he bit me, he literally walked away. And are you familiar with Goofy, our cartoon character?
Asker
Elan
Elan
Fascinating.
Asker
Anyway, he walked away, and my experience of him after he bit me was very animated, to glean anything beyond the fact that I thought divine intervention was what I experienced through that process. And I was wondering if there is something more symbolic about that experience, and why I would attract that type of experience.
Asker
Elan
Elan

Well, a few ideas. Understand again: you are a facet, an expression of All-That-Is. All-That-Is need not be viewed as something separate which then needs to intervene in your affairs. You are an expression of All-That-Is. In that scenario, you chose, in that sense, to maintain a certain, perhaps you can say, orientation, demeanor, representative of who you know yourself to be.

Therefore, initially you were approached by the reflective animal from its expectations of what a person may do when coming in contact with you. Then, due to, again, the state of your resolve, the animal reflected that resolve, matched you in your pacified, serene level. Therefore, you intervened, so to speak, in your own affair.

Now I bring this back to you, for you need not, in that sense, again assign an external credit. You get all the credit. The dog, in your society, symbolically is the symbol of service. And it simply reflected back to you your willingness, once again, to remain resolved and not take on feeling that you need to match the hostility. Do you understand what I am saying?

Asker
Certainly.
Asker
Elan
Elan
All right. Completely. Where does it hang up for you? Do you perceive that you maintained your resolve?
Asker
Actually, no. I perceive that my higher— my guides intervened.
Asker
Elan
Elan
All right. Now you have two possible explanations to ponder. Is there something else you wish to pursue in this regard?
Asker
Well, not if that’s—that was it.
Asker
Elan
Elan

My point to you is that you have done it all. There is, as you say, guide consciousness. They, in that sense, contribute to certain options that you feel you can act upon. But ultimately, you choose, you act, you create. They, in that sense, simply provide alternatives and, in that sense, provide suggestions. But you, in choosing from the plethora of alternatives and suggestions, are the ultimate prime mover of your own reality.

Therefore, again, our tendency is not to label it as divine intervention. Simply you redefining how you will create your reality, and allowing the symbol of service to reflect that back to you. Does that make more sense?

Asker
Well, thank you. Thank you.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Is that all?
Asker
Yes, please.
Asker
Elan
Elan
I thank you.
Asker
Oh, so how are you tonight?
Asker
Elan
Elan
Perfect. Good. As you all are.
Asker
I have a question about the certain ways that we may take action as humans. And one question comes to mind: do you people dream?
Asker
Elan
Elan

We created a symbol separation in our reality, perhaps you can say, early on in our history, that you would perceive as dreaming in the way that you are saying. But you may understand that what would translate roughly to three to five hundred years ago on our planet, one of the ways that our planet became telepathic was that we all, at one time, over a three-day period, with the appearance of our version of our Christ consciousness—known in our ancient remnant language as Shakana—that we did, in that sense, all fall asleep for three days and wake up into a collective daydream, where we no longer assigned the distinction between that certain things were possible in what you call the nighttime dream and other things were possible in the living of the daytime life dream. We no longer saw the need for the separation, thus that we were ready to express our totality in a physical sense in our waking life.

So to answer your question: we used to; we no longer create the separation. It helped you to act and move into a different area. It allowed us, in that sense, to understand, in no uncertain terms, that there is more to our consciousness than what we perceived at that time was our waking consciousness. And similar, it provides that service to you. You are such a multidimensional being that in choosing to experience a finite reality such as this, you provide periods of time to touch into more of that totality, which you, in that sense, then express as nighttime dream reality.

They—in that sense, those realities that you create and experience—from our perspective are just as real as this reality. Some of them will represent realities close to this one. They will be the things that you seem to wake up with as a memory. Other things, when you seem to wake up with the sensation of having been busy—you know something happened but there is no symbol, there is no memory, there is no scene that comes back with it—those are representative of experiences that are just as real as this reality, but so vastly different that there is no vocabulary in this reality when you quote-unquote wake up back into it to translate the experience.

Asker
Well, through many dreams, it helps one to take action.
Asker
Elan
Elan

Well, it can allow you a format where you seem to be, shall I say, performing certain actions, allowing yourself to see the results of those actions, and then not having to continue to live with the consequences of those results. That is one minute use that you make of it.

Now, one might say that’s a true awakening of some sort when someone can fully translate and move on from subconscious. But from our perspective, any given moment where you are cognizant of what is right in front of you, you are fully awake. But that is another way to, again, express your totality, again seemingly through finite means.

Asker
All right. I was just thinking of that: that’s one example of how we can act through our dreams.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Well, yes, but what I am strictly speaking of is your actions in your waking dream, in your life. For that is what will have a result and an effect that you can see and experience in your waking life. The other dream, in that sense, again may provide the alternative, the opportunity to experience alternatives. But then when you quote-unquote wake up into this dream, it will always be up to you as to what you do, and the result you then receive in this waking dream.
Asker
I understand. I understand. Um, well, I guess that’s all I want to talk about. Oh, thank you.
Asker
Asker
Yes, Elan. Greetings. It’s been a time since I’ve conversed with you.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Ace, you have, in that sense, been involved with action.
Asker
Yes, action. We thank you. Yes. Well, I felt a little nudging at the last session I came, and I felt it was timely for me to pursue action. Elan, I did have a clear understanding, I felt, of the words, the deeds—they were necessary to put in progress.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Well, we thank you for the allowance of a reinforcement.
Asker
So today I had what I considered a breakthrough for myself in freeing up parts of my nature so that I can act more freely. And I want to share that because it may be of service to others. The nature of this is to have my allowance of my more aggressive side of my nature, which I have maybe labeled negative previously, to assert for myself what I want and what I prefer in my relationships with other people around me. And this comes out of, like, where I’m in a situation where I have an agreement with someone who doesn’t match their part of the agreement, or they do something that is not in agreement with what we have—that I have the right to speak up for myself, that I have the right to put out for what I want.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Thank you. Now, you can always do so in a loving way. And your willingness to be that creative will then give you the more preferred effect by not putting the other individual on the quote-unquote defensive.
Asker
Well, I think I’ve always had the belief system that if someone is doing something seemingly to me, it must be a confront. Yes, it’s a confront, or it’s an automatic situation where I am the victim: this should not be happening. Whereas now, I’m beginning to see that I am not the victim; this should be happening. And it allows a more playful side of me to jump into the interaction as a sport, as a competition, where I can untie my hands from the sense that I’m a victim—understanding that you did the original binding—but do proceed—yes, that I’ve done the original binding, or that this person has done something wrong to me that I need to pummel them for, which has never seemed attractive to me. But that I have the right to jump in and act with all my other resources.
Asker
Elan
Elan
You are, by the way, expressing your power and acting according to the knowledge of your power. What you call pummeling is a helpless act, is an act of desperation: feeling that this reality is not at all within my control or domain, therefore I must take drastic action and force it to conform to what I wish. That is not, again, an act of power and a knowingness of power. It is an expression of helplessness.
Asker
Well, I look at our world situation in countries like Bosnia, where I see things where, seemingly, people are doing things that they shouldn’t be doing to other people. And I’m beginning to see there is a way of not matching that energy, but providing your own vision of what you prefer this relationship to be between individuals or countries; that there’s a different way of reacting, which is not of being a victim and not wanting to destroy the other one, but wanting to assert: this is what I want in our relationship, and I stand for that.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Oh, thank you. And you are doing just fine and are a living example of what we are sharing. You will find, though, again due to what you are colloquially referring to as a breakthrough, that your ability to do so will from this point forward be enhanced. And again, as a simple reminder and suggestion: your willingness to assert who you are is all well and good; your willingness to do so in a loving way is the expression of your complete understanding of your power. Unconditional love, and expressing unconditional love, is acting from your power.
Asker
Well, thank you very much.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Oh, thank you. Is that all?
Asker
I believe so.
Asker
Elan
Elan
All right. We thank you for your shining example.
Asker
My greetings to all of you, and to all of you as well. First, let me ask you: you just mentioned to Norman’s question that you fell asleep for three days, and that happened about three hundred to five hundred years back approximately. I was thinking that is happening in our now.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Well, in a sense you may understand that you have already had manifestations of the coming of your Christ consciousness. And, as I have shared before—and do not mean derogatorily—perhaps you will understand one of the differences is that when ours was presented, we listened. But you may also understand, once again, that how the Christ consciousness is now arising, so to speak, again, is not through a single individual but through all of you collectively. And there will be a joy in the sharing of this collective unfoldment that will be distinctly different from our experience and unique to your own.
Asker
Right. I was thinking of the chronological time.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Well, it is occurring now. It is occurring as you speak. Each time you perform an unconditionally loving act, you are expressing the Christ consciousness within you. It is that simple. Therefore, when you are acting that way, you are being that style of integrated being. When you are acting another way, you are expressing a reciprocal belief. But it is always your option in any given moment to unconditionally love yourself, unconditionally love those that you are interacting with, and therefore express the Christ consciousness. It is not something you need to connect to or go to the store and get. It is something you contain and is an option to express, like all beliefs within you.
Asker
I just—my observation was that it’s happening on both planets at the same time, in a way.
Asker
Elan
Elan
In what way? There are differences in our physical timing. If you are in our future, about three to five hundred years in our future, then this gets very confusing, for, again, our time stream functions approximately ten times faster than your own. You are assuming, again, a one-to-one correspondence in the ticking, so to speak, of the clock. Now, we have no clocks, but understanding as an analogy, there is simply no continuity or parallelism of the time frame. So it is not completely accurate to say that.
Asker
All right. So I’ll come to my real question.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Oh, thank you. Perhaps these were the fake questions.
Asker

I would like to discuss trust a little bit more. It’s kind of my question in three parts, but they are all connected. So I was wondering if I could say all of it first, if that works.

In employing the clear intention 3Ds and the action approach, the hang-up I experience is with the factor of probability, and the answer I come up with for that is trust. You have said this very emphatically many times: that is what you have at all times. Are you talking about a blind trust?

Asker
Elan
Elan
Oh, no, no, no. When you live your reality according to preference, when you act according to your excitement, you get results. And those results provide the evidence that functioning that way is just as valid as any of the other ways we function. Everything I have ever done has always had a preferred result. Therefore, it is not a blind trust to assume that it will continue to do so. It is simply my choice and my experience.
Asker
Okay. My feeling is we all have an inner trust at times, and in those cases, of course, we don’t need to trust—we don’t need to re-trust. We are full of it. At times I just have that confidence: I know that I’m on the right track. I don’t decide to trust.
Asker
Elan
Elan
But when you are thinking that you are on the wrong track, you are still trusting. You are trusting that you are on the wrong track. So you always trust in something. And trust is not something you need to build or exercise. It is always ever-present. So it is a matter of seeing: what am I trusting in? Do I wish to continue to trust in this? Not mustering up all this faith and trust. It’s already there.
Asker
Right. When I don’t have that trust, I don’t know where to place my trust.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Well, when you don’t have that trust, you are trusting that you do not have that trust. Now, whether or not this is translating, it is nonetheless still true.
Asker
Still, if I had to make a decision, I’m not sure which would be the right decision.
Asker
Elan
Elan

Allow me to cut through this. When you say, “I will allow my reality to be obvious. I will see what’s available, and I will choose according to my excitement, and act upon that excitement with integrity,” you are displaying trust in action, allowing you to trust that your excitement with integrity is an expression of who you are.

So therefore, in those such moments, simply ground yourself: what’s right here, right in front of me? Oh, this, this, and that is this. No, push it aside. These are my options. Which one excites me? That one. Can I act on it with integrity? No. All right. Which one excites me second most? This one. Can I act on that with integrity? Yes. Do that thing. You are displaying, in action, the trust of who you are in every given moment. And there is no blind trust, for that result will provide a positive experience in your life. Does that make sense?

Asker
Yes. I think what is difficult to do is—
Asker
Elan
Elan

Whatever you are about to say, for that is your rule. Nothing is difficult to do till you say it is, and then act subtly or blatantly—but sometimes subtly—like it is difficult. That is an action. That is an orientation that yields evidence, yields results, which show you, “Yes, it must be difficult, because here’s the evidence.” Well, you just created the evidence through your action.

If something is not available, it is not available. If it is, it is. That, to me, is simple and not difficult.

Asker
Yes. Up till this point it has been difficult to accept that it’s not available.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Allow the reality to be obvious. Either you can act on something or you cannot. If you cannot, again you can maintain it as a clear intention. You can ponder, sit, and examine it. But the moment you re-ground to what is available and act, you continue the flow of your reality. The manifestations continue through the results of those actions.
Asker
Um, yes. So I’ll just make a comment, or the last part: I listen to and have been utilizing many of the new approaches that you have talked about. This is my observation so far for our reality: we still have to adjust to external implications, which implies a force of a kind.
Asker
Elan
Elan
No, it is simply the recognition of how you have already created your reality many times through years of unconscious creation. So therefore, there may seem to be a little lag, when you begin to act according to preference, of some of the results which were, in that sense, derived from unpreferred beliefs, unpreferred emotions, unpreferred thoughts and actions. But your willingness to allow yourself to transform these things, assign positive meaning, and now act according to preference and positivity allows them to play themselves out. And what it is replaced with is the results of the exciting things that you have done. So it is only apparency based on the old habitual ritual. Does that make sense?
Asker
Yes. Well, from listening to you, I can see that for you there’s no adjustment necessary. It’s all automatic. You have become one with what is, and we haven’t yet.
Asker
Elan
Elan

Of course, that’s the separate—well, you haven’t yet, right, in this moment, because you just said so. And that is the only reason. You decree, whenever you speak, who you are. You lay down the rules. You set up the template of your reality. You have the same ability. Simply, from this moment forward, express it, and you will find nothing need be difficult. Reality will display its complexities, but the mechanisms of the living of your life and your reality are that simple.

And if you wish to derive what you perceive me to be as an inspiration, all well and good. But you would not appreciate what you see in me unless you contained the desire to be this way, and the desire and ability to express this. So use the inspiration that you are inspired by it to tell you that you contain it, and decide: be conscious from this moment forward. Anything from this moment forward is only difficult because you say so.

Asker
I’m going to word it in a different way: it’s not difficult. It’s very fascinating. It’s exciting, and I’m doing it, and sometimes I don’t do it, but I’m doing it most of the time.
Asker
Elan
Elan

Well, understand, when you quote-unquote don’t do it, you are doing something in its place, and that is yielding a result. So perhaps it peppers the soup a little bit. But you can continue from this moment forward to just decide to be the person that you prefer to be.

Three steps. One: just decide who you wish to be. Number two: trust that you have changed because you say so. And number three: believe it or not, surprise, surprise—act like you trust that you believe what you’ve decided. That is all it takes. And that is how you already create your reality.

Again, because you already create your reality this way, you are not needing a new talent. It is simply now beginning to be more aware of the fact that you create that way, and beginning to insert preference and integrity. Is that closer?

Asker
It’s been a big help. Thank you very much.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Is there something else?
Asker
Um, I just recently have discovered this idea of becoming one with the universe and opening up completely to the universe, and just be the universe myself. I mean, I had thought of this for years and years, disassembling myself and taking in the universe.
Asker
Elan
Elan
The idea is fine, but putting it in action: if you are acting as an expression that you are the universe, then you use the feedback of your reality, you allow things in each moment to be obvious, and you glean from what is available. That is all there is to it.
Asker
I would love to see myself never having to face the moments when I’m feeling very sad and bad about what is not available.
Asker
Elan
Elan
How then you are still, to that degree, in denial—in denial of place of whatever beliefs you are holding that result in the negative emotion. Negative emotions are messengers. They are coming to you to tell you how to expand. Denying them denies the belief that underlies them. Embracing them allows you to acknowledge a belief that you still express that you no longer prefer.
Asker
Thank you.
Asker
Elan
Elan
You may now wish to say, when a negative emotion comes up, for on its wings it brings an unpreferred belief: look forward to what is left of the negative manifestations, for they are the messengers of the remaining unpreferred beliefs you still express. Understand.
Asker
Can I use an example so it will be easier to understand? Working on my negative emotion, or seeing what happened in a different way. I thought the way to do it was, if something didn’t happen that you expected to happen, isn’t the best way to say, “It’s good that it didn’t happen because something good will come out of it instead”? Was working on my negative image.
Asker
Elan
Elan
If you know that something that you intend to do will happen, and you are positive about it, and it doesn’t happen in a given moment, one who truly knows it would happen would not care, and would act according to what is available, knowing, as you say, darn well that the thing that you intend will happen. And it is simply a matter of the perfection of the timing.
Asker
So if I say this to myself, then I don’t even have to feel bad.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Whatever you feel, simply use that to glean what you must believe to feel that way. Emotions are the windows to your beliefs. So in any given situation, no matter what the example is, simply ask yourself: what must I believe in this situation? Bring the reality, bring the now moment, bring the circumstances into it. In this situation, what must I believe to be expressing this sadness? And you will have delivered a belief, which you can then acknowledge and then transform by performing the actions of the preferred belief upon the acknowledgment of the non-preferred belief. Is that clear?
Asker
Yes.
Asker
Elan
Elan
All right. Will that suffice?
Asker
Yes. Thank you.
Asker
Elan
Elan
You may all pause for a short break of ten to fifteen minutes of your counting. We will resume contact at that timing.
Asker
All right. I’ll say action. Thank you. I’ll be brief, but I do want to convey my thanks, you know, my love to you, for it’s been almost a year since I kind of created this experience. And it’s been a really great thing, and I just want to thank you.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Oh, but no need to sound like we have an ending here. It is a beginning. It is an introduction in many ways. I thank you.
Asker
Yes, I believe that too. And I went through my different timing through that year of believing or disbelieving this. And I do believe in you utterly, and mostly because I truly believe in myself now.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Well, that, to us, is the bottom line. Everything else is inconsequential to us. Therefore, believing in yourself and acting that way will yield the very results that you seek.
Asker
Yes. So thank you very much. Oh, thank you as well. I’d like to ask a question though about the first session of this three, about keeping the vision—clarifying your vision.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Vision.
Asker
Um, you led us through a meditation, and you did mention something. You were leading me on about something that excited me that I wasn’t able to perceive, and I’ve been thinking about it for the past month or two. And I ended up even writing down five things that excite me. And is there anything else you want to add?
Asker
Elan
Elan

You are doing just fine. Keep on keeping on, and understand your answers are delivered through the results of your actions in your reality. It is not that I am a sole source of this information. I also remind you, and all of you, that our stream of consciousness—and this is again an analogy; it is colloquial, not literal—but is consistently beamed to your reality. Now, again, this is simply a colloquialist, but the point is that you can tap into our stream at any time, any one of you. And you can, in that sense, communicate with me or members of my society.

To the degree that you are willing to validate what you get, and the degree that you are willing to act upon what you get, will show you, again, through the results of the actions of your life, certain things, and will be part of the dialogue. It is not that we only communicate in merely what you would perceive to be language or words, but also are able to reflect and interact with you through the circumstances, the manifestations of your life.

So in communicating with us, if you simply have a broad understanding and do not assume we only communicate in one way, you can validate where and when you feel that we are, in that sense, co-creating an interaction. But do understand, once again, that you always ultimately choose from the options, including what we share as an alternative. You ultimately perform the actions, and you ultimately get the credit.

Asker
So you’re suggesting these five things that I came up with is one of those things that you were mentioning or suggesting, and will allow you to enjoy them all.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Mm-hmm.
Asker
Yeah, I enjoy them all. I could do them all at once instead of narrowing it down to one. Um, I have kind of an outer cosmic question. I had a so-called visitation through a visualization of your “You Are Home” tape. And I perceived I went to a spaceship, a mothercraft, and I was led very quickly, or pointed in a direction, by you, I think, to a corridor, that I was able to see the star systems. And it was a lot of details to it, but in essence I was led to a conference room, so to speak, that was meant for visiting societies, as my own and someone else. And I perceived Sirian society once again, which always pops up in my relationship with them. And I came into this white light, this room, and I perceived these vertical beams of light, very clear. And I know that the information that they shared was very important. I don’t remember, or I’m not clear on what it is.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Again, only as important as it is useful and practical in your reality. Receiving nice information, again, is all well and good, but something that you can act upon, do something about, is, again, the bottom line, and then allows for the furthering of any lines of communication, if that is the necessary path of communication. So ground your messages by inserting what you can do about it. Do not let information simply be information for information’s sake. “What can I do about this?” is a question that you can always ask in any situation.
Asker
Well, I’m asking you now: what can I do?
Asker
Elan
Elan
Without you asking me about doing something from information from another source, which you can then simply ask the source directly, and that then puts you in the position to trust what you are getting, or trust that you are not getting the right thing. Therefore, go with it. Go with the source that you are sharing. Do not ask me about that.
Asker
Okay. Because, you know, that my relationship with that society, it seems so kind of unusual to me. I’m not sure how to ground it and how to use it. What can I do about this?
Asker
Elan
Elan
That simple question, from whatever you get, sometimes will yield a, “Well, there’s nothing I can really do about that.” But more times than not, you’ll say, “Ah, I can actually apply that to what I was just looking at before. Interesting. Now you are grounding.”
Asker
What I came up with the most is that I want to see this. I would like to create that so others can see what I saw.
Asker
Elan
Elan
That’s that. And what is the reasoning for needing to show this to others?
Asker
I think it’s a beautiful thing. I think it’s a great experience.
Asker
Elan
Elan
To some degree, yes. But there is also the validation of what you are seeing. And you do not need anyone else for that validation. Simply validate it yourself. Share your version of it, and then those that are so attracted will then allow themselves to achieve a receptive state for similar types of experience.
Asker
So I want to be clear about this: you’re suggesting that I just continue to ask them?
Asker
Elan
Elan
If you continue to have a dialogue, I am simply suggesting that whatever you get, you ask yourself: what can I do in this reality with this information? That is my only suggestion.
Asker
Right. Because then it will lead to the next thing, and there will be no need to ask, for you will be fully engaged in your reality, and, as you say, one thing will simply lead very smoothly and directly to the next. All right. Okay. I guess I thank you.
Asker
Elan
Elan
You need not guess, but it is always your option. Thank you for everything.
Asker
And to you as well, for you have created everything.
Asker
Asker

Hi. And to you, greetings. Greetings. I also want to thank you very much for visiting with us for so long. Really helped me a lot.

Um, the question—one of the questions I wanted to ask—deals with my career. I’ve been, as I’ve said before, I’ve taken about two and a half years off to explore a number of different options and find my heart’s desire to do it in my career. And I think one of the things that I’ve done to give me a little bit of time is get some consulting work. And what I’m doing is analyzing strategies of utilities for a company in California that’s offered me a job in Washington. Now the work has been very difficult for me to do at home, just doing it once a week. So the idea of commuting into Washington, wearing a suit, working eight to six every day, analyzing companies that are stuck in the status quo, is not exciting to me.

Asker
Elan
Elan
Um, what excites you? Do you, in that sense, trust, however, that it will support you?
Asker
Yeah.
Asker
Elan
Elan
All right. Proceed.
Asker
I asked that for a reason. Do proceed. Okay. Yes. Right. It’s financially supporting me. What does excite me is, when I look at the TV and see all the stuff going on in the world, I get a tremendous feeling of energy going through me—that kind of intuitive confirmation of what you said earlier, that yes, the world definitely is accelerating rapidly into this time of transformation—when I see all the stuff happening in the economy and in the political realm around the world. And using my business background and stuff that I’ve learned from you and other spiritual sources, I want to somehow write or perpetuate something that will shift us to a mode of cooperation rather than competition as a way to deal with the issues that the world is facing right now.
Asker
Elan
Elan
And this excites you?
Asker
Yes. Yeah.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Therefore, it is a representation of who you choose to be.
Asker
Yes.
Asker
Elan
Elan

Do you then assume, as you have with the thing that perhaps did not excite you, that this will support you as well? And before you answer: there is sometimes a tendency in your society for individuals to believe that something which does not excite them somehow has more power to provide that financial type of support than something that does. This is a belief. There are actions then performed with that foundational belief which may make that seem like a reality. But that is only, again, the results of those actions.

So understanding that: if what does not excite me supports me this much, what does excite me must then support me that much more, for it is that much more a representation of who I am. And you act that way with that expectancy. You will then demonstrate to yourself, in no uncertain terms, that what excites you can support you in no uncertain terms.

Asker
Well, I guess the question that I have is: if this is the only thing that’s available, even if it doesn’t excite me, is it the step that I should take? No? Trusting it’ll bring me to my ultimate goal, or what I think I’ve given—I have a little bit of money, so I’ve got a few months. And I have to take the offer within this month, and if I don’t, I’ll have a few more months to look for something else, and perhaps write the thing that I’ve wanted to do but haven’t really done yet.
Asker
Elan
Elan

Do understand that what you are asking me is obviously completely up to you. I can only say that in a similar situation, faced with an alternative that excited me and one that did not, that I personally would trust the excitement. But that, again, is completely up to you. And again, the issue that comes into play is your belief in what will support you.

And now that you are beginning to understand that excitement is a representation of who you are, you may now begin to redefine then that obviously it will support you that much more readily, or it would not be an obvious reflection of who you choose to be. So therefore, begin to entertain the notion that in as much as what does not excite you supports you, that what does excite you will support you that much more. And begin to look for how that is true—not if it is true, but how it is true and how it expresses in your life, your reality.

Asker
Well, what I want to do is begin to manifest some way to be supported by my excitement, which requires taking action along those lines. And one of the things that I’ve wanted to do and haven’t done yet is writing the ideas that I have about economic reform down. Really what I want to do is just share love and stuff, and I’ve been doing that in smaller—
Asker
Elan
Elan
That is automatic, and that is something that can simply be present in each moment: sharing of the unconditional love of yourself and others as well. But in terms of what excites you, again, my particular choice in that aforementioned set of options would be to do what excites me beginning right now, and beginning to allow what excites me to support me. Notice the wording: not forcing it to support me, but allowing it to support me to whatever degree it will initially, but having then the clear intention that it supports me in a manner that I so desire.
Asker
I think that what delays me is questioning my ability to manifest the thing that excites me. Because when I sit there and look at the TV and get intuitive ideas popping into my consciousness about how we could resolve some of these things, then I say, “Well, wait a minute. Who am I?”
Asker
Elan
Elan
But you understand on some level that what does not excite you can support you. So you already buy into an idea that something can support you. Now you can begin to entertain the notion that dovetailing yourself with who you prefer to be obviously would support you to whatever level it will begin to support you. And you accept the support to the degree that it comes, then you can allow that to expand. But again, it is an allowance. What excites you will support you if you let it.
Asker
And then the issue that I have is the thing that’s blocking me from acting on it.
Asker
Elan
Elan
That’s, by the way: there is no thing blocking you. That assumes an external force. You are simply not doing it. One way—the way you said it—provides an excuse to continue not to do it. What I am saying provides the opportunity to begin in this moment to follow your excitement. Nothing blocks you but an assumption that something blocks you.
Asker
What I meant when I said something blocking me was unconscious beliefs that seem to sneak up on me when I’m trying to—
Asker
Elan
Elan
What? Okay, there we go. The bottom line is that they present themselves to your consciousness, thus becoming conscious. So simply allow them to do so in their timing. Trust that timing. Continue to follow your excitement if you are so inclined, and allow your excitement to support you to the level and degree that it will. That is a representation of who you are. And therefore, the abundance that you reap from it will, in that sense, be a multitudinous abundance.
Asker
Well, the first thing that I want to do in my excitement is to love myself and let go of the beliefs that I picked up in my childhood.
Asker
Elan
Elan
But you are already doing that, are you not? Yes, you are—now perhaps in strobe-like fashion, but nevertheless, sometimes is that strobe on, so you are expressing that self-love. First acknowledge that, so that at least you can give yourself the credit you deserve. Then continue from this moment forward from the two options: expressing the belief of self-loathing, or expressing the belief of self-love through action. Again, to perform the action consistent with the self-love. Period. Very simple. Nothing is blocking you.
Asker
Well, okay. Could I use two examples then to illustrate what I’m—
Asker
Elan
Elan
Well, you can, but I suggest: as many examples as you have, I will have something to say about.
Asker
The first one is I was at the gym today, and for the second time I saw this lady who I had a strongly negative reaction to—more so than I’ve ever had to anyone else—and it really confused me. I obviously didn’t like it, and I wondered if I had some kind of past-life experience. And I sat there thinking about it. Three weeks ago I was able to sit there and find peace by realizing that I felt somehow she had anger at me, or I felt somehow I had to please her, or something like that. And by centering myself and loving myself, I was able to feel comfortable in the situation. I didn’t do as well today. But I think the connection I made today is that it was a similar feeling, though more conscious, that I have towards my mother, or perhaps some anger.
Asker
Elan
Elan

Why, in that sense, have you chosen not to speak to that individual providing you such a grandiose service? The lady in the gym: you have attracted that scenario. Your attention has been so placed for a reason. It is not that she is the one extraneous thing in all creation, and it is not that it is specifically her is not significant. It is, therefore, entertain the notion that part and parcel of this exploration—though it is an exploration also of what you have shared—is of your willingness to allow that individual to provide an opportunity for you to integrate that symbol.

So regardless of how you feel about your mother, your actions with this individual will be representative of the actions of an individual with self-love. And the resolve that you will feel in interacting with her will actually seem to have a retroactive effect to what you perceive to be the reaction from the mother. For now you are exercising the option to do something about it, where back then you did not. Okay? Therefore, thank the symbol, interact with the symbol, dive into it.

Asker
Um, well, I bring that up, like I’ve brought it up speaking with you before, about my mother, because having a critical mother, it seems that I perpetuate the self-criticism, which I want to let go of.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Then let go of it. Do not criticize yourself. As simple as that. If you feel criticism coming up, allow the referential preferential you to provide the accompanying compliments to balance it out. It is that simple. It will always be up to you. What was example number two?
Asker
The second example was I was at an ACIA meeting that I like and I’ve gone to for six years, and I was sharing, and someone criticized what I said.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Well, how exciting. Perhaps you did not view it that way. But it was an opportunity to allow that individual’s viewpoint to be valid, and not buying into his invalidation of your own. Therefore, quite loaded with advantage.
Asker
Well, I found myself obsessing about it for a couple of days and using my imagination.
Asker
Elan
Elan

By the way, the moment that you felt the judgment from that individual, you only felt it, and only can feel, your version of it. You did not feel the individual’s judgment. The individual’s mouth was moving. Words were coming out. Perhaps you can say, with no inherent meaning. You assigned the meaning, and assigned that the meaning had a particular spin to it. You created your reaction to that spin, but that reaction was to your matching of that judgment. A wonderful opportunity.

Again, suggest that you thank the individual who did so, and simply understand that individuals are entitled to their opinion. If their opinion is different than yours, they are still entitled to it. And if you do not agree with what they are saying in criticizing you, you will not feel anything, and it will simply be a statement made by someone with no charge upon it.

Asker
Okay. Um, I’m going to a family reunion. I’m going to see my mother there next.
Asker
Elan
Elan

Before you proceed: both these instances left you with the opportunity to act. Opportunity one: act with the female individual. Opportunity two: interact with the criticizer. That is where you always can do something.

You will create a similar scenario with either the same or different individuals, and this time will have a tendency toward interacting with them, diving into it: “Well, this individual is here for a reason. Saying what they are saying for a reason. I will interact with them assuming that they are here for a reason.” Therefore, you have some homework, perhaps you can say.

Asker
Yeah. Okay. Do you understand what I am saying? To interact with them in a loving way, to understand that nothing stops you from acting. Nothing prevents you. Nothing is blocking your actions. And those actions can be incident-specific, specific to that incident. Someone speaks to you, reminds you of your mother berating you; speak to that individual, not your mother. Your mother’s not there. Be here. Be now. That individual is there for a reason. Your willingness to, as you say, grab the, shall I say, brass ring by the handle and use what you have created as an obvious reflection of something that will allow you to integrate parts within you that you still create as separate parts allows you to move in any situation. Nothing blocks you, nothing stops you. From this moment forward, I assume one of the options will be to interact with these individuals.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Interact in a way that kind of validates their right to have their own advantage, but also then allows you to assert to yourself and to others who you are in a loving way.
Asker
That’s the question: how do I interact with them in a loving way when my feelings are hurt?
Asker
Elan
Elan

Your feelings are hurt because you are matching their criticism. First you forgive yourself, not blame them. When you forgive yourself, it will be quite simple to interact with them. And it will also be apparent, upon forgiving yourself, that they did nothing to you. You did it all, and therefore they provided a service.

When you, in perceiving you are judged, match that judgment and feel judged, and then forgive yourself and cease judging yourself, you will feel appreciation toward the individual doing the judging. Forgive yourself in the moment. Unconditional love means no conditions upon yourself either. Okay? Therefore, nothing blocks you. And from this point forward, just decide, trust what you believe, act as though you trust what you believe. Act. Move. Interact. Talk. But act.

Asker
Okay. I want to get married soon and have children, but I’ve been afraid that I’m feeling trapped, or maybe wanting to leave after a while.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Well, you can’t have it both ways. So therefore, understand that you are expressing beliefs which may be, shall I say, conflicted with each other, and simply make up your mind. That is the degree of power that you have to decide your reality.
Asker
Well, my fears that undoubtedly unconscious stuff will come up and smirk my conscious intent.
Asker
Elan
Elan

Well, yes, emotions will come up from beliefs which you unconsciously hold. But when you ask yourself, “What must I believe to feel this?” and you say, “I must believe that,” the moment you say, “I must believe that,” it is no longer an unconscious belief. You are now conscious of it and have allowed what used to be a miserable emotion in your way to deliver it to you.

Be willing to be that honest with yourself. Do not be afraid of what is in your subconscious. Embrace and welcome it. And then when it presents itself, decide whether it is still representative of who you are or not. But remember: when you know what you believe, it is no longer unconscious.

Asker
All right. Yes. Well, I think the thing that blocks me is residual stuff with my mother.
Asker
Elan
Elan

The thing that blocks you is you, and the definition that something blocks you. Something your mother said to you years ago has no effect on you whatsoever until you buy into that it does, and create the effect through action. That has nothing to do with what is actually going on. You are using that as an excuse. So simply allow yourself to release it. There is nothing there. You are at ground zero. You all are here, and now is the only time there is in the here. In the now, you have everything you need. Act, or don’t act. That is all there is to it.

Do not blame your actions, or your willingness or unwillingness to act, on something in the past, for the only thing that seems to create that relationship is your blaming it on the past and then acting like the past has some effect on you. So then, yes, it seems to have that effect, but that’s the only reason—not because the past actually has that effect.

Asker
Well, I want to find somehow find peace in that relationship, and I’m going to see her this weekend.
Asker
Elan
Elan

All right. But I remind you: find the peace that exists within you. There is no external tumult and no external peace. It is internal tumult reflected outwardly; internal peace reflected outwardly. Find the peace within you. Interact with her from the center of that inner peace. Then you will recreate the definition of your relationship. And should she, in that new definition, feel the need to be critical, you will not buy into it; it will not affect you. You will respond differently because you are acting like a person not affected. She will no longer have her feedback, and she will no longer, shall I say, get satisfaction from the criticism—which, by the way, would only be so forthcoming from her to you if she criticizes herself to the same degree. So have the compassion for what she is creating to go through, rather than feeling the defensive.

Understand: yes, you are and have gotten this. Allow it to sink in, and allow your actions to reflect it. Then you will experience what I am saying rather than think about it. No need to thank me. However, you’re welcome.

Asker
I thank you.
Asker
Asker
Yes. I have a question about actions and profusion, and I’d like to use an example.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Oh, how apropos. Do proceed.
Asker
A while back, I was going on a long car ride, and I was looking in my closet what I was going to wear. And I looked at this silk blouse, and I realized I had a belief that I couldn’t wear it—silk on a car ride—because too many things could happen to it. So I realized that and challenged it, and decided to choose the action of putting this thing on and going off on the day with it. Went through breakfast, nothing fell on it; everything was going—
Asker
Elan
Elan
By the way, even in the way that you are telling the story, you have set up an elaborate, very sneaky expectation. But do proceed.
Asker
And I was moving around and feeling how nice it felt, and waiting for the axe to fall. Went into this pet store, and I was standing there trying to see something on a high shelf. Now, a person wishing to not stain such a garment, would they go into such a store? Wait a minute, don’t try to victimize me. Oh, no. No. Store. And I’m looking up. I leaned back to see something, and a parrot leans off a perch and punches a hole—silk blouse.
Asker
Elan
Elan
What action led to that? Is there something on probability that made it collapse that way? It was the fluctuation of the, shall I say, belief expressed behind your action. You did not consistently express through action the belief that, in that sense, all was fine, and that simply you are who you are, and you are who you are in that dress. There was the undertone of being extra careful, and in that sense providing a form of subtle defense.
Asker
But if I hadn’t been—if I had been extra careful, I wouldn’t have been within range of that parrot. I was being casual and relaxed at that time.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Well, in that particular moment, yes. But you had perpetuated a series of events, each having its effect.
Asker
Okay. But the parrot—what makes the parrot do that?
Asker
Elan
Elan
Well, simply that is the symbol that you attracted to show you what belief you were truly expressing in that moment. Though you may have said you were expressing another belief, you do, by the way, understand what I am saying. And you do understand that there was an undertone of, perhaps you can say, uncertainty.
Asker
I’m trying to understand the mechanics of it. What actually happens that makes the parrot do something like that when it’s a thought we’re talking about, not an action per se?
Asker
Elan
Elan
Well, again, animals are simply reflective consciousness and are not as disconnected as you would normally, shall I say, believe in your society. So therefore, it simply provided the service in exactly the perfect timing and perfect scenario.
Asker
Okay. Another example, more now understand, due to the fact that you have created that symbol, that even literally that particular symbolic animal mimics and mirrors back to individuals things that they are, in that sense, expressing.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Yes.
Asker
Yes. So therefore, you use that symbol in a less verbal way, but still in the same form that it presents itself. Well, let me take a more serious example.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Oh, serious. All right.
Asker
A serial killer chooses one person over another. The person may go to bed that night and lock the door with the same action as the neighbor next door. Why is that person chosen if the action’s the same?
Asker
Elan
Elan
The bottom line is what you are sharing is hypothetical, and it is a what-if rather than a what-is. There are as many different explanations as individuals in this sense. Perhaps what will, as a blanket, cover this particular area is just the idea that, again, expressing a fear, setting up a defense, is, in that sense, indicative of the fact that you believe an attack to be most imminent. This applies to both examples that you have shared.
Asker

Okay. But maybe ten other people on that same street locked their door that night. I’m trying to understand. You have said—you are, by the way, pondering a what-if and not understanding the individuals involved, their particular, shall I say, expression of their beliefs, their particular beliefs, in their own, shall I say, relationship to what you call karma, and so forth. There are many of these parameters in place, and it becomes, again, very hypothetical.

The bottom line is: do you wish for that to happen to you? No. Do you feel that that is most likely? Hardly. Do you fear it momentarily at times? All right. Simply do not act when you fear it. Allow yourself to glean from the fear what you are believing in that moment, and only act when you are centered. Then you will not be one of the individuals to attract such an experience, even if neighbors on both sides do.

Asker
Elan
Elan
My question is: is there something, say telepathic, going on between, in that scenario, victim and the victimizer?
Asker
Well, in a sense, perhaps you would not refer to it so much as telepathy as simply the interconnectedness of all beings on a fundamental level. So everything, simply due to synchronicity, orchestrates itself into place according to the beliefs, emotions, thoughts, and actions of those involved. And the specifics, again, are so variable that it would be a disservice to make an overall statement about the reason in that particular scenario. And, again, provide a service to simply remind you that defense is assumption of an attack, which is the same as saying you believe that will happen. So watch where you are being defensive versus simply being the person who expresses themself in that dress. Okay? Do you understand?
Asker
Elan
Elan
I think I’m still wrestling with this something other than action contributing to why that particular event occurred that way.
Asker

Ultimately, not. Now, I understand that it may, in that sense, seem that there are mitigating factors, but understand that those mitigating factors only could be in place as results of certain actions.

Now also understand that many, if not most, individuals upon your planet do not have a sense of the structure that we are discussing: belief, emotion, thought, and action; and simply perform actions in what you would perceive to be an automatic fashion, without any of the underlying understanding or examination. You are now at the level to simply not be an automaton. Does this help, or is there still something that you are seeking?

Asker
Elan
Elan
I think something will click in that’s missing. Thanks.
Asker
All right. If so, please, in that sense, do share. All right. Thank you. I thank you as well.
Asker
Asker
Hello. I just, um, I’d like to just ask a question because basically I just like to make contact with you.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Oh, thank you. We already had, but do proceed on a verbal level.
Asker
Oh, yes. Um, there is a situation in which I’ve been placed—my husband and I have been placed at home—where someone has moved on to our property without our permission. And this is a relative who seems to be not very stable at the moment. And the question is about action in regards to this. For myself, I feel that there is certain action that could be taken to remove her. At the same time, there’s a feeling that to do so would cause her perhaps more harm, and maybe even us, to the extent that we might feel some sense of responsibility, in that she does not seem to be very logical at this point.
Asker
Elan
Elan

All right. That is her choice, and your consideration is: what is your choice? Does it excite you, in that sense, to cohabitate with this individual or not? Now if it does, fine. If it does not, then it becomes a matter of: will you be honest? Will you, in a loving way—you are a loving individual with the understanding of unconditional love—trust what you are feeling and share with that individual? Understanding that you are feeling it not only because it is of service to you, but has to be of service to her as well, or she would not have attracted it.

Continuing to, as you say, say what she wishes to hear allows her to have elaborate conversations with herself. Where your gift gets interjected is where you perhaps have a different point of view. Feeding her what she already believes, again, is a reinforcement of what she believes, and again a form of talking to oneself. Allowing your unique perspective to stand out, because it is unique, is actually more of a service to the individual than yes-ing them, allowing them to speak to themselves. They have attracted you for a reason. If you are willing to express who you are, all can see that reason. If you, in that sense, are yes-ing them, no one, in that sense, is that obviously aware of the reason.

So number one is to trust what you are feeling, and understanding that you are a loving individual who does not have the desire to hurt anyone. But perhaps understanding that sometimes when you enable someone to remain disabled, you perpetuate their own cycle of disability. You may understand that you can have compassion for her, but need not feel sorry for her. The difference being that you know she has her power, and you know that her choices are her sovereign choices. And treat her with that respect. But not through the denial of who you are, for that is not an integrated whole. Do you understand?

Asker
I totally agree. So then the challenge becomes communicating through unconditional love, and then trusting that if you feel you have done so, whatever happens obviously must be to a benefit of all, because anything born of unconditional love can only, in that sense, be a reflection of that intention.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Yes.
Asker
The unconditional love is something that I’ve been working with in regards to myself. And, you know, I may not have reached quite the point where, in my feelings of feeling anger or whatever it might be, negative feelings, that would be able to express unconditional love in terms of—
Asker
Elan
Elan

Well, expressing unconditional self-love is simply a matter of, when you create what you call self-anger and judgment, to simply be willing to create forgiveness. It is all right to feel whatever you feel. You need not invalidate yourself for feeling it. But if an invalidation is created, be willing to forgive yourself for the invalidation. And that is the expression, in that circumstance, of unconditional love. Once you forgive yourself and express that self-love, then it will only reflect in your external communications with others as well.

So use the opportunities of judgment, again, as opportunities to transform that judgment. Use even the judgment when you judge another individual. Again, I remind you that there is some self-judgment involved. So if you look at where the issues are relating to you specifically and play through that dialogue, through that, you will generally find new information in which to assist you in making the loving communication.

Asker
Yes. At the moment the communication is not very open. There isn’t much chance to communicate.
Asker
Elan
Elan

Well, there is always the chance, and it is always up to you to, in that sense, manifest the opportunity and advantage simply in any given moment: what’s available? Is it now available to speak to her? If you ask yourself that, you will find often the answer is actually yes. Now, am I now willing to speak to her? That will be up to you. But reminding yourself of the unconditional love, reminding yourself that your feeling is not the one extraneous thing that slipped in in creation, will assist you in getting in touch with and expressing those feelings.

You also then get to look at the beliefs that you have about why you are having those feelings. If it is simply because you know you are enabling her to remain disabled, then you will perhaps have a firmer rationale for proceeding in love and light.

Asker
Yes. Well, I do trust in the timing of what’s happening.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Oh, but do not create the perpetuation that you do not have the ability to communicate, for you do in every moment.
Asker
Yes, thank you for that. I have been taking a backseat on this, thinking that I was not the best one to communicate, and maybe I haven’t been up until this point.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Well, I have just given you your license. You may now drive.
Asker
Well, thank you. Oh, thank you for everything, and for assisting the channel.
Asker
Asker
Do they call that stuff when people do that?
Asker
Elan
Elan
Well, individuals call things whatever they wish, but if you have the best interests of an individual in mind, that will show through somewhere in the process.
Asker
I have a question on something else that came up with the lady the other side of the room. She said that someone would be picked out and raped or assaulted. And it’s my opinion that you put out a vibration, and someone will pick up on that vibration and assist you in that. But it is automatic.
Asker
Elan
Elan
It is as though you have, in that sense, three holes of differing sizes, and you roll a ball that will only fit in one hole. It is simply automatic. There is no matching up. There is no sending out, as you say, signals. Synchronicity always, in that sense, delivers what an individual, in that sense, creates in their life.
Asker
So that victim that shuts the door and locked it all up is really acted like a victim.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Well, again, it will depend on the specifics. In general, yes.
Asker
I have a question about something that I was reading yesterday. It’s a book from Bashar, and he spoke of the triads. In the triads—
Asker
Elan
Elan
Before you proceed: for now, allow us to remain grounded to your reality, grounded to the happenings and circumstance of your Earth. If you feel stellar connections, explore them through the knowingness of your consciousness. However, remain grounded to what you can do.
Asker
Thank you. I’d like to share something very beautiful.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Do share.
Asker
Um, my wife is not keen on my participation in this work.
Asker
Elan
Elan
All right. A mixed marriage. Yes.
Asker
And, especially Saturday night, not being with her on Saturday night: I must not love her.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Well, all right. Perhaps you will be able to explain to her that you will have the next few Saturdays free. However—
Asker
Tonight she came in while I was getting ready to come here, and she said, “Are you not going? You’re staying home with me tonight?” And I said, “No.” She says, “You know, I would normally ask you, or blame you, or accuse you of a lot of things, but tonight I understand that you want to do that.” And I believe it’s for the best, because she wished me well and told me she loved me.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Allow her to be who she is. You will find reciprocity. You will find that allowance from her. Do proceed.
Asker
We were having difficulties in our marriage for the last two weeks, and we both expressed feelings of separation. We might just separate or leave or whatever. And I have to use the technology that we’re learning here. And I asked myself—oh, a last resort—what is it that I’m doing that I’m creating this? And my answer was that I was not loving her.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Well, there is not the unconditional love of yourself and her, to be quite technical. Now I am not saying you never unconditionally love yourself. Yes, you do. But I am speaking of consistently. But do proceed.
Asker
So all the negative that I felt, she felt, and we were at odds constantly, until I did what you said: unconditional love for her. And it came right back to me.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Always will. Always, no matter what. And if you are so receptive, you will see, no matter what the outer actions of an individual are, you will see that love. Not only that, but judgment. You were judging the things that she did, the way she did them, and then wondering why is she judging me?
Asker
Yes.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Miracles do happen. Miracles are the rule, not the exception.
Asker
So it was beautiful. And tonight we have a midnight serious plant, and it only blooms one night. The flower will come out, and tomorrow morning it dies. So we have four flowers blooming tonight.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Congratulations. Many things other than the simple physical flower are blossoming. Simply allow yourself to continue, in that sense, to provide the light, provide the love, and that will be all the fertilizer you will need.
Asker
Thank you.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Thank yourself. I thank you as well.
Asker
Greetings. Um, I have a couple of questions. The first one is: some time ago someone said to me that things—I don’t cause things to happen. Things happen to me.
Asker
Elan
Elan
That is one perspective. And when you buy into that, you can create an overwhelming apparency of this. I need not tell you.
Asker
Right. And it’s something that has dogged my footsteps for quite some time.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Oh. All right. The symbol of service creeping around again.
Asker
Um, what I’ve been trying to do is to be more assertive about things that I want and that I need.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Oh, right. Trying to be more assertive in things that I prefer.
Asker
Something happened to me on Thursday, and I was wondering if you had some insight into it. I have—when I stumbled through the last time, I told you I’d been ill. I had pneumonia, and I was feeling very down and very draggy. And on Thursday, almost out of a clear blue sky—I’ve been feeling gradually better—I had like this incredible surge of energy. Incredible surge of energy. And I don’t know where it came from. I haven’t felt that good in years.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Well, you are expressing yourself more fully, which is energetic.
Asker
But I don’t know where it came from.
Asker
Elan
Elan
It came from you. Where else is there for it to come from? Simply revel in the degree of ecstasy that you contain, and understand whatever you feel comes from you. Do not look for an external source. Pat yourself on the back and rejoice for the choice to create the positive experience.
Asker
So you think it was my choice to create it at that time?
Asker
Elan
Elan
No, I know that it was. It was your choice to create it at that place. Now, albeit perhaps perceived by you as an unconscious choice, but the moment you felt it, it became conscious. Congratulations.
Asker
Thank you.
Asker
Elan
Elan
I assume you are excited about this?
Asker
Yes, I really am.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Then you will continue to create it with more consistency now that you are owning its source as yourself.
Asker
All right. I have a question for you from my daughter. She is taking horseback writing lessons. She’s been doing so for about a year. She’s very excited about it and doing very well. This past week she was going to a camp, four hours a day for five days, and she became ill and she missed most of it. And she wanted to know what she had done to cause that, or what had happened that she became ill and couldn’t do something that she really wanted to do and that really excites her.
Asker
Elan
Elan

Well, what will behoove her in this exploration is focusing her attention in the proper place, rather than, in that sense, exploring why something was prevented from happening. Explore what did happen, and what did creating that actually force her, in that moment, seemingly force her, to look at. That is the point.

Then when she looks at what that symbol forced her to look at, if she is willing to continue to look at that consciously, willing to dive into it when it comes up, there will no longer be the need to create a symbol to seem to force her to look at it. So my simple suggestion would be: A, acknowledge her power in the creation of that symbol. Disease is a reflection of strength, not weakness, for an individual to create that type of experience. And B, again, allow it to be obvious: what did it force her to do, not what did it prevent her from doing? What did it force her to look at, not what did it prevent her from looking at? Ask her these questions. Allow her to function as the creator of her reality, and certain surprising aspects will arise.

Asker
I don’t know. She’s only eleven. I don’t know how to go about—
Asker
Elan
Elan
Simply say, “Daughter, dear, while you were sick, what did being ill force you to do?” Be blunt. They are intelligent, and perhaps will embrace what you are saying more readily than you are assuming.
Asker
Okay. Well, thank you. I’ll try that, and thank you very much.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Do it. Do not try it. Trying is simply the doing of trying, not the doing of the thing. Very well. Be less tentative and dive into and do.
Asker
All right. Yes. Thank you very much.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Thank you as well.
Asker
Thank you. Um, I wanted to know if, because if you and your kind could somehow change into form like a human being.
Asker
Elan
Elan

Well, we already exist in a form that you would find similar to your own. You would, again, perceive us as having a head, having two arms, a body, two legs, and so forth. Though we are a bit shorter on the average than your general height in your society—we are on average generally five feet in height.

Now understand: we do not see each other physically because of differences in how we create our flow of time. But making, or shall I say, creating certain adjustments in that flow, which we understand we can do and therefore do it. And were we to synchronize with your time frame, you would perceive us as beings much as yourself, although with some differences. Again, the males have no hair. Our head may seem to be slightly larger in proportion to our body than the typical human. But in many ways, in what you call clothing, perhaps with what you call a hat, you may not notice much of a difference; would perhaps perceive us as being somewhat foreign, perhaps oriental, so to speak, but would appear quite similar to you.

So it is not that we have no bodies and that, to interact with you, we create bodies. No, we already have bodies. They vibrate differently than your own, so you do not perceive them. If we change or shift that vibration, you would see us. Does that make sense?

Asker
Yes.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Does that answer your question?
Asker
Pretty much. Thank you very much for, when I’ve been asking questions, listening to me and explaining it to me.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Very good. Oh, thank you for the honor of your willingness to share with me. For as I have always maintained consistently throughout these interactions, I get something out of this. And each unique individual that shares who they are with me, and allows me to know that much more about them, allows me—because I know everything is within me—to know that much more about myself. So I thank you for the valuable service that you have done for me as well.
Asker
And to you.
Asker
Elan
Elan
There will be but a few moments remaining to this interaction.
Asker
Yes. Um, Andrew is curious as to whether there was any other symbology or anything you’d share about the co-created action that you had last session that created the about-face.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Oh. All right. You are referring to when the chair had, in that sense, turned 180°. I was wondering when you’d ask. There are basically two reasons, from my perspective, that this was created. Number one: it was, in that sense, a direct symbol that you have all come full circle. Number two: it allowed me to function temporarily as part of the audience, and therefore provided a style of identification for me.
Asker
All right. Okay. Yeah, I can go with that.
Asker
Elan
Elan

Oh, I can make up something else.

Do understand that many of you are literally, in your lives, since interacting with us—not because of us, but because of your own willingness—literally turned your lives around 180 degrees, facing now toward the direction representative of who you choose to be. And we thank you.

Asker
Greetings. Thank you for being here tonight. Very often I’ve been struck, when listening to tapes from these sessions, that when you talk about preference, you use the terminology “what one says one prefers” versus simply saying “what one prefers.” I’m wondering why you add that word “says.”
Asker
Elan
Elan
We are referring to the fact that generally, and many times, your actions are not representative of what you are saying you prefer. So therefore, if you prefer it, do it. If you are not doing it, you simply say that you prefer it. So we point out that distinction. Does that make sense?
Asker
Yes, it does. Another question I have is: when you talk about actions, would you include things like meditation as being an action?
Asker
Elan
Elan

Only in the loosest sense, for that is a tapping in, in which you will, in that sense, perhaps you can say, develop or express intuition, develop or express insight. It is representative of turning within. But in a physical world, where it becomes practical is taking that insight, that intuition, that inspiration, and applying it to your life.

So, as perhaps you can say, the part of the action—the receptive phase, or the female phase, of the action—tuning in is all well and good. But if you simply stop there, in your physical reality, nothing moves. So it is part and parcel of your receptivity, of your inflow. But any complete action will always be the combination of receptivity and doingness.

Asker
So, in general, then, an action has some physical component, in general.
Asker
Elan
Elan
Now again, the sitting down, the, in that sense, creating the time, is an action. But the insights that you receive, more often than not, are something that you can act upon. And since you have derived that inspiration from within, acting upon it will have a profound effect on your life.
Asker
Okay. So it is half of the process, so to speak. Okay. Third question: in regards to intentions, would you recommend intending something as unphysical as reaching a joyful state?
Asker
Elan
Elan

That is an example of something that, when you maintain it as a clear intention, again vibratorily sets up the reality to allow you to express it. But do understand that joy is something you can choose to express as well. In any given moment, cause and effect are quite loose in your reality, though you assume the cause always comes first. If you create, however, the effect first, understanding the looseness of that connection, then you can create the causes.

So, as an example, expressing your happiness—that particular effect—simply because you say so, because that is who you are, then allows the reality to create the causes for that happiness.

Asker
It’s very interesting. My last question is: if I clearly intended to be able to fly and I jumped out this window, would I—if I believed that I could fly—would I fly, or would I drop like a rock?
Asker
Elan
Elan

Put it this way: were you to jump out that window believing you could fly, and fly, for but one moment be surprised, you would then fall, and understand you did not truly believe it.

In that sense, understand there are certain mass agreements. And it is not that you cannot recreate or renegotiate your relationship with that agreement. But you have made those mass agreements, in general, for specific reasons. You have placed these parameters in place for specific reasons: not for what it bars you from doing, for what it allows you to do in that framework. So such a thing is possible, but it is my perception that it is unlikely that you fully enough believe it to have the successful result.

Asker
So could one carry that into other areas and say that, in general, it might be a good idea to practice prudence in pursuing new things?
Asker
Elan
Elan
Well, that is something completely different. In general, that is a hesitation with an underlying doubt or trust in the thing that you don’t prefer. That is a choice. If you believe in who you are and act accordingly, you dive into what you are doing. And this would then not appear to be such prudence, in that sense, but would appear to be, perhaps in your slang, gung-ho.
Asker
Okay. Thank you.
Asker
Elan
Elan

And to you as well.

At this timing, allow me to, in a sense—though this is not an ending in the final sense; it is perhaps the completion of one particular phase or cycle of our interacting with you—to end, so to speak, where we began, and that is with a question or sharing or statement from Cecil.

Now, before you proceed, understand: when we began to interact with your society through this channel, you asked the first question. The question that you asked was, in that sense, to define what we mean by vibration, personal vibration. Allow me now to enhance my answer to you.

Vibration, for the purposes of practicality, would be the rate at which your consciousness flashes as a strobe. As you are less aware, it flashes, perhaps you can say, slower, or with less of a frequency. As you are more aware, the on-time—so to speak, this is colloquial—the flash time increases, thereby raising your frequency, raising your vibration. When you deny who you are, in a sense, the effect is to punch holes and create less of a frequency of the on-time. Each of the on flashes are willingness to be who you are. Each of the off would represent your denials. As you begin, in that sense, to acknowledge who you are, you smooth out that vibration. You are on, so to speak—this is colloquial—most or all of the time, thereby expressing an increased frequency, a higher vibration, and an expanded awareness.

Now, what is your request of me? Simply: is there something that you wish to share or ask in allowing this particular interaction to complete?

Asker
Well, going back to the point you started with: I personally feel that I’m vibrating at a much higher frequency.
Asker
Elan
Elan
By the way, I will independently confirm this: you are. And you are seen that much more brightly, as all of you are, by us. Not that that matters; not that we are someone to, in that sense, strive to have the favor of. No, but simply you are living your reality.
Asker
Well, given my electrical engineering background, my question to you originally had to do with frequency, sinusoidal vibration, and all that. That’s what I was coming—
Asker
Elan
Elan
And we had shared that even pictorially: what you would call a spiral adds the third dimension to that particular pictographic representation. What I am now sharing is the aspect of, in that sense, the on-time of the flashing of your consciousness.
Asker
Okay. I don’t feel like there are many voids in my vibration because I’m usually aware just about all the time of the now, and am enjoying the now. I’m not dwelling in the past. I’m not worrying about the future. I’m really exploiting the moment and following my excitement pretty well, I think. At what frequency would represent no voids?
Asker
Elan
Elan
Well, in that sense, as you remain physical, to some degree there will be gaps. When you, in that sense, expand to a certain degree, it is no longer able to be—and this is colloquial—but it will have to do contained within a physical reality. And then there would seem to be a smoother presentation, in that sense.
Asker
Well, if there’s one closing thought that I have here, it’s that the appreciation of self—that the key to our life experience revolves around, emanates from, our self-love. And without that, we’re impotent in terms of really enjoying the opportunities of joy in this life. Without that self-confidence and self-love, we are crippled. And an awareness of that, and an appreciation of that—I thank you very much.
Asker
Elan
Elan

Thank you. Oh, I thank you as well.

At this timing, allow me to simply thank all of you and express my unconditional love and appreciation to all of you. Clarifying your vision, determining what it is that excites you; clarifying the definitions that you already hold and the definitions you would need to hold to live your vision; clarifying the fact that you deserve; clarifying your desire; what you feel—All-That-Is simply then necessary is action.

It’s your life, in the way that you deserve: a life of ecstasy, a life of joy, a life of expansion, a life of growth. When next we interact, you will, in that sense, have developed the results of what we share. And on that level, and only that level, will we continue to interact.

We thank you once again, and for the first time, for the gift that you bequeath to us in interacting with us, and in allowing yourself to boldly express who you are. That is the only way that you become bright enough to be seen. And what is attracted to you will always be the vibration of what you are being. You always get the reality you are the vibration of. Therefore, if unconditional love, light, positivity, integration are your vibration, that is all you can experience. And negativity will simply be a fleeting awareness of the exploration of someone else.

I thank you for the honor of interacting with you in this way, and I bid you a most fond and loving life dream and dream lives. And I thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
