There are many things happening that many of you are unaware of and they must remain so at the moment.

There was a question that came from a Ustream listener that was like, “What does that mean when you say that it’s not allowed to be disclosed at this time?” Your higher mind or the collective consciousness is saying that it would be an interruption in a process that you have chosen. This is why we automatically impose a block on ourselves so that we will not spill the beans on a process that you need to go through. So when there are things that you yourselves have decided would not serve you to know at this time, we will not have that information to give you. It’s a natural filtering system to make sure that you go through the process you chose to go through, so you would have a deeper appreciation of whatever the outcome would be. And then when you open those doors at the end of that process, there will be other things that perhaps we will be able to say, because you have changed yourself into the kind of person to whom such information would be relevant. But giving you certain information before you’re ready for it would not serve you. It might, in fact, sometimes only act to confuse you.

Introduction: The Gamma State and Breathing Technique

There are different frequency states of your brain and you know that there are states that put you in different kinds of modalities, different kinds of perspectives. But many of you are also not familiar with the idea called the gamma state, which is between 40 and 100 cycles per second in your brain. In the typical channeling state, it averages somewhere around 45 to 50 cycles per second, 45-50 Hertz as you say.
