Individual vs. Collective Reality, Human Sexuality, and Star Seeds
Asker: My first question relates to the interface between the individual versus the collective reality. So specifically, typically you’ve spoken in previous transmissions about spaceships landing, disclosure, things like that—what I’ll call the collective reality in certain time frames for things to happen. If as I’m choosing alternate realities individually, what’s the interface between those two? Because if I’m ready to see individuals from other planets, what difference does it make when the majority of people on this planet will see that?
Bashar: The difference that you’re talking about is the idea of remembering that as you change your energy, you’re actually shifting to another parallel reality that is more in keeping with the vibrational change you’ve made within yourself. Therefore, as a new individual, you’re acting with a new collective that may be more representative and more ready of the idea you’re talking about experiencing.
Asker: Okay, so the time frames that you’ve given for the collective for experiences like that—that’s just a general time frame, a general overall probability time frame for how we perceive the idea of the shifting that’s going on within all the individuals. Will be more in alignment with a collective reality on that vibratory level. And there will be individual differences within that, of course. But nevertheless, we are talking in general probabilities here.
Asker: I’m curious about what you would say about human sexuality.
Bashar: And also, some people know, some people don’t know—dolphins are very sexual. Yes, many animals are, including humans. Correct. So I’m wondering what you would like to say on that topic. In 25 words or less? Exactly.
Is that a topic that you yourselves have devoted books and books to? Sexuality obviously serves a function. It can serve many different kinds of functions. But we will say this: Most of all, when done within integrity, when done from a place of unconditional love, when done from a vibration of your true self, it can be a physiological act of bonding and a physiological act of connection—not only to each other in many ways, but to many levels of your own consciousness and to Source itself.
But of course, it depends on how it’s done. It depends on with what intent you do it.
Asker: My last question is “star seeds”—individuals that have previous existences on other planets—well, simultaneous existences on other planets, so to speak. Simultaneous connections to existences on other planets going on right now, even though some of them may be called the past or the future from your linear perspective. How common is that?
Bashar: Very common. So with most—all of you. Every single one of you have connections to other realities, other dimensions that you are downloading information and energy from. The concept of the “star seed” really isn’t so much a description of the specific physical nature of these connections or the mechanical arrangement of these connections, because you all have it. The idea of the “star seed” is the degree of awareness you have of those connections as they exist.
What’s the significance of being more aware of that? It’s more reflective of the idea of a holistic point of view that you are seeing more of yourself simultaneously—in much similar fashion to what we described in the chess analogy of seeing many moves ahead simultaneously, seeing many parallel realities all at once, which gives you a greater sense of what you as a being actually are.
And thus then, you can draw consciously upon more of those connections and apply those connections and the information you download from them more effectively in your physical reality here, even as many of those connections are drawing upon you and other connections to download information that serves them in their incarnational experiences.
Exposure and Being Yourself
Asker: I’ve discovered that the reason my physical health is not all it can be is because I’ve been stubborn and not doing my work with the full joy, with no expectation of outcome.
Bashar: Wwhy have you chosen to do that up to this point? What have you been afraid of, in other words?
Asker: Exposure.
Bashar: Exposure? You mean you’re going to be naked? Well, not physically, but yes.
And what is wrong with allowing people to know who you are?
Asker: They come after you.
Bashar: They do. And what does that have to do with what you experience in your life?
Asker: Wow.
Bashar: You want help with that answer? Yes, sir.
Nothing. It has nothing to do with anything if you choose to see it that way. You understand? I do. Yes.
There will always, for a time on your world in the way you experience it, there will always for a time be those who will not like what you have to say, who will not allow you to be you. You know why? Because when you are being you as fully as you can, you are a constant reminder to those who are not being themselves that they are not being themselves. And they don’t like being reminded of that.
Asker: I got it.
Bashar: You understand? I do. Yes. But that is the greatest service you can actually provide them, because at least by example you’re giving them an opportunity to see through you that they could choose to be more fully themselves. Even if they don’t choose to, by not being yourself you are removing that opportunity from them. You are only reinforcing their choice to be afraid to be themselves.
So at first they may rebel against seeing an example because by coming from a negative state, they only see the idea in a negative way. In other words, they’re saying: “You’re rubbing my nose in what it is I am too afraid to do, and I resent you for that.”
Asker: Good impression.
Bashar: Yes. And so the idea is that they’re coming from a negative state to begin with, and so that’s the only way they can see it. But the more you are yourself, the more unconditionally compassionate and loving you will be. And maybe, just maybe, eventually they will get tired of being such a curmudgeon and will actually say: “You know, she has something going for her. It’s working for her. Maybe it will work for me.” And then you have given them an opportunity to make a different choice.
But if you withhold that, you’re only reinforcing the same fear and saying: “It’s all right to stay there—I’m there too. Misery loves company.”
Asker: Well, I’m gonna say wow, because now I feel like a really big hypocrite. One of the things I teach all the time to all of the people I work with is: when you show up for yourself, yes, you give others the opportunity to show up for themselves. And you said the same thing only better and just different.
Bashar: Okay. Well, different. And every single one of you is a gift. Do not deprive others of the gift of your being.
You know the story—many of you perhaps—of the idea of the people sitting around a pot with different pictures on it. Do you know that story?
Asker: I do not.
Bashar: A tribe is sitting around a large cooking pot, and on the cooking pot are painted many different kinds of images of their history. And as they sit around sharing the meal, each one of them says what it is they are seeing—the particular image of on their side of the pot. But if the person on the other side of the pot doesn’t share their image, you don’t have the whole history. You don’t have the complete picture. You’re leaving something out and depriving others of understanding their heritage.
Yes, yes, yes. So say what’s on your side of the pot so everyone can share the meal and enjoy the feast.
Gravity and Vibrational Location
Asker: I’m left with questions about gravity and about the nested capacitor design. So we spoke about the prime radiant and its relationship to…
Bashar: Prime radiant very briefly is simply the idea that if you imagine—and this is just an analogy—imagine a single particle in all of existence. If you wish, imagine one tiny little subatomic particle in a big black void. Nothing else exists. This one tiny particle, because it’s the only thing, has no rules. It can go as fast as it wants. If it travels thus then at infinite speed throughout this black void in whatever pattern it wishes, it will appear to be many particles all at once because it’s going so fast it can appear next to itself over and over and over again at the same time. This is how reality is structured, and that’s why you literally are made of the same thing that everyone and everything else is. This is the prime radiant idea from our civilization. Please continue.
Asker: So you spoke about structure, and in our conversation we related the prime radiant to gravity in a sense. There is an aspect of that, obviously, that creates what you experience as gravity. Yes. So in the idea of the fabric of space and time, gravity appears to be an energy of higher vibrational quality. Why? Because it bends it well, so to speak. Yes, at least to our modern-day scientist. And it’s still very misunderstood—oh yes, or highly non-understood. So could you expand a little more on the nature of gravity, how to create it, handle it, harness it, and manipulate it?
Bashar: Turn around and look at the holot. Do you see the holot? Yes. Do you see the geometric pattern, the fractal? Yes. Do you see where the lines cross each other and where they don’t? Yes. The idea is that where the lines cross each other the most is what you call the crystallization of energy down into matter. The idea is that the relationship of those nodal points is gravity.
Do you understand this analogy? Yes. Then there you go. Allow yourself to understand how the nodal points are reflective of the matrix in which the material exists, and you will understand how to stretch and bend those nodal points according to certain geometric patterns such as Fibonacci spirals.
So when you understand the idea of Fibonacci spirals and how they overlap and create overlapping nodal points and cross each other again and again and again in certain ways and expand in certain ways, you will understand everything you need to know about the ideas of gravity, about the ideas of dark matter, about the ideas of dark energy, and why what you call your physical universe seems to be accelerating instead of slowing down.
One example: If you understand the idea of taking a Fibonacci spiral in one direction and a Fibonacci spiral in the opposite direction, you will understand that the spirals where they cross and cross again and cross again and cross again will be continually farther and farther and farther and farther and farther apart. Yes, correct. Well, if you understand that that’s representative of the expansion of your universe, you will understand that that’s why it’s accelerating—because the idea of the spiral is it has to cover more distance to reach the next nodal point. By being that particular kind of curve, it does so. And in your space-time reality, that translates out to the idea of greater distance over the same time equals acceleration.
Does that make sense? Yes. Then there you go. Learn the vibrational state of those Fibonacci spiral nodal points, and you will understand the relationship of gravity to matter, and you will understand the idea of how to manipulate the vibrations in order to manipulate gravity’s relationship to matter. That’s one way to approach it. There are several ways, but that’s the way that we are talking about right here in terms of the idea of geometric structure.
Asker: You spoke about the vibrational nature of matter just now. And that actually leads to my second question. So when we spoke, you mentioned that in order for an object to go from location A to location B, all we would need to do would be to change the locational variable of the object itself, which is vibration—location is a frequency within an energy equation, a signature vibration. Because location is not somewhere that an object exists in—location is one of the properties of the object. And the object here and the object here are actually two different objects because of the change and difference in the locational variable within the overall energy equation of that so-called object.
So in the present day, how can we measure that vibrational frequency?
Bashar: Get a very, very, very flat table that’s at least six to ten feet long—very flat. Take a very thin copper ball about three to four inches in diameter, hollow, very thin, as perfectly round as you can make it. Put it at one end of the table. Strike it and get it to vibrate, or vibrate it through some other means. Measure those vibrations as precisely as you can. Then move the ball to the other end of the table and repeat that measurement. Find the difference in those two measurements. If your instruments are sensitive enough, you will ultimately discover the difference in those two frequencies.
And when you do, then you can put the ball back in position A and then either acoustically or electromagnetically or any way you wish, bombard it—overwhelm it, in a sense—with the vibrational frequency that is specific to the other end of the table when the object was there. And you will see that the object will at least—if not disappear from here and wind up over there instantaneously—it will at least roll across the table to its new position and stop.
And you will have begun to learn to chart the idea of that vibrational matrix map, which is what we use and impose it over the idea of the physical reality so that we understand, like a C-chart, what the vibrational coordinates are for all the locations we wish to go to.
Thus then, we isolate our ship in an electromagnetic gravitational bubble, unlock it from any particular reality, impose upon it the vibrational locational equation of where we wish to go, and thus then when we remove the bubble—pop—we disappear from there and pop, we appear at our destination.
Ultimately, you can do it that way. But begin with something like this experiment and allow your imagination to be your guide to alter it in whatever way, shape, or form you so desire. But as soon as your instruments are sensitive enough to tell the difference in the vibration of an object in two different locations, you’ll be on your way to charting the vibrational map of the universe.
Family Disharmony
Asker: I have two children, and I’ve been a single mother for most of their life. Yes. Well, I would assume you haven’t been a double mother. Right. Just one. All right. I don’t know about that, though.
Bashar: So whenever I bring someone else into the household—maybe a roommate—yes, I’ve intentionally created this state of harmony between me and my children. And then when I bring somebody else in, I watch it disintegrate.
Bashar: you are creating a state of disharmony. We are co-creating it. So nothing happens by itself, right? If you’re experiencing it, there is at least some part of you that’s involved in the co-creation somehow. Especially if you believe that in some sense you’re actually having an experience of this that’s affecting your life—that you’re creating an experience of. So obviously you have a part in creating this.
Why? Right. Why would I choose to? Yes. That’s a good question. Why? What do you get out of choosing that? That’s usually the question to ask. If there is something disharmonious in your life, something that doesn’t fit, something that’s not aligned with your preferred vibration, the only reason you would be involved in helping to co-create that would be that you have a belief that says that in order to do so, you’re getting something out of doing it. Right? What would that be?
And by the way, what game are you playing? Is it cards, where you’re not revealing your hand? I don’t know. Playing poker? Are you maybe not going to tell you what I’m holding on to here? What are you doing? What game are you playing? What do you get out of the idea of putting yourself in situations that seem disharmonious with respect to the idea of your children?
What story are you teaching them? What stories were you taught that you are passing along to them—that harmony doesn’t exist in a family?
Asker: All right. Well, so you feel that the only way harmony can exist is if you create it in some sort of isolated situation. Yes. But as soon as another random element comes in, you have no capacity to allow for harmony. Is that what you’re saying? You believe it’s beyond you, in a sense.
Asker: I don’t relate to it.
Bashar: You don’t relate to—I’ve chosen not to relate to it. All right. Well, what aspects within yourself do you find disharmonious with your true self? What beliefs are you holding on to that are disharmonious?
All right. I’ll ask it another way. A lot of times it’s easier to find out what those negative beliefs are by going in the opposite direction with them—by amplifying and magnifying the negative beliefs. So ask yourself this: What is the most fearful, terrifying thing you can imagine might happen if you were willing to simply allow harmony in all situations?
Asker: That it would not last.
Bashar: That it would not last. All right. Very good. Why do you believe it would not last?
Asker: Because it hasn’t.
Bashar: So what’s the past got to do with the present? Nothing. You know that for a fact? I guess not.
You understand that the present creates the past, not the other way around? Yeah, I’ve experienced that. All right. So the more you allow yourself to choose to be harmonious in the present and know that you can always choose to be harmonious in the present—it’s not about the issue of harmony lasting, because you’re putting a condition on it that requires a, shall we say, maintenance issue which makes it seem difficult: “I have to keep doing something to maintain harmony.” Right?
But if you just prefer the vibration of harmony, you don’t have to do anything other than continue to prefer the vibration of harmony in order to continue to experience harmonious realities.
Again, remember what we said earlier: even if someone else has a negative intention or disharmonious intention toward you, it won’t matter because the only thing you’ll experience is harmony if that’s the vibration you choose to filter everything through. You may still be able to recognize that they may be acting disharmonious, but it won’t affect you because you’re not choosing to match their disharmonious vibration with your own fears—that it won’t last. And thus you create self-fulfilling prophecies.
“I believe it won’t last, therefore I attract someone who’s going to be disharmonious, thus proving to me that I believe it won’t last. Thus I have created this prophecy, and look how prescient I am.”
Right? You see, you’re reinforcing the belief. But you see, this is what beliefs do. This is what beliefs are designed to do. By definition, any belief has to be self-reinforcing in order for you to be focused on the reality that is generated by that belief. So a negative belief is going to make it seem as if you can’t have a positive belief—that’s going to be tough to maintain a positive belief because the negative belief is doing everything in its power to maintain the negative reality that goes with that belief. That’s what comes with the territory.
But if you understand the skeleton key that all beliefs can be changed, no matter what type of belief it is, then even when you experience a negative belief that is attempting to reinforce itself and make it seem as if no other belief is possible, you will always be able to go to that neutral space and go: “Ah, but I know that all beliefs can be changed.” And then you have the key—you can unlock yourself from the negative one and you can choose whichever one you prefer.
But you have to know—you have to believe—that that key of unlocking is always there for you. Because every belief is going to do its utmost to reinforce itself and make it seem as if no other belief is possible. You understand? Yes.
And that’s why when you really tip the scale and really choose a positive belief system, that will also reinforce itself. And the idea that you could, quote-unquote, “slip into” or choose a negative belief over time will become unlikely because it will seem unrealistic and irrelevant to you because you have positive beliefs that reinforce the idea of the realities that go with those beliefs—which doesn’t include the idea that you need to choose to buy into negative ones.
Make sense? Yes. Thank you. Does this help you? Mhm. Are you sure? Yes. And so I just need to hold space for myself to be harmonious in the present moment.
Bashar: Well, don’t you prefer the idea of harmony? Absolutely. Well, allow yourself thus then to use this opportunity to dive down to investigate what beliefs you’ve attached to the idea that says that you cannot experience that harmony in all situations.
For yourself. Okay. When you find out and identify what that negative belief is, when you truly bring it to light, you will see most likely that it’s illogical, nonsensical, has nothing to do with you, doesn’t belong to you—it’s a belief you picked up from someone else somewhere along the road growing up. And that you’ve been carrying this bag around your life, and you can drop the bag because it’s heavy. Anything that doesn’t belong to you gets heavy. The things that belong to you are light. You understand? That’s how you know you’re dragging around a negative belief that belongs to someone else—you start feeling weighed down by it.
So find out what it is, and as soon as you identify it, you’ll see: “Oh wait a minute, that makes no sense for me. That’s not who I am. That belongs to so-and-so.” You don’t want to hold on to a belief that doesn’t belong to you because if you do, that makes you a belief thief. You’re stealing other people’s beliefs. You don’t want to be a thief. Give those beliefs back to them. Drop them. “Oh, that doesn’t belong to me. It’s not mine.” When you know it’s not yours, you’ll let it go.
Make sense? Yeah. And I got it. Thank you.
Asker: I can ask or make one more statement. Yes. I went to Upheaval Dome a couple of days ago. Yes. And it was very intense—the energy.
Bashar: I told you it would be up top. But we actually hiked down into the bottom and got close to the center of it, and I actually didn’t really feel much down there.
Bashar: That’s all right. It’s a different composition down there. Can you explain a little more about that?
When the asteroid struck and created the crater that you now refer to as Upheaval Dome, a lot of the highly salted mineral down below was pushed up into the center—which is why it’s a different color than the surrounding rock. The idea of the salt is a neutralizer. Do you not know this in your old occult practices? Oh, salt neutralizes the negative energy. Yes. Oh, yeah. Okay. Well, that’s an intuitive understanding that salt—the vibration of salt, in a sense—is a neutralizer. And that’s why you don’t feel it so much down there. It’s like the eye of a hurricane. Everything’s calm and still. The energy is there, the vortex is there—it’s just as strong—it’s just that it’s a neutralizing, balancing vibration, so that it buffers you and you don’t feel it as much as you do in the surrounding areas.
Asker: Yeah, that makes sense.
Bashar: Does that help you? Mhm.
Asker: My friend that went with me—who’s also my new roommate that I was talking about—when we went, the reason we went was he got a message that… just go there and we will meet you there.
Bashar: So there was some kind of expectation or anticipation. Maybe we tell you about following your excitement and expectation, right? And I felt like the experience of going on an 11-hour hike that we almost did and we got lost and it was kind of scary. Yes. Sounds like fun.
Asker: That was—right—like, I felt my perception was that the experience was the whole just being present. And it gives you an opportunity to explore and examine different vibrational states that are representative of different parallel realities so that you can decide which one you prefer.
Bashar: Cool. Believe me, when any of you are truly ready—as you say—nothing will stop the idea of contact. We’ve been doing this a long time. We know what we’re doing. Trust us.
And as we have also said, many of you actually already had contact. You just don’t remember. And the rate at which you actually remember that you’ve had contact—whether in dreams or memories or what have you—we use as a barometer to determine when you’re ready for more contact.
So let it unfold naturally. Don’t have an expectation or an insistence or an assumption on how you think it needs to unfold. We’ve done this before. We’ll do it again. And in the future, so will you—with another planet. So learn our techniques now because you’re going to use them generations hence when you become another civilization’s UFOs.
All right. Thank you. Thank you.
Question 10: Following the Simple Formula
Asker: Hello, Bashar, and you good day. How are you? Perfect. And you? Awesome. Oh, all right. You are full of some awe—that’s where I was going. I’m really full of awe. Like you said several times, I have a wonderful life. And I’m getting to the point where I want to thank you personally because in the last year you really helped me to bring to the conscious level all this awesomeness that I’ve been living all my life. All right. It is our pleasure to reflect to you what you already knew. So thank you very much.
On the other hand, as I’m moving forward in a new chapter in my life, I’m seeing that I’m more willing to follow my joy, my joy again, and help people share what I’ve been shining. And I know there’s a lot of people like me. So I want you—if you were able to tell us—give us some insight of what we can be doing to share more of that light.
Bashar: Already told you. I think many of you have difficulty understanding how simple the formula is and that there really is no need for any other formula. Act on your highest excitement to the best of your ability. Take it as far as you can, without any expectation or assumption or insistence on the outcome. That is the entire formula. That’s all you need to do.
Because when you do that, what you begin to understand is this: excitement is a complete kit—the driving engine and the organizing principle of your life. And if you follow the thread of excitement, the synchronicity in your life will unfold in such a manner as to allow you to keep increasing and expanding opportunities for excitement. They will keep coming into your life to act on—higher, higher, bigger, bigger, more exciting things.
That really is as simple as the formula is. Now if you wish to make it more complicated, if you wish to make it longer, I won’t stop you. But the idea is it is that simple. So anytime you want to ask, “What else can I do? What else can I do? What else can we do?"—just go back to the simple formula. Because that formula in and of itself will allow you to keep expanding for your entire life. And it really is that simple.
Asker: Is it all right that it’s that simple? It’s perfect. I’ll stick to it then. Thank you.
Asker: And the other question I have—this is more on a personal level—I have these recurrent dreams. I usually are with friends and I move things—I’ll say, so my friends laugh at me because I’m very clumsy the way I’m moving things around. So it’s just a symbolic dream that I have that I haven’t been able to…
Bashar: Yes. But it’s reflective of the idea that you are, in a sense, testing your limits, stretching your wings, learning to fly. May not be used to it at first, but that’s all right. You’ll adapt. You’ll get used to the new frequency. You’ll get used to the new energy. And you will ultimately discover that physical reality is very magical—that you are already moving everything around, in a sense, with your mind, with your consciousness. Because really, there is no physical reality apart from what you define it to be.
So it’s really not about the idea necessarily of having to do it the way it appeared in your dream—although that is possible. The idea is to get more in touch with the fact that, in a sense, that’s what you’re already doing—moving things around by your beliefs, by your mind, by your consciousness. And that is how you experience physical reality at all.
Does that make sense? Yes. So you’re becoming more aware of what you’re already doing, rather than the idea of learning to express it necessarily in a different way. Although again, that’s possible. But it’s not really about whether anything is possible—it’s about whether it’s relevant for your life.
Make sense? Does that help you? Yes. Thank you very much. Thank you.
Question 11: The Simple Answer
Asker: Hi, Bashar, and you good day. Thank you. Since last month you were at Angel Valley and we did the contact meditation in the labyrinth, and you were sharing about “I am here right now”—the idea that everything exists here and now, and that is in a sense an invitation to begin experiencing your reality and interaction with us more in that style, more in that awareness.
Yes. You also mentioned about Upheaval Dome and the connection—another strong vortex—a connection between Upheaval Dome and the Sedona vortex that’s at Angel Valley. Yes. A lot has happened since—as we felt it really. What a shock. It kind of confirmed that what happened was really momentous. Oh, well thank you.
And in addition to—of course you would say go back to the simple formula of following your excitement, and if there’s any fears that come up, this morning you explained very clearly how our remainders of fears keep us at the lower frequency so that you will not be able to contact directly. Yes. You cannot experience what you are not the vibration of first. Yes.
Are there any further comments that you can give us? Is this another variation of the last question we got asked? “Is there anything else I need to know? Anything else we could do?”
Bashar: I am sure there are many other things you could do. But the idea is that if you’re following the formula of acting on your highest excitement, then you can rely on your own imagination—because it’s keyed to your particular frequency—to provide you with any other particular permission slip that will work specifically better for you than anyone else. That’s what your imagination is for. It’s the conduit of communication between your physical and higher mind.
So while acting on your excitement, if you ask for some specific other tool, technique, or ritual that you believe is necessary for you, let your imagination be your guide and provide you with the permission slip that you are attracted to that will work best for you.
Asker: Yes, yes. All right. Is there also other ways that we can assist others who come to…
Bashar: What are you looking to do? In what way do you wish to be of further assistance or additional assistance? What does your own excitement say? What does your own imagination say?
Asker: Basically to encourage others to also contribute to this raising of the frequency, which starts within themselves.
Bashar: All right. Well then, in whatever way, shape, or form you wish to go about that that you believe is in alignment with your true self, go ahead. Who’s stopping you? Nobody. All right. Thank you.
Okay, so does that answer your question? And again, I ask: Is that too simple for you? No, it’s actually that simple. All right. Did you not know this before you asked? Hmm… yes, I did. All right. So why did you ask?
Asker: I think the encouragement that you can give at times is helpful.
Bashar: We are always sending encouragement to all of you. Remember, we never stop broadcasting. It’s only you that stop listening. Right? So if you choose to listen, you will always find our encouragement at hand.
Physical Pain
Asker: I was wondering about physical body pain—physical body pain and pain, yes. Chronic pain for a long time.
Bashar: Pain is the result of resisting the natural self.
Asker: I have been investigating my beliefs to see where the root of the pain and the chronic pain is. If the pain is still there, is it that I haven’t got to the core belief of it?
Bashar: Sometimes it depends on the reasons for why you might be creating that experience. Sometimes individuals will create painful experiences not even necessarily because of something they need to learn, but because of what it will do for other people they are interacting with—in allowing them to be of assistance to you. It depends upon the reasons for why it was created. It can always be a learning tool for you, but it might also have a broader application for other people in your life as well. It depends. You have to take it on a case-by-case basis, as you say.
But generally speaking, to answer your question more directly: in most cases of self-generated pain due to resistance of the natural self, if the pain persists, it is usually—not always, but usually—an indication that you haven’t yet arrived at the core fundamental belief.
Asker: Does the physical body have different energy timing of healing?
Bashar: It can again. It depends upon the reasons for why the experience was created and thus how you may be connecting that experience to the timing of other events in your life as to when would be the best time to serve everyone involved for the situation to change.
Asker: I have been exploring it, and it resounded what you said at last: that I have seen core belief, but it has helped others.
Bashar: All right. For me to relate to them, then you see that’s another reason why you may be generating that, because if you’ve been taught to believe that you have to strongly identify with others in order to help them in certain circumstances, many people may take upon themselves the idea of discomfort and pain in order to have the knowledge and the experience they need to be able to relate to others and tell them what they need to do.
Now you can get to a point where you can realize that you don’t necessarily need to do it that way. But that may be one reason why people do those things and take those things upon themselves—so they can have the experience they need to help others.
In a sense, it’s not too dissimilar from the idea of what we all do when we contact another civilization. And that is, we usually have at least one incarnation in that civilization—we usually have at least one life that we live in that civilization—so that we can relate to you. Otherwise, in a sense, we would be far too alien to each other if we didn’t have those memories to rely on.
So we put ourselves in situations in a variety of situations, some of which may not always be what you would call pleasant, because it is important for us to understand the perspectives from which that civilization is coming and what they are experiencing, in order for us to be able to communicate with them effectively.
Asker: Would it be at my decision or my call to say I don’t need this to relate to others, and I can keep… affecting absolutely—affecting them? Yes. Because again, the idea is that if you understand that you have chosen it simply because you may believe there is no other way to relate to them. But if you can allow your belief system to find another way to relate without necessarily inflicting the pain on yourself, then yes, of course you can change it.
Asker: Can I—does that help you? It does. All right. Thank you.
Bashar: In your imagination now, what other ways might you imagine you can learn to relate to people without necessarily experiencing it in a painful way?
Asker: I actually have been practicing at just shining—shining, oh like shining meaning just being me—and it has been having an effect on people.
Bashar: And is it lessening the pain? Is the pain any less?
Asker: I don’t know. It hangs there. That’s why I’m at a point where I think I’m on the verge of going beyond it. I’m on that thing that I think I have discovered a lot of things this year through pain and through how…
Bashar: May I ask if there is some specific thing that is representative of your excitement that you are not doing? Some dream that you are not living that you would rather be living?
Asker: I think I’m working it right now, finally. I’m feeling better with not caring about what others think of what I’m doing right, because it doesn’t match very well with modern society and stuff.
Bashar: All right. Well, very good. Then you may be on the road to healing yourself in that way. I hope so. You what? I know so. Thank you.
Food
Asker: in your world, how is the food that you eat?
We don’t eat—well, not like the food that we eat. We don’t eat at all anymore. No. But like meaning I want to see—okay, let me reformulate my question.
Does the food’s vibrancy affect your own vibration? Like if I eat more organic, healthy stuff that I know, it helps in general.
Bashar: Yes. It is representative of the collective consciousness agreement that in some senses, the higher vibration of the nutrients you ingest, the more compatible it will be with your natural frequency. This is not necessarily absolutely true all the time for everyone. You have to pay attention to your body consciousness and allow yourself to know what your belief system is at any given moment and do the things that are truly representative of what will sustain you.
At the same time, as a generalized truth, yes, you will find that the more you are in alignment with your true vibration, the less likely it will be that you will have the urge to eat things that are out of alignment with that frequency. And you can work it in the other direction if you wish. But there’s no sense in forcing spirituality if that’s not what your body consciousness is telling you that you need, because that would be an oxymoron. Yeah, that hasn’t worked for me.
Bashar: Yes, forcing doesn’t work. But just pay attention to the idea of why it is you choose to eat what you eat. Because sometimes you may think you’re acting on your excitement when in fact you may be fooling yourself and acting out of your anxiety and covering it up and pretending it’s excitement so you don’t have to look at it.
Ascension
Asker: Does ascension or changing from one dimension to another—or all this shift from 2012 on—does it have any effects on the physical body?
Bashar: But the idea again is to look at it from this perspective: You are shifting from parallel reality to parallel reality, from one version of Earth to another—literally billions of times per second. You never have the same body. You’re shifting your consciousness into another body that is already more representative of the change you’ve made in your frequency of energy.
So it’s not like you’re affecting the body you were in—you’re not in that body anymore. Now you’re looking through the eyes of another body that’s simply more representative of the change you’ve made within yourself. So of course, that body is going to be different vibrationally. And so in a sense, from a linear space-time perspective, you could say: “Well yes, I’ve affected the body.” But it’s not really what’s mechanically happening, even though you can make it look like or experience it to be that way as an experience.
But just because you’re having an experience doesn’t mean that that’s actually structurally what’s happening. Make sense? Did you understand that, or was that a little confusing?
Asker: I did, but I could use some reinforcements.
Bashar: All right. Do you understand the concept that you’re actually always shifting from one parallel reality to another? Yes. And I love that. All right. Well, understand that when I say you’re shifting, you’re not taking your body with you. Your consciousness is your consciousness, and therefore it appears in different bodies. Do you understand? Yes.
Well, if it appears in another body, that body is not the body that was there a moment ago. Yes. So if you’re appearing in a different body that’s now more reflective of the vibrational change you’ve made in your consciousness, then that body is going to be more representative—it’s going to be different than the last body.
Asker: Shouldn’t hurt less, though?
Bashar: Say that again? Shouldn’t hurt less, though? Should it hurt less? Yeah. Like it can, if that’s more representative of the change you are making. Yes. Okay. Of course. Yes, yes. But again, drop the expectation. Because if you’re not really in touch precisely with why you’ve created the experience you have, you don’t necessarily know exactly what the time frame is for when that experience ought to change to be of best service to you and everyone else.
You can simply trust that it will change in whatever direction it needs to change. If you have used up the reason that it was there to begin with—because once you use up the reason for an experience, it doesn’t stick around. The only things that stick around are the things you push away. When you use them, invite them in and say: “I understand this is here for a reason. Let me see what the reason is.” And then you use it for the reason it is there. Then it has no reason to continue to stick around, and it will change to something else.
Asker: I will close with my statement. I’m very grateful for you entering my life through YouTube. You have helped me a lot in reminding my own wisdom and being okay with who I am.
Vibrational Level and Knowing Yourself
Asker: Currently what is my vibrational level as it’s moving forward right now this moment?
Bashar: Yes. 165,000 vibrations per second. Oh. Does that mean it’s on a high vibrational level?
Bashar: Relatively speaking—not as high as 200,000, not as low as 140,000. It’s all relative, isn’t it? But generally speaking, it is higher than it used to be.
Remember, again, though, the idea—even though there may be fluctuations in your vibration—is not to look at it as if you’re fluctuating like this. It’s to look at it as if you’re fluctuating like this—constantly rising, even though you may go up and down on that arc. Yes, yes. All right.
Asker: I’ve been told that I’ve been studying metaphysics and things of that nature for a long time, but people that know me say I don’t see any change. So I’m a little confused—if I’m studying, what changes do you think ought to be there?
Bashar: What is your definition of abundance?
Asker: Well, you’re right—I’m actually abundant. All right. Even on my trip here today, wonderful things have been happening. So I guess you are rich, Rich. Because again, what’s the definition? The ability to do what you need to do when you need to do it—period.
Asker: When I need to have the questions answered, and I know myself within myself that I have the answer?
Bashar: Are you asking me: “How do you know when you know you have the answer within yourself?”
Asker: If I have a question and I ask my higher self, how do I know that that is the answer that’s correct—that is coming to me and it’s not something for my ego?
Bashar: Is the idea based on control, or is the idea based on freedom? Hmm. That’s a good question. Why thank you. We often ask them.
Okay. I guess it’s—you will generally be able to tell the difference if you just pay attention to the energy, if you pay attention to the vibration, and ask the question: Is there any fear involved in this response? Is it suppressing or preventing, segregating, disconnecting me from something that I know is true for me? Or is it helping to illuminate the idea of my true self, my true frequency, my preferred reality? Is it judgmental or non-judgmental? Is it validating or invalidating?
There are many ways to have the discernment to tell the difference. But generally speaking, you can allow yourself to know that in some senses, it doesn’t much matter. You’re an eternal, infinite being. What’s your hurry? Correct. One day or another, you’ll understand what the answer is for you. And the more you relax about whether or not you’re getting the right answer, paradoxically, you’ll get the appropriate answer. The more you worry if you’re getting the right answer, the less likely it is that you’ll get it. That’s the paradox.
Trust the synchronicities in your life. Your higher mind often—and even your spirit guides—will often communicate what you need to know through the synchronicities in your life. Because in some senses, it’s easier to communicate with you and send messages through things that are already right in front of your face in your physical reality than trying to get something to happen in your head.
So if you simply look at the synchronicities and trust that your life will unfold in the appropriate way for you and relax into that knowledge, things will feel a lot more smooth. And you will know the difference between what is and is not you.
Although, do recognize that sometimes one of the techniques people on your planet often use is they will steer themselves towards something that is absolutely definitively not them, because that gives them a much clearer comparison to what is not them so they can easily see what is. You can use everything to your advantage if you allow yourself to be positively imaginative enough.
Asker: By the way, am I the only one in this room?
What room?
Okay. Thank you, Bashar.
