Topic 1: The Open Contact Law Proposal
Bashar: We have talked how by your year 2050, the majority of people on your planet will be aware of the existence of extraterrestrials.
This can still happen in a number of ways. We are not saying that open contact will happen by 2050, just that the majority of people on your planet will be aware of the existence of extraterrestrials such as myself and others.
To forward the idea of accelerating open contact, we would like at this time to propose an activity, if we may. We want to make sure that you actually want contact with us.
So remember that this contact is not because we will solve your problems, but because you have accelerated your energy to the level at which you begin to understand your ability to create the reality you desire—your ability to see yourselves as equals to all beings in creation. It will be the result of that, and any acceleration will occur because of that, because of your actions, your involvement, your participation, your responsibility. Because it is your planet.
Up to this point, our civilization and other civilizations have taken an arms-distance approach, not because we don’t care about you or your welfare, but because we respect that you have a free will choice and we cannot interfere with the nature of your society, because it is your world and we cannot interfere. However, now you have made enough shifts in your own vibrational energy that we can begin to suggest some courses of action to accelerate the idea of open contact. Since we are now allowed to by the difference in your energy, we will do so if you are ready to participate. It will require your participation.
Here is what you would call the window of opportunity. Between your upcoming year that you call 2005 and your year that you call 2012 will be the seven-year window for what we are about to suggest to be accomplished by you. It is a seven-year project. You can make it happen sooner—it’s up to you—but as we read the energy now, it is all right if it takes seven of your years.
Now, some of you are aware that there exists now in what you call your laws, your federal regulations, a law called the Extraterrestrial Exposure Law. If you are familiar with this, you will understand that what it says in general, very broadly, is that if you should come into contact with a life form of any kind from off of your world, you are subject to quarantine, fine, and imprisonment. You may look it up if you wish—Title 14, Section 1211 of the Federal Regulations of your country. It was ostensibly created for the idea of preventing exposure to what you would call virulent alien organisms, pathogens, and such. This was implemented in your year of 1969 when you landed on your moon. But the idea was stated broadly enough, with intention behind it, that it wasn’t just relegated to pathogens but to any extraterrestrial life form whatsoever.
Should there even then be an opportunity for contact between any of you and any of us, you would be subjected by your own laws to fines, imprisonment, and quarantine. Since we deem that you would probably find this relatively unpleasant, we have stayed away for the most part. There are, of course, a few civilizations that have had sporadic contact with individuals on your planet from time to time—we will not go into the details of those specific cases now. We are addressing the idea of broad contact, open contact—that which is acknowledged and welcomed by the majority of the people on your planet.
So here is your project: either alter the Extraterrestrial Exposure Law so that it does not in any way create a punitive action for contact with extraterrestrial life, but more importantly, that you create a new law—an Open Contact Law. That each and every one of you so willing begin from this day forward to get together, research, investigate, learn, teach yourselves, educate yourselves, and actually form the law itself. Write it up either as one of your initiatives or a bill, and get it passed by your government—that you will allow, acknowledge, and approve of open contact between your world and extraterrestrials who have announced peaceful intentions of interaction with you.
In this way, when you create this law, have it officially backed and get not only your country but as many nations on your planet to sign on and adopt this law as possible. By 2012, it will go a long way toward accelerating our ability to have open contact with you. The idea is that we must respect the laws that exist on your planet because you have decided those are the laws you will abide by.
If you are capable from 2005 to 2012 of creating an Open Contact Law and getting the majority of people on your planet, the majority of nations on your planet, to adopt, to sign on to acknowledge and accept this law of open contact for all extraterrestrials seeking open peaceful contact with you, that will actually open the door for such contact. Because the majority of you on your world will have said that it is all right to do so. That will make all the difference in your world in our ability to interact more and more openly with you.
Once that door has been opened, the only criteria remaining that will determine the rate at which contact can then occur will simply be the rate at which each and every one of you gets in touch with your own fears, misgivings, trepidations, hesitations, and doubts about such contact and what it might mean for you personally, what it might mean for you collectively. But then at least you will have dropped one barrier to such contact—one very important barrier that we must abide by, which is the rules you have deemed are the laws of your world.
Is this clear to you? Are you willing to do this? Are you willing to create such an Open Contact Law? Are you willing to word it, to finesse it, to work together, to collect the hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, and millions of signatures required for this law to pass in each nation that is willing to pass it? You do not have to be—we are not saying you must do this. It’s your planet, not ours. It’s up to you. But now, from this day forward, you can play an active, hands-on role in determining when such open contact is possible. You can be involved in this now. It’s not any longer out of your hands—it’s squarely in your hands, as well as in ours (those of us who have hands, anyway). But it is up to you.
We are placing this responsibility, this challenge in your lap. Work together. We will at the very least check in with you in this manner once a year at least to see how you are progressing. We will add guidance, we will tell you how things are changing because of what you have done. We will keep you apprised of the shift in energy, but you yourself will be able to feel that with your enthusiasm, with your involvement, with your participation—hands on, doing, acting, creating, formulating, passionate about it. If you are, show it. Do it now.
If 100 of you get 100 signatures each, and each of them get 100 signatures each, look how fast it will grow. Perhaps you will beat the 2012 deadline by many, many years. It’s up to you. But I guarantee you this: when you have the majority of your people acknowledging and accepting and approving of open contact when and where it should occur in a peaceful manner—it can be general in that sense. Obviously you cannot make it too specific because you don’t necessarily know who open contact is going to happen with first or second or third. But the idea of being willing—you don’t even have to necessarily get people to believe that extraterrestrials are talking to you or are visiting you—just when and where it might happen someday, the idea is to be ready and willing and able to interact without fear of quarantine, punishment, fines, and so forth. Just the expression that you are willing to allow such a thing to occur in an open, constructive, positive, and peaceful manner will be enough to get a very, very, very large ball rolling. Then we will take it from there.
This is the first step of truly working together. This is the first step of honoring your place as a member of the Association of Worlds—be that it may be honorary at the moment, but eventually one day in fact, if you will do this and it is up to you, you will make that day accelerate and it will be here before you know it. Thank you.
We will see how you are doing in one orbit’s time.
Topic 2: The Paradox Meditation
Now, section two: the Paradox Meditation. Now that we have discussed the idea of you creating the Open Contact Law, we will now introduce something which is in our experience always introduced to a civilization at this point—the Paradox Meditation. This goes hand in hand with what we have just suggested that you do. It will help clear your mind for the task ahead. It will help center and align you, help you envision clearly what you must do, help you attract synchronicity into your lives in the way that is necessary for you to accomplish this idea.
This is a very unusual meditation. Ride with it. Don’t be afraid. Just ride with it. You are safe. Let happen what will happen and use it if you wish, whenever you wish. You don’t have to. It will be enough that we give you this this day of your time and instill this vibration in you. If you just remember that we did this, the vibration will return and keep you on course. It will do many other things as well that we’re not going to tell you about right now, but you will see and you will know them when they occur and will know them as part of what this meditation triggered within you.
So relax. Close your eyes if you wish. Take a deep breath. Get comfortable. And jump. Just pay attention—that’s all you have to do. Just pay close attention. Very, very close attention. Pay attention to what I am saying but do not listen to my words. I may be lying, but you know I am not.
Pay close attention. Do not listen to the words. Feel any fear come up within you—any fear at all. Feel it. Let it come. Let it come. Let it come and be joyful at its presence. Feel it. See it. Any fear of anything, any fear of anyone, any fear of any idea—let it grow. Feel it. Do not ignore it, but experience it with calm, reserved detachment while you feel it.
Feel the hot, burning fear but encased in icy calm. Feel the cold, sharp, jagged, cutting fear but warmed by the glow of the sun, melting away, becoming hotter and hotter as it turns into the burning consuming fear that is cooled by icy calm.
Pay close attention to my words but do not listen to a thing I say. Pay no attention to what is being said but know everything that needs to be said. I may be lying but you know I’m not.
All day long you will be no one but yourself. All night long you will be everyone but you. And you will find in your confusion great clarity. Fog—the thickest fog imaginable. You can see nothing, not even your hand in front of your face. Deep, thick gray fog. The sharpest crystal clear night full of brilliant bright stars. The sharpest crystal clear night you can imagine. Fog—a wall of fog. The clearest crystalline night, the brightest burning stars.
Pay attention to everything I say, every word as sharply as you can. Pay attention. You will miss it if you don’t pay attention. Do not listen to my words. Pay attention. I may be lying but you know I’m not. And yet I am. All of you, all of you. None of you, none of you. You are the only one. You are the only one. You are everyone.
Pay attention. Here it comes. Pay attention. You missed it. You missed it. It’s gone. It’s gone forever. It’s gone. You missed it. Pay attention. I may be lying but you know I’m not because you got it. You have it. It’s yours. You never lost it. Never needed to find it. It was always with you and always will be. I may be lying but you know I’m not.
Pay attention and let go. Let go. Surrender. It isn’t worth it. It isn’t worth it. It is not worth it. Whatever you think it is, it isn’t worth it. It’s not worth the pain, it’s not worth the sorrow, it’s not worth the doubt, it’s not worth the fear. But you are here by choice, and so you know that what you are is worth anything—anything you have experienced. It’s all worth it because it brought you here to this moment, here and now.
Pay attention and then realize you do not have to pay attention. Attention is free. You have it. Just be aware of what it is you are, what it is you’re really all about, what it is you are. Then let it go and it will stay always and forever. And never.
Fog and crystal clarity—one and the same, aspects of the same. You are the fog or you are the crystal clarity. The choice is yours. Choose every moment, choose. For every moment is itself a choice. You do not experience moments but that you choose to. They do not come unbidden. They do not come from nowhere. They come from you. You are the moments of your life. Decide what they shall be—fog or crystal clarity. The choice is made every moment.
Pay attention. Do not listen to my words. Feel the joy. Feel the passion you know has always been there but was lost in the fog. You are the fog. Clear up. Crystal clarity. The choice is still there. You are still there. Always have been, always will be. The power is always in paradox. When two things seem to contradict, that’s when you know you are standing squarely at the center of your power. For both apparent contradictions come from you. Realize this and you are free.
Take a deep breath and let it out. These are not just words. Take a deep breath and let it out. I have just said nothing. Take a deep breath and hold it. Hold it. Hold it forever and let it out. And let it out. And let it go forever. It isn’t worth it. Only you are, and you are priceless.
We thank you for allowing us to share this meditation with you. You may open your eyes if you wish, or not—it is up to you.
Questions and Answers
Question 1: Electromagnetic Energy and Meditation
Participant: I wanted to talk about electromagnetic things that are happening on the earth with energy and things like this. I’ve been having a lot of changes happening in my meditations with regards to a lot of blue energy—magnetic wavelength. There are a lot of sunspots and solar flares.
Bashar: You are talking about—you, you, you are talking about. Thank you. There is no “they.” There is no “they.”
Before you go on, I understand this is a little bit of an aside, but I wish to make this clear and we will come back to your question. Here is the secret they don’t want you to know: there is no “they.” But you all think there is, and so there is—but there isn’t.
Continue.
Participant: That makes a lot of sense, thank you.
Bashar: The more you understand paradox, the more sense paradox will make and the clearer you will see. Believe me, when these things hit you, it will feel like you have truly suddenly woken up. You will look around and go, “Oh my, I have been asleep.”
Do continue.
Participant: Electromagnetic energy and how it’s affecting my meditations.
Bashar: How are your meditations affecting it? Are you not accelerating? Yes. So should it not accelerate as a reflection of your acceleration? This is true—I did not think of it that way. You can think of it that way now if you wish. Does this help put some clarity to the fog?
Participant: It does.
Bashar: And now you’re looking at it as more of an interplay between yourself and the energy around you.
Participant: Yes.
Bashar: As you say “interplay,” you are looking at it now as a relationship, which is what it is. Yes, very good. Everything is a relationship. Nothing exists except in relation to something else, which doesn’t exist except in relation to something else, which doesn’t exist. Do you understand this?
Participant: I understand.
Bashar: So as you’re entering into this closer relationship with the energy, you are entering into a closer relationship with yourself. Yes, okay. Remember, physical reality is a mirror—it is a reflection of you. There is no “out there.” Just as you look in a glass mirror, you understand that the person you see is not actually in the mirror—all the light is reflected back to you. That’s how you see the reflection. That means the mirror contains nothing. Physical reality is exactly that way—there is nothing out there. It’s all reflected back. It’s all you.
So what you wish to see in the reflection, make that happen within you first, and the reflection will have no choice but to give that back to you. Does that make some sense to you? Does that help you?
Participant: It really does. Thank you.
Bashar: Happy meditating. Thank you.
Question 2: Earth Changes and Political Energy
Participant: I feel as if we’ve all sort of transmuted some of the Earth changes that have been predicted by dealing with our negativity and our fear. I was wondering if you could give us some update on our energy in that direction and Earth changes in general.
Bashar: There would have been a very long, large earthquake in your area on your upcoming September 15th, but now there will not be. That’s good. It is what it is. Do understand that some of you do enjoy earthquakes. However, the idea is that you chose to transmute this energy in a different way—politically.
Do you understand?
Participant: Sort of, but I got the feeling more on a personal level.
Bashar: There is, in the minds of your collective now, a great recognition and need to take a lot of your energy that might heretofore have been expressed in certain ways and express it in one particular way—and that is to make a political statement. Do you follow me?
Participant: Yes, but I go back to my other point that I feel we’re doing this more on a personal level, dealing with our individual negativities and fears.
Bashar: You are, but you are also coming together more and more as a collective, as one voice. First you will see more and more polarization, but each side is in and of itself forming more and more of a collective. You understand? So as you deal individually with your own polarities, you will gravitate toward the vibrational collective that represents your collective whole idea of centeredness. It may not ultimately be centeredness, but for now it will be recognized by you as that which is closest to centeredness for you, and it will be channeled in a very specific way.
Coming up one moment. One moment. One moment. In and around that time, there is another possibility for fear—for what you would call also the idea of terrorist expression. But again, you have an opportunity here to find the fears within yourself, to begin to see through the fog, to begin to extend your reality into the reflection around you in a new and different way. So that whatever the intentions of others may be, it will not impact you negatively, and you will be able to take that energy and transform it and reflect it back a hundredfold, a thousandfold, in such a way as to cause an acceleration in whatever portions of them that are willing to listen, in whatever portions of them are open to any idea of peace, and whatever portions of them are open to any idea of the transmutation of fear. And it will seed them and root in them and grow in them to cause a great awakening sometime in and around 2017.
Are you following this? Is this answering your question? Is this sufficient?
Participant: It is. If I could move on to another question briefly.
Bashar: Briefly.
Participant: I’ve been reading a lot of channelings from the Pleiadians lately, and they speak of a big cosmic party starting on December 22nd, 2012. I love parties, and I’m just wondering what we can do to ensure a gracious invitation to the party and what we can expect at the party.
Bashar: I have already given you one large clue when I said that the energy now is being transformed from a variety of manifestations into a political direction. Political party. There will be a great shift in the idea of what to you constitutes politics by that year. That’s one of the biggest shifts you can expect. It will go hand in hand with the project we have suggested this day of your time. Do you follow me?
Participant: Yes.
Bashar: Is there anything else pertaining now? But sleep on it, and you will be given some guidance. All right. Thank you. Thank you.
Question 3: Turtle Encounter and Fundamental Reality
Participant: I had a very interesting encounter in Hawaii about two weeks ago with a turtle named Lumpy.
Bashar: Lumpy definitely had something to say. What do you believe you already got? What did you already understand the interaction to be about for you?
Participant: That being that there was something very definitive and something that I was very curious about without really having a definitive idea of what the conversation was.
Bashar: What did you feel from the encounter? What did you feel about the fact that the encounter happened at all? How did you recognize that there was something special about it?
Participant: I thought I was supposed to be asking the questions here.
Bashar: No. What is your highest passion in life?
Participant: My highest passion in life is and always has been and always will be understanding the nature of reality—understanding the whole, nothing less than the whole.
Bashar: That’s perfect. So you’re looking for a real true foundational, fundamental understanding.
Participant: Yes.
Bashar: Do you remember the ancient symbology of the turtle with regard to the nature of reality? In ancient times, your people used to believe that the world rode on the back of a turtle—that it was the fundamental underlying principle that held up everything.
Participant: I have heard that.
Bashar: That’s what you’re dealing with here. That is what the turtle is telling you. You have arrived at a place where you are getting a reflection from the turtle, from the symbol itself—the ancient symbol that represented the idea that you are dealing with fundamental concepts and that you can now accelerate your understanding in that direction.
Paradoxically, is that a threshold?
Participant: A major one.
Bashar: Do you understand that you create reality? Absolutely. How do you do that?
Participant: By my beliefs, by my emotions, by my thoughts, by my desire.
Bashar: Is there something even more fundamental about it than that? Than desire and interest, than thoughts and emotions and beliefs—is there something even more fundamental in terms of your generation of the reality you experience? What’s the most fundamental thing you can imagine that would give rise to the fact that you have an experiential reality at all—that you can perceive?
Participant: That you exist.
Bashar: Yes. Thank you. That you exist. That’s all that is needed. The very fact itself that you exist is enough to give rise to everything that does exist. Does that make sense to you?
Participant: It does. It makes me think of the meditation that you just did.
Bashar: There’s a tie-in with my question and the meditation, which I thought was very provocative.
Bashar: Now you can also explore some of the ideas of what you would call indigenous native beliefs also about the symbol of the turtle, and that may also take you in the correct direction you seek.
Participant: I was thinking about that. Thank you very much.
Bashar: Yes, thank you.
Question 4: Heartache, Pain, and Being Yourself
Participant: I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how I’ve been feeling over the last several months—just a lot of heartache, pain, a lot of sensitivity, and I feel very foggy. I feel that I’ve been following my joy—I’ve recently moved, started school.
Bashar: What is the heartache and pain coming from?
Participant: I don’t know.
Bashar: What is your highest joy? While you think about that for one moment, yes please. Remember to all those that do not understand this concept: we are talking about the idea that the highest vibration of your true natural self is usually experienced by your body as joy, excitement, love. That is why it is good to act on it, to follow it. But when we say “what is your passion, what is your joy,” we do not necessarily mean you have to have a particular project or career in mind. We mean every moment, there is something that you can do at that moment out of all the choices you have available to you at that moment that represents the one you can act on the most, that has the highest degree of excitement within it. That’s what we mean by following your joy. Just act on that one—whatever it is.
Participant: I would say mine is love and peace.
Bashar: And in what way do you express this idea?
Participant: I feel that I express it just by my beingness—just by going within my day-to-day being, who I am being.
Bashar: What does that mean in terms of your outward behavior day to day?
Participant: Just simply being kind.
Bashar: Can you give me an example?
Participant: For sure. I love you for sure.
Bashar: Oh, we love you as well. Good example. Where is the pain coming from?
Participant: I’m not sure.
Bashar: Yes, you are. You know exactly where it’s coming from.
Participant: Well, it’s definitely coming somewhere from inside.
Bashar: Good start. You’ve learned that lesson, I see. All right, very good. Coming from within. Yes. Good step one. Now, using your sparkling imagination—which I see you have in abundance—where do you imagine it might be coming from? Come on, use your imagination. Don’t be afraid.
Participant: Perhaps childhood.
Bashar: Is that a guess?
Participant: Only because I’ve looked at that before, and I feel that I’ve kind of come to terms with a lot of that. Bashar, is that a question?
Bashar: Well, yeah, it is. I’m not confident that you have. That’s right. Thank you. Yes.
Is there something if you could do anything that you would do without a moment’s hesitation if you felt you could do anything that you’re not doing?
Participant: I would truthfully answer that by saying that I would be myself and not be the effect of others’ energies or opinions. I would just be me.
Bashar: So the pain is from you not being yourself as fully as you would like to be. Is that what you’re saying?
Participant: Yes.
Bashar: If you were to be as fully yourself as you would like to be, how would that you appear different than the you you are being now? Outwardly, behaviorally—what would be different?
Participant: I would just be more joyful.
Bashar: What does that mean? How would I recognize that if I saw you on the street? What would make me look over and say, “She is being her full self, look at her go”? What actions? What behavior would give it away?
Participant: Just a smile. Just a grin.
Bashar: Yes, I would definitely—especially since you can see inside of us—it would just be more of an inner…
Bashar: So you would be frowning on the outside and smiling on the inside?
Participant: No, I would be smiling definitely, smiling all right. And you would be joyful because it’s my preference.
Bashar: And you are afraid that if you are as joyful as you would like to be now, what will happen?
Participant: Some kind of punishment or pain.
Bashar: From whom? From where will this punishment come?
Participant: Well, that’s where the confusion comes in because I feel that I understand to the best of my capacity that there really is no “them,” and yet—
Bashar: And yet you’re getting something out of continuing to pretend that there is.
Participant: If there is, I’m not sure, and that’s what I need your help on.
Bashar: All right, well, again, please remember every single one of you is brilliant at doing what you do—absolutely genius, automatic, flawless. As creators, everything you do is by choice because you have determined that that is the choice that is the best choice for you to make at that moment, whatever it is—even if it’s the creation of pain. Something within your definitions, in your belief systems, says that continuing to do what you’re doing, as painful as it might be, is somehow less painful than changing.
You are assigning pleasure and pain all the time to different ideas. This is more pleasurable, this is more painful, this is less pleasurable, this is less painful. Wherever you have the assignment of pleasure and pain in relative terms, whichever is more pleasurable and less painful, whichever is more painful and less pleasurable—wherever you have those assignments, that is what completely determines the choices you make. Completely.
As soon as the instant any of you assign something as being more pleasurable than what you were doing, you will instantly change. Nothing ever stops you. The only thing that prevents you from making a choice you say you want to make is that you have assigned to that choice, somehow from your beliefs, the idea that making that change and choosing that thing is somehow in your definition more of a chore than just staying where you are, as painful as that might be.
If you are continuing to do something you say you don’t want to do but continue to do it, it means somewhere within you you think you’re getting something out of continuing to do that. It’s working for you somehow. Some people stay within certain things they say they want to change but they don’t change because they feel that staying where they are gives them attention they otherwise feel they wouldn’t have. They get to play the pity game, the martyr game, the “poor me” game because it gives them attention they don’t think they deserve otherwise.
I’m not saying this is the case with you—I’m just giving you an example to explain the mechanism of what you’re going through. So take the time to dive within and find out if you do continue to choose something you say you don’t want to choose—a state of being you don’t prefer yet continue to experience. Dive into it, don’t ignore it. Welcome it. Dive into it and use your vivid, creative, sparkling imagination and find out by examining it: what’s the payoff for continuing to choose that? You have to be very honest with yourself when you do this exercise. But when you find out what the payoff is, you’ll say, “Aha! I don’t need that. I prefer this other choice.” As soon as you recognize you no longer prefer that payoff, you will instantly no longer experience that idea. It will change instantly.
You don’t have to do anything special in order to change it. All you have to do is reassign what is more pleasurable and in that sense less painful. But to many of you, you have been taught to believe that standing out and being yourself is a very painful thing because you believe it isolates you—“I’m no longer a part of anyone else. No one will want to be with me. No one will appreciate me if I am fully who I love to be. I will be alone, cast out, chastised, criticized.” And all those wonderfully creative ideas. You follow me?
Yes. But if you understand that the longer you wait to be yourself, that will really be the most pain you can possibly experience. As soon as you realize that not being yourself is more painful than being yourself, you will instantly be yourself—regardless of how anyone else may respond or react to you. And as soon as you are more yourself, you will instantly develop the capacity, the ability to see more opportunities that are then vibrationally harmoniously aligned with that you—that until you are that you, you cannot see. Does that make sense to you?
Participant: It does.
Bashar: Is this helping you?
Participant: Very much so.
Bashar: Our deep love to you, and mine to you.
Participant: Thank you, Bashar. Thank you.
Question 5: Politics and Creating New Systems
Participant: I’m very excited about this—it’s been 10 or 11 years.
Bashar: Are you very excited as well? Thank you. So many things interest that I would love to discuss.
Bashar: Pick the one you are most passionate about.
Participant: The one that I’m most curious about and preoccupied with has to do with your provocative statement about our political system and a potential change within it.
Bashar: There I go being provocative again. I love it. Thank you. So do we—that’s why we do it. We do nothing we do not love.
Participant: I’ve found myself being unduly preoccupied with politics lately.
Bashar: Unduly? It’s a subject that I’ve managed to ignore.
Bashar: All right.
Participant: What with the Iraq War and interesting decisions that our quote-unquote leaders are going around with these days. I find myself—well, actually within a paradise.
Bashar: Find yourself? Oh, congratulations. Thank you. I’m very proud. Thank you. How long have you been missing? That would be 38 years. All right, thank you. Cause for celebration.
Participant: When I think about our political system, I feel disheartened, powerless.
Bashar: Not your vibrational preference exactly.
Participant: Oh, all right.
Bashar: Well, it is your system. And I wonder if this is coming into my awareness because I could do something about it. I’m wondering if that may be the case. Let’s see—we invented this system. I’m wondering if I can do anything about changing it. It just seems that the people that participate within the process are enjoying the arguments that they—
Bashar: Yes, go on.
Participant: Some of them do, and it seems that there are a large number of people perhaps like myself who have simply ignored the arguments because we see that the answer is not A or B, left or right, but a third option.
Bashar: Well, as we have provocatively said many times, it’s not really about changing the system you have—it’s about creating new systems so that when the old ones fall by the wayside, you will have something ready to replace it with. What do you think about that idea?
Participant: Do you think that’s something you can get behind or in front of or right in step with perhaps right in the middle of?
Participant: My impression is that as more people like myself become—
Bashar: Safety in numbers? Is that what you’re going for?
Participant: Perhaps. I see as more and more of us realize how ridiculously ineffective the system is—
Bashar: And what number will that be before you will act? Ten, twenty thousand, twenty million? How many will it take before you will feel that there’s enough momentum for you to do something on your own as an individual?
Participant: Well, I think maybe one is enough.
Bashar: Yes, it is. So I suppose I should decide what—
Bashar: Well, there are no shoulds. But if this is your passion, if it’s moving in this direction, you can do whatever your imagination wants to do. Whatever you put your heart to, you can do. Up to you. Excellent. Yes, it is. It’s very, very convenient that the universe actually works that way.
If you wanted to, would you like to comment on the—as you see it—because you had given an excellent prediction once before about how the last election of the last century would not be typical, and you were right on the money.
Bashar: Well, we don’t use money, but thank you.
Participant: I wish we didn’t either. And that’s actually part of my greatest question.
Bashar: Don’t discount it. I’m not saying it’s bad. You may eventually no longer use it in the form you have it, but don’t judge anything—that’s what gets you into all the trouble to begin with. You’re judging everything—good, bad, good, bad. It’s just an idea. If you don’t prefer it, change it. Come up with a new idea. Share that idea with others. See what they think of it. You understand? That’s all the prediction you’ll get from me at this point.
Participant: All right. Thank you. Thank you.
Question 6: Channeling and Overcoming Fear
Participant: My question is about channeling. I am feeling the presence of someone around me.
Bashar: Well, I think there is actually a room full of people around you. Very good. Your observation—observant. Yes, nothing gets past you.
Participant: I’d like to know if there’s some way that I am blocking this or if it will occur naturally on its own.
Bashar: Well, that’s a very interesting question. Thank you for asking it. What do you imagine would be a block to allowing it to come through?
Participant: Any type of fear.
Bashar: And do you have a fear of some type about channeling?
Participant: Yes.
Bashar: And what would that fear be, pray tell?
Participant: That it will consume my life.
Bashar: Consume your life! Welcome to the New Earth Game Show! Consume your life!
At the risk of sounding logical, may I ask you a question?
Participant: Yes, please. Thank you.
Bashar: What point would there be to the channeling if it consumed your life in a manner that wouldn’t allow you to continue to channel in the way that you would prefer? There would be none. Does that erase the fear?
Participant: You recognize that, yes.
Bashar: Do you believe that you are open to the idea of doing this as a service for the benefit of others?
Participant: Absolutely.
Bashar: Then what point would there be to burn you out so that you could no longer help? Would you not then be the best regulator of your schedule and your pacing as to how it comes through you, in what manner, at what times? Would you still not be the best deliberator of what works best for you? Yes. Does this help you relax and trust that when it comes through, it will come through in the manner that suits you best, so that in suiting you best, you can better be of service to others in the manner it comes through? Yes. Does this help? Absolutely. Are you feeling more relaxed about it? So much more.
Do you see how simple that was? Do you understand that channeling is simply being more of yourself and thus vibrationally connecting with more of all that is, no matter in what form or format it might present itself?
Participant: I do now. Thank you.
Bashar: Is this of benefit to you to understand this definition?
Participant: Absolutely.
Bashar: Do you have a particular way in which you believe the channeling will manifest that seems more exciting to you than any other format?
Participant: It seems to be trying to come through the top of my head.
Bashar: Do you mean that you will vocal channel, or will it take the form of automatic writing, or will it just take the form of you simply translating the information in a conscious state? How will it take the form? What do you believe would be the most exciting form you would like it to take?
Participant: Translation—just speaking. Just saying, “This is what I’m getting.”
Bashar: Yes. Understand then that one of the things that activates a channeling is to be asked a question. For when a question is asked, it triggers within you the door that opens to allow the information to come in the way that it needs to—without judgment, without right or wrong, without needing to provide any particular piece of information. Because here’s the paradox: you care enough to not care what comes through. Does that make sense to you?
Participant: Yes, it does.
Bashar: Just to trust that whatever comes through is what needs to come through. You are not the arbiter of what is best for those seeking the information—just be the valve through which it comes. But do it from your heart, out of service for the best of all concerned, and it will be always what it needs to be.
You are beginning an interesting journey. Check your ego at the door.
Participant: All right. Yes. Does this help you?
Bashar: Absolutely. Thank you. Thank you. Lucky.
Question 7: Physiological Problems, Depression, and Change
Participant: Basically, we’re all physiological beings here. When you discuss many times about the reflection in the mirror, my question is: if one of us has a physiological problem, a chemical problem, and they’re depressed, and you want to break through that—how do you do that when your internal chemistry is not allowing you to smile into the mirror? How can you still change your internal chemistry?
Bashar: Number one: know that you can. Do you know that you can?
Participant: I haven’t up till now, but do you know that you can? Yes, now I do.
Bashar: Why do you know that you can?
Participant: Because I trust you and believe you, and you just said so.
Bashar: No, that’s not true. Do not trust me. Why do you know that you can? So trust myself more than that.
Bashar: It’s even more apparent than that as to why you can know that you can. Shall I give you a hint? Please. Thank you. How did you come up with this question?
Participant: Because I experience it.
Bashar: But that’s not what I’m asking you. How did you conceive of the question? Thought processes, whatever. Something within you put you in touch with a state of being, a state of mind that let you know that it was possible to ask a question about how to change this. That ability in and of itself—to come up with a question “is it possible to change this?"—tells you that it is, or you wouldn’t have been capable of even conceiving of the question.
You cannot imagine what you do not contain. So if you have the capability of even formulating a wonderment about whether or not something is even possible, that tells you it is—or you wouldn’t have been even capable of conceiving of the concept, because you cannot conceive what you do not contain the possibility of. Does that make sense to you?
Participant: Yes.
Bashar: But to take that possibility then—what would be the process?
Bashar: I understand, but we have already begun to discuss the so-called process. The realization first and foremost in and of itself that it is possible is step one in the process. You follow me? Beforehand, you were not necessarily feeling sure that such a thing was even possible. But the fact that I have just told you that your ability to even conceive of the question tells you that it is—is step one in the process: to realize that it is possible.
Now, for some people, step one might be enough. To realize that a thing is possible may be enough to simply know that it’s already done, and that alone can begin to change your chemistry. Just the very realization that a thing is possible will change your chemistry. Do you understand this?
Participant: Yes.
Bashar: So your chemistry right now has begun to change. Right now. It may feel slow, you may not feel anything at all, but it has begun to change right now just because you’re considering the realization that you now know it’s possible for it to do so. You follow me?
Participant: Yes, I do.
Bashar: So it’s already changing your neurons in your brain, your synapses—they are already literally physically moving to new locations to form new associations right now. Those new associations will create new neurochemical manufacturing going on in your body right now. That neurochemical manufacturing will right now influence the cellular structure of your body right now. With that one thought, you have already shifted the cellular structure of your body to something different than what it was before you asked the question. You’re already changing right now.
Now, the degree to which you experience the changes again comes back to your ability to realize you can experience change slowly over what you call time, or rapidly with very little time involved. And here’s how you go about understanding that—at least here’s one way. Do you understand that all change is a total change?
Participant: I get close to that. I don’t know if I totally understand it.
Bashar: All right. Have you heard us use the cube analogy to describe this concept?
Participant: Yes, I have.
Bashar: The five, six sides, and one is changed. Does that mean it’s the same cube with a small change, or—you understand that you can look at it as if it’s not just the same cube with a small change, but you can look at it as if it’s a completely different cube. How much attention you focus on the idea that you’re completely different from moment to moment will determine the speed, the acceleration, the rapidity at which you experience the idea that you are in fact changing on every level of your being—cellularly, chemically, neurologically, energetically—all levels. How much attention you devote to the notion that every change is a total change will allow you to experience the change more rapidly. Make sense?
Participant: Yes. You’ve made this so clear I almost feel foolish asking the question.
Bashar: No. Having asked it, you know it is not foolish. If there is to be any notion of this idea, it is more foolish not to ask. But nothing in that sense is to be judged. Do not compound the change by adding foolishness to the judgment of yourself, for then you have added one more thing that must then be changed. You follow me?
Participant: Yes.
Bashar: So all foolishness aside, brush it off. And if you are going to consider yourself a fool, then consider yourself a fool for change. Does this help you?
Participant: Yes, it has.
Bashar: Now, one moment. What is your favorite tea?
Participant: Chamomile tea.
Bashar: Chamomile? No, I hate chamomile! I’m just kidding. I have a new favorite tea for you. All right. Are you ready to know what it is? Absolutely. All right, here it is: Brevity. In all things, be brief. Brevity. Think about that and let it sink in.
Participant: Yes, no, maybe, yes.
Bashar: Does this help you?
Participant: It does. And I have a second question if I may.
Bashar: You may. And I’ll be presumptuous—it affects a lot of people. The issue you meant before by digging down about our beliefs—money is one of the male energies we all deal with here on Earth. And when people have a lack—we have a lack of it—
Bashar: There is no lack of it. When you experience the idea of a lack, that’s one thing, but there is actually no lack. So when one digs deep enough into one’s soul about why they have a lack—how deep do you go to change?
First, you realize that if you experience the idea of lack of abundance, it means you have an abundance of lack. So you’ve already got an abundance of something—it’s just that you have an abundance of lack. Knowing that you already are absolutely abundant in something, you can now change the thing you have an abundance of. This is what I mean by brevity. Use the paradox in your favor. Does that make sense to you?
Participant: Yes, it does. Thank you. Thank you.
Bashar: So much. Please, all of you understand these are not just clever word games. These are vibrational understandings. And when you turn them around, it will allow you to see more clearly. Just take what you have—very often what you have that you think is the problem is the answer, if you just turn it around. Use the power of paradox to your favor. That’s when you know you are standing squarely in the center of yourself—when you are using the power of paradox. Because all things, no matter how seemingly contradictory, all come from the same place: you. So if they all can originate from you, the answers can all be found back in you when you own both sides.
Remember, speaking of money: you have no coin if you don’t accept both heads and tails. You cannot have a tailless coin. You cannot have a headless coin. You have to have both. And when you accept that there is a head and a tail, then you have something you can spend. Then you are abundant. But when you fracture it and say, “No, no, no, I only have the head, I cannot have the tail—that’s bad,” then you have no coin and nothing to spend and no experience of the abundance that you have.
You are always abundant. There is never a lack. There is only the experience of lack. But in that, you have an abundant experience. You are always, always, always at every moment experiencing exactly just no more, no less than who and what you believe yourself to be. Just look at your definitions about what you believe yourself to be, and it will be no mystery why you are experiencing what you are experiencing.
Question 8: Non-Interference, Reptilians, and Parallel Realities
Participant: On the subject of non-interference, I have two scenarios. The Association of Worlds and alien civilizations in general—to what degree are these scenarios real in relation to this non-interference concept?
One of the scenarios is a belief commonly held by a lot of people in the UFO community that there is a very powerful super-secret government running things that is really controlled by reptilian aliens.
Bashar: There is no “they.” That’s the secret they don’t want you to know. There is no “they.” When you understand this paradoxical statement, you will crack through the veil and see clearly.
Participant: Are you saying there are no reptilian aliens?
Bashar: I didn’t say there are non-existent. I just said that the scenario that many of you imagine does not exist in the way you imagine it.
Participant: What way does it exist?
Bashar: It exists in a manner that they represent vibrationally the level of your brain that you call the reptilian mind—that what you call the fear centers, the survival centers. And they have a tendency to trigger that in humans.
Participant: Are they working at all with any levels of our government?
Bashar: Not directly.
Participant: Well, if they were up to no good, would the Association allow them to continue, or would they interfere with that?
Bashar: Would you allow them to continue?
Participant: I would not.
Bashar: And how would you, pray tell, stop them?
Participant: Well, the first thing would be to find out if they’re up to no good, and let’s hypothesize—just for the sake of this conversation, let’s say they’re up to no good. All right. How would you stop them?
Participant: The very first step would be to find out if they are up to no good and then to let other people know that that’s what’s going on.
Bashar: You will never, never ever stop them that way. Ever.
Participant: Okay. How will you stop them?
Bashar: Yes, that’s a good question. Thank you. Would you like an answer? Yes, I would very much. Oh, how about a suggestion instead? Yes. A suggestion: by not locking into the idea that they can in any way, shape, or form—no matter what their intention—affect you negatively. You will have effectively rendered yourself invisible to anything they would do. Does that make sense to you?
Participant: Yes.
Bashar: By not focusing on the negative, you will remove yourself from any vibration that can in any way, shape, or form have a negative impact upon you. Because even if someone’s intention toward you is negative—as you say, up to no good—what you focus on is what determines the impact you actually experience out of it, not what their intention is. That’s not what determines what you experience. What determines what you experience is your focus and intention upon the idea that they can in no way, shape, or form affect you if it isn’t aligned with your vibrational preference.
Participant: But that’s something I personally can do. But collectively, if there is some sort of arrangement going on with certain elements of our government—how? I may be able to avoid bad effects of that, but how about for everybody else? What about them? I don’t want to just escape myself.
Bashar: Interesting choice of words—has kind of a fear connotation to it.
Participant: What I’m saying is I could do what you said and sort of not focus on the negative, and that would take care of me.
Bashar: It’s not about not focusing on the negative—it’s about living in the vibration of the reality you prefer, whereupon you will realize there are other people living there too.
Participant: Would it serve you to be in that reality alone?
Bashar: Well, I’d rather be there with other people.
Bashar: Then you shall be. You see? You have to work it from the other direction—not from the fear direction, but from the direction of knowing that the world you prefer is already populated by other people who prefer that world as well, and then that’s the world you will experience. And the other shall not be capable of touching it—but not because you focus on the idea of them not touching you. If you focus on the idea of them not being able to touch you, they are touching you right there. So the idea is that you simply focus on the world of your preference with the vibration you prefer in it and wake up to recognize that you and all those like you of like vibration are simply in that world without a thought that there is any other world that can be. Does that help you?
Participant: Yes. Can I ask about the other scenario? That would be the concept that there is a planet on its way that comes every 3,600 years, close passage to Earth, and each time it comes it wreaks havoc, and 80% of life on Earth is destroyed.
Bashar: There are a lot of people who believe that.
Participant: And you too? I don’t know if it’s true or not.
Bashar: No, I don’t know. Then why are we talking about it if you don’t know if it’s true? Well, because I want to ask about if it is true.
Bashar: If it’s true—well, yes, of course it’s true. But do you want it to be true for you?
Participant: No, I don’t.
Bashar: Well, then it’s not true. Did you understand what I meant when I said the world you vibrate in accordance to will be the world you experience? Did you understand that when I say that, I actually mean that that’s another parallel reality and that there is any number of possible scenarios in any number of possible parallel realities, and the one that you gravitate towards will be the one you experience?
Participant: Do I exist in all those parallel realities?
Bashar: You do. So focus on the one that you prefer to be in. That’s the world you will experience. And if you simply focus on that idea, then it will simply be a matter of—other planet? What other planet? I don’t know what you’re talking about. Have a good day.
Participant: But if I exist in all parallel realities, then how do I move?
Bashar: When you say “I”—not literally this personality—there are versions of you that don’t have even an inkling of such a question as you have just asked. Well, let’s take this version of me. All right. If I don’t prefer this particular reality and I want to go into a different reality, and I’m going to leave this reality—
Bashar: You’re going to refocus. So you’re going to refocus through the you in the reality of your preference.
Participant: And so I’m then leaving this reality?
Bashar: No, you’re not leaving anything. It all exists simultaneously, but you can have the experience of your preference. But which reality do you prefer to experience?
Participant: Well, if I’m in this reality and a different reality—
Bashar: Don’t worry about him. Which reality do you prefer to experience?
Participant: The one of—
Bashar: The version of you that prefers to experience the destruction of the Earth from a collision or a near miss of a giant orbiting body will experience it. Is that the you you prefer to be?
Participant: No.
Bashar: Then don’t worry about him. Let him have his experience. Go on your way into the reality you prefer. Don’t worry about him. All experiences are being had. You can’t stop him from having that experience—he’s having it now. Focus on the reality you prefer. Don’t worry about all your other selves.
Participant: Along those lines, I just wanted to ask—maybe you could explain this: if I’m creating the reality by going into whatever reality I prefer, I’m sort of creating the universe. You are.
Participant: Okay. Then who are all these other people that are in my universe? They all seem to think that they’re creating the universe.
Bashar: They are. So how is it that we’re doing this together?
Bashar: That is the wonderment of all that is. Do you understand? You’re all the same one experiencing itself as if it is made up of all of its possible parts, experiencing its parts as individual parts, but experiencing itself as made up of all the parts, experiencing itself as one experiencing itself as one through all the parts. It’s all the same. You are me. I am you. We are both all that is experiencing itself as you experiencing me and me experiencing you. Does that make sense?
Participant: Yes. Thank you very much. Thank you.
Question 9: Parallel Realities and Multitasking
Participant: That guy took my question. Give it back. So I got to wondering if there’s parallel uses and parallel realities—
Bashar: Yes.
Participant: Is there one Bashar talking to us—our alternate selves in other realities?
Bashar: Yes. I am currently speaking to 1,337 versions of Earth. And at the same time, I am now currently speaking to 14,252 versions of Earth. I am now currently speaking to 559 versions of Earth. I am now speaking to 1,746 versions of Earth. You get the point.
Participant: You’re pretty good at multitasking.
Bashar: Thank you.
Participant: It seemed like you didn’t want that guy to ask what’s the difference between the me in this reality and the me—
Bashar: It has nothing to do with what we want him to do. We are simply explaining that the difference is simply the difference you make.
Participant: Like in terms of a soul or a higher self that’s manifest on this plane and making choices and finding its way through the Earth—what’s the difference between the me that’s here now and the me that maybe made a different choice 10 years ago and is in a different parallel reality?
Bashar: That’s the difference. The different choices are the difference—different frequency, different vibration, different experience. That’s all. It’s like your television set. What’s the difference between one show and another? It’s all coming through the same TV, isn’t it? It’s all electromagnetic energy, isn’t it? What’s the difference between one color and another? It’s all light, isn’t it? Its difference is its frequency, its vibration, its pattern. That’s all. That’s what makes the difference—the perspective. That’s what makes the difference.
Understand, as we have explained to illustrate this point from another perspective: location is not a place that an object resides in. Location is a property of the object. This is not the same object as this. That’s the difference. Make sense?
Participant: Yeah.
Bashar: Are you attempting to alter your timeline through communication with different possible pasts?
Participant: I am attempting nothing. I am altering it constantly—constantly. And so are you. All of you. Do you not understand that since—now please understand, we recognize the shortcoming of the language that is being used to translate this, but we think you will get the point—since the inception of this conversation, you have gone through millions and millions of parallel reality shifts. Wow. You are moving, for lack of a better term, at the speed of light through various parallel realities. The very fact that you perceive the concept you call motion is the illusion created in your consciousness by shifting from one parallel reality to another. If you didn’t do that, you wouldn’t have the experience called motion. Like TV is a fast sequence of images. The very fact that you experience the illusion of motion shows you that you’re actually shifting from one parallel reality to another, because each reality unto itself is simply a static now, eternal moment. The fact that you experience the illusion of time and space shows you that you’re already creating multiple millions of parallel reality experiences even to experience this idea you call movement. You see how powerful you all are.
Participant: Is there like a rate at which the realities flash?
Bashar: In your reality dimension of experience, it is what you call the speed of light. Look at it this way: have you heard the notion expressed by your scientists that the faster you move, the slower time goes? The less you age, time slows down the closer you get to the speed of light in motion? Here’s why. Understand that this overall sense of motion through spacetime is one thing—one 100% thing. You are moving in spacetime. Now, if you’re standing perfectly still, not appearing to move through space, then that means you’re moving at the speed of light through time. The faster you move through space, the slower you move through time, because you can only move 100%. So if you’re moving 50% the speed of light through space, then you only can have 50% the experience of time—time will be 50% slower, because it’s all a 100% thing. So when you are moving motion-wise through space at 100% the speed of light, then you have no time—zero time. There’s no room for any experience of time. If you are now, as you are doing more or less at rest in terms of motion in space, you are now experiencing zero motion and 100% time—the speed of light of time. So does that answer your question?
Participant: Yeah, it does. Thank you. Thank you, Bashar.
Question 10: Creating Abundance
Participant: How can I shift my thinking to create more abundance in my life?
Bashar: Have we not been here a moment ago? That’s true, but I thought to this question. All right, let’s talk about your passion in life, because abundance as you mean it is directly connected to the idea of your passion, your highest joy, your highest frequency. If you understand that you are already abundant in something, it’s just a matter of shifting what you are abundant in as it befits or reflects your preferential passion, your preferential energy—how it can be best reflected back to you based on what you are giving out.
Because that is the idea called the third law. There are four laws. You are familiar with this?
Participant: No, I’m not.
Bashar: Law number one—when we say law, we mean that which cannot change ever. We don’t mean things like the law of the speed of light—in different dimensions it’s different, it can even be different in your dimension. The laws of physics are mutable from dimension to dimension, from physical to non-physical. But when we say law, we mean that which is true everywhere, every when, throughout creation for everyone. There are only four immutable such laws as we know them.
Number one: you exist. You will never be able to do anything about changing that—you exist.
Number two: the one is the all, the all are the one.
Number three: what you put out is what you get back.
Number four: everything changes except the first three laws. That means the fourth law changes from change to stasis, which creates the first three laws, which create the fourth law, which create the first three.
So this is all simply about shifting the idea of what you’re giving out, what you’re putting out, so that you can get a reflection back that is commensurate with what you’re putting out more consciously.
Now here’s the paradox, and it’s a big one—big, big, big paradox. Extra large, economy size paradox: in order to change what you put out so that you can get back something more in alignment with what you prefer to get back, you have to put out without expecting to get back. Good point. Yes, it is. Expectation is what colors what you put out into something that then becomes not quite what you wanted to get back. The putting out has to be pure and innocent—to use a word—without expectation or judgment or assumption. Otherwise, you are actually coloring what is coming back because you’re coloring what you’re putting out with the need for it to come back in a certain way, and that judgment will cut short the idea of it coming back in the purest way that is most purely representative of what your true natural state could be giving out. Did that make sense to you?
Participant: All so—
Bashar: This is why we focus very strongly so often on the idea of just following your joy and acting on your highest passion at every given moment to the best of your ability. Because then when you just focus on that act, you don’t have to color it with anything else. You simply know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you will get back what is reflective of that pure radiation—as long as you don’t expect it to look a certain way in order for your mind to recognize that you’re getting back what is reflective.
The mind, the ego, always has this need to know what’s going on. “That doesn’t look like what I thought it would look like—something must be wrong, I’m not in control, oh my goodness, the world is falling apart.” When you relax the mind from having to know every little detail about what’s supposed to happen next, then you can actually get that what is happening is what’s supposed to happen next. And you can then use what is happening in the way it was intended to be used—as a reflection of your joy—instead of assuming it’s somehow an interruption in what you thought you needed. Does this make some sense to you?
Participant: Yes, it does.
Bashar: Is this helping you as you apply this concept to the question you had?
Participant: Yes, it does.
Bashar: So do you have a particular passion that you could express in a certain way that you are not expressing for some reason?
Participant: I guess it’s the fear of not having enough.
Bashar: I will let you in on a big cosmic secret: there is enough for everyone. Because the universe and all that is does not make pointless creations. And if there were not enough for you—believe me, trust me beyond a shadow of a doubt—you wouldn’t exist. The universe is in balance. Perfect balance. And for every one of you that is in existence, there is by definition enough—perfectly enough for you—or you wouldn’t exist, because the universe did not make extraneous creations.
It created the concept of extraneous—you can experience the idea that you’re extraneous and that there’s not enough for you—but you are experiencing that, and therefore, because you are experiencing that, that means the universe is supporting you perfectly in your experience of feeling that you are not being supported. You see how perfectly balanced it is? You can actually be supported and not know you’re being supported. That’s how perfect the universe is balanced.
Remember, the greatest power requires the gentlest touch. That which feels it needs to push and pull things into the proper format to get things done is saying that it feels powerless and must shove everything and make everything work with a great deal of effort because it feels powerless. That which knows it’s powerful needs to do almost nothing. And that is why all that is—what you may call God if you wish, goddess, doesn’t matter—all that is, that’s why it is all but invisible, because it is so powerful it needs to do nothing because it already is everything. Therefore, what needs to be done? Nothing.
When you understand that the greatest power requires the lightest touch, you will be gentle with yourselves. You will know you are abundant, and you can gently decide how to experience your abundance by what you give off, by what you know to be true about yourselves, by just being your natural true self. You will get the reflection—regardless of how it looks to your mind—you will get the reflection always that will support you, even if your mind can’t understand how it possibly could. It will if you allow it. If you allow it. It’s not about making, it’s not about forcing—allowance, allowance, allowance.
And isn’t that another term you use for money? Give yourselves an allowance. Allow yourselves to be abundant, because you already are. It’s not about having to learn how to be abundant—you’re already abundant. It’s just a matter of what you’re abundant in. Be yourself as fully as you can, and you will be abundant in all the things that are truly you. Truly you. And that means that when they come, when you see them, when they manifest, when you recognize that they’re already there, they will be perfectly matched to you because they are reflections of the true you. And so they will work best for you in allowing you to be yourself as much as you want, in any way you want—that is truly you.
And each and every one of you that is yourself will automatically, by definition, like a piece of a puzzle, fit harmoniously with all the other pieces who are also being themselves. There will be no conflict.
Participant: Well, me being me conflicts with you being you—
Bashar: No, that is a contradiction in terms. If you’re truly you, by definition you must harmonize with anyone else truly being themselves, because whoever you are truly automatically fits with everyone else who is truly themselves, because that’s the universe in balance. The conflict only comes when you are trying to be something you weren’t designed to be. And that should give you your clue—all the conflict that exists on your planet is because you are being other than what is true for you. You are taught you have to be this, you have to be that—don’t stand out, don’t sit down, don’t do this, don’t do that. “Beware, be careful, look out, danger, danger everywhere—don’t be you. You know what they do to people like you? You know what they do to people like you?”
The biggest shock you’re going to have is waking up and finding out that you are “they.” Then what will they say?
Question 11: Dream, Spacecraft, and Personal Journey
Bashar: There is time for an 11th question. I must have anticipated you because I picked another name. The name is Janice.
Participant: Good day, and to you. Speak up and be bold, so that all may hear what you have to share. It’s nice to meet with you again, Bashar.
Bashar: And you as well, as always.
Participant: So no question arises?
Bashar: Is there something you wish to discuss?
Participant: I saw a spacecraft for the first time I recognized a few months ago. It was exciting.
Bashar: Thank you. Are you tongue-tied? What is happening within your emotional body?
Participant: Excitement and fear.
Bashar: Fear about what? Come on, what are you afraid of? How have your dreams been?
Participant: I don’t remember them.
Bashar: Not really? One recent dream—anyone will do. Pick a dream.
Participant: I remember a dream of you. And that dream was—you hugged me.
Bashar: I did. Yes. How nice of you. How did that feel?
Participant: That felt wonderful. That felt all right.
Bashar: Were you afraid in the dream?
Participant: No.
Bashar: Then what are you afraid of? You’re still dreaming, you know. Right now. Is this the dream you wanted to have?
Participant: Yes.
Bashar: All right, it’s wonderful. All right. What will you do with this dream? How will you manifest this in what you call your experiential reality?
Participant: I will—
Bashar: Where is the direction of your passion?
Participant: I’m moving to San Francisco.
Bashar: And this is representative of your passion in what way?
Participant: Of knowing who I truly am.
Bashar: And why will that location on your planet assist you in this?
Participant: I will be closer to some new teachers I found.
Bashar: And these teachers will guide you in ways that you believe is necessary for your growth at this time.
Participant: Yes.
Bashar: And this is exciting for you?
Participant: Very.
Bashar: All right. Bye-bye. So have a good trip.
Participant: I will.
Bashar: Did something occur to you to ask or to say?
Participant: Thank you for when I saw you in January. I told you I would head to South America and find a shaman—and I found them in my own backyard.
Bashar: Yay. Small world, isn’t it?
Participant: It is.
Closing Remarks
Bashar: At this time, we will remind each and every one of you that it is up to you to participate in the creation of the Open Contact Law. Obviously, contact has begun—hence these transmissions. For you crossed the threshold that allowed us to communicate in this way, and we thank you for your invitation.
Now we are suggesting that you create a different invitation—an invitation that will open another door to another party. One orbit from now, we will speak of this again. Our unconditional love to you all. We thank you for the co-creation of this bridge, this link, which for us is always a gift, for it allows us to experience through each and every one of you that many more aspects and that many more facets of the multi-dimensional crystal that is all that is. And it expands our understanding of all the ways all that is can experience itself within its own creation of who it is.
Remember to pay close attention, but do not listen to my words. I may be lying, but you know that I am not.
