The Day of Reflection

In Essassani terms, that being our home world. Each Essani year, in our ancient history, we chose what would be called in your language a day of reflection. This can really be any day you wish it to be. It can be the day of your own birth, the anniversary of your birth. It can be any day you so desire.

But if you wish to follow our particular experience with this idea, it went something like this. On the day of reflection, whatever day that was that we chose it to be, we would take that day to, in a sense, detach from what might have been called the typical daily events. Take a day completely for ourselves to assess and reflect upon who we were, what we were doing, to determine whether or not we were who we wanted to be, to determine whether or not we were doing what we wanted to be doing. So that we would make sure we did not, in your terms, get caught up in assumptions and definitions and beliefs and patterns and actions that had nothing to do with our true natural core self.

So as a suggestion, you may wish to give this an attempt. To pick a day, make it your day of reflection, whatever day that may be, and to really slow down, take time, detach, look at yourself—if you wish, in the mirror—but look at yourself and really ask: Am I who I want to be? Am I doing the things that I really want to do, really prefer to do?

And if you find in any way, shape, or form that you may have gotten yourself caught up in other people’s ideas of who you ought to be, what you should be doing, take a moment and really assess, recalibrate for yourself whether those things really are so important for you. And to discover for yourself what things really would be more representative of your own truth, your own core, your natural being, your own pace, your own timing. That which would truly be honest for you. To make an honest self-assessment, to relax into your true self, to not be impatient, not be in a hurry to get somewhere more important than where you are, to be someone more important than who you naturally are.

Because when you finally allow yourself to truly relax into your true natural self, as you were originally created to be, in a sense, as you were originally designed to be, then you will always find—when you do that—that natural you will be automatically and naturally creative, joyous, happy, loving, spontaneous, inspirational, and inspired. All the things that are the natural reflection of being in synchronous harmony with Creation, with the unconditional love of the Infinite, as you may term it in your language.

When you relax into yourself, your true self, your core self, then you will be able to, in a sense, clarify the things you really need to do and recognize the things you don’t really need to do. To be yourself and to allow your life to unfold in a magical, natural, automatic, effortless, creative way.

Allow yourself this day of reflection. All day, all day, of course. If you wish, take two days, take three. But at least allow a day—a day of reflection that honors just you, for you, created by you. Be with yourself and find out what your real true self is.

Let go of all the presuppositions about what you think you’re supposed to be. Examine your actions, examine your patterns, and find out which really belong to you—the real you—and which perhaps might simply belong as leftovers, holdovers from parents, peers, and other factions of society that may have nothing to do with you.

We are not saying that you have to throw all advice or all suggestion from others into the trash. No. But simply take a moment to decide which really are true for you and in what way to allow suggestions, reflections, and advice from others to serve you. Make your own determinations based on who you really feel that you are.

And when you do relax into your natural self, you will know how to recognize who the real you is. You will know what feels like you and what does not. You will begin to sense more strongly and get used to the idea what vibration, what frequency is synonymous with your true being and which is not. Allow yourself to fall into harmony with who you are.

Take this time, this day of reflection, so that then in any future reflection, anytime you look at yourself metaphorically or literally in any kind of mirror, the you you see looking back will be the real you at that moment. And you will see that it will always be a face relaxed and joyful and happy to be alive in gratitude, in self-expression, and in unconditional love.

This is a ritual, if you wish, that has worked well for our society. We no longer really use it because now every day for us is a day of self-reflection. And every day we choose only those things that are our natural selves, and thus it has become our way of life, automatically, instinctively.

And so you can begin in that. Your society is where we were some time ago, generations ago. This can serve you to recalibrate you, to give you that moment of pause, that moment of balance, to remember—to remember who you are, who the real you is—while you are playing the game of physical reality and taking on the clothing and personification of different masks, different faces, different agendas, different ideas. It always helps to remember who is really at the core of that experience, because that’s what it’s all about.

The experience of being yourself. That’s what your lives are all about. That’s the goal, the purpose, the mission, the function—is the experience of being who you are, your unique facet of the Infinite. And that’s all there is to it.

So take time to have a little more fun and to learn that being yourself is really the most fun thing you can be, and certainly the thing that actually ultimately requires the least effort of all.

We thank you for allowing us to reflect this idea to you this day of your time. And in return for the gift that you are giving our civilization in co-creating this communication, we ask: in what way may we now be of service to you?

QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSION

Question 1: Frequency Calibration and Cone Experimentation

Participant: Good day, Bashar. How are you?

Bashar: Perfect. And you?

Participant: That’s great. Well, I’m pretty great, I think. Um, I just wanted to see if you could recall—because I didn’t ask at the time—what my vibration was the last time I attended your session.

Bashar: Why dwell in the past?

Participant: I’m just curious as a comparison, then to now.

Bashar: You will find that last time it was approximately what you would call 157,000 cycles per second. It is as we perceive it now approximately 163,000 cycles per second.

Participant: Okay. Now I want to, if I could very quickly go into four different altered states of consciousness, and if you could scan when I say the numbers 10, 12, 15, and 21 as I do this.

(Participant enters states)

Bashar: 10—134,000 cycles per second with augmentation. 12—154,000 cycles per second with augmentation. 13—183,000 cycles per second pure. 176,000 cycles per second with augmentation.

Participant: Did this give you any kind of calibration that you can utilize?

Bashar: Yes. I’m still continuing—no, you are not. It is over.

Participant: Okay, um, yes, yes, it does. I recently attended the Monroe Institute, and these are different levels of consciousness. And at the last one I went into, it was the one where I actually did get out of body.

Bashar: All right.

Participant: And I was just curious as to the comparison on that in terms of actual numbers.

Bashar: It will, of course, always be determined by circumstances at any given moment as they relate to you and you relate to them. Giving you just a pure reading will not always necessarily be absolutely indicative of the conditions nor descriptive of the specific conditions that may have existed at the time that you experience what you term your out-of-body.

Participant: Oh yeah, I know it was just a similar state. But I did use the cone that you told me to build. I had an engineering firm develop it, and what I actually made it out of was stainless steel, sheet metal, which angle 33 degrees, to a point of infinity.

Bashar: Nice.

Participant: Um, and I was just curious—I know you said I could use different materials. And when I ended up doing because of the type of experience I was doing where I was lying on my back, I put it on my heart chakra. And it seemed to be effective, but I was just curious if there were any other variations on this that you’d recommend.

Bashar: The idea for conductivity in general will be that especially for the heart region, you may find greater benefit for usage in the material of copper, and or layering of materials if you wish—copper, steel, silver, gold—and a variety of experimentations in that way. The stainless steel you have utilized will create an effect in that area, but that particular material is more conducive and more conductive toward what you would call third eye experimentation.

Participant: Okay. And um, what I actually got before I went to the Institute was when I woke up one morning and one other time that I got seemingly telepathically were two, two-page-long messages from you regarding Dawn. Did you recall doing that? Was I actually getting an accurate?

Bashar: You were getting accuracy, but it is not something that we initiated. It is something that you tapped into our basic frequency stream. We do not have to participate in that way as a personality construct for you to tap into our frequency collective consciousness stream. You simply then personalized it so that you could recognize what frequency you had tapped into.

Participant: And what about the advice that I got from that, even though the circumstances have changed and I haven’t followed all of it with regard to writing down your words from the last session when you were speaking to Dawn—is that still something that would be valid?

Bashar: To some degree, though we will perceive at this time that perhaps you understand about 75% of it. 75% of that information. In other words, not all of it has yet been translated into information that you understand. Some of it is still remaining in energy template form.

Participant: Okay. And how would you recommend that I understand or perceive the rest of it?

Bashar: You can use your own imagination in this, but we have already given you the clue of utilizing the stainless steel cone in the third eye area to help hone your precision in this area.

Participant: And the last time when you were talking to Dawn, there was reverse speech. And I was curious who that was directed at. Very clearly there was “Really Really Aloof Feelgood Again” and “Steve Nifty.” And I don’t know if there were any other messages, but I was wondering if you could clarify this and any of the meanings there.

Bashar: It is the idea of maintaining a certain form of detachment which will allow for greater clarification in helping you analyze and see the balance of all possible avenues that you could go into, which will then accelerate your frequency. Your interpretation is that, in a sense, a translation, an interpretation of that basic message.

Participant: But I mean, so was it directed at me or to—

Bashar: It is holographic, and different individuals will extract different understanding from it. Different individuals will hear different things.

Participant: So was it something that you as an entity, from what I’m perceiving directly, directly sent as a message to me?

Bashar: No. Again, we are constantly sending multitudinous holographic frequency vibrations that we know will be picked up upon by a variety of individuals depending on the frequency domain in which they exist. They will then extract from the holographic matrix of all possible messages the ones that we know will work best for them. In that sense it is intentional, but not specified on our part. It is not required that it be specified on our part because we know that your specific frequency will extract the specific portion of the overall messages that are there that you require.

In the same way, again by analogy, that when you tune your television device to a particular channel, we know that regardless of the fact that all the programs are available, you will only get the program specifically that you have tuned your channel to. So we do not have to intentionally send that one to you. It is there in the mix, and we know that your vibration will determine which one you get, and the one you get will be specifically designed for your frequency at that time. If you change your frequency, you will hear different words in the reverse speech holographic matrix.

Participant: And what about—is there any way like for Dawn that she can receive the correct information? You told her to listen to the tape over and over again, and I don’t believe that she’s actually done this.

Bashar: Then it will be up to her to decide when she will be willing to participate in that way. And that will be at this time the only thing that we could suggest.

Participant: Okay, I appreciate it. And do you have any other suggestions or advice?

Bashar: Follow your imagination. Okay. And the suggestion we have given each and every one of you this night of your time to take a day of reflection and determine who exactly you are will help fine-tune your actual frequency domain of who you need to be at any given moment, and that will help you more precisely tune in to whatever it is you need to know at any given moment. You must all begin to truly trust your abilities and your imagination more and more and more, and have faith that you are receiving at any given moment specifically what it is you need to receive, as long as you are clear that you are being, to the best of your ability, the best true you you can be, and that will be sufficient to give you what you need.

Participant: All right. Just one other thing. There’s a lady that was in my Monroe class with me, and we met each other on the bridge—which is the bridge to people that have passed on to the other side. I don’t know exactly what frequency that would be, but we met each other and someone was giving me a healing. I didn’t perceive her there, I perceived her there on the way back, but she actually saw me on the bridge just staring forward. And ever since that time we’ve had like some kind of a psychic bond where things will happen, and it seems unusual.

Bashar: You synchronized your frequencies to each other at that moment to give each other the kinds of reflections you need to allow you to know when you are fine-tuning in the appropriate way. Yes, you decided and agreed to help each other by being that reflection, by synchronizing your frequencies so that in creating those synchronicities, the same things would happen or similar things would happen at the same time in each of your lives even though you may not physically be together. That would give you the reflection to know that you have a handle on the appropriate frequencies to allow you to fine-tune yourselves in the way that you need to.

Participant: You understand? Uh, yes. But it also seems like, you know, mean things like waking up at 3:30 in the morning feeling really wired and unable to sleep. Is there any particular meaning or reason for that?

Bashar: What you would call the “wee hours” of your morning, especially around your 3 a.m., 3:30 a.m., 4 a.m. time frame, is a time of high psychic sensitivity for most of you in terms of your biological rhythms. Thus then you are more keenly tuned in to the etheric realms, and thus it is more likely that you would experience those kinds of psychic links at that time more often than any other. Which doesn’t mean you can’t experience them at another time, but that is a time of high psychic sensitivity. Therefore it may trigger your awareness of such synchronized connections in energy.

Participant: Is that true for remote viewing as well?

Bashar: Yes.

Participant: Because Joe McMoneagle, who was one of the original military remote viewers, basically just tried to knock what we were doing the way we were taught through Farsight, which I know is valid.

Bashar: But there are many paths. Each individual’s vibration will determine which path works best for them at any given moment based on the personality structure they have created themselves to be.

Participant: I agree with that. That is all that we will say at this time.

Bashar: Thank you.

Question 2: Spirituality, Kryon, and Ascension

Participant: Good day. Down the line really of what you have said—a time for reflection, day for reflection, and so forth—I want to bring up, and it’s just coincidental that this subject came up. Synchronistic, I guess so. And it’s the whole idea of spirituality.

Bashar: Spirituality? Yes. What about it?

Participant: Anyway, I’d like your comments on some observations here. One is there’s a really terrific channel from a person named Lee Carroll of Kryon. Kryon is an entity that we understand the concept. Okay. So he is of magnetic service to the Earth, and he’s out of the house of Michael the Archangel. We understand the concept. Okay. And anyway, he teaches right down the same line, the same truths. And I want to say that I really appreciate you all down through the years here of the truths that we’ve gotten from you.

Bashar: Remember that we are only reflecting what all of you know to be true. So these are your truths. These are the basic fundamental understandings and perspectives of existence. We are only reflecting what you all already know but simply have forgotten. That is all.

Participant: We thank you and all of you for being willing to allow such reflection to occur, and we thank you for the gift of allowing us to function as the mirror.

Bashar: Well, we appreciate that.

Participant: Okay, so do we. Yeah. Okay. Now then, would you like to go beyond this Mutual Admiration Society?

Bashar: Yes. Okay.

Participant: And I need your comments on—you not need my comments, but I will gladly give whatever comments I am inspired to give. Very good. Anyway, but you said in the past you like to hear statements that you could like to discuss, and I have a few that really come out of this entity Kryon.

Bashar: Make your statements, then.

Participant: Okay. Well, first of all, let me give you a comment that he is so much down the line of what you’ve said about the Eye of the Needle, and he says the same thing—get rid of your baggage and transform.

Bashar: Yes. Yeah, transform yourself and get on up there and ascend if you wish, if your intent.

Participant: Okay. Now that you have attracted yourself to reflections of synchronicity from more than one source and location, what does this mean for you?

Bashar: Well, I get a double truth.

Participant: No, you have the same one.

Participant: Okay. Well, okay. But you know, a lot of us, you know, we don’t see all these truths. We need to be reminded of what they are.

Bashar: And so you are reminding yourselves, in a sense, by attracting yourselves to circumstances and situations that are willing to act as reflective reminders for you. But remember, you are reminding yourself, or you would not be attracted to these interactions.

Participant: And amazingly, what he says similar to what you say—your really highest expression of yourself, it’s what he calls “The Sweet Spot.” He says that’s what you get there, and you’re in joy, ecstasy, and so forth.

Bashar: Because joy and ecstasy, in a sense, are the vibration of your natural self. Yes.

Participant: And anyway, and then he teaches the process of ascension. Yes. A lot. And one of the aspects is that you can go as far as you intend to go.

Bashar: Yes. And okay. Now, are we clear on this then?

Participant: Yes. Right.

Bashar: Oh, all right.

Participant: Now, will you make your statements? Yes. Okay. He says that on the—he calls it the 11/11, which is November 11, 1995.

Bashar: Let’s cease the history lesson. Let’s cease the personal biography. Make your statement.

Participant: Okay. It is that on two dates—11/11 and 12/12, which is the next year on December 12th—that between those dates the holders of the energy of the Earth were being phased out, and the energy is now in the hands of 144,000.

Bashar: Remember, 144,000 is an indication of the appropriate frequency domain that is representative of the crossing from third to fourth density reality. That’s what that means. It is not that it cannot be represented by a literal numerical count, but obviously it must go way beyond that because there are more than 144,000 people on your planet that must realize that they are all, in a sense, masters. So 144,000, rather than simply being relegated to only a certain select group of people, must more broadly be understood as a frequency domain that is representative of each and every one of you realizing and remembering that you are masters too. That is what that means.

Participant: But then on the 12/12, these 144,000 did take the energy of the Earth or whatever by that group or however it’s designated.

Bashar: It is a reflection of a step up, reflection of an acceleration, reflection of a squaring of the self, a geometric progression and amplification and magnification of the collective consciousness of your planet. That’s what the 12/12, 144,000 represents.

Participant: And that it was done at that time, and if anything has increased in numbers as more people have ascended and took over the energy of the Earth.

Bashar: Yes, in a sense—not “took over” but are willing now to reflect their own true energy.

Participant: Yes. And okay. And then at that time, these people had ascended at this time.

Bashar: Yes. For once the time has come, then that is the time it is. Do not speak of it as if it is in the past. It is now. It is now. And the more you own your own true energy, the more you realize that all things are now, and that’s what allows you to know that all things can be done because all things are already here.

Participant: Okay. There all on this stack of times or events. There are timings, yeah, but all is still now.

Bashar: Yeah, all is still now.

Participant: And then anybody can take this leaf or that leaf off of the spindle and enter the now of events.

Bashar: Well, let’s say that is sufficient.

Participant: Right. In earlier sequence or so to speak. Okay. And anyway, that energies of those of the people that all stop once.

Bashar: Again, the idea now simply is to answer the question. Okay, without relating the idea as a concordance or a history—what does this mean for you in practical terms, in terms of how you will now be different than you were before? Do not relate fact and history and timing. Answer the question: How are you, in realizing all this, in understanding all this, how are you as a being, as a person, different?

Participant: It gives me a vision of what the future of my ascension might be.

Bashar: All right. And how does that allow you to be different? How does it allow you to be—

Participant: Oh, a higher frequency. Meaning how do you feel different?

Bashar: Oh, more spiritual power. More spiritual power, more like yourself, which is the same thing. Right. All right, very good. Then use what works for you. Continue to use what works for you. Absorb and apply the information in any way, shape, or form your imagination understands it. But bring it down, would be our suggestion, to the, as you say, bottom line. And that is: how are you different than you were before? How do you want to be now? And that is really the main point of all of this information that you have shared.

Participant: Okay. Basically I’d like to know that I can reach higher realms.

Bashar: Well, don’t you know that?

Participant: No, you mean of what you said? Basically I would like to know that I can reach higher realms.

Bashar: Don’t you know that you can?

Participant: I guess I do.

Bashar: You guess? Yes.

Participant: I guess I know I can.

Bashar: Do you know? Do you know, really? Do you know?

Participant: Yes.

Bashar: All right. Then you know. So act like you know, and you will see it is so. That’s it. Act like you know. I don’t mean in the sense fool yourself—that’s not what we mean by act. I don’t mean pretend to act one way but underneath know that you believe—

Participant: You truly know it to be so. If you really know, be behave as if you know, and you will see it is so. But behavior is not just surface. Behavior runs deep. You must be true to yourself. And if at any time you find that you do not really truly believe you know, then be honest and find out why. Why you don’t really let yourself know that it is so. Why you don’t let yourself really know that what you say you want to be true is true or not true. Find out. Be honest. Self-assessment. But when you really know, then don’t guess—know that you know. Act like you know. You will see that it is so, because this is just a reflection. It’s just physics.

Participant: You follow? Yes, I appreciate very much your comments on concepts of the 11/11 and the 12/12. And I guess that’s about all I have.

Bashar: All right, sure.

Question 3: Flower Essences, Mushroom Essence, Hybrid Children

Participant: Good day, Bashar.

Bashar: Good day. Greetings and aloha.

Participant: Aloha. I have a few questions. I made the flower essences recently.

Bashar: All right. Did you have fun?

Participant: Yes, I’m very excited by them.

Bashar: Yes.

Participant: I have a question about—I wanted to make a mushroom essence, and I was wondering if it would work the same way.

Bashar: It will have a slightly different effect, but there will be some similar mechanisms involved in terms of how it will work. But it will connect into different, shall we say, areas of energy than the flower essences would. It will work on a different field—it will work on a more physiological field rather than an etheric field, so to speak. Even though it’s tapping into the etheric vibration, its effect will be more physiological than etheric. Does that make any sense to you in your language?

Participant: Yes, and it makes me think that maybe it wouldn’t be necessary so much to put it in the sun—maybe under a cone or a pyramid instead of putting it in the sun.

Bashar: You must experiment with this. We cannot tell you specifically which direction is better for you than another.

Participant: When I use a pendulum, I know I can make an effect on it. I will write the different choices on papers and roll them up and let the pendulum do it that way.

Bashar: It’s all right. Follow your intuition. But if at any moment you find yourself, in a sense, relying too heavily on the idea of devices as such, then take such things as the pendulum at that moment and throw them away.

Participant: Yeah, I don’t like to use the pendulum. I like to just know I’m doing it right and not have to wonder.

Bashar: Doing it right only means doing it in the way that is germane for you. It is not right in the sense of being measured against some empirical true background. It is only that you are doing it according to who you believe you are at any given moment. Then what is right for you in the next moment may be different, but as long as it is true to you, it is still right. You follow?

Participant: Yeah. So what comes in my imagination is right.

Bashar: What comes in your imagination, along with your sense of self-assessment that it is representative of the closest approximation to your true vibration, will be the thing to always follow. In other words, to put it succinctly as we have said many times: follow your highest excitement. Follow the vibration that makes you most excited. That’s the key. That’s the compass needle pointing directly to your magnetic north. The highest vibration of excitement—that which really gets you excited, that which seems the most creative and inspirational in any given moment, that which makes you tingle—act on that. That comes through your imagination before any other thought, and that will always know you are unerringly guiding yourself well.

Participant: That’s why I want to make the mushroom essence, because I love the effect that I get, but I would like to try doing it without the mushroom.

Bashar: Do so. Experiment. Do so. Very good.

Participant: What you get—I have another question about—I had a I woke up a couple weeks ago, maybe it’s 3 weeks now, and one side of my nose was really sore and swollen. And then I had a weird smell on my nose for a day or so.

Bashar: Weird smell—described and defined more specifically.

Participant: It’s a burnt sweet smell.

Bashar: Yes. This is typical of many encounters. Yes.

Participant: So yeah, because that stood out, you know. So what happened? What happened that night? What went on?

Bashar: I am not going to give you the details except to verify that you had an encounter with a certain race of beings that you already know well, and that this is one of the strong symptomologies that does remain with many individuals from time to time of being in their presence in their dimensional domain.

Participant: Okay. Now I have a couple questions about the hybrids. Yes. You told me that I could leave things that I made or gifts for my children in a remote place.

Bashar: Yes.

Participant: Is there any way they could leave something for me?

Bashar: This may be becoming possible, but this may be a little ahead of the overall agenda, though it is not impossible. If you wish, allow yourself again to pick a spot with nothing in it. That would be the kind of spot that you would feel would be best representative of the kind of place that they could leave something. Do not go into it with absolute expectation, but just pick the spot and let them know that that spot would work best. Then when the agenda is appropriate, they may be capable of leaving something for you there.

Participant: Now, I’m sort of confused about how much they would know about me. Like, they must have lives of their own.

Bashar: They do.

Participant: But then do they only feel my presence? They have a reason of their own to do it, or because I’m thinking about them?

Bashar: They always feel the general energy of the connection that exists between you, as any child and mother will. There will be times when it is more paramount and more in the forefront of their awareness and times when it is less, but they will always feel it because they are innately telepathic.

Participant: Do they know everything I know?

Bashar: No. But they feel everything you feel.

Participant: Okay, that’s clear. I think I asked you before but I don’t remember what you said—do they have books?

Bashar: Yes. There have been books that have been brought to them, mostly picture books from your planet.

Participant: So they don’t get stories?

Bashar: They get stories, but they do not have to read them. Remember, they are telepathic. That’s why I was wondering—do they just like look at a book, or do they know all the stories in the library?

Bashar: Not all, but again, when they focus upon the idea of a story book, they can glean the general essence of the story even if there are no pictures, because they can literally pull from the intention of the author because the vibration of the book is connected to the author, and they can simply understand the story. You follow?

Participant: Okay.

Bashar: You can all do this too. Many of you have forgotten that you can do this. But you will hear over and over again stories being recounted by many of your own species of simply placing a book under their pillow at night, sleeping on it, and waking up with all the knowledge they need from the book. This can be done. All you’re doing is identifying with the frequency, in a sense, of the intention of the story or the author or what have you, or anything that is intimately connected with the intention or essence of the book, and becoming that frequency. In becoming that frequency, you become the story, and you then know—in knowing who you are—what the story is intended to impart to you, at least in general essence if not always in specifics. Though sometimes specifics are also possible if necessary. Okay, does that help you?

Participant: Yes. Thank you very much.

Question 4: Frequency and Geometric Exploration

Participant: Good day.

Bashar: Oh, it certainly is. I’m very, very happy to be here again. In talking about this residence identification, I’ve been having really terrific lot of fun with that.

Bashar: Oh, right.

Participant: Say, could you please tell me how I’ve been—what my numerical cyclical frequency is when I’m having a super good time like this?

Bashar: It will depend upon the super good time you are having. How about right now?

Participant: Right now.

Bashar: Approximately 183.

Participant: Okay. I am having a super good time. This thing about the book—

Bashar: Ooh, all right, all right.

Participant: The book under the pillow—I find such a turn-on. And I remember Edgar Cayce could do this. I can. I do this with geometric things and with mathematical things.

Bashar: Oh, okay. Well, I’ll begin. You see what happens when you ask a question you already know the answer to? Oh, why would you be capable?

Participant: I want to do it. I want to do it.

Bashar: When you doubt yourself, the vibration goes down.

Participant: I have no time to doubt myself anymore. Thank you.

Bashar: I’ve been reading a book called—and you will understand that when you all cease doubting yourselves, you will experience less time. Okay, so you can reverse that statement: I have no time to doubt myself, and when I stop doubting myself, I will experience things in no time at all.

Participant: Perfect. Perfect. The book that I’ve been enjoying recently—many of them, but one particular called “Descent of the Dove” talks of the gold and the silver ray. Yes. And it speaks of the sacredness of water, air, earth, and fire. And I remember talking about El-Alim.

Bashar: There we go. Al-Alim. You gave that to me once. What I came with—it’s sort of like a little puzzle that’s rolling around in my imagination. I’m having a—it’s teasing me, and I’m having fun with it.

Participant: Is it making noise rattling around?

Bashar: Not in that sense, but it’s piquing my curiosity.

Participant: Piquing it all. Yeah, it’s like I want to draw a diagram of this.

Bashar: Then go right ahead.

Participant: Okay, well, I’m trying to get some help from you too, please participate because I value you so much.

Bashar: Oh, flattery will get you absolutely nowhere with us.

Participant: It gets me everywhere with you, and I want you to help me with this because this is just too darn important.

Bashar: Flatter yourself and draw the diagram according to your imagination.

Participant: Okay, well, what I’m wanting—183—I’m going to draw this thing—193. Okay. I absolutely will. I must. I know I must. But what I want to ask about—I sense there’s a relationship between what I will then have when I’ve played with this a while and I’m picturing Kryon, the way he speaks of himself being a, I think, a 12-sided or some geometric entity. In that sense, that’s one representation and one relationship.

Bashar: Yes. Relationship. Okay.

Participant: It isn’t clear to me what this relationship is, but I know there is one. All right. Now question, please.

Bashar: Does it matter that it isn’t clear to you?

Participant: No, no, no. It’s great fun. It will be when it’s appropriate. I know.

Bashar: Okay. Okay, I love it. I love it.

(Frequency rises)

Participant: 218… 221… I like that even better. 223.

Bashar: Well, I’m looking for my idea. Oh, oh, oh—this thing about fragrance and smell.

Participant: Yes. There are times when I describe as a like an oily, some kind of an odor that seems to be in my nose rather than outside.

Bashar: Yes. Is that the same thing you were talking about with the young lady?

Participant: No.

Bashar: Okay. Would you be willing to discuss that?

Participant: No. Okay. Well, I will be back.

Bashar: Yes. Thank you.

Question 5: Restlessness, Irritability, and Creative Expression

Participant: Bashar, I have a few questions to ask you. Good day.

Bashar: Good day to you.

Participant: For quite a while I’ve had this overwhelming sense of eager anticipation of so much more being opened up and expanded.

Bashar: Then you are sensing more of yourself coming to the forefront. It’s really very exciting.

Participant: What I’ve been noticing lately however is that now I’m noticing more of a sense of restlessness—daytime, nighttime—and also becoming much more irritable.

Bashar: Irritable. All right. What is it you would like to be on about doing that you may not yet be doing? Expanding, you know, in what way do you feel you are in any way, shape, or form holding yourself back from expressing yourself as fully as you would like to?

Participant: Exactly. Well, I feel like I’m hitting a block wall.

Bashar: That’s only you. Yeah, it’s only you. And I understand not being willing to express yourself as fully as you know you can. So you have assumptions about why you should not do that, and those assumptions about why you should not do that are the wall that you are experiencing.

Participant: I see. So why do you have ideas as to why you should not be yourself?

Bashar: Well, that’s all the conditioning that I—

Participant: Well, so if you know it’s conditioning, then recondition yourself. Absolutely. Well, also, can you put a finger on it? Can you be specific about one thing that you would call an idea that is not you? For that will create great inertia to overcome. You, the real you, in a sense is inertialess, relatively speaking. Any inertia that makes you feel sluggish is the result of the containment of ideas that are not your true frequency, and thus they slow you down. Okay, so will it be molasses or mastery?

Participant: Well, let’s go for mastery.

Bashar: All right. Also, what can you—so you still have not yet named—

Participant: Right, you know, my mind is going blank at the moment.

Bashar: Let your mind go blank. I am. What do you feel is not you that you may be holding on to? Can you express it in those terms?

Participant: If your mind has gone blank—

Bashar: Probably just living within this professional realm, I feel like I should be more just creative.

Bashar: All right, well, there are no “shoulds.” Don’t judge yourself. But yes, the idea is that you recognize that you have the capacity to be much more creative, and yet you are placing conditions on yourself that will not necessarily allow you to express yourself that way because you think, “Well, if I do then this may happen or this won’t happen.” Or what you call in your recent language: “yada yada yada.” You follow?

Participant: Absolutely.

Bashar: All right. So this “yada yada yada”—find out what it specifically is. Don’t let it remain as “yada yada yada.” Don’t let it remain as a generalized static chatter. Find out specifically what is the statement, what is the phrase, what is the definition, what is the belief that seems more important to uphold than allowing yourself to express the full creativity you know you have at your disposal. Find out. And when you find out, when you name the thing, then you have power over the thing. And when you name the thing, it is dissolved. It is only the things you do not name that seem to have power over you—not that they really do—but when you name it, when you identify it, it is in that sense incapable of influencing you because you have named it. And thus you are equal to it, and when you are equal to it, you can decide whether or not you want to choose it consciously or not. Only when you allow it to remain in the unconscious, undifferentiated “yada yada yada” realm does it seem to have power over you because you haven’t identified it. When you identify it, it becomes transparent and no longer can in any way automatically and unconsciously influence you. You follow?

Participant: Absolutely. Does this help you?

Bashar: Absolutely.

Participant: Also, can you tell me about the family of light—the concept of the family of light?

Bashar: There are many ways to interpret that. The idea can be seen to be a recognition of the collective consciousness of your entire species. It can also be rendered down to specific psychic families that you may have bonded with over the course of many generations and incarnations. There are many ways to express that concept.

Participant: Right now I’m reading the book “Bringers of the Dawn,” the channelling of the Pleiadians, and their reference to the family of light.

Bashar: Yes. In that context, it is a reference to the best possible manifestation of yourselves—in other words, your highest selves, your future selves—being the beings of light that you are. And seeing that by being the beings of light that you are, then you are connected automatically to any other beings of the same frequency, and you recognize your familial connections to such.

Participant: I see. You follow? Absolutely. Does this help you?

Participant: Absolutely. Thank you very much.

Bashar: Thank you.

Question 6: Physical Symptoms, Self-Acceptance, and Dream Symbolism

Participant: Hi, good day.

Bashar: Boy, I can relate to everybody who’s talking tonight. It’s wonderful things that you’re telling them are really helping me too.

Participant: It is all about relationship. Yes.

Participant: I was wondering—I woke up early this morning and something had happened to my right eye. Did I have an interaction last night?

Bashar: No, at least not with what you are implying. You had an interaction with a portion of yourself that is now putting a certain kind of pressure within you to allow you to adjust your sights and adjust your vision in a new direction. This is you giving yourself a kind of creative pressure to move in a new direction and see things in a slightly different way from a new perspective.

Participant: Yes, that makes sense. Is that also why lately at night my stomach has been hurting a little bit?

Bashar: It is something that you are a little bit reluctant to digest, but you will smooth it out in time. Ask for assistance—it will always be given to you. And remember to simply relax into yourself rather than being upset by the difference in frequency.

Participant: Follow? Yes, yes. I started a new allergy treatment a few weeks ago, and I was wondering if you could tell me if it’s been helpful for my system.

Bashar: To some degree, but it may be to some degree accelerating the difference that is creating the upset. In other words, when you begin to recognize that allergy is symbolic of self-rejection on certain levels, but through specific symbology, then by attempting to alleviate it, you may at first go through a threshold where all of a sudden you notice even more clearly the difference you have created in your vibration from your ideal self, and that may be accelerating and accentuating the upset until such time as you learn to blend and merge with the ideal self vibration more and smooth out and reduce the idea that there is a difference.

All of the difficulties that most of you have come from the definition that you create within yourselves of there being a difference between your self and your true self. When there is no longer a difference in the frequency of your true self from yourself, then there will be no, in a sense, discord in your frequency because you will no longer be making a comparison that you believe comes up short. You follow?

Participant: Well, this is confusing to me.

Bashar: Good. This is a good beginning. Confuse yourself in many ways—will unlock you from presupposition and allow you a fresh start if you can use it that way.

Participant: Good, because I’ve been so confused lately.

Bashar: And use it to your positive benefit. Let go. Do not necessarily try to make sense, so that paradoxically the things that are you will then be able to lock in, and then sense will return. But it will be a more refined sense.

Participant: Yes. So is this about self-acceptance? So that you know, if when I look in the mirror I see things that I don’t feel are my highest self or my true self, just accepting that as how it is?

Bashar: Yes. Because again, if you do not accept yourself as you are, you cannot transform into all you can become. That’s the paradox. Even though there may be things that you know are representative of what you don’t prefer ideally to be, you must accept that where you are is where you are for a reason and use it in that way. And feel all the things that are there right now. Own them, value them, relish them, accept them, love them, because they are still you. And obviously it was important for you to be this you as a stepping stone to any other you you could be. So if you devalue this stepping stone, you remove your ability to step from this stone to the next one because you create a gap in the path. You follow? So you must value the stepping stone you are, or you cannot step off from it because you will not have allowed it to be substantial—through denying it existence.

Participant: Yes, yes, that’s a great way to look at it. Yes. Okay, does that—that helps a lot.

Participant: I just have one other question. I’ve been having wonderful dreams. All right. And I had a dream with my friends Gina and Doug the other night. And I was over at their house and they invited me in, and I realized that a room next to their studio had an addition that I didn’t know was there in real life. Yes. And when I told them in real life about the dream I had had the night before of this additional room in their house and how beautiful it was, yes, they were floored.

Bashar: Does the room only have a floor, no walls and ceiling?

Participant: No, no, no. They were really excited because this is a theme for them—both of them separately dream about finding new rooms in their houses or new spaces that they didn’t know.

Bashar: It’s all about the symbology of expansion. Yes. Oh, okay. And this is why you tapped into it, because it is the frequency you are exploring about expanding yourself and finding and discovering all the rooms that exist within you that heretofore have been shut off.

Participant: Yes, you follow? Yes. So what’s my connection with Gina and Doug?

Bashar: I just told you. Expanding. To be in a relation at this moment, you tapped into that frequency because you’re all of the vibration of expanding—the sense that what heretofore was compartmentalized and chambered and cut off within you, you are now willing to open the doors and find out that you’re bigger than you thought. You have more square footage than you imagined. And that you are willing to now explore these new rooms to see what is contained within them, or to see how they can allow you to express yourself more fully now that you have more elbow room to be yourself, more elbow room to express yourself creatively.

Participant: You follow? Yes, I do. Thank you so much, Bashar.

Bashar: Thank you.

Question 7: Dream of Craft, Expansion, and Healing

Participant: Hi, Bashar. Good day.

Bashar: Good day.

Participant: God, there’s like a lot going on.

Bashar: Yes. Yeah, man. Well, this is an intense time. In fact, at every moment, Infinity is going on.

Participant: Well, I guess I’m becoming a little more aware of that.

Bashar: I guess you are.

Participant: The first thing I wanted to ask you about is this wonderful dream I had.

Bashar: Wonderful dream.

Participant: Oh, it was so beautiful. It was just, and there was this feeling tone associated with it which was just exquisite.

Bashar: Yes. Can you replicate it?

Participant: Yeah. I was holding Jonathan in my arms, and he and I—it was like this amazing feeling state came over us, it was just exquisite. And we saw this craft come. I’ve never seen a craft before ever in a dream or anywhere that you know of that I know of, right? Can remember? Yes. And it was totally unlike anything I would have thought it would be. It was meaning—it didn’t really look quite physical. Yes. I’ve always heard of different like green and yellow lights, that kind of thing, red lights. It was all pastels—it was very intense colors of pastels.

Bashar: You are seeing the etheric template. Yes. If you wish to put it in practical terms, the ghost of the ship. Right, right. The template of the ship.

Participant: Well, other than the colors and not being quite physical, it was a regular saucer shape, but it had a sort of a meridian of light through the middle of it.

Bashar: Crafts are merkabas, yes, in that sense. You also saw the bones of the craft, so to speak.

Participant: So would this be a craft from which civilization—

Bashar: Okay, never mind.

Participant: The thing I wanted to ask you about also—it was a projection of serious consciousness.

Bashar: Ah, ah! And an interpretation in fourth density terminology and fifth density and sixth density terminology, but not third. Which is why I saw it in template form.

Bashar: Yes. Okay. Oh, that’s so exciting. Oh, thank you.

Participant: I wanted to—things are just happening so rapidly and there just what a surprise. Oh, it’s wonderful. And you know some of the time because Jonathan’s not sleeping, I get so exhausted and teary when I’m just spent because he’s not sleeping at all. But the minute I get a slight bit of rest and I start coming out from that, I just want more and more. It’s like I want to hold the world in my hands.

Bashar: You are finding a new timing and a new pacing within your ability to tap into your untapped reserves.

Participant: Yeah. And there was just sort of a synchronicity in terms of the last conversation that you had in terms of square footage. I have consistently had dreams where I move into larger spaces when I sort of move into higher frequencies in consciousness. And I’m manifesting it physically—I am moving into this massive square footage in this new home.

Bashar: Yes. And it just feels so perfect because you are beginning to allow it to be true that physical reality is nothing but another version of spiritual reality.

Participant: It’s feeling more like that. I mean, I’ve held that intellectually before, but now you’re experiencing it and thus you are able to see it reflected by physical reality, which is nothing but a reflection of what you know to be true.

Bashar: And in addition to that, as these energies accelerate, I’m application of that—yes.

Participant: Right. There are certain aspects of my life that I don’t feel are going to be coming with me.

Bashar: Of course not, because they belong to her.

Participant: Right. Not you. The who you are now is not her—which most of you would call your past self, but it is actually another person. You are not that person. Therefore the things that belong to her cannot belong to you, and they don’t need to be. So that it’s essentially sort of a passing through the eye.

Bashar: Yes. And you only take with you what will fit. Yes.

Participant: Yeah. I also wanted to just explore with you my research on Jonathan because I feel so alive and so impassioned, and there’s so many changes are happening. And I’ve always felt as though when I moved into this house and I sort of moved into this space which has been coming quite a long time, I blocked myself and it’s just begun to really flow that his healing is just going to be absolutely part of this.

Bashar: Yes. And it will accelerate.

Participant: Yes. It has—but my preference would be that it accelerate more quickly. I want—

Bashar: Are you creeping? Do not creep. What do you mean? You are allowing doubt to creep in to your frequency. You’re allowing, for lack of a better term, contamination in your last statement. Relax. You already see and already experience the beautiful acceleration that comes with being yourself in faith. You don’t have to sit there and go, “But I would rather.” You know all shall be as you know it is, but it will manifest on the meridian of physical reality’s timing. Relax. Be here now, and what needs to be here now will be here now. Relax.

Participant: So okay. When I relax—

Bashar: Relax. What happened to the joy? What happened to the wonder? Stay in the wonder, and all will be one. You understand? Stay in the wonder, and all will be one.

Participant: When I when I do the research on him, yes, am I essentially bringing myself down vibrationally?

Bashar: Depends on how you do it. But stay in the wonder of it, right? Not in the doubt.

Participant: Okay. One of the things I just wanted to run past you—

Bashar: How fast?

Participant: Well, kind of slowly, actually.

Bashar: Well, then you’re not running. Okay.

Participant: I want to run past you this idea. I was reading this paper this morning which I have had a copy of for years and years. I had ordered it—it’s a highly technical paper on melanin. Highly technical. Yes. And I was just glancing through it as I was going through files, and I got incredibly excited about the connection with Jonathan.

Bashar: Yes.

Participant: And tingling all over. And yeah, just—and it was very technologically tingling. Yes, yes. And I’m not—and what—and I don’t know how to address that in terms of—

Bashar: You will use what you understand until you understand more, or until you find out there may not be any more for you to understand. Use what you understand at any given moment to the best of your ability in your imagination. Use it to the best of your ability until you know more, or until you realize there is no more you need to know about them.

Participant: All right. Right now which is highly limited—

Bashar: I do not put that condition on it. You see, making comparison—highly limited—so what? If it is exactly what it needs to be, why insist that it is highly limited? You are making a comparison to some other idealized state that you think this is supposed to be. It is not supposed to be anything but what it is. So why say it’s highly limited? It’s what it is. Use it for what it is. Then it can become other things, but you do not have to judge it and limit it by saying it’s highly limited. You’re the one that’s limiting it by saying it’s highly limited. You follow?

Participant: I do.

Bashar: All right.

Participant: Then can I ask—

Bashar: I don’t know—can you?

Participant: Yes, I can.

Bashar: Right.

Participant: More limitation—

Participant: Yeah. If I were to simply apply a topical cream to his skin which contained melanin, would this be in any respect able to repair any melanin damage that may exist neurologically?

Bashar: There may need to be other carrier emollients mixed in with it.

Participant: Do you have any suggestions?

Bashar: Yes, I do.

Participant: May I have them?

Bashar: Yes, you may.

Participant: Right now?

Bashar: Yes. Don’t expect it to come in the usual channels.

Participant: What did you all already imagine when you first considered creating the concoction?

Bashar: The reason I imagined it is I saw that it’s available to purchase—yes, that there are topical creams containing melanin for skin sensitive and sun sensitive individuals, albinos, and whatever. Yes. That seemed to be now—the reason I’m limiting myself now partly is that I can project and see that when I read this technological paper rather than glancing through it, there may be some other way to address a systemic melanin problem. Right now I’m focusing on a neuromelanin issue.

Bashar: Oh, I see. I’ll wait. So I need to use my imagination about additional emollient which would help absorption.

Participant: And if you did that, what do you think—what do you imagine you would know while you’re thinking about it?

Bashar: May I remind you and all of you that one of our favorite things since contacting your civilization is to from time to time really mess with your minds. We find it has great benefits.

Participant: You’re having fun, aren’t you?

Bashar: Oh, yes, but with a purpose and with a reason, as may or may not soon be plain to you. In messing with your mind in this way, what is happening within you? What’s going on within you energetically, emotionally, mentally? What’s going on in this exchange?

Participant: I’m just feeling messed with. I’m—I’m messy. My thoughts are a mess. I don’t know what thought is.

Bashar: Yes, yes, yes. It’s a hot seat.

Participant: I see why. Is it a hot seat?

Bashar: I want to be done now.

Participant: Why? I thought this was important to you.

Bashar: It is extremely important.

Participant: Then why would you want to be done now?

Bashar: I don’t want to be done with it. I want to go through this. Okay, do you mean back to that Eye of the Needle again?

Participant: Eye of the Needle again. Yes. I’m here. I will make a fool out of myself for my son. I think this issue of melanin is important. It felt exciting to me. Yes. The thing that’s in front of me is to apply it topically.

Bashar: Yes. I will apply. I will play with what emollient might help. All right. Does that feel right? Does it feel like you to do so?

Participant: Yes, it does. Yes.

Bashar: Are you sure?

Participant: Positive.

Bashar: All right.

Participant: Anything else?

Bashar: One more little thing.

Participant: One more little thing and then I’m done.

Bashar: And then you’re done. Yes. We’ll see about that. No, this is like a—I can’t get in trouble for this.

Participant: We’ll see about that.

Bashar: I had a dream last night in which I remember telling a bunch of people to expect an earthquake within the next couple of months.

Participant: I see. And I wanted to know if there was any validity to that.

Bashar: Yes. Okay. I’m done now. No, you’re not. No, no. What do you do? And an earthquake—I what do things do in an earthquake? This is like a—isn’t it?

Participant: It’s not that it’s not going to be easy. They shake, and I hide.

Bashar: I didn’t ask you what you did in that sense. What do things do in an earthquake besides shake? Rattle, roll, shake, get messed up. And when they get messed up, then a new order can be seen, can be put back in a different order. Yes. You follow? So shake yourself up and look at this idea that you are excited about by allowing yourself to be messed up, rearrange, re-exchange, look at it from all different perspectives. Let it be shaken up until you can see it from all the ways you believe you can see it. And then find out through this process of rearrangement, reordering, what is left that is most representative of your desire, your imagination, your creativity, your joy. See what is left and apply that.

Also, in an earthquake, you slip and slide, and this is a clue to the idea of allowing the emollient to become more slippery and adding that which will allow it to be so.

Participant: Okay. What are some of the favorite things you have to put on your skin?

Bashar: Skin—slippery. I like beeswax.

Participant: Why?

Bashar: It just feels good.

Participant: It feels good. Really? Then get busy.

Participant: Okay. All right. I really love you.

Bashar: Our unconditional love to you as well.

Question 8: Unconditional Love and Relationship Advice

Participant: Thank you again, Bashar, for this co-creation. My unconditional love to you.

Bashar: All right. Our unconditional as well.

Participant: I was hoping maybe—hoping, hoping, hoping—maybe you might be able to help me out with some additional advice on my, at least what I attempt to give unconditional love to the person that I’m in love with, that being Dawn, who you have given advice to before. Yes. On how I can best help her within the limitations that she set upon herself.

Bashar: You are creating a contradiction even within your statement. If it is unconditional love, you will not see them in that way, and you will not expect that they must change.

Participant: Well, I am a human being and I’m doing my best. But this totally unconditional at this point seems a little bit beyond me. Maybe you could help.

Bashar: All right. A little bit beyond you—how far?

Participant: Not far. We’re within able to able to at times and not able to at others.

Bashar: I see. All right. That’s, of course, according to your choice at any given moment as to what you prefer to do. When you prefer to be unconditionally loving, which doesn’t mean that you cannot at the same time recognize what you do and don’t prefer and act accordingly. But when you choose to be unconditionally loving, why at those moments is that your choice? What is it about those moments that allows you to choose to be unconditionally loving and not at other moments?

Participant: Higher vibration.

Bashar: But why? What are your definitions? What are your reasons that make it seem appropriate to be unconditionally loving one moment and not the next? Can you name some of the definitions that you then employ that would make it seem for some reason to be your choice to be not unconditionally loving?

Participant: Because I feel like nothing’s being returned. So then why don’t you move on to someone who is willing to return it?

Bashar: In recognizing that another individual may not be exhibiting your preferential interactive modality, the unconditionally loving thing to do for them and yourself would be to move on and allow someone to come in who is willing to reflect that to you.

Participant: Okay, I appreciate your advice on that. Thank you.

Question 9: Tesseract, Cone Materialization, and Densities

Participant: And um, I also wondered when I went into the tesseract—completely different subject—went into the tesseract. I don’t know if I was using it correctly. I was getting third-hand information. Third-hand.

Bashar: Yeah. We are of the understanding that your species only has two. Okay, well, meaning that it was passed through three parties in terms of how this was to be done. And I think I went into it directly.

Bashar: Um, but how did you go into it?

Participant: I jumped into it.

Bashar: Yes. Well, just with a visualization?

Participant: Yes, well, and what I did—I was able to actually materialize a cone, but only in an energy form.

Bashar: That does not represent a lack of anything. Okay. But it didn’t seem to be—as a matter of fact, that was a copper cone that I was trying to materialize, and it’s funny you told me copper. But, but I did actually feel it in my hand, but when I came back out it wasn’t physical, it was energy. But it was because you haven’t made it yet.

Participant: Okay. But I mean, isn’t that—aren’t you supposed to be able to—

Bashar: It is no less spiritual to fashion it in whatever way you have at your disposal until such time as you may—underline may—be able to do an instantaneous physicalized material manifestation. That is not inherently better than fashioning something with your own hands, because fashioning something with your own hands may be the way that is most spiritually representative of the path you have chosen. Okay. Remember, just living your life to the best of your ability as a physical being is the most spiritual act you can do.

Participant: I’d say I’m doing that pretty well now.

Bashar: All right. But case in point, your assumption that it was supposed to physically materialize instead of the idea of fashioning it in some way, shape, or form being equally spiritual shows where there is still a difference in your mind.

Participant: Only because that was the way it was explained—that this was, you were supposed to be able to do this.

Bashar: I remind you: take the word “supposed” and strike it from your vocabulary. You follow? There is no “supposed to” except that you can choose to be who you are and decide what is true for you.

Participant: Oh, yeah. This was just what was told to—I understand what you’re saying.

Bashar: But we are reflecting back to you that most of you will get into trouble when you try to do what you are supposed to do instead of what you know works best for you according to your belief systems at any given moment that represent the path of least resistance. If it simply doesn’t manifest that way and you have given it your best attempt, then manifest it in whatever way is representative of the path of least resistance available to you at that moment until such time as you are a different person and it manifests in a different way reflective of the difference you have now created yourself to be. But one is not better than the other—it is just different.

Participant: Okay. And when I was at Monroe, there were things that I could not recall. I guess that would probably fall into the same philosophy—that if I’ve done the best I could, but was there any other reason that you’re aware of?

Bashar: No. Why? You simply have your own timing, and there will be certain things that will be unwrapped and unfolded and revealed to you according to your own agenda and your own plan in the appropriate time, and they will not serve you to be revealed any sooner.

Participant: Is there anything—any other tools that you can provide me that would help me further develop my psychic abilities?

Bashar: Any kind of empathic willingness will help. So like the thing with Phyllis that I was talking about before—yes, unconditional love will help. The willingness to be yourself will help. There are any number, a variety of methodologies and so-called tools that we can give and have given for the last 14 Earth years that we have been communicating with all of you. Pick any of them or none of them—it is up to you to decide what works best for you at any given moment, but the one you decide will work for you will work for you.

Participant: Well, like before you gave me the tone very specifically and that seemed to work very well. And I was just wondering if you had anything else specific.

Bashar: Already gave you a specific answer when I told you to make a copper cone.

Participant: Oh, okay. I appreciate it. And do you know—I know you talk a lot about densities. Do you know what the highest density I’ve experienced is? Can you scan me?

Bashar: You are transitional third-fourth, like everyone else on your planet.

Participant: Just so—in other words, I haven’t experienced fifth then at all?

Bashar: When you say “you,” that’s a relative term. You as an Earth personality structure are going through the transition of third to fourth density, of course, like all of you. You have all got portions, shall we say, of your consciousness that are on every density level simultaneously. But in terms of narrowing it down to the you you consider yourself to be as a personality structure, by definition the Earth human personality structure is experiencing third to fourth density transition. But yes, of course you exist on fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, ad infinitum as an overall being, as an overall infinite consciousness. But when you say “you,” we normally take that to mean the you you consider yourself to be as a personality construct on the Earth.

Participant: Do you know how many of us have to be resonating above 144,000 before our next evolutionary step is actually going to take place?

Bashar: Before the critical mass has already been achieved. Oh, it has been. Yes, it is. Now it is simply a matter of individual willingness to align with that accelerative flow by being yourself.

Participant: So that’s why I’m having all these experiences and it seems like other people are having them more—

Bashar: Symptomologies of having already crossed the threshold. Yes.

Participant: Okay. And just out of curiosity, if you could just measure one thing for me and tell me what, if anything, you sense or you perceive when I put up like an energy balloon and give me one second here and I’ll do it.

Bashar: One moment. One moment. No data at this time. It represents an unfolded package of information that you still need to go through some work on.

Participant: Okay. We will discuss this at another time. Okay. Thank you very much. Thank you for your co-creation.

Bashar: And you as well. Know number three.

Question 10: Empathic Experiences, Animal Connections, and Business Mastery

Participant: Yes. Thank you again. I had some really exciting experiences recently. For one thing, I was traveling with a friend of mine and I started talking about the Grays when we were sitting together, and she said that my face became very, very red. And I’m wondering about this.

Bashar: Frequency identification—is that what was going on there?

Participant: To some degree, yes. You were experiencing a shift in your frequency that allowed you to have a physiological effect of the dilation of your blood vessel system to represent the acceleration a little bit.

Participant: Yes. Okay. Thank you. I also was driving down a country road and I saw some cattle in a field, and there was one particular who was leaning over. Bashar, when I looked at that creature, I felt that that was my back. I felt that the animal and I were really one. Right. I could feel that animal’s back.

Bashar: Very good. You are moving along strongly in your empathic training and your resonance identification skills.

Participant: Oh, good. Okay. I’m starting to understand this. That feels—this is what is really going to transform personal business relationships on your planet—is understanding that just because you are clear and upfront about something doesn’t mean that it cannot still happen. Individuals on your planet have been taught that they have to abide by secrecy or else something won’t happen that they want to have happen. This is not true. And this is what we talked about recently: when you focus on the idea first and foremost that resolution is what you want rather than the specific methodology about how you would go about creating resolution. When resolution itself becomes the priority, then all parties will be able to create a win-win situation by discovering what methodology will work best for bringing about a resolution of some sort that serves everyone equally. That if you become focused on the idea that you have to gain through the use of some specific methodology and that someone else has to lose so you can win, then in a sense, so to speak, you have lost because you’re not allowing yourself the opportunity to discover all the ways that everyone could win, which will only act to enhance your ability to expand your winning in other directions that were invisible to you beforehand. Makes sense?

Participant: Oh, so much. So much. This is true business. This is true business mastery.

Bashar: Remember the fundamental idea behind all business is the concept, in a sense, of commodity supply and demand. You follow? When you begin to understand there will always be enough for everyone, business transactions will take on a very different quality on your planet. But if you move in the concept of lack—there’s not enough and I better scramble to get mine before they get mine, and while I’m at it I’ll take theirs too—you will always be experiencing a shortage of supply and you will always be demanding more and you will never have enough. And that’s where the greed comes in. But when you know there is always exactly perfectly enough for whoever is being who they need to be, then you will always be able to relax into the understanding that everyone can have what they really need. If the key point in all negotiation is resolution, the resolution will reveal what everyone needs and everyone will feel resolved, no matter what methodology is utilized, no matter what mechanism is employed. Does that make sense?

Participant: That has been and still is a profound understanding for me that I really thank you so much. This sharing with me to the level that it really needs to exist on, and that is as a true art.

Bashar: Oh, and that’s what I love about it. That’s what excites me. Yes. Oh, I love that. Does that help you?

Participant: Oh, of course. Okay. On to other business, then. Yes. Thank you.

Question 11: Rat Encounter, Death, and Transformation

Participant: I had this experience this week where I was walking a dog and suddenly he lunged into the bushes and pulled out like a young rat, and it was clearly mortally wounded and it had ants crawling on it. And I felt such compassion for this animal. Yes. And he was suffering. Yes. And so I stayed with him and I brushed the ants off of him and moved him onto the lawn. But I kept asking for assistance to help this animal pass. Yes. And he did finally. I mean, I put my hands around him too and like asked for energy to come through, and I didn’t know what I was doing though.

Bashar: Oh, yes you did. I did? Yes, you did. It just seemed like a rat is something that you wouldn’t take to the vet, you know.

Bashar: Well, you don’t necessarily have to, although you could. But that wasn’t really the point. No. You got the assistance. You helped it along. You showed your compassion and have earned many brownie points in Rat Heaven.

Participant: Oh, I did. I felt this rat with me like the rest of the day, and I was so touched by the whole experience. And I just thought it was strange that it had happened. Why? Why so strange?

Bashar: Oh, because of that idea of death. Because once again I was having an experience around death and transformation and being comfortable with any kind of transformation—making the transition comfortable, as you made it comfortable for the rat.

Participant: Yeah, it was really felt good to give that to him.

Bashar: Yes. And now you know how to give it to yourself. And the rat helped you with that. The rat took you through an exercise to help you get more used to making yourself comfortable in those kinds of transitions, even though at the time the transition may seem like the old you is dying and the new you is being born.

Participant: Oh yes, I’ve definitely been getting that about a smoother recognition and shifting of myself—doesn’t have to be such a jarring experience.

Bashar: It may be of assistance to you to explore the symbology of what you call the Year of the Rat in what you call your Asian astrological symbology, and see if that also gives you any additional insight into exactly what was going on in your attraction of this particular symbology.

Participant: Yeah, I have been meaning to do that. I will.

Participant: And also I was walking towards my car, I was up at my office, and I looked over and there was a cat on my car, but for a moment I thought it was a mountain lion. Yes. Scared me to death.

Bashar: Sometimes you all need to be scared to death.

Participant: I was that—like being afraid of my power?

Bashar: Yes. But now you are beginning to see that in more physical manifestation terms, in that you actually had the experience in physiological reality. You had the perception in your physiological reality rather than in what you heretofore have told us about your dreams and the large cats therein. Now you’re beginning to see that dream come forth and manifest in physical reality. You’re still a little bit scared of it actually appearing in physical reality, but that’s all right. You’ll get used to it. Make yourself comfortable. Take the lesson of the rat and the cat.
