There are existing within any certain block of information patterns that may represent patterns that may represent one’s ability in perceiving those patterns to draw conclusions to come to a certain perspective to perceive certain things within that block of information that other individuals who cannot perceive the same patterns may not arrive at.
May not come to the same conclusions of in any given block of information that represents some particular truth, some particular perspective within the holographic reality of all that is.
Each and every particular block of information will have patterns within it that individuals will:
- infer conclusions from
- perceive directions in.
The ability to perceive these patterns is always based on the individual’s assumptions, beliefs, upbringing, perspectives.
In other words, their mindset will determine whether they can perceive what patterns might be there.
An individual’s mindset is the way one has been trained to think and see things.
This can also create apparent patterns that might not be there except as subjectively, but may not be perceived by other people.
So, it is both directions.
A person might see conclusions from a block of information that he believes are simply obvious even if they are not obvious to everyone.
This is because certain individuals because of their mindset might simply not have the capability or the capacity to see those patterns at all.
This is really very common.
If you have a block, a string of numbers, you will find that it will usually be relatively difficult for most individuals in your society to look at that string of numbers and see any immediate relevant pattern.
However, you also know that there are individuals within your society who have a high degree of focus in certain ways that would allow them to instantaneously and immediately see the pattern within the string of numbers that the majority of individuals on your planet would have absolute difficulty in perceiving without much investigation.
But this kind of inability exists and is embedded throughout your day-to-day conversations.
All the information that comes to you about any particular given event, there will be in many of these blocks of information, patterns that will allow individuals to draw certain conclusions, to see certain avenues and certain paths of resolution or directions in which certain things may go that other individuals simply have not got a clue about because they simply do not have the mindset nor the capability to see such patterns.
Conversely, there will be blocks of information that individuals will read many patterns into that no one else will be capable of seeing. Simply what is being said is that in any given communication, this must always be taken into account that patterns exist only based upon really the perceptions of individuals.
Because any pattern, any kind of pattern, any path, any direction will exist within the overall holographic wholeness of all that is. But what portion of that you perceive will always be ultimately determined by exactly your mindset, your perspective at any given moment, which of course can change from moment to moment.
But simply remember to never assume that what you may not see at first that does not mean it is not there. And conversely that what you may see doesn’t mean that it is for anyone but you.
It is with these considerations first and foremost in any communication that will allow an individual to begin to truly investigate the depth of meaning and find some degree of commonality or understanding in any relevant communication that is undertaken. If these ideas of pattern recognition will first be realized as the subjective level that they are, then this attitude first, this perspective first will impose itself upon any such block of information and help individuals to realize the different degrees of patterns that can be perceived therein, or perhaps allow them to realize how it is possible that no pattern at all may be capable of being discerned by certain individuals whatsoever.
Pregnant Woman
Woman: I was here 2 months ago and you told me that I’d get pregnant in the spring.
I’m three months pregnant.
Bashar: I had nothing to do with that.
Can you tell me if it’s a boy or a girl?
Bashar: No, I will not.
Woman: Why not? I want to know how to decorate the room. I want to know how to um talk to this baby. What to call it?
Bashar: How about loved one?
I can give you a hint. What is important right now is that you learn to communicate to this spirit on an equal basis completely and not make the differentiation for right now.
Trust that the differentiation will be made when it is important to be made but that the initial setup time of how it is you learn to communicate with this soul will actually be better spent if you do not have a differentiation at this moment.
In that way, many things will and will not happen that will benefit this particular child.
Certain assumptions will not be brought into play that may in some senses actually limit the child and your relationship to it.
Because even though you may yourself not have an intention in any way, shape or form to place limitations upon the child or to be in any way, shape, or form, shall we say, discriminatory, you will find that in some ways because of your own upbringing and the fact that you’re simply immersed in the society that you’re immersed into, you may actually inadvertently transmit certain concepts to the child unwittingly that you don’t want to transmit by making such a differentiation at this early stage.
Bashar: Therefore, for now, communicate to the essence of the child’s intelligence. Rather than the idea of the differentiation that only really occurs in the physicalization process that isn’t yet completely finished anyway. And besides, there is always the possibility that it may be both and neither.
I mean even physically it may be both and neither.
I’m not saying this is what will occur. I am now only speaking generically just to illustrate a point.
If it is not what you would call physically specifically a boy and not what you call specifically physically a girl, what else would it be? When I say it could be both and neither.
It’s not a boy. Yes. And it’s not a girl. And it is both.physically.
Woman: The child could be hermaphroditic.
Bashar: It could exhibit both sexes. What would you do if it did?
Woman: I don’t know.
Bashar: That’s why I’m telling you if you simply treat the child now as an essence and an intelligence unto itself regardless of that kind of differentiation then even if such a thing were to occur which as we scan you seems relatively unlikely you would still then know how to talk to the child and you wouldn’t be as you say in your language thrown for a tizzy.
Because you would recognize the essence of the child no matter how it chose to express itself in physiological reality that may not necessarily be what you expect. So regardless of the outcome, the way to serve the child best at this time is to not make that differentiation in your communication with it.
Bashar: So when you really need to know how to decorate the room, you will know. But in that light and in that context, that doesn’t even then necessarily mean that you should go one particular way or another. Can there not be equality and balance even in that? Sure. Well, then you should in no way, shape, or form really have a problem decorating the room. Now, if you understand that principle—
Woman: is it safe for me to have amnio in 2 weeks because they recommend it because I’m over 35.
Bashar: I understood. You only making a point. I mean, they don’t say you have to, but—
What are the different feelings that represent the different you’s that you are being? There’s not part of you this and part of you that. I know what your people mean when they say that.
But sometimes this can actually fragment you when you think of yourself as a collection of parts. The way to allow yourself to be more holistic is to understand that each and every feeling is distinct and discreet and unto itself representative of an entirely whole you. And therefore when you know that it’s up to you to decide which whole you you prefer to be. Uh-huh. So, what are these different feelings?
Woman: Well, I feel like um if there was something wrong, I would still want to keep it, you know, so why go through with it? All right. And then the other part of me says—
Bashar: The other you says—
Woman: The other me says maybe I should find out because—
Bashar: Because you’re afraid of something. What are you afraid of?
Woman: That there might be something wrong—
Bashar: Well, now have you contradicted yourself?
Woman: Yeah.
Bashar: Well, why are you doing that? So, what’s the real truth? What’s the real honesty here? Do you really care if there is something that you would call wrong or do you not?
Woman: I do.
Bashar: All right. Thank you for your honesty. Now, now that you know that that really exists within you as a belief, whether it is empirically true or not that you have to believe this is not the point. That you believe it is the point. So in accordance with the belief you honestly now know you have, what would you do as an action that would flow in accordance to your strongest belief that would be an action to allow you to feel most comfortable?
Woman: I don’t know. I can’t answer that.
Bashar: Yes, you can.
Woman: No, I can’t. It’s too complex.
Bashar: It’s not. No, it’s not.
Woman: It is.
Bashar: No, it’s not. Why do you want it to be this complex?
Woman: Well, because—
Bashar: Do you not want the responsibility? Is that what you’re afraid of, too?
Woman: That and also that my—
Bashar: Well, thank you for admitting it.
Woman: And my husband, I want him to be a part of it.
Bashar: Well, of course, you know, so it’s not it doesn’t really depend entirely upon what I think and say. That’s not what I said. I know you’re just asking about me. Yes. So if we are for the moment just talking about you, what do you want to do with regard to what you know you honestly feel? What would allow you to feel safe? What action would allow you to feel comfortable and safe with knowing one way or another that your child is all right?
Woman: I guess I would have to know. And meaning going through with it.
Bashar: All right. And do you feel that in any way, shape, or form this would actually damage you to do so?
Woman: Um, no.
Bashar: Do you feel that it in any way, shape, or form would actually damage the child to do so?
Woman: I don’t think so. A part of me says it can’t because um if I made a contract with this child and if we have that strong bond, then nothing will happen to it.
Bashar: Correct. Now, this isn’t over yet. You have not really arrived at a point where you have really made a decision or a conclusion. But what you have done is you have begun the process of opening certain doorways within yourself to consider certain things that will make it easier for you to see what the decision the correct decision for you and all your agreements will be. All right? So, relax. In the same way that we urged you to relax, to have the child to begin with, there is nothing different about this moment. It’s all part of the same idea and therefore in some senses can be addressed in a similar fashion. Relax and you will know what you need to know when you need to know it. It will become apparent to you if you are A honest about what you do feel and B willing to honor your beliefs and at the same time willing to allow your beliefs to change as long as they change in a way that you believe is natural and comfortable for you. You follow?
Woman: Yeah.
Bashar: And all of that will only come about if you will relax into the timing of the moment and trust that whatever is going on is there to help you understand what else needs to happen and what you need to do because this is an agreement. This is a family already. And therefore, you can, shall we say, solicit the information and the input of your husband, of the child, and simply take it all in and let yourself know that you always have the ability to process this information and that you will simply all of a sudden know what to do when you need to know it. If you will relax into your timing, you will find that the information will come when it needs to.
Woman: Well, after I have another question, quick one. After I conceived, I had a dream that I was in the hospital and there was this baby. Yes. And it had big eyes and it was like staring at me and it’s like this baby knew everything about me. Knew my soul and everything. Is that the actual child?
Bashar: Yes, it is.
Woman: Yes. And is it okay to keep drinking red raspberry tea? It’s supposed to be good for the uterus. And um why would you ask?
Bashar: Because at one point you told me to um I was drinking two cups a day and you said don’t drink two, just drink once. One. And are you?
Woman: Yes. But that was before you know I conceived. But I’m still drinking it every day. Can is it okay?
Bashar: One moment. At this time. This is not detrimental. Do as you wish.
Crop Circles Question
Man: I’ll start with crop circles. A man named Ruby thinks he knows the secret behind the crop circles.
he says that if you take um the pattern and lay it out and draw it or take a picture of it and put it uh on a spindle of some kind in the center and spin it nice at a certain frequency, then it creates certain patterns.
Bashar: Yes, it does. And this has been done by several individuals.
What you perceive as crop circles are only in a sense a 2D slice of a multi-dimensional object. And so these particular kinds of approaches are somewhat beneficial for being capable of understanding more of the actual structure embedded within what you do perceive which is only a shadow of the whole form. Yes. This is an appropriate direction and it will reveal more information and insight. Yes.
Man: He says but this is not the only thing that there is to it but it is one. Yes. He seems to think that these uh shapes when they’re spun um identify uh the way to build a ship. They’re instructions on how to build a ship.
Bashar: Some of them will exhibit more capacity to present that kind of information than others. But yes, since they are holographic in nature, by understanding how to view them more holographically, you will be able to find that certain individuals in the context that we have already spoken about in terms of being able to extract patterns from certain things will be capable of extracting those kinds of patterns from the holographic matrix they are creating when they approach it in that way. Yes.
Man: my brain thinks that if you had a small little drawing and spun it at frequency X and saw a certain pattern, guys, that if you expanded that drawing into a larger one and spun it at the same frequency, you would not see the pattern. You would have to change the frequency when you change the size.
Bashar: it depends on the pattern. Okay, you may find that there can be any number of variations of things that will occur. Either you may get simply again no matter how big you make the drawing the same pattern. You might get the same pattern repeated a number of times over and over and over again by making the drawing bigger. You may get a different pattern altogether. You may change the frequency and find something else again all together. Any number of things can happen but it depends upon the pattern.
Man: The reason my my point in bringing that up is I just wonder if it would uh be useful to pick to spin a drawing, get the frequency figured out or see the pattern, guys. And then translate that frequency into the full size crop circle and see what the frequency would be if you were to spin that full size.
Bashar: What an interesting and innovative suggestion. What’s your take on that?
Man: My take on that is that since you came up with it, why not give it a shot and see what happens?
Bashar: All right, we’re going to build a thousand foot life-size model. Let’s all get together here.
Man: Oh, all right. Okay, let me ask you this. All right, I’ll let you. Uh, I have been reading um some channeled material um from um a collective known as Michael. Are you familiar with that material to some degree? Um and it seems to be pretty interesting. It’s kind of complex. Um, and I just wondered uh if you could give me some I don’t know some value judgment.
Bashar: No, I will not on its accuracy. No, I will not. Okay. Take what works for you, leave what does not.
Man: Okay. That doesn’t mean anything with regard to its overall value.
Bashar: Just take what works for you and leave what does not.
Man: Okay. Um, that’s all for now. Thank you.
Bashar: Good day.
Segment 3: Cones and Geometry
Woman: You saw the cones through Daryl’s eyes.
Bashar: Understood.
Woman: Well, I want to know how I did like um in regards to their um shape and the proportion I got. Are they relatively well?
Bashar: So, the again the degree of precision will to a great degree enhance its efficacy.
Woman: Well, can you give me a percentage on the efficacy of what I have here?
Bashar: You have between all the three somewhere between about 57 and 63%.
Woman: Is any one of them better than the other one? You know, like which one whichever one I got right, I’d like to go further. um you know but I want to maybe make a a solid mold out of it and then—
Bashar: All right. Make something. All it takes is allowing yourself to understand that you have A the apex angle correct and B that it is as close as you can possibly make it truly round so that even if there is what you would call a seam there is no bending of the roundness. Yeah. So if you can move toward that A and B the correct apex angle and the roundness then you will find that it will then be very effective and only the difference in material and size would then make much more of a difference.
Woman: So sometimes I set them on a ball or something that’s round so I get them to be you know make sure the bottom edge is round. That’s probably what I’ll do.
Bashar: All right. But it must also maintain its roundness when being utilized for again it to be effective. Okay, I understand. If it goes out of round, it becomes ineffective. In the same way that if you have a radio device and it is not appropriately tuned to the station, you will get static. So the roundness is part of the tuning. The angle is part of the tuning. If it is off, it is out of tune. That is all there is to it. Allow yourself to investigate whatever methodology allows you to create and maintain the correct angle and degree of roundness that will allow it to be in tune. Any number of methods can be utilized. That is up to you. All you have to be concerned about so to speak is the end result in terms of its angle and roundness and of course material and size depending upon what you want it to do and how strongly you want it to do it.
Woman: See, that’s another thing is I’m not I’m really excited about making them and exploring the shapes, guys. But I understand that sometimes when you know what something’s supposed to do, it’ll work better, like the placebo effect. I’m not sure what exactly I want to do with them.
Bashar: Well, all right. You don’t necessarily have to to experiment and explore and see with the idea that even some initial rudimentary forms when you play around with them and open your imagination may reveal to you ways that you can use them and simply free form play and experimentation and exploration can sometimes reveal to you what they can do. If you use them on that level, you may find yourself becoming enlightened and inspired as to what kinds of applications can be done. When you then maybe have a stronger and more specific idea of which one of those applications interests you, then perhaps you can refine the cone to amplify that particular direction once you have used the basic and fundamental cones to even arrive at an understanding of which application is even an inspiration to you.
Woman: Okay, you know me pretty well or as much as you do from our interactions. Of the three there and the things that I like to do, would one of those be more um a good place to start than the others?
Bashar: Yes. The more pyramidal, the 78 degree apex. Yes. You know, I saw a cone connected to a solar dish. It looked like a large—I was driving down the street and I saw uh the cone and then I realized it looked like it was connected to a solar dish. Yes. Do you know what that is? I was surprised to see a cone actually being used for something, you know. Yes. Although in some senses, while there is some understanding of this, it may simply be that that is simply a design function for the idea of the receiving point in the focal point of the dish. At the same time, it will have been understood by some of the designers that the cone will amplify certain effects that other shapes will not. So yes, there is some crude understanding there that the cone is amplifying a certain effect, though they do not necessarily completely understand exactly how. Okay. But the combination of the focal dish and the cone with its apex exactly at the focal point is a good clue and a good hint to you as to how to amplify the cone’s ability to do what it does.
Woman: Well, I was wondering also because I set those on my crystal balls on my desk and I was wondering what the ball shape would have do in inside there as well.
Bashar: That will be a very different effect that we will not discuss at this time. We will let you explore this first, but it will have a lot to do with what the ball is made of. And of course, in that it might be made as natural crystal will be quite different than simply if you had a ball made out of rubber or wood.
Woman: Okay. I have a question about dolphins and geometry. Um I’m intrigued about um I don’t know, but I when I learn more about it or remember it, whatever about um geometry and music that’s like sort of calling me. And then I was wondering about the dolphins, how they use uh geometry or do they use geometry?
Bashar: Yes. They understand that in their vibrational patterns of what you call their sounds and so forth there is a lot to do with ratios and proportions that allow them to create certain chords, certain vibrations to do certain things. Sometimes you will actually see this in certain shapes that they’re capable of creating sonically within the water.
Woman: Okay. um my hybrid children um I’ve concentrated on five. Are there um like you told the lady the other night, you know, a certain amount that were like 50%? Five’s probably enough to think about, but I was just curious.
Bashar: All five exhibit more than 50%.
Woman: Okay. Well, that’s good place for me to start because that’s enough. Now, I told you those names, do they really have like all A names? Are they part of a lot of them?
Bashar: They do. Yes. Because again they represent the alpha generation and very specifically they identify very strongly with that concept and the vibration of your letter A is a vibration that they find a lot of affinity to.
Woman: So they don’t mind being called the names that I call them, you know.
Bashar: No, they do not mind.
Woman: Could you tell me since I’ve concentrated, you know, just just one thing at a time right now with um Violet um what her A name is.
Bashar: The idea is not always that they have A names. There are exceptions. Violet will do if that is the vibration that allows you to feel strongly connected. And at the very least, you can understand that the V is sort of an upside down.
Woman: Yeah, I thought of that. Well, it kind of just like was there more than something I thought about I liked.
Bashar: Well, the the A translation of Violet’s vibration is actually Amelia. Okay. But you don’t have to use that.
Woman: Yeah, it’s easy to go with what I’ve already come up with. So, why um did you um was it timing or what about Ruby’s birthday? Um when I asked you last time—
Bashar: No comment.
Woman: And I thought about um being uh abducted by the government and I decided it didn’t matter either way.
Bashar: All right. Because um all those possibilities are there and it is not as common as individuals might think though it has happened with individuals from time to time but we will not discuss that at this time.
Woman: It’s funny because I’m I don’t let most uh things that people worry about that could happen to them, you know, even cross my mind. But since I’m I’ve sort of found myself in this certain subgroup here, I don’t know, you know, it’s not it’s not really a biggie. But I just thought I’d let you know it doesn’t matter either way.
Bashar: I understand. No comment.
Woman: I love you.
Bashar: Our love to you as well. Thank you.
Segment 4: Phoenix UFO Sighting and Density Transition
Man: Good day, Bashar. This is the first time I’ve talked with you and I’m just delighted.
Bashar: All right. Once again, we thank you very much for the co-creation of this interaction and we will not in any way, shape, or form make a comment about the use of your word delighted at this time.
Man: Thank you. I wonder if you would comment on this UFO that flew over Phoenix on March the 12th that was seen by 10,000 people.
Bashar: Yes. And that is really nothing to comment on except that it is indicative of the fact that there is more and more and more openness and receptivity to the apparency and interaction and observation of such things. And that area in particular in its energy level is higher in its representation of the ability to have such interactions than some of the other areas on your planet. That is to some degree what was being shown at that time. That in that area is an energy that is more conducive in general to the kind of energy that needs to be existing on your planet for such interactions to be more commonplace. You follow?
Man: So it’s a part of your public indoctrination process.
Bashar: No, not ours. Part of your own.
Man: Part of ours because we can only take our reading off of the energy of readiness we perceive in your own society. So in a sense it is a reflection back to you of your own public readiness for such things. Not our program. Our program is ultimately yes to interact in joy and love and creativity. But we do not have an agenda per se that is not absolutely tied with your own agenda of readiness. We do not need to because you in that sense as a society call all the shots of timing that we need to have. So we don’t need to have a schedule.
Man: Makes sense. Uh yes. And uh just one more question please. How long would it take a person to go from third to fourth density?
Bashar: Depends on the person. It can happen instantaneously. It can take years and years and years and years and years and years. Depends on the person. There is nothing inherent about the transition process that determines the time frame. Only the person’s belief systems determine the time frame. Do you understand?
Man: Could it be done in one lifetime?
Bashar: Didn’t I just not say instantaneously? Yes. Well, is that not within one lifetime?
Man: How about me?
Bashar: What about you?
Man: Um, would I be faster than average?
Bashar: Average. Average faster than average. Well, I will give you this as a cryptic response. Yes, you can be faster than average until you ask the question and then you slow right down. Do you see the paradox?
Man: Yes, I do.
Bashar: Does that answer the question?
Man: Yes, it does. Thank you. Thank you so much.
Bashar: And to you as well. Number two.
Segment 5: Patterns, Imbalance, and Objectivity
Woman: Hi Bashar. And to you again, good day.
Bashar: Good day.
Woman: Um when you were talking about patterns. Yes. Um and I was thinking about um situations I might see where I perceive an imbalance. Gotcha. And I determine that that perspective is valid. Yes.
Bashar: How do you use that energy? Um I mean again the idea first and foremost is to understand that in every situation not that there cannot be a high degree of congruity between your conclusion and what is actually being given off but in every situation first understand that what you’re perceiving no matter what it is must by definition simply be the result of the pattern you extract based on the pattern you impose. Again, that doesn’t mean that your pattern of imposition is not congruent with what is actually there. But if you begin with that, you will at first then give yourself the opportunity to figure out whether or not the degree of imposition is greater or not than the degree of congruity. Make sense?
Woman: Sort of. I’m getting there.
Bashar: No. In other words, to put it in simple terms, if you start with the assumption that everything you perceive must by definition be the result of patterns you first impose in order to be able to perceive it at all, then that will give you an opportunity to decide whether really it is completely subjective or whether there is any degree so to speak of objectivity to it at all or what degree.
Woman: Yeah. So is there a significant degree of objectivity?
Bashar: Are you asking me to be specific relative to what you are talking about specifically in your life or just in general?
Woman: Um, in my life.
Bashar: One moment. Let us say there is a 75 to 80% congruity in general with regard to the idea that the energy that allows such a pattern to be perceived is there. But there is about a 37 to 45% degree of congruity with regard to the absolute and ultimate interpretation of the energy that is 75 to 80% congruent. Did that make sense to you?
Woman: You know I have to think about this for a while.
Bashar: Um well I’ll put it another way. In other words, what we are saying is like unto the illustration that you may be 75 to 80% certain that there might be water present somewhere but that it perceives itself within you as a certain color or kind or temperature of water is only 37 to 45% congruent. Does that make sense? There is water. Yes, you’re right about the fact that there is a fluid or a medium there that allows for those other kinds of extrapolations to be made. If the water is not identified more strongly by the source itself, then certain conclusions are more likely to be drawn by those perceiving that the water is there. But the actual ultimate perception of what your conclusion is is actually only about 37 to 45% congruent in that the original reason for the water from the source is undifferentiated in the same way that you are making a differentiation. So in a sense there is some congruency but as you get more specific it becomes slightly less congruent. But we are not saying there is no basis for the idea because there is some degree of nebulousness within the creation of the original medium that you are perceiving correctly to be there.
Woman: Okay. So how do I change my perspective so that I in a positive way instead well this just goes back to the old formula. Once you know to what degree perhaps you are imposing the idea of specificity then it simply shall we say bespeaks the old questions of what are my belief systems, what are my definitions, what meaning am I imposing in here, what are really representative of the idea of clarity, what is representative of the idea of my own agenda, what is representative of my fears, what is representative of my joys, etc etc. Again it simply requires the old process of self-examining in regard to what are your definitions to begin with that would allow for that particular direction or conclusion or imposition of pattern to be present. That just goes back to the old formula.
Woman: So there is a way to explore it where sort of loose enough for me that I wouldn’t necessarily be concerned.
Bashar: Yes, it has to do again with the idea of understanding who you yourself are in your true definition of self and how far off from your true self are the definitions that you believe need to be in place that may not necessarily need to be there.
Woman: Yeah. Well, actually I can understand that a lot better. So it invokes the idea of self congruity as well. So an idea of apparent incongruity outside is a reflection of an opportunity to get in touch with what degree of incongruity may exist within you with regard to or relative to your own definitions as opposed to the definition of your true self and what is really really germane for being who you are as opposed to what is really germane for what you think you need to do to express that. Right? Make sense?
Woman: Yeah, that makes sense.
Bashar: So one more second. All right.
Woman: Oh, Ty is up. Um, so my in loosening up my perspective, I can sort of not be in a fear space. Yes. And just by giving myself the reflection that I had already decided I was going to give anyway. Um, regardless of whether or not I get that from physical reality, then you know that as long as you are congruous with your own truth, as best as you can define it, then situations and circumstances will either revolve around that to become congruent to it in the fashion that they already are in, or new circumstances and situations that are more congruent with your truth will begin to manifest in a different direction. Perhaps or not, but nevertheless, it won’t matter because it will still be congruent with your truth.
Woman: Yeah, I can see that.
Bashar: Does that help you?
Woman: Yeah, that helps me a lot.
Bashar: All right. Thank you.
Woman: Thank you for being congruent with this conversation.
Segment 6: Meditation Experience and Hybrid Dream
Man: Good day. Hello, Bashar. Um, I had a really fun experience at a party last week where—
Bashar: All right. We understand that that is primarily what parties are for. Well, therefore, that is a good congruency as well.
Man: Yes. Well, it’s not always that way for me. I’m kind of antisocial and really like parties.
Bashar: All right, one moment. Would everyone please leave the room? Just joking.
Man: Oh, obviously you’re not completely antisocial.
Bashar: No, no. I just tend to feel uncomfortable in general at parties.
Bashar: All right. Well, you don’t tend to. You choose to, but that’s all right.
Man: Choose to sometimes. All right. Um, this party was different. All right. There was a woman who led the group of about 11 people in a three-hour meditation. All right. And in the beginning of it, she called in some Pleiadian light workers. That’s what she called them. And they worked on our brains on our heads and our nervous system. Yes. And I felt all these wonderful sensations. And I really sensed a lot of beings around us. And I um I sensed a lot through the rest of the meditation. And I was wondering if you could um shed some light on what they were doing with my system or my body that helped me open and receive so much better or so much more clearly.
Bashar: They were not doing anything per se other than letting you know that you could be comfortable in this situation by simply opening up to being more of yourself that would then let energies come through that are always available to all of you. That’s all they really needed to do was to help you allow yourself to become more comfortable with being yourself because in any degree of what you would call antisocialness, it is really discomfort with yourself in that sense. Not that you have to mingle with this person or that person that may not be representative of your frequency. But the idea in general of antisocialness has to do with discomfort with certain portions or ideas of yourself. And so in that they urged you to simply relax and be more comfortable with you than you were more capable of perceiving energies that are always accessible by any of you at any time since you are always being flooded with those energies and always being given assistance and always surrounded by individuals willing to help you. But the idea is that you have to do it and in this case you simply decided that that would be okay. You trusted yourself and so in that sense you trusted what they had to give you and therefore you gave it to yourself. I see. You follow.
Man: So you were the party. You decided to be the party and in that sense literally to be the life of the party. You follow?
Man: Yes. Yes. Thank you. It was a great experience.
Bashar: Well, all of you are. That is what we are telling each and every one of you over and over and over again. Each and every one of you is a great experience.
Man: Yeah, that is really my desire and I’m focusing on it more and more to be open to be who I truly am. Thank you.
Bashar: That is what will make all the difference in the world and the universe. That’s beautiful. That’s just the way it is. It was designed to be that way. It is beautiful.
Man: Yeah. Um I I talked to you a few months ago about a dream I had with April and I Yes. at the beach and we were talking with this being who I described to you as Roly Poly. Yes. And I met someone recently in my life who does network chiropractic with me and has helped me tremendously. Oh, what? And I think he’s that being that was in that dream.
Bashar: There is an aspect connected to this. Yes. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. Yes.
Man: Because I just recognized him. I said, “Oh, this is the roly poly guy.”
Bashar: In some senses, yes, there is more than that, but for now, that is congruous enough.
Man: Okay. Okay. Um, the last thing I wanted to bring up was I had a dream. I’ve had a lot of dreams lately, but one that I remember only a snippet of last night.
Bashar: Remember, you’re having one right now. Yes. All right. So, with that in mind, keep going.
Man: Okay. I dreamt that it was a hybrid dream, an interaction between a baby and their mother, but it wasn’t me being a human looking at a hybrid. It was me being a baby looking at a mother. Yes. And it really um I I don’t know what to make of it. I don’t remember anything else but just thinking, wow, are there more of me? Is this just another experiencing another part of me experiencing another—
Bashar: Yes, it is that. And at the same time recognize that there is a high degree of telepathic connection between the babies and the mothers. And in that sense, you will find as the barriers drop and you become more of yourself, you’re going to be able to literally see through their eyes with telepathic empathy.
Man: Oh, okay. Okay. That was fun. I like that.
Bashar: All right. Does that help you?
Man: That helps a lot. Thank you, Bashar.
Bashar: Thank you. Number two.
Segment 7: Music and Healing Frequencies
Man: Hello, Bashar. Good day. I wanted to ask you about uh music, especially music for healing, the frequencies involved, and whether um in the listener the music is always subjective or whether there’s something absolute uh universal in the frequency—
Bashar: Not so much an absolute but there is a general consensus to certain vibrations in that you’ve all agreed to play the game of physical reality and to abide by the understanding that certain frequencies in the overall physical matrix are representative of more alignment and certain frequencies are representative of less alignment. So in that sense there is a general consensus even though in the sense of the ultimate creation of existence it may not really be an absolute. You follow me?
Man: Mhm.
Bashar: So in general, yes, those pieces that exhibit, whether they be in your terms classic or modern, doesn’t matter. Those pieces that exhibit again what you would call more often than not those chords that are representative in frequency ratio of golden proportions, sacred geometry and so forth will be the ones that in general will be the most healing. You understand? Many of the classic composers understood this. Many contemporary composers on your planet also understand this. The idea really in general is that when an individual allows themselves to relax into a state that is generally representative of when they feel like themselves the most, they will begin to automatically resonate toward or magnetize themselves toward pieces of music that are representative of their ability to go even further in that direction of being their true natural rest. Healthy self. Yes.
Man: Uh do you think that there is something inherent about particular tones of the scale for instance C or G that have their own particular character?
Bashar: Yes. Again, because of the overall underlying agreement for how the physical reality structure is aligned, then certain tones and certain chords, certain harmonics do represent a tap into some of the more fundamental and broader-based aspects of the underlying template or matrix of physical reality.
Man: Yes, I see. Thank you.
Bashar: And that is why it is in some senses no accident that the idea of C also in your language bespeaks of broader vision to see and the note that you call C. There is no accident. Innately, intuitively, it was understood that these had to be called certain things to represent in a great way what they did in fact represent vibrationally. You follow?
Man: I do. Thank you. Does that help you?
Man: Yes. Thank you.
Bashar: Thank you. Good day.
Segment 8: Body as Crystalline Structure and Thought Manifestation
Man: Hi Bashar. Thank you for being here. Uh it’s some of the discussions it’s already had happened tonight have caused me to think some more on what I’ve been having a lot of fun with in the last couple weeks about in our scriptures it says something to the effect in the beginning was the word and the word was made flesh. Yes. And today I would paraphrase that or reword it and say that it seems more to me like in the beginning was the thought and the thought was made flesh.
Bashar: Well, in a sense, yes, it seems like but the word is representative of the idea that we just spoke of, right? That there is vibration and in the creation of certain resonant vibrations, there is densification and compartmentalization and structure and order to information, which is the same way as saying the word was made flesh. Right?
Man: But it seems like we are having fun and we’ve created these bodies for two purposes. One of them is mainly to bring our thoughts into reality literally as a device to help create and manifest in a third-dimensional reality. Yes. But secondly is literally to simply feel our thoughts literally a device where we do our become but those are two. And so my question is because you told us a long time ago that the body is basically a crystalline structure. Yeah. In a sense and yet also you told us that everything is always and only created in the now. Yes. But yet there’s the apparency of because to me it’s like life is about pattern holders. Everything in existence is simply pattern holdings in many different ways for different durations etc. for the experiences of our own selves. Yes. So and this body as I recognize we you don’t let us use the word tendencies but we choose to often times recreate or think thoughts over and over again because of the feelings. Yes, even when they’re negative, even when they’re painful. Yes, we have these tendencies and these choices.
Bashar: You can allow yourself to recognize there’s nothing incorrect about using the word tendency as long as you are clear that what it simply implies is that you continually intend, right?
Man: And but my question is so why why do we tend to to do this? I mean, it’s is it strictly because it’s as I sometimes feel it’s like we develop a taste for Mexican food. Sometimes I think we develop a taste for our emotional charges. Yes. From our thoughts and we just almost can’t stop doing them. It’s like overriding. Yes.
Bashar: Because you strongly identify with that particular frequency and because as we have explained again and as is obvious the nature as it has been set up of physical reality belief system experiences is that they are ingrained or if you wish have a tendency to be mutually exclusive. In other words, any particular belief system you focus on at any given moment will have a tendency in its built-in definition to exclude any other belief system or even the apparency of the ability to change to any other belief system. For if it didn’t come with that degree of focus, then it would be impossible for you to really experience that belief system as fully as you possibly could. So, we can only tune to one frequency at a time. And so, that is the so-called tendency. In that sense, the tendency is built in to the definition of experiencing yourself as physical reality because there is a tendency when you focus on one frequency to exclude all others and therefore forget that all others can be experienced. But that’s the nature of—
Man: So there really is no cellular memory.
Bashar: Oh yes, of course there is because again you create that to exist as an automatic structure so that you do not have to think every moment of the next intention. You imbue yourself. You take advantage of the frequency matrix, the momentum built into the frequency matrix and you translate that inertia into things such as DNA and cellular memory so that you don’t have to always remember that you are creating your reality. If you didn’t have that then you would always have to be totally aware in every single moment and you wouldn’t be able to experience the idea of physical reality in the way you do by forgetting.
Man: Okay. So we just we uh we take that basic design which holds the patterns of our of our design and creativity so that we don’t have to reinvent the wheel every time. But we also misuse it or use it to extremes by creating these emotional thoughts and ideas that often times will end up shortening our lives because—
Bashar: Well in a sense yes although that’s not necessarily a misuse since any experience to the overall soul is valid and simply another way of understanding how the matrix can be utilized. But I understand what you mean. Yeah. Sometimes it may not necessarily be congruent with the idea of flow and longevity if that is your preference. And so the idea would then to do things that are congruent with that idea or that preference and going against that would in some senses be considered quote unquote a misuse. But that’s really a very subjective term.
Man: So when a person for example has has a lot of excuse me a lot of anger inside and can’t seem to release it seems to be taking a long time to process this information—
Bashar: Um then there has simply been built up over time a great degree of inertia yes in the utilization of that matrix in that way.
Man: Is there I mean obviously there’s a lot of things in life every there’s so many different approaches to do this but is there is there one like for example as you know when I experiment with the chemicals that one thing they tend to do for me is literally release those imprints for those few hours appropriately create certain kinds of unlockings that can allow there to be a switch yes—
Bashar: Many individuals can use it that way although again individuals may also bring the inertia into that use and again quote unquote misuse it in the sense of misunderstand how it could be used to release them when in fact they then simply use it to reinforce the inertia they already bring to it. Very good. So now of course there are many other ways. It can be done in any number of ways. It can be done simply through the idea of the allowance of inspiration. Although some individuals will not necessarily believe that it can be done that way and will actually create crises in their life, accidents and such that will allow them to have abrupt changes that will in a sense force them to change abruptly and change their perspective. It is done in any number of clever and interesting ways by your people.
Man: Yeah. And I I noticed that the we have again a tendency to or an unwillingness like sometimes we’ll say well I’ll forgive but I’ll never forget which to me means really they’re really the same thing. You either do or you don’t. But we tend to have to maybe think that we can forgive on a certain level but we won’t forget. And we don’t realize that that not forgetting is the same thing as remembering constantly what that pain is.
Bashar: You do not always technically have to forget in order to forgive. But I understand the context in which you meant it. And on that energy level, yes, that is so.
Man: So we simply have to be honest with ourselves and recognize that if we are still feeling some pain, yes, we’re still choosing to hold that charge or that imprint in place because it doesn’t really matter what anyone else’s intention was, positive or negative. And it doesn’t take away the responsibility of their action. But as long as you continue to feel it, then yes, for your own reasons, you are holding on to the charge.
Bashar: That is all right. If that is the experience you want to have and you can learn from that experience and in that sense, pain in and of itself is a valid experience. And it isn’t better that you must not experience the pain. It can be a very, very valid and spiritual experience to choose to do so. But yes, you can also allow yourself to recognize that in many cases holding on to the pain is exactly what an individual may be doing when in fact they don’t necessarily have to and they may be only holding on to it because of their assumptions and definitions that allow them to have self-invalidation to the point where they do not necessarily believe that anything else can be done nor should be done.
Man: Okay. Thank you. And along that line then because you and I have talked before and I’m fascinated with the recognition that uh our DNA for example is not is literally not cast in stone that it is variable and that we we can or especially even our own scientists are recognizing that there are parts of the DNA that turn other parts on and off and that’s are is it correct in assuming that—
Bashar: And this is again once again why you are now finding as a reflection in your technology that you are now beginning to invent computer circuits that rewire themselves for different tasks. Okay, this is one reflection of the fact that you’re beginning to realize that you can rewire yourself at any given moment.
Man: So if we were to look at at at my DNA for example, whether it was a year ago, 20 years ago, or a week ago, because it is so long, it’s what is it six billion bits of information as far as we see it chemically encoded. Yes. Uh if we were to look at that six billion bits of information strewn out in a row and could read it, which we’re working on. Yes. If we could do that accurately, we will then see that there are very minute these switches etc that are turned off and on and we are recreating ourselves every moment.
Bashar: Yes, that is one way it will be understood. Of course there are individuals who understand that without having to do it that way but yes okay.
Man: Does that help you? But that yeah that’s great and so we’re really for example love then becoming loving choosing to be loving literally becomes its own reward and it literally allows the switches to fall to their more neutral positions.
Bashar: Let’s put it this way. Love is the most powerful lubricant there is. Yes. And in that sense therefore it allows you to become as slippery as possible and reconfigure yourself most effortlessly.
Man: And what is that then? Because that’s the way it seems to me that the drugs do for me. They return me back to what I call the natural state. Like somebody they give you a hint of what your natural vibration may be.
Bashar: They don’t do it for you, but I understand what you mean. But they are to some degree of a vibration that in having attracted yourself to them and in using them in the appropriate way may then be an amplification of a reflection of what you already knew was your more natural vibratory state. It’s not in that sense the drugs do it, right? They don’t take you to that state as much as they simply act as a reflection or a magnifier for the state that you originally attracted yourself to that tool to begin with.
Man: For they seem like they they open up the chakras and allow the energies to course through this body.
Bashar: Again, your natural state is that every valve is in balance and completely open so that love can function as the universal solvent that it is.
Man: And so when we come back down, when I come back down, what happens is I literally choose to recreate the normal mental patterns that I’ve been creating my whole life.
Bashar: Well, not the same ones exactly. No. Right. Because fortunately, there is some evolution and that’s what it’s all about. Well, that is the idea of unlocking and rearranging and then in a sense, yes, you have agreed to recrystallize, but recrystallize as a different person, right?
Man: So, somebody once said that when they were talking taking mescaline, they said something to the effect, now I know how Adam felt on the morning of creation. And it made me feel the same way. I realized that that’s a cool way to put it because or in other words, now we know how you feel before we have a chance to create our mental patterns that tend to lock out or help us obscure from seeing.
Bashar: It can allow you the opportunity to experience that core self. Yes. And again, no accident in the analogy of using the metaphor of the apple that you are looking to be your core self. Very good.
Man: I like that. Thank you.
Bashar: Thank you. Number two.
Segment 9: Earth’s Vibration and Either/Or Questions
Woman: Hi again, Bashar. Um to you good day again. Just I had this thought as someone else was speaking about um music and the vibration and stuff and I’ll just ask you the vibration and stuff. Yeah. Yeah. Do we respond to the vibration of the earth or does the earth respond to our vibration?
Bashar: You can still ask such a question in my presence.
Woman: Well, I haven’t been in your presence in so long. I’m rusty.
Bashar: So, I see you need some of that lubricant. Yeah. Oh, all right. Then I remind you it is not this or that. It is this and that. It is always both sides of the paradox.
Woman: Okay, that makes sense. Yes. What what made me think of that is that um back in the Renaissance era, the Yes. frequency of the tone C was different than today’s frequency. Yes. And I’m wondering if that but you saw things in a different way. Was that because the Earth’s vibration was a different frequency as well?
Bashar: Because all of yours was too, right? So that there’s a direct relationship. Yes. Now, do you have upon you a coin?
Woman: Let me see here. Of any kind? That’s stretching it for me to have a coin. Yeah. Not even a penny.
Bashar: I have one. Oh, all right. Use this coin from here on out forever more as a reminder to you that when you have an either-or question, it is always both heads and tails. Heads and tails. For if you don’t have heads and tails, you don’t have a coin to spend. Okay? So, I like use the coin when it comes up. The question of either or remember coin currency and mint yourself a new reality.
Woman: Very good. I love it. All right. Um on the Art Bell show, guys, he does a little um a little thing where he asks millions of his viewers to meditate on having the UFOs appear. Guys, does that have any effect?
Bashar: Yes. It makes us stuff our ears with cotton. Do you know we are joking?
Woman: Is that working? Is it working?
Bashar: Okay. Let me ask you this.
Woman: He did it two weeks before the big sighting in Phoenix. Was there any relationship?
Bashar: Yes. Okay. And he did it again. What was it last night or the night before? So, can we expect then something else?
Bashar: You can expect all you want. Can we not expect something and will that something happen anyway? Again, I give it to you this way. That particular sighting and others are reflective of the willingness to change your reality to be more conducive and literally more conductive of such interactions. Thus, any suggestion and any endeavor undertaken with that in mind will have an impact. Yes, because you are changing yourselves by doing so and thus then giving all of us those that wish to participate in this way more of an opportunity to reflect more of you back to yourself. So in that sense yes and if he can actually get millions of people to do that then will have a big impact. Yes. Okay. Now the idea of course is that the inspiration here is to also allow you and all of you to undertake similar things that open up the reality and not just leave it up to one person. You follow?
Woman: Yeah.
Bashar: Though one person does make a complete difference. The idea is that if you find that this idea invigorates and stimulates you, then do things in like fashion, even if it’s not exactly the same thing, do things in like fashion that allow you to express a similar kind of energy, then that will also have the same kind of impact.
Woman: Cool. Um, one other question here. Is the Mars probe going to land at Sidonia?
Bashar: No, it’s not going to land at your Sidonia region. There is another probe that will take what you would call photography of the Sidonia region. The probe is not scheduled to land in your Sidonia region, but this is easily found out by simply contacting those agencies.
Woman: Or are you suggesting that you would not believe them?
Bashar: Yes, I’m suggesting I would not believe them and that the July 4th landing is not going to occur and they’re going to delay it to the 20th and at the 20th it’ll be right over Sidonia and it’s going to land there.
Bashar: It will not land in Sidonia. But there will be calibration taken of the Sidonia region. But it will not in that sense land there. Because were that to happen then anyone with even a rudimentary access to a directional radio antenna would be able to calculate and triangulate that the signals are coming from the Sidonia region from the craft. Do you understand? They would know that the signals are coming from the Sidonia region. In other words, if the craft landed in that area, right, then people on your planet with access to certain radio telemetry equipment would be capable of triangulating and finding out that even though they may not necessarily be able to read or translate the coded signals, they will know the signals are coming from the craft and that it did land in Sidonia.
Woman: Oh, which they don’t want you to know. They don’t want us to know that right there.
Bashar: That they don’t want you to know. So they will not land the craft there because anyone would be able to tell that the craft was in the Sidonia region just from reading the direction of the signal.
Woman: And the Martians will allow the probe to get close enough to make photograph.
Bashar: In this case it would seem that this may be 80% likely. Yes. Whereas the other probes in that sense were stopped at this particular point. It may seem that in this particular case there may be an 80-85% likelihood, maybe even more that this one will go through. There may be some, shall we say, fine print in this agreement that may not necessarily allow for every single thing to happen that your scientists would want, but they may allow the overall event to proceed 80-85% likelihood. We will see. But as it stands now, it’s about 80-85%.
Woman: And is there a connection between Phoenix and Sidonia?
Bashar: Yes.
Woman: And can we expect something interesting to happen in Phoenix around the same time that the—
Bashar: Well, in some senses it already has for this is another aspect of the sighting that you are talking about in the sense of it being a kind of reciprocal response to your probe going to the Martian area and that probe going to your Arizona area. Oh, okay. Look at it that way and you may begin to understand some very interesting things that we are not allowed to reveal but you are. Okay. Does that help you?
Woman: Yeah, sure. Thank you.
Bashar: Thank you. Good day.
Segment 10: Mars, Moon, Pyramids, and Hybrids
Woman: I was thinking about you told us about the pyramids that were on Mars and on Earth and on the moon. Yes. And that they’re the different sizes in the pyramids are they like in the one to 1.618 ratio.
Bashar: Some of them will exhibit that in certain aspects. It is not exactly that they are the same structures but they will exhibit all the same basic ratios in their interrelated geometry. Yes.
Woman: Well then I was wondering about are the size of our planets the moon, the earth and Mars. Yes. Are they half and one quarter? Are they like seeds? What’s the bigger picture of this pattern that we’re being shown here?
Bashar: You are keying in intuitively to a certain idea and remember that the idea of the ancient Martian civilization when the planet was more inhabitable is that incarnationally many of you were there in that civilization and came from there to the earth incarnationally. The moon is used as a type of balance and/or regulator to help bring back into balance the cycles of history that go from the earth back to Mars and even beyond. But within your solar system, the moon is acting as a regulator between the two planets to help bring back some idea of the balance of ancient cycles that were perturbed long ago.
Woman: So it’s not just part of the pattern that all these threes because that’s kind of like a brought in thing.
Bashar: It is part of the pattern. There is an actual pattern that you are perceiving there. Though it is very multi-dimensional and means many things. But yes, there is a lot of things that are based on threes and those kinds of ratios inherent within the overall meaning of these connective energies and places and times. Yes.
Woman: The other thing I was curious about is that uh you know I know all these are like generalizations the grays the hybrid agenda. Yes. The I uh feel like I’ve been told that they are making the hybrid so they could extend their race. Yes, that is one reason. But then they’re giving them to us. That’s the part I’m not sure like does that mean they just want to live here—
Bashar: The idea is to recognize that as the hybrid symbolizes the blending of things together that each side unto itself does not fully express. Then the idea of the actual proximity of the living of the hybrids in the future with you also represents a balance and a blending that will have been achieved within your species as well in that you can then function side by side in the two representative forms of the blending and the balance that the hybridization symbolizes. Did that make sense to you?
Woman: Well, I’m wondering are the souls of the grays coming into the hybrids or is it some other kind of soul?
Bashar: Incarnationally, linear speaking, you could say so. Yes. Although again, every different thing is truly completely different. But as you mean it linearly, energetically, incarnationally, so to speak, for the purposes of this conversation, yes, mostly.
Woman: So, not humans are not human souls are not incarnated into the hybrids as well.
Bashar: Well, again, remember that a soul is not any one particular thing. But yes, in some contexts, what you would recognize as a humanly patterned soul energy may also allow itself the incarnation into hybridizational bodies. Yes. And so, and again, the idea is that some of the hybrids in the future do actually incarnationally represent an incarnational balance between the two species of the gray and the human. Okay. Does that help you?
Woman: Yeah. Is Ruby’s birthday in December?
Bashar: I said no comment.
Woman: Well, I know it’s that was then. This is now.
Bashar: Still now. No comment.
Woman: Okay. Thanks. Thank you.
Bashar: Good day.
Segment 11: Fear of Meditation and Facing the Self
Woman: Good day. Um, right now I’m facing one of my fears and facing your fear. Talking. Talking is in front of everyone.
Bashar: Well, in front of everyone. Oh, well, you’re not actually in front of everyone. You’re behind some. Yeah, some of them. Um, I have some questions. Yes. Um, about my meditation. Yes. Um I’m been I’ve been really sleepy every time I’m meditating and then I’m losing my interest in meditation because I’m feeling sleepy—
Bashar: Then why not meditate when you are not as tired?
Woman: I’ve tried that and I think there’s some kind of fear about what—
Bashar: What do you think you’re going to find in the meditation? Well, let me back up and ask you even an earlier question. Why do you meditate?
Woman: Um, relaxation and to find answers from guides or just energy flow—
Bashar: Relaxation and to find answers from guides or just energy flow or energy flow. All right. Now, out of those three answers, relaxation, answers from guides, and energy flow, is there something in your mind that is fearful about these things?
Woman: Well, that’s another question because um yes, that’s why I asked it. Yeah, I know. I want to have that energy. Um cuz I’ve been having these energies that come through me and um it’s pretty powerful back then when I was more into it.
Bashar: What do you fear will happen if you simply let it through all the way?
Woman: I mean, I don’t know because—
Bashar: Yes, you do. Yes, you do. Yes, you do. If you didn’t know, you wouldn’t be afraid. If you didn’t have some idea, you would have nothing to be afraid of. So the fact that you’re afraid means you do know. I think or at least you’re creating an idea that you think is true.
Woman: I think I’m afraid because I don’t believe in it.
Bashar: You think you are afraid because you don’t believe in it. What does that mean?
Woman: Skeptic about it.
Bashar: Well, so then why would you be afraid of it? Being skeptical wouldn’t necessarily mean that you’re afraid of it. It would simply mean that you would probably ignore it or be non about it.
Woman: That’s maybe what I’m doing is ignoring it. That’s why I feel sleepy.
Bashar: Yes. But don’t get ahead of the conversation. You are not skeptical because if you were, you wouldn’t be afraid. However, you may be using skepticism as a cover for your fear. Do you understand the difference?
Woman: Yes.
Bashar: So, you may be acting skeptically because you are unwilling to face the definition that you have within you that allows you to be afraid of this experience. You follow? I’ll tell you this. It does not matter whether it is actually coming from outside you or not. It does not matter because the only way you can have the actual experience is to create the experience with your own and from your own energy anyway. So even if there were another being in some way, shape or form suggesting that you could do this, it wouldn’t matter because only if you accept that you can do it will you do it. And when you accept it, you won’t actually be accepting their energy. You will only be agreeing to match their energy with your own. Do you understand?
Woman: Yes.
Bashar: You, all of you, you. Now, pay attention. Are you paying attention? Yes. All right. You are inviolate. Do you know what that word means?
Woman: What is it again?
Bashar: Inviolate. No. You are incapable of being violated. You are incapable of being entered. There is nowhere for anything to enter into because you are your own complete solid idea. You fill yourself up. There is no room for anything else to be in your space. Anything that happens in relation to another or what you perceive to be another only happens in relation to it, not actually from it or by it or of it, but only in relation to it. You are taking your solid energy that fills up all your space in which there’s no room for anything else to exist and you are changing the pattern of your energy to exhibit itself in a certain context relative to the relation you understand you can have with this other being and/or idea. So in that sense there is nothing to fear and it doesn’t matter if it really is really is someone else or not because it can only be you that expresses it.
This is exactly what is going on right here in front of you with regard to my relationship with the channel. I am not in the channel. I am not actually really even coming through the channel. In that sense, channel is a misnomer if you really think of it as a conduit. It’s more like the channel on your television set in that the channel is tuned to a frequency that is like unto the frequency I am choosing to operate on. And as such we are patterning ourselves simultaneously along a certain agreed upon wavelength to transmit a certain agreed upon block of information. I am not actually coming through the channel in the same way that the channel’s left hand cannot actually come through the channel’s right hand even though both hands are making the same motion. It’s only because they are in agreement to do it at the same time. So there is nothing that the right hand has to fear about the left hand taking over. You want to understand? Yes. Because it can only move in accordance with its agreement to the left hand and that’s all you’re doing. It’s always your energy. What you’re experiencing right now is in a sense a representation and a model of my thought patterns. Yes, this is how I think. Yes, this is how I perceive. Yes, in a sense, this is how I am. But what you’re seeing is a model of how I am made out of the channel’s energy. Like clay being molded, but only because the channel is willing to allow it to be molded by his willingness and intention to match my frequency. I’m not molding it. Do you understand? I’m not molding it. What you’re seeing is the channel’s willingness to be so in the moment with me that he allows the molding to take place instantaneously to match the frequency that he perceives I am giving off moment to moment to moment to moment fluidly theoretically. You follow? Yes.
Woman: Does this help illuminate the process and the mechanism a little more clearly for you so that you can understand that there really is nothing you need to be afraid about inherent in the process of what you’re experiencing?
Woman: I guess why I was afraid of it because um I had an experience about New Year’s and um I did go through that um energy and I had a lot of violent violence in me, a lot of crying, laughing. Yes. In my head.
Bashar: That’s a good thing.
Woman: I Yeah.
Bashar: And um because you’re getting things out of your system. You are getting in touch with the fact that you may have compartmentalizations and ideas that need to be integrated, smoothed out and blended. You’re owning and accepting the idea of the different experiences within yourself. That is part of the process of allowance. You cannot deny anything that exists within you in that way. You can only change what you own. And the more you expand, the more you grow, the more aware you become of the possibility of negativity. But you don’t have to choose it. Do you understand? So do not assume that just because you’re becoming more spiritual that that means you will actually have less cognizance of negativity. In fact, just the opposite. You’ll have more. You will have more cognizance of your potential to be as negative as you want to be as positive because as you expand, you expand in all directions.
So, while I choose in the recognition of my preference of congruency, the idea of what you classically would refer to as a more positive or constructive expression, I know that I have the equal potential within my vibration for what you would call the same degree of destructivity. Do you understand? But because I know that and because I allow it to be all right that I know that and I can even experience the feeling of that vibration. Because I allow that to be all right as an experience equally valid to the constructive side. Then it is left up to me to choose which I prefer to express. You see the difference? You cannot deny yourself and then express yourself in full spirituality. You have to accept and unconditionally love all of the ways you can be and all of the ways you really are in order to then be capable of having the freedom to choose the way you prefer to express yourself. Does that make sense?
Woman: Yeah. I think this is what I really needed to hear. Thank you. Because I was afraid of it.
Bashar: Yes, I know. Well, you’re afraid of yourself is what you’re saying because that’s all you’re feeling is your own power. And you’re simply afraid by your own definition that you can’t handle who you really are. But believe me, you can because that’s all you’re feeling is you. And all you have to decide is that you’re all right. No matter how that feeling comes through, even when you all of a sudden are put in touch with the fact that at a given moment, just to use this colloquialism, you may feel completely evil. That’s all right to feel that. That is a component of your totality. Then by knowing that that’s a component of your totality, you can say ah I still then am left free to choose how I prefer to express who I want to be. You see and then it’s easy because there is no charge on the idea of the so-called evil side. It’s just an equal choice like anything else because you allow it to be so. But when it’s an equal choice, then you are always left with the power to choose. It’s only when you deny that it is equal do you then make it appear to have more power than you do to choose because you are attempting to push a portion of yourself away that can only have nowhere to go and must by definition spring back even more strongly the stronger you push. Mhm. Because there is just as no place inside you for anything else but you, there is also no place outside you to push anything of you away because you fill it all up. So if you try to push a portion of yourself away to deny that’s not me, that’s not me, I don’t want that, there is nowhere for it to go but literally back in your face. Mhm. So as soon as you say yes, that’s me too, then it’s an even equal choice. Nothing has more ability, more power, more tendency to be manifested than anything else except what you intend. Make sense?
Woman: I Yeah, it does very much.
Bashar: Then meditate on that.
Woman: Yeah, cuz I just um recently did meditate for once again and um I did hear a voice in me that was thanking me to finally sit down again and guys and um and I got that energy once again and it’s all right.
Bashar: Very good. Then trust yourself and go with your own flow.
Woman: I will. Thank you.
Bashar: Thank you.
Segment 12: Going Home, Fear of Money, and Corporate America
Woman: Hi Bashar. And are you a good day? I want to ask you a question about patterns. About patterns in my life. Patterns. Yes. About two months ago, I went back to the town where I grew up and all of my relatives have passed away. All right. Moved out of state. Yes. The homes that I grew up in have all been torn down. Oh, all right. So, I thought that this was a very positive uh statement in moving on in my life.
Bashar: Oh, well, thank you. So, um anything is everything. And if you believe it is positive and give it positive meaning, then you can extract a positive result from that. Okay. You could also believe it’s negative and give it negative meaning, which of course will then mean you’ll extract a negative result from that.
Woman: Well, I saw it as being able to move forward in my life. Thank you. All right. Now, having said that, oh, having said that, yes, here it comes. What do you really believe?
Woman: Well, no, there’s a whole bunch of things I have to say now. All right. A bunch. For the past five years, I’ve made my living as a massage therapist, polarity healer. Yes. And about three weeks ago, I went into this fear mode of not having money. And I went back to corporate America. And I’ve been working in corporate America at a very stressful job. Oh, I see. And at the same time, maybe two days after I got the job, a whole new door to my life opened up. Yeah. Such as—And I’ve been having alien encounters for the past six or seven years that I’ve been aware of. And I’ve been keeping a journal. Oh, why? Someone that heard me speak on my experiences approached me and asked me to write a treatment letter to be submitted to a movie studio. Yes. All right. Which I did. Yes. And I had a meeting with someone at a studio who could really make this happen. You know, he has the connections. I understand what you mean by that. But remember that if it does, you’re also allowing it to happen. It’s not just one-sided. Yes. Watch the idea of the power balance. Okay. Now, I truly believe that this can happen because of the way it came to me and I know that grumbling about slipping back into—
Bashar: You don’t slip, you choose. Oh, yeah.
Woman: About choosing to go back into corporate America and why am I here when yes well this opportunity for change and moving into a new vibration has presented itself to me—
Bashar: Well what do you want to do?
Woman: I want to go with the new—
Bashar: Well then go. What do you want me to say about it? Again you have to be true to your beliefs. Therefore if you really find that some of your strongest beliefs are the fear about the idea of being supported then it would be truer to stay in corporate America as you say because you will be true to the idea that you may not necessarily be able to bring yourself the abundance you need without being there. If on the other hand you find that it is being true to yourself to not be there then you won’t need to be. But the idea is to be honest about what your strongest belief is so that you do not in a sense quote unquote lead yourself astray and strand yourself by thinking that you should have been capable of doing it without that, but that you actually don’t believe you are. And so it might be best to serve you to stay where you are until you believe you can do it without that. You understand the difference?
Woman: Yes, I do. But when you believe you really know that that’s not who you are, then by all means change because that’s the only thing then that will support you.
Woman: Well, I’m seeing that already because I have headaches and I’m stressed and I can’t do it anymore.
Bashar: Then in that sense, you are giving yourself the clue that you’re going against your grain. Yeah. Yes. So it simply remains as a question of is that enough to convince you or not?
Woman: Oh, I think it’s enough to convince me—
Bashar: Because then do you find just to test your answer if I may that you do have absolutely be honest you have absolutely no hesitation and no reservation that moving in the new direction will support you somehow even if you don’t know how.
Woman: I’m almost there.
Bashar: All right. Thank you for your honesty. That’s the test of believability. If you hesitate at all, then that means no. And to whatever degree you hesitate is the degree to which it will not occur until there is no hesitation. And doesn’t mean it has to occur that way. But it will occur some way that is representative of your truth and your joy. If you are willing to move in that direction with zero expectation that it has to happen the way you have it pictured or imagined it. Okay, you follow. You use that as a guide that that’s the energy you want to focus on in general, but you allow yourself to be open that it could actually pattern itself in some way that is even grander than you are capable of perceiving. That’s why you never want to hold on to the expectation that it’s got to happen this way with exactly this person saying exactly this thing exactly now because you may actually be limiting the way it actually could come to you. You use what is happening as a guide to let you know that you are in league with your highest joy, but you also allow your highest joy to pattern itself in the way that is actually representative of the level on which you actually could and are capable of functioning in your reality because you may not actually have an absolute concrete idea of exactly how grand you are. Yeah. So trust that your reality will show you. And when it does, I would strongly suggest you don’t argue with it and say, “Oh no, I can’t possibly handle that.” You never get more than you can really handle. Okay? Except that sometimes you use that as an opportunity to see that you may be denying a portion of yourself. Okay? That doesn’t mean you really can’t handle it. It just simply means that you’re willing to use a part of that energy in denial as opposed to acceptance. Okay. You follow?
Woman: Yes, I do.
Bashar: Does this help?
Woman: Yes, it does help. It gave me a little more support.
Bashar: You gave yourself the support. Okay. I simply sent you vibrations that you agreed were close to the vibrations of your preference and so in agreeing you gave yourself the support.
Woman: I thank you for doing so. Thank you very much.
Segment 13: Guilt, Incongruity, and Self-Assessment
Woman: Hi Bashar. And to you again, good day. Good day. Um on this idea of Yes. Um one thing I find I experience is that in situations where I don’t feel that I’m manifesting that um maybe only to a small degree but enough that I feel the incongruity. Yes. Um I what tend what I choose I guess is that I feel that difference and um yes I feel guilty that I’m not being at the level that I know that I can be.
Bashar: I understand but you are saying that you perceive a difference between what you are and what you perceive to be your idealized self in any given situation. To feel guilty is to add more difference. So right in that you’re perceiving the difference and that’s not what you prefer. Why would you want to add more difference by heaping guilt on top of the difference you perceive to be there instead of using the difference as a gauge to calibrate what would allow you to be more congruent with your preference? Why do you use it to create more difference as opposed to creating more similarity between you and your idealized self?
Woman: Because I question whether I perpetuate a situation.
Bashar: Of course you do. All of you do. You all perpetuate what you perceive of your situation, no matter what anyone else is doing. So that’s a given. You perpetuate your perception of the situation no matter what anyone else is doing. Have we not said this in so many terms? It doesn’t matter what another’s intention is. What you perceive is what you have created for yourself. And again, there is simply the bipolar testing of A is what I am perceiving truly not representative of my preference or B am I coloring it to make it appear so.
Woman: Yeah. And I see that. Yes.
Bashar: Well, once you have determined in that sense whatever it is, it still doesn’t take away from the fact that whatever it is you perceive is still your creation and you can decide what to do about that.
Woman: Yeah. I guess I go into some place where there boundaries, you know, like—
Bashar: Yes. And discerning what you’re doing. Yes. And discerning whether or not it’s what you want to do. Yeah. and well discerning whether or not it’s what you want to do. So the idea again is you can explore the idea as to whether or not what you are perceiving can in some way shape or form represent a shift to come into more congruency or you can simply shift yourself into circumstances that you feel are more congruent with who you prefer to be or you can spend time creating more difference. It’s up to you. Yeah. And the idea of following your excitement, I mean, I think that that can come up. Yes. But again, remember that if you do that without expectation, then the excitement will not necessarily have to manifest in any particular pattern. You won’t have to insist that it’s got to represent itself this way, right?
Woman: Yeah.
Bashar: And Okay. Just I think the concern is more of engaging in something negative. Engaging in something negative. Yeah. Can you be more specific about what you mean by that?
Woman: Well, I guess the whole idea of utilizing the energy that the higher energies that I experience in a way that would but with the intention of being of service. Yes. Well, so discerning that is what causes me concern sometimes. And that’s I think what’s I get stressed about that.
Bashar: I call but again the idea is that all you have to do is explore both within yourself and with anyone you are in communication with in any given situation to determine what is going on and to determine whether or not there are incongruencies and to determine what you would prefer to do that is more representative of your preference. Instead of the idea of not only noticing a difference, B making more of a difference by being guilty about noticing that there’s a difference and C worrying that you have been guilty about noticing that there was a difference which creates even more of a difference. And in that sense, you are worried about using your energy in a negative way. D. So now you actually are doing it in the way that you said you didn’t want to by A being guilty, being worried about being guilty and noticing that there’s a difference in that sense going on and feeling that somehow that is wrong and D worrying about spending your time that way which now reinforces that that’s exactly what you’re doing.
Woman: So and but that idea of sort of turning a blind—
Bashar: Oh, I didn’t say that. I said give up all of that. Give up all the guilt and simply assess in clear communication internally what you’re doing and why you are experiencing what you’re experiencing relative to your belief system and engage outwardly in communication to assess and determine what signals you are receiving and why or why not certain patterns may be being perceived in the way that they are and compare that to the idea of your own belief systems and see where there’s congruency and where there is not and where changes need to be made within you as regards to what it is you prefer in life to deal with. Make sense?
Woman: I think I can see that.
Bashar: Well, all right. Does that help you?
Woman: I’m working on it.
Bashar: All right. You are working on it. We trust that the pay is adequate for the work.
Woman: More than you can imagine.
Bashar: Oh, no. Not more than I can imagine. More than I can. Not necessarily, but equal too. And that’s the point. But it depends on your definition and whether it is congruent with others definitions. Yeah. And what definition serves you and what definitions don’t and whether you are the one coloring it to make it seem as if it doesn’t serve you or whether it truly does not. And then you can be in that sense deciding what does.
Woman: Well, it feels like it does.
Bashar: Then okay, I’m all right with it. Then look at whatever comes up as a discrepancy and allow yourself first to recognize what may be being imposed and what is actually there. Okay. Does that help?
Woman: Yeah, it helps a lot. Thank you. I love you.
Bashar: Our love to you as well endlessly eternally infinitely without reservation without hesitation for all of you at all times including number three.
Segment 14: Control Issues and Hidden Agendas
Man: Good day. Um my question is on patterns also. Patterns there seems to be a pattern developing here. Um I’ve been having well what I perceive as problems with control issues with other people. All right. Challenges. Challenges. Yes. Okay. Let’s remove the onus of it being a problem in the sense that a problem is difficult to solve and let’s look at it as a challenge and change the definition right there as something that potentially does have merit and benefit and can be learned from. Okay, so this challenge is control issues. Can you be more specific?
Man: Um yeah, it seems to be a pattern or at least a um a reoccurrence with different people.
Bashar: So in what sense again can you be somewhat more specific with an example at least in general terms?
Man: Sure. Um, money issues with my mother.
Bashar: Money issues with your mother. Right. Now, again, can you be a little bit more specific about what you mean by money issues with your mother?
Man: Um, can you describe in a sense a kind of scenario and/or example?
Man: Sure. Um, what is your approximate physiological Earth age?
Man: 30. All right. continue.
Man: Um, let’s see. Uh, it has to do with, um, her paying my health insurance, basically.
Bashar: Paying your health insurance. Yes. All right. And the—But that’s not really what I feel it is. Um, what do you feel it is? Or what are you implying that it may not be or may not being being presented as being that you may feel it is another thing? What are you saying?
Man: I’m not sure what I’m saying.
Bashar: Well, thank you. That’s clear. Um, would you like to get to the point?
Man: Yes. What’s the point?
Man: The point is that I’m having I’m not sure how to communicate with with her.
Bashar: What do you feel is happening?
Man: Um, what I feel is happening is there is not a truth is not being said. Um, truth is not being said. There’s hidden agendas maybe.
Bashar: Hidden agendas. All right. And I’m not sure if I want to be dealing with these anymore. And it seems to be with um many different people in my life also. All right. So, what you are saying is that you’re ready to give up your own hidden agendas. Okay. Yes. Do you understand how we mean that? Generally speaking, though it may not always be clear, when you experience the idea of the reflection of hidden agendas from other individuals, it is in fact on some level that there is within you a hidden agenda, which sometimes can only be the hidden agenda of being reluctant to make statements that are representative of your truth. Because reluctance to speak your truth is representative of a hidden agenda of manipulation. And so if you have a hidden agenda of manipulation by not letting people know who you actually are because you’re afraid of some reaction, then you have a manipulative hidden agenda that is being reflected back to you. Okay, you see the point?
Man: I do.
Bashar: Well, as soon as you give that up, then you are free in that sense from anyone else’s hidden agenda and circumstances can begin to be allowed by you to rearrange themselves to be more representative of the responsibility you are willing to take for yourself and your decisions about what is true for you.
Man: What if I’m not consciously aware of my hidden agendas?
Bashar: All right. Well, this is where the reality itself comes in because physical reality is nothing but a mirror. Okay? And so, the fact that you may be running into the idea of individuals with many hidden agendas should be seen in a sense by you as a reflection. Therefore, that makes you conscious of the fact that you have one too. I see. So, that’s how you know. Okay. Because physical reality, that’s what it’s there for. I understand. It’s that if you do have a belief system that is relatively unconscious, believe me, your physical reality will show you in no uncertain terms exactly what it is. It may not necessarily always be an exact one-to-one match in the sense that you’re doing precisely the same version as the other person’s reflection to you, but basically there is still a reflection there that there is some congruency and reflectivity to what they’re doing to what you’re doing somehow. You follow?
Man: Yes, I do.
Bashar: Even if only that you allow them to do it in your life which must bespeak somehow of hidden agendas on your part that you would want them to do that and allow them to do that when you know better for yourself. You follow?
Man: Yes.
Bashar: So that’s a hidden agenda. Not being yourself carries with it automatically by definition a hidden agenda. Okay. Make sense?
Man: Yes. Thank you.
Bashar: Does this help enough?
Man: Yeah. Well, yeah. And I’ve been trying to develop my more spiritual path. um meaning um well meditating you know yoga—
Bashar: Why is that more spiritual than simply—
Man: And also yes I’m sorry to interrupt but that’s all right well to help me get closer to what I you know understanding my beliefs—
Bashar: All right would you do me a favor?
Man: Yes oh thank you—
Bashar: This is going to be an interesting exercise okay we will have fun with this if you want okay all right you ready yes just checking name one thing one thing that you believe is not representative of being greedy. Being greedy. Why is that not being spiritual? Um, first of all, before you answer, are you certain of your answer? Are you relatively certain that your answer being greedy is the answer you want to give in this?
Man: It’s the first thing that came to my mind.
Bashar: All right. So what is the idea to you that being greedy is not spiritual?
Man: Um it implies evil for me.
Bashar: Implies evil. All right. Is that the bigger definition of being not spiritual? Evil. Okay. I I believe that’s the opposite. Sure. The opposite. Oh, I see. All right. Then in what way is being evil not being spiritual?
Man: Um I don’t believe I’d be on my higher path if I was evil.
Bashar: Are you saying that if you experienced or expressed what you would recognize as acts of evil that you would not necessarily be doing what you prefer? Is that what you’re saying?
Man: Yes.
Bashar: And by not doing what you prefer then you would not be expressing in your mind the idea of your best highest potential spiritual path. Is that what you’re saying?
Man: Yes.
Bashar: All right. That in a sense has truth. But what has that got to do with the idea of whether evil itself is a spiritual act or not just because it’s not what you prefer? You have really hit the nail on the head. If you will understand the whole context and the reason for this question, the idea you will see that unfolds from it is that in a sense true quote unquote evil, if there is such a thing, is not being yourself. Not the idea of any arbitrary label of what you deem to be evil or not, but simply that you recognize that a thing or an act or an expression is not you. And yet in that sense you do it intentionally, consciously. In some senses that is the closest you can come to being quote unquote non-spiritual. But even that doesn’t really get you there because there’s actually nothing that you can do, nothing that is not in some context capable of being understood in a spiritual way. You follow?
Man: Yes.
Bashar: So I’m really trying to understand who I truly am.
Bashar: Who you truly are is whatever are those things that feel like you that allow you to experience and express your highest joy, highest excitement, highest love unconditionally, creatively, all those things that is in a sense you in the sense of the holistic you. But everything is you. Everything is you. This is what we said earlier. Even the evil you is you. But the idea of what you typically on your planet call evil is mechanically segregational. It separates, compartmentalizes, limits in a sense. Thus, it is not representative of the holistic you, which is classically more representative of the real true you since the real you is all that is. You follow that?
Man: Yes.
Bashar: So, but that doesn’t mean that the evil you is not you. Doesn’t mean the evil you is not spiritual. Okay? It’s simply a recognition on your part that it is not a representative expression of your holistic understanding of being the closest approximation of your true all that is fullest self you prefer to be. Make sense?
Man: Yes.
Bashar: Does this help to unravel some of these definitional threads for you at all?
Man: Yes, it does. Does it allow you to feel more capable of expressing yourself and so dissolving your own hidden agenda to a greater degree in part?
Man: Yeah. Um why the other part would be um having other people accept it?
Bashar: Well, why is that important?
Man: Um well, let’s say—
Bashar: Oh, I see. Why?
Man: Because I need other people to do my job.
Bashar: Well, that may be so, but why do you assume that being yourself definitionally would actually attract individuals who would somehow counter the true you? Why would not the definition of your true self automatically include attracting yourself to other people and attracting other people to you who are in some way, shape or form congruent with your definition of your holistic self?
Man: I see. So, I’m not truly being myself.
Bashar: You are not truly being yourself if you believe in that sense so to speak that the definition of your true self would automatically inherently include something counterproductive—
Man: I think because then that’s its own definition in that moment that’s being your true self because that’s what you believe your true self is but it is not really representative of your ideal holistic self because the ideal holistic self would not contain a definition that there could any way shape or form be counterproductivity right okay doesn’t mean that you cannot attract individuals who see things differently sometimes even contrarily. But you being the holistic self and acting like you know you are the holistic self will never see that as an impediment. Will always see that as a reflection of how you can actually gain more insight into who you are holistically by using them as a positive and constructive reflection of sometimes what you know you are not. That’s how you use the opposite to know who you are.
Bashar: I’ll tell you a big secret.
Even though we already have said it is always both, the idea also is to understand. So, who is there that needs to accept you but you? There is nobody else but you. There’s not even me. There’s just you’re having this conversation with yourself.
Bashar: So, in that sense, energetically really there is no one else but you. And at the same time, there is everyone and all. But how you experience the everyone and all paradoxically has to do with truly understanding there is no one else but you. And when you understand it in the appropriate way, there will always be not coldness and callousness, but reverence and respect for the way that the all expresses itself as a reflection of the you that you are expressing itself as the all that is.
