The Foundation: Your Birthright

philosophy and practical day-to-day existence in our society, are not separate things. They have merged.

We have discovered ways in our past to understand that physical reality, the solid material reality that you see all around you apparently, is only the product of what you really truly believe it to be or what you firmly fear it might be.

For you see, it is your strongest belief, your strongest training that generates the realities you experience, whether consciously or unconsciously, does not really matter. It is created just the same.

For you to create the realities you desire on your planet, both philosophically and pragmatically, requires that you get in touch with the unconscious portion of yourself.

we do not necessarily mean every single little bit of it, for that would probably take more lifetimes than you have ever lived. But the idea is to be in touch with enough of it so that you are the conscious chooser and do not relegate very important things in your life to the unconscious mind that might be impregnated with fears and doubts that you no longer need in your life, that you no longer desire in your life.

The idea is to disassociate them from those doubts and fears, bring them into the light of your creative conscious choice, of your physical commandment, and to see them manifest as you desire them to manifest. And this is a very practical and pragmatic thing.

And that is why when we talk about these ideas today, the notion of the tools of change—1, 3, 5, and 7—not only are we discussing what for a long time on your planet has been called philosophy, but we are also demonstrating, illustrating how this notion of philosophy can be transformed into a very practical tool that when applied in your physical day-to-day existence can generate an actual physical response in line, in harmony with your greatest desires and wishes.

Nothing Withholds Your Desires

It is your birthright to have these desires fulfilled. Nothing, nothing, nothing keeps them from you. Nothing. There is in that sense no hidden intelligence within the mechanism of creation that decides to withhold from you the things you desire. The only thing that withholds those manifestations from you is yourself—because of your doubts, because of the fears you have been taught and brought up to believe in, because of your own hesitation to be the creator you were created by creation to be.

And so ideally, if you wish, these tools today are very precisely focused, very sharp. And when you apply them, you can begin to immediately see in your life the power that is you, the power reflected back to you through the use of this tool or trigger.

Now remember, remember the power is not in the tool. The power is with you. But the tool functions as a symbol, a symbol of allowance so that you may allow yourselves to release your creativity.

These tools are designed to tap what you call your unconscious and subconscious and your conscious selves so that you can allow creativity in your life to be effortless instead of a struggle. And if there is challenge, then you can allow with these tools the challenge to be exciting and educational and learn to see it from that perspective rather than assuming that there are barriers and obstacles and impediments in your life that are insurmountable.

All of these words were designed to reflect certain modes of thought, certain perspectives and states of mind and being. Now you are learning to redefine all of these ideas in ways that are more reflective and more representative of the reality you prefer to have to experience and to be.

The Foundation: Neutrality of Situations

Now, as we progress in the idea of examining these tools, of incorporating these tools into your daily existence, we would first like to lay a foundation that we have discussed as you say before, but which always, always is perhaps important for you to remember before you apply any tool.

And that is once again the idea that no situation has built-in meaning. That all circumstances and situations are basically neutral and devoid of meaning until you in your infinite creatorhood decide what meaning they ought to have. And then upon that decision, upon the assignment of a meaning to a neutral situation, you then and only from that point forward receive the effect that is reflective of the meaning you have assigned.

Because many of you when we talk about the idea of redefining your reality might somewhere in your consciousness say, “But doesn’t this actually mean this? And if this happens, doesn’t that mean that I’m doing something wrong?”

Not necessarily. For you see, many times the idea of getting a reality you don’t prefer is only the result of having automatically, subconsciously or unconsciously assigned a certain value to the situation and thus you expect only that that situation can deliver a particular kind of result.

All situations are truly designed by creation to be absolutely neutral, blank. They have no built-in meaning. When you in your co-creatorhood decide—consciously choose or unconsciously, but nonetheless choose—what meaning this situation might have for you, that assignment is what determines the effect you experience from the situation, whether positive or negative, preferential or non-preferential.

This may sound like a very simplified idea, but it is a very powerful key and will unlock what you call habits and all manner of situations that may on the surface seem to be repetitive negative scenarios.

For when you can stop yourself in the moment of assignment, when you are involved in the middle of a situation that happens in your life and you can stop yourself from assigning it an automatic meaning and then decide by conscious choice what meaning, positive or negative, you believe the situation ought to have and then assign it that meaning—then you will begin to actually see that what you previously extracted perhaps a non-preferred experience from can actually now deliver the very same situation on the surface can actually now deliver a preferential experience.

Each situation has the ability to give you both sides. They are neutral and you decide what to extract from them.

The Tool of One

Let us begin at the beginning with number one.

All of you take a deep breath and let it out and relax. Relax and enjoy. Enjoy yourselves. Enjoy where you are. Enjoy having chosen to do what you are doing right now. And allow yourselves to absorb on whatever level you are willing at whatever pace you are willing. There is no right way and there is no wrong way. Allow yourselves to absorb the beginning of the concept called one.

One, very simply put, one simply means—and we know many of you have heard this before, but we will say it differently—one simply means that there is only one thing in the universe. That the universe is only one thing. That all of the beings, all of the places, all of the times, all situations, all perspectives are all the same one consciousness, viewing itself, experiencing itself in all the different ways it possibly can.

You are all the eyes of God looking at itself from all points of view, seeing itself, creating itself, experiencing itself in every way possible to it. You are all one creation. We are one creation with you. We are all the dreams of God—all different forms of expression of what you may call God or creation or infinite universe or all that is. It does not matter what the label is because each and every time you come up with a new label, that is only God naming itself from a different point of view. They all mean the same. They are all referring to the same one consciousness.

The First Commandment Reinterpreted

And in actual fact, that is the original meaning of what you have colloquially termed the first commandment in one of your religions. That being by your own wording, “I am the Lord your God. Thou shalt not have false gods before me.” That is the way it came out. But that is not the way it was transmitted.

You see the original intention, the original wording, shall we say, that was translated by the understanding of the time into the notion that you are now familiar with. It was originally intended to read more this way:

There is only one. There can be none that are anything but. All that are in your terms false are still representations of the one and cannot be separate creations. It is all one. You cannot have another one. There is only one.

It is not that it is forbidden. It is that it is not possible because everything is within the one creation. There is no outside. Anything you might discover would still be within the one creation. It is into itself whole and complete and yet always growing, always changing, never ending and also never beginning.

Applying Oneness to Daily Life

The notion of one as it applies into your daily life is to allow yourself to function while you know that you are one as an individual representation or reflection of the unique consciousness, the unique facet or fragment of the whole that you are. But to exemplify both notions—both your individuality and your wholeness, your integrity, your integral self—that you are the creation expressing itself as the unique individual consciousness you find yourself to be in this particular life.

And to recognize your birthright of oneness. At the same time, you recognize your birthright of unique expression by knowing that your purpose in life, your mission in life is to live that life—the life you are living now—as fully as you can, as boldly as you can, as creatively as you can imagine doing.

Because even though you have many lives, even though you are many different expressions of all that is, the life you are living now—this is the only time you will live it. So it is true that you both have many lives and only one life to live because you are unique as you are now and you will never have this life exactly this way ever again.

So living it to the fullest, each life to the fullest, is the purpose of each life—to express yourself in whatever way is possible. And you do not need any other reason to do this other than the fact that you can do it because creation does not need a reason to keep on creating. Existence does not need a reason to keep on existing.

Creation is not subject to time. Time is a product and a creation and an invention of the creator. So you do not have to say, “Well when will it all end? How did it all begin? I only have so much time to do this, so much time to do that.” That is your choice. You are creating the notion of time. But in your wholeness, in your oneness, you can dissolve that idea. You can allow it to not impinge, to not regulate, to not measure, nor form a framework for any endeavor. You can accomplish anything you wish, anything that is your strongest desire.

The Most Important Principle: Excitement

And that brings us to the most important principle of all. The most important principle of being oneness. Now this does not invalidate nor devalue any other principle. We are not in this sense judging but simply the focus that you desire in your life. The effect that you desire in your life for harmony and joy and ecstasy which you can create. That result comes from one primary attitude, one primary understanding and it is as follows:

Once again, for those that think they have heard it before, listen for the first time:

Whatever in life is the single most exciting thing you can imagine doing, that’s your purpose in life.

It is the most exciting thing you can imagine because it is attempting to let you know that that is the most important thing you could be doing. That’s what excitement is. It is the message that many of you ask for but ignore over and over again. It is the answer from creation that you seek but many times doubt and deny over and over again because you have been taught to deny it.

Many of you ask, “What is my purpose? What is my mission? What am I supposed to do? Why am I here?” And then you find that your dreams come alive and you become very excited about something. But you are taught to ignore it because perhaps one of many reasons:

  • “That is no way to make a living.”
  • “That is silly.”
  • “That is childish.”
  • “Grow up.”
  • “That is unrealistic.”
  • “That is naive.”
  • “If you do not suffer, then what you attain isn’t worth anything.”
  • “No pain, no gain.”

All of these ideas, while again in no way, shape, or form eradicating the notion of personal challenge, which is positive, all of these ideas allow you the automatic ability to squash your dream, the thing that excites you the most. In fact, it allows you to squash your very essence, to deny your very essential self and the main reason why you are living the life you are living right now.

Excitement as Your Compass

Whatever excites you the most, the vibration of that excitement is the signal that allows you to know this is your life. This is what it is all about. Do it and you will have fulfilled yourself in this life.

It is an energy vibration that you feel because you are a physical receiver as a physical form. You are like an antenna and you are like a weather vane. You are always like a compass absolutely magnetically pointing exactly in the direction of the thing that excites you the most. That is your truest direction, your truest path.

But you are very creative people and can decide to stray way off to the side here and way off to the side over there and say, “Oh no, I must be pragmatic and practical about this and I must play it safe and I must have something to fall back on just in case that really isn’t me. Just in case I am not a success.”

But listen how this sounds. You’re saying, “Just in case I’m not really me, I better have someone I’m not to fall back on.” From our point of view, this makes no sense. You are denying your very true self.

The Secret: You Will Be Supported

Now, here is the wonderful secret which is no longer a secret. When you allow yourself to realize, to recognize the thing that excites you the most and you truly, truly act on that idea, then you will be automatically supported by the universe in whatever way, shape, or form you need to be in order to allow you to do that thing.

If you allow yourself absolute full integral trust in moving in that direction, when you hold yourself back from fully allowing yourself to express the thing that you know excites you the most, or hold yourself back from allowing yourself to even discover what it is that would be the most exciting thing you could be doing at any given moment in your life—that hesitation, that holding back in and of itself is representative of a denial of the self and a doubting of the self.

And all you are doing when you hesitate is you are saying to the universe, “No, I am not ready to be who I really am. Therefore, do not bring me the opportunity because I will not act on it because I am not willing to be the person I know I could be, the person who would act on the opportunity. But because I’m not that person, don’t bring me the opportunity.”

You can only bring me, universe, an opportunity that is representative of the person I am willing to be. And if that person is not the fullest I know I can be, then the opportunity must only be representative of the person I am willing to be at this moment. And that is all you ever get.

You get exactly—exactly, not one iota more, not one iota less—exactly from the universe the situations and opportunities that are completely reflective of your degree of willingness to act on them, to act on who you know you can be.

No Waste in the Universe

You see, there is no waste in the universe. There are no pointless acts in the universe. The universe never gives you more than you are capable of being. If something comes into your life that seems like a golden opportunity and you hesitate to act on it, you are denying the very reflection of the essence you gave off.

You do not have to doubt yourself when a situation comes to you that you think is bigger than you can handle. It came to you because it is precisely what you can handle. That is faith and understanding and trust. Act on it because you asked for it.

The One Law

Because remember this, there is only—and this also is very crucial, very critical—there is only not 100, not 10, only one, one, one, one, just one law in creation. It’s that simple. Creation is that simple.

There is only one law in creation: What you put out is what you get back.

That’s it. It’s that simple. Honest. I promise it is that easy.

Everything else is a variation of that principle. What you put out is what you get back. What you believe is what is reflected. What you fear is what is given to you as your challenge to integrate and blend—not to get rid of.

There is nowhere to get rid of anything too. There is no outside. You do not get rid of things that you don’t prefer. You transform the things you don’t prefer into the situations you do because there is no extra energy. It is all the same energy.

As we have said, situations go both ways. They are fundamentally neutral. You do not get rid of a situation. You transform it into what you prefer it to be. You allow the elements of the situation to work for you, not in your terms against you. You flow. It flows through you. If you resist, it puts up a wall and it becomes bigger and bigger and more frightening and more difficult until you relax and flow and let it flow through you. Face it, integrate it, deal with it, accept the challenge, learn from it, become who you need to be to do the thing you say that you are really excited in doing.

Summary of One

So the most important thing, remember: Do what excites you the most. That’s who you are. It’s the oneness of your being. At any given moment, do that thing with integrity.

Integrity simply means once again you are already as powerful as you need to be to create anything you desire in your life without having to hurt anyone else or yourself in order to create that thing. You already have access to all you need. You are not cut off from creation. You are creation.

And when you act as if that is true—which we will get to in a moment—then you will receive all the opportunities automatically that you need to be that person.

I cannot, I cannot, I cannot ever say this enough. You will automatically receive what you need. Whether it appears on the surface to be what you need according to what you expect you should get is a different issue. But it will always be there. And if you assign the positive meaning to whatever happens, you will always extract a positive effect from that situation.

Guaranteed. I am talking actual physics, actual mechanics. I am not talking simple philosophy. I am not talking just attitude adjustment. I am not saying, “Oh just smile in the face of adversity. The adversity will be there anyway but well you might as well smile.” I am not saying wear rose-colored glasses. I am not saying deny what you have created. I am not saying deny what is there.

I am saying that you can decide what “what is there” means. And when you decide what it means, you will transform what is there into something else in effect. It may not even look any different on the surface, but its effect will be completely different—180° polarized.

You do this all the time, but you do it so automatically you don’t even know you’re doing it. Now we are talking about allowing this to become a conscious act so that you are in conscious commandment of your reality, of what you experience, so you can create what you desire.

Do what excites you the most and be supported in the doing of that thing because the universe will always support you in the doing of that thing. It has never denied you anything. It has always given you exactly what you put out, what you say you believe you are most likely or most deserving to receive. Always it is an absolute reflection, never anything less and never anything more. You are the determining factor. You have your finger squarely on the button. What you push is the result you get.

The Tool of Three

Now let us go a step further from the notion of one to the second part of the tool which is called three.

Number two will be three in this particular scenario: 1-3-5-7.

So oneness is the recognition of your connection to creation. The recognition of that which excites you the most, which is truly you. Three is a specific tool that allows you to manifest what excites you the most. In a sense, it is a general tool, but also has very specific applications.

Again, many of you may think, “Oh, I’ve heard this before.” No, you haven’t. This is the first time you have ever heard it. So, listen with new ears. You may hear something you never heard before.

Three can be summed up, before we begin, in these three phrases:

See it, feel it, and be it.

Part One: See It

Part one of three: See it. What does that mean? Well, you are generally visual creatures. And even if you are in your terms blind, there is still some representation in your consciousness that you could call the picture of what you are conceiving of. And we mean it literally—the picture.

So when you have determined in your life what it is in life that would really excite you the most to do, the first step in manifesting it is to see yourself doing it, to picture yourself in that scenario actually doing it, to create a vivid daydream.

Now we all remember perhaps the idea that as many of you were being brought up—maybe not all of you, but many of you being brought up in your society: “Hey, what are you doing? Daydreaming. Wake up. Pay attention. Don’t daydream. That’s for losers. You will never get anywhere if you daydream all the day away.”

You were being suppressed on a very important creative tool. This does not mean that there is not a time for application. But daydreaming, envisioning, picturing, seeing what excites you the most is an extremely critical first element in manifesting it.

Allow yourself to dream, to see yourself doing the thing you say you would be excited to do if you’re not doing that thing now. And when we say see yourself, we do not mean be detached, be dispassionate. No, we mean really see all the aspects of it. Explore it as you say to the hilt—all the way. Every idea, every nuance, every notion that would be involved in your doing that exciting thing, include it in your picture.

I mean technicolor—all the spectrum, every little thing. Observe every detail. Become fascinated by the scenario. Be lured into it until you cannot tell any difference between what you call the daydream and your physical reality. Allow yourself to feel that coming within you, the growth of that vision within you. Adopt it. Put it on. Try it out. See how it fits. Be in that scenario in your mind’s eye.

Now, you can either actually see yourself going through this or you can bring it a step closer. You can actually see the scenario as if you were looking through your eyes, as if you really were in the scenario the way you would be seeing if you really were physically there. That will be even stronger. You understand?

Allow yourself to see through your eyes, not one step removed. “Yes, there’s me going about doing that exciting thing.” If that’s really the most exciting thing you can think of to do, don’t let the doppelganger you experience it. Dive in there and see it with your own eyes from the point of view you would be seeing it if you really were there. Don’t experience it secondhand, second-eyed. See it firsthand.

Part Two: Feel It

Then once you have a vivid creation of that scenario in all of its glory, in all of its excitement, in all of its ecstasy, the next step is to allow that excitement and ecstasy to begin to wash through your body until you feel it physically as an emotion. Become excited about it.

If this is really the most exciting thing you can think of, let yourself feel that warm jolt of energy that would be coursing, vibrating through your gut, through your spine, filling your head, animating your limbs. Feel what it would be like to do that exciting thing.

And not only the idea of the emotional feeling, but the sensory, the tactile feeling as well. Plug all of your actual physical senses into that daydream. Smell wherever you are. Taste, touch, feel the textures, hear the sounds, the quality of the sounds. Become completely immersed in the daydream in that sense, in the visualization. Plug into it with all of your senses and taste. Drink deeply. Feel it in your whole physical form until it animates you and lights you on fire. Until this is truly the most exciting thing you can imagine doing.

And feel the butterfly. This can really be this way. You can really be ecstatic for the rest of your life. No kidding. No fooling. It is not too good to be true. Nothing is too good to be true. Nothing.

Part Three: Be It

Now you have this glorious technicolor image. You have these beautiful warm vibrational feelings. What do you do with these two things? You go to part three of the tool of three. You have seen it. You are feeling it. Now be it. Now what does that mean?

Being it means—I think you have a colloquialism in your language that might serve to illustrate the point and act as an opening analogy. I believe you say it is “walking your talk.”

The idea is that once you see what you desire to be and once you feel what you know you are, the next step, the only thing that remains is to physically act as if that is so. To act as if that really is you.

Because take note, take note, you are beings of physical nature as well as spiritual. You are very used to the idea of physical feedback. Therefore, instead of fighting the idea of your physicality in order to gain spiritual manifestation, flow with your physicality and allow yourself to actually physically act out the dream you know you are in whatever way, shape or form. Your imagination will allow you to act it out with integrity, but act it out.

Now, what do I mean by that?

All right. If you have a picture and you have a feeling, but you’re not in your understanding immediately able to physically do that thing in your reality, set a scenario. Physically set a stage where you can play out, act out as much of the scenario as you can so that you will begin by setting props that are representative of the reality you desire—as really as realistically as you can make them. By setting these out and interacting with these physical props in space, you are beginning to do a very important thing.

You are beginning to train your body consciousness to move in ways that are more representative of the reality you prefer to be. You are creating a new habit and you are transforming the old habit.

Example: Acting As If

Example. You have a vision of being the president of a multi-million dollar corporation. All right. Well, now you see it. There it is. You feel it. There it is. And now here you are more often than not acting this way: “I am the president of a multi-million dollar corporation. Oh yes, I see it. Oh yes, that’s very exciting. Yes, yes, yes. Well, here I am in my little broom closet with my little desk and oh well, maybe they’ll allow me to make a few calls now and then. I don’t know.”

The body language, even though this may be an exaggerated example, underscores my point. This—this expansiveness—is the body language of the president of the multi-million dollar corporation. Not this.

This training your body to act as such, actually going through the physical motions—I cannot even begin to underscore how important this is, especially to your civilization because it is so steeped in physical reality.

When you allow yourself to really play the scenario out, that’s when you start to lock the reality in and attract the real reality like a magnet because you are then giving off the vibration of someone who actually knows what the physical space would feel like of that reality. And the universe can only then react to your vibration, the vibration you are putting out. It can only give you back the vibration you are putting out.

So if you have to go and borrow the things you need, if you have to buy the things you need, if you have to make the things you need, do whatever your imagination will allow you to do with integrity. I would suggest you do not steal the things you need. That would be contradictory to the whole idea.

Allow yourself, however, to acquire in whatever way, shape, or form you can the representations that are the closest approximations. If you can actually borrow the real scenario—if you have a friend who is a multi-million dollar company president—then say, “Well, look, you know, after hours, if you don’t mind, I’d like to sit in your office a little and try it on for size and see how it feels because I’m very excited about being this kind of idea, just like you.”

And that’s another idea. If there is something that you’re very excited about doing and there is already somebody else doing something very much like it, go and interact with them and let their vibration rub off on you. Allow yourself to see how they walk, how they talk, what they do.

Now, this does not mean you have to mimic them all the way down the line. You as a unique individual will always have your own version and always should have your own version of this idea. But let them teach you through the language, through the body language, through telepathy. Let their auric vibration, their energy field, immerse you. Let yourself pick up on the signals, on the keys. Begin in that sense to imitate, to act in your own way like them. You will then acquire the attributes and the vibrations bit by bit that will tell the universe, “This is a commitment. This is really what I believe. This is really who I am—not who I want to be, who I am.”

The sooner you then are that person by acting like that person physically in every way you can, the sooner the universe will say, “Well, all right, you’ve convinced me. Here’s the opportunity because you say you are ready for it. There you go. I hold nothing back.” That’s what the universe will say.

Remember, do not cancel out your actions by then going back to old habits that are contradictory to the person you say you believe you now are. Allow yourself to develop the body consciousness.

Summary of Three

So step number two, part of three is: after you know you are one, after you act in an integrated manner by following what excites you the most, then see it, feel it, and most importantly of all, act it through.

I am constantly amazed at how many individuals that we have spoken to on your planet are more than willing to see it, more than willing to feel it, but never somehow get around to really acting it all the way out. And I mean as often as you can.

Therefore, once again, I would like to remind you—without the third part, the first two are sitting on idle. You are going nowhere until you step on the gas pedal. That’s the physical action that makes your vehicle go. You can see the road ahead of you. You can feel the vibration of the engine. But you have to decide to take the step physically before the vehicle will go.

So that is part two: 1-3-5-7.

The Tool of Five

Now after you have understood the oneness, after you have seen it, felt it and acted, you can begin to focus more specifically in certain directions if you desire. You may find that for some of you because of the thing that excites you, because of the nature of that thing, sometimes you will have the manifestation exactly as you want it after simply seeing, feeling, and being.

For more precision, allow yourself to understand the concept of five—1-3-5-7.

Very specific focus for very specific intentions, especially those that may carry what you call a lot of mass, a lot of energy, a lot of momentum, and may involve many other individuals or even sometimes just some other individuals in what you may call a coordinative effort or project.

The idea of the five is specifically geared to the notion of specific projects and interaction with other individuals.

Element 1: Vision

First remember this: the idea of responsibility—responsibility for your vision. Vision is part one of the five. To have the vision. This is meant a little bit differently from the idea of seeing. It is more akin to the notion of the thing that excites you the most. But we are now talking about a specific vision. That which you know is the representational manifestation of the thing that excites you—the scenario, the vision.

And take responsibility for that vision. It is your vision. You are in the driver’s seat. This does not mean you cannot rely on the help of others. In fact, understand that even though you may attract others to help you, you are still the one creating that. Do not feel that that is a lessening of your momentum.

You are all in existence to interact. The fact that you have attracted others to help you who may have skills that you do not is no less a representation that it is still your vision because you are attracting them. It is still you doing the thing even though you have attracted others—they are helping you and you are helping them in whatever their vision is by interacting.

So first part of the five is the vision itself. The awareness, the enlightenment, the revelation of your own personal private vision of the thing that excites you.

Element 2: Timing

The second step in the tool of five is timing. You all exist within a certain framework of timing. Now we are not talking about time specifically but timing—the synchronous interaction, the harmonious interaction of all the elements in your vision.

If you have conceived of a particular vision that is the most exciting vision you can conceive of, the most exciting vision that you are capable of acting upon, then the very ability of conceiving that vision at this timing in your life is an indication that it is possible at this timing.

Generally the specific timing in which something may occur will depend upon the amount of challenges, the amount of transformations you personally have chosen to go through in order to become the person in that vision who will do that thing. But that is not something that you need to feel regret about. That is not something you need to be impatient about because all of those experiences on the road to the creation of that vision are all a part of the vision. They are not extra baggage. They are not side trips and delays and detours.

All the things that occur to you in that way—if at any given moment you are following what excites you that you’re capable of acting on at any given moment, then whatever that excitement brings you in that moment belongs there. And the challenge and the information and the pieces of yourself, the ideas of yourself that it allows you to face, are all important for you to integrate within you in order to become the person you need to become who will then live the vision.

So do not deny the path because remember your vision is never an end goal. You will always grow beyond that. You will always conceive of a new vision. There is no end. None ever.

But you can allow the vision to pull you like a magnet through the experiences you have chosen to absorb to become the person you want to become. To become the spirit, the soul, the consciousness you desire to become, to become the aspect of creation you have chosen to be reflective of. But you will always be becoming that in a different way. The fun never ends. The joy never ends.

The Threshold of Belief Test

Now timing. Allow yourself to be observant of the timing of conscious observation of the factors in your society that are relevant to your vision so that you can then integrate them and blend them all together. Orchestrate every element together in proper timing consciously. Some of them will be unconscious and that is all right because some of them can be automatic. In fact, the more you trust, the more automatic a lot of them will be. But that does not deny the idea of conscious orchestration.

Be aware of the vision. Be aware of its timing within your society, within the universe. Be aware of its relevance and how it serves a purpose, how it performs a service to all around you. That will tell you what the timing will be.

Another issue that we have discussed before that is relevant to timing is what we call the threshold of belief.

If you are sitting there with this vision, if you are saying, “Well yes, there is a type of person I would like to become but I do not know how long it will take me to become that person,” you can perform this little very fun test on yourself.

You can say, “All right, how much time do I right now actually believe will be enough time for me to become that person and to be doing that thing I say I want to do?”

  • “Will I be that person beyond a shadow of a doubt in 20 years? Is 20 years enough time for me to become that person? Yes, no problem. Absolutely. 20 years is more than enough time. I will have learned whatever it is I need to learn to become that person. That is a snap.”
  • “Is 10 years enough? Absolutely more than enough time. I cannot even begin to imagine it taking that long for me to learn what I need to learn to become that person and do the thing that excites me the most.”
  • “5 years? Absolutely more than enough time.”
  • “3 years? Uh, maybe. Maybe. Oh. All right.”

You can count down however you wish in whatever increments you wish. Perhaps the more increments, the more precise your calculation of the timing will be. But this is what I am telling you:

The second you find any hesitation in your certainty, stop right there. That is how long it will take. That’s your barometer.

Now, if you prefer that it not take that long, then all you need to do is go into your belief system and ask yourself the following question: “What kind of beliefs would I have to believe? What would I have to believe is true in order for it to take that long?”

When you discover what those beliefs are that would make it take that long for you to accomplish that thing and you change those beliefs and say, “Well, I don’t have to believe that. I could believe this. I prefer to believe this.” Then when you adopt that belief, then you can recalibrate the threshold of believability test and you may find that you will be further down the scale.

And then you may find yourself hesitating at 6 months. Then perhaps if you reexamine the beliefs, let’s say it would take 6 months. You may find yourself not hesitating until you’re down to 3 months. And you can lower and lower and lower the timing.

Especially if it’s something that involves only you or mostly just you. There may be a reason for some extension of timing if your particular scenario involves many people because you are looking for a coordinative effect. If that is so, then simply use the time that is there as an understanding that whatever time is there is the exact perfect amount of time for you to learn what you need to learn in order to be able to arrive at a point where you finally are the person who will be able to do the thing when it comes.

Element 3: Knowledge

Then once you have the vision, once you understand the timing, the third aspect of the tool of five is knowledge.

Vision, timing, knowledge. Have you yourself prepared yourself? Are you yourself absorbing the knowledge you would require to be that person? Are you familiarizing yourself by immersing yourself in the situations, by contacting the individuals and discussing what that reality is like and learning new things? Are you learning what you need to learn to be that person?

Are you doing what you call your homework? What I choose to call your “home fun”? Are you doing that research so that you yourself are knowledgeable and responsible for all aspects of your own vision?

That is the third element of the tool of five: Vision, timing, knowledge.

Element 4: Resources

The fourth element: resources. Now that can be many things. It can be literally the tools. It can be literally the idea of abundance or exchange or money. It can also be people, skills, talents.

Have you got connections to your resources? Do you know where everything is going to come from? Now, that does not mean you always have to. But having a good idea of the general area that your resources can come from will only create a certain type of flow and momentum in your life that will speed things up. That will put you in touch with other individuals, knowledge and experience which you may not in one lifetime have time to absorb all the knowledge of yourself. So you augment your own personal knowledge with resources—other individuals who may be able to make the connections that you require and will be more than willing to do so because they are getting something in return from your knowledge, from your experience, from your endeavor.

So: vision, timing, knowledge, resources.

Element 5: Conviction/Persistence

Now the fifth element. Last week of your time, we asked this question. So for those who were there last week, zip. Let the people who are here for the first time see if they can answer this because many of you already know the answer to this from last week.

After you have the vision, after you have the timing, after you have the knowledge, after you have the resources, what is the fifth element that is the most important and crucial element of the five and completes the tool of five? What is it?

Trust is there from the beginning. Speak up. Speak up. Be bold.

Action. We have already discussed in part two which was called three: See it, feel it, act it. That is already there.

Agreement. Agreement is already there in your understanding that this is your own private personal vision. And what excites you the most? The agreement is already there.

What is the last element? The fifth element in the tool of five. The most important of all.

Innocence. Innocence. Conviction. Thank you. Absolute conviction—or put another way, persistence.

Now, it is a corollary of belief because if you know for a fact that this vision is who and what you are and what excites you the most, then you have the belief, you have the conviction, you have the persistence automatically, effortlessly because why? Because there is no other choice. Because there is nothing else that excites you more. There is nothing else you want to aim at.

Persistence, conviction, vision, timing, knowledge, resources, and conviction. Persistence.

Nothing More Powerful Than an Idea Whose Time Has Come

Understand again, you have a saying already on your world with regards to the timing, with regards to persistence, and that is simply put: there is nothing more powerful than an idea when its time has come.

If you believe in yourself, if you believe in your vision, then the conviction is there automatically. It is not something you have to struggle to maintain. It is not something you need stamina for. I know some of you have heard that before from me. You do not need stamina when you have true conviction. Your strength is natural and automatic. Because for you with your clarity of vision, there is no other choice, nowhere else to go, nothing else more exciting. So this is what you will do.

So the tool of five: 1-3-5. Know it for the one, then see it, feel it and be it for the three. Then have your vision, have your timing, have your knowledge, have your resources, have your conviction for the five.

The Tool of Seven

And that brings us to lucky seven. The seven levels, the seven vibrations. Seventh heaven.

The seven function as a reflection tool to allow you to tap back into the one, the three, and the five. So that this tool is self-contained, self-perpetuating.

The seven are basically reminders. They are in this sense affirmations. They are in this sense adjusters to allow your perspective, should you feel it has gotten out of hand, to be brought back to an even keel as you say.

So when you have the one, the three and the five, allow yourself when you feel it is appropriate to use the tool of seven as follows:

The Seven Steps

Are you ready? All right. They are:

  1. Relax
  2. Release
  3. Reflect
  4. Remember
  5. Respond
  6. Realize
  7. Rejoice

1. Relax

Number one, relax. Anytime that you’re applying these tools, anytime you allow yourself to forget that you are in control, that you are in charge, that this is the thing that excites you, anytime that you buy into the negative side of the belief, anytime you assign a negative meaning to a neutral situation—step back and grab the seven.

Number one, relax. Step back. Relax. Give yourself time to observe.

The principle behind relaxing is to understand you are all eternal beings. You have all the time in creation. What’s your hurry? What’s your hurry? You have always existed. Maybe not in your present form, but the consciousness you are has always existed. It exists now and it always will. In all ways.

So relax. You’re in no hurry. Enjoy the process that is also you. Process is not something you are doing. The process is you. Do not separate it. Relax.

2. Release

And when you relax, release. Part two. Release all the doubt. Take a deep breath in—now, now, now—in and release all the doubt. Give yourself time to observe.

3. Reflect

Then reflect. Reflect on the situation. Observe it. Really see what’s really there. What the elements actually are. Create space for yourself to observe. Take your time. Make a decision that you feel aligned with.

No one needs to rush you. No one needs to push you. You know innately, instinctively when a suggestion that might come from someone else does not harmoniously align with your vision. You know it. Nothing says you cannot step back and take the time to reflect on what you want to do.

If anything rushes you, that in and of itself may be an indication that its vibration is not aligned with your sense of timing. Step back, relax. Make a conscious choice. Because you see that is what power is. That is what self-empowerment is: Conscious choice.

Power is not ordering a lot of other people around. Do not confuse power with authority. It is not the same thing. Power is the power of conscious choice. It is your right. You do not have to give it away.

4. Remember

So when you relax, when you release and you have reflected, then the next step number four is remember.

Remember that you are as powerful as you need to be to create anything you want without having to hurt anyone else or yourself in order to create that thing. Remember your godhood. Remember your vision. Remember who you are and who you prefer to be. Take a moment and just remember yourself.

5. Respond

Then number five, respond accordingly. Respond. And again that can be the assignment of the meaning you prefer to give to a situation. Respond how you desire to respond. Respond in the way that is reflective and representative of the you you wish to be, not the you you don’t prefer to be.

6. Realize

Then after you respond, realize. Act through, carry through the response, carry through the attitude with the actions, with the conviction, with the knowingness. Carry it through by realizing your response.

7. Rejoice

And then when all of that is aligned—your relaxation, your release, your reflection, your remembrance, your response, and your realization—there will be nothing left to do but rejoice because you will be in ecstasy. You will feel in love with yourself and with all around you. And you will be able to communicate openly, directly, honestly, and know that you are coming from integrity.

Using the Seven

That is the seven. Use it as a tool to turn you back around to the 1, 3, and 5. So that you have a self-contained, very strong tool of application.

And I guarantee—I guarantee 100%—that if you use them in this way with absolute 100% trust and conviction, they will work for you and you may be astonished at how easily you create what you prefer.

Now remember, remember most important as we have discussed but again we know you’re going to hear for the very first time: 100% trust does not mean you have to learn to do something you are not doing now.

Again, we still many times will receive the response from many of you when you hear us say you need 100% trust: “Oh my goodness, how difficult that is. I have a very difficult time trusting 100% in anything that I do.”

That is not true. You are always automatically, effortlessly trusting 100% all the time. It’s just a matter of whether you’re trusting 100% in something you prefer or something you don’t. You are always trusting 100%. So, I am not asking you to do something you’re not already doing. All you need to do is decide consciously: what do I prefer to trust? Then trust in it by acting as if that is real for you. And you will get that reflection.

And that’s all there is to this. This whole tool—1-3-5-7—is designed to allow you to understand one more important thing: It is no more, nor need it be any more, complicated than this.

The universe is simple. Complex in its richness and diversity, yes, but fundamentally simple as a mechanism. What you put out is what you get back. That is it. It works for everybody. If it didn’t work for you, you wouldn’t exist in it. You are it. It is you. It is not separate things. You do not really live in the universe. The universe creation is you. You are it.

Allow yourselves to remember that. Allow yourselves to feel it. Allow yourselves to deserve it. And above and beyond all, allow yourselves to live the dream you know you are. Then see what kind of a world you can create.

You may all take a short break. We will resume contact in approximately 10 to 15 of your minutes. Enjoy.

You may commence with sharing number one.

Q&A Session

Question 1: Patience

Questioner: My question has to do with patience. How important is patience?

Bashar: All right. Now we have discussed this notion a few times. The idea from one point of view—even though we understand what your society generally means by the word patience—we prefer to redefine that term in a very specific way.

Before we redefine it, we can say that the notion generally that your society has that it calls patience is similar to what we have already discussed in the tool of five that is called persistence and conviction. If you believe in a thing, if you know that a thing is true for you, then the idea is that you will have the persistence, you will have the conviction effortlessly, you will have the patience effortlessly and automatically to continue to pursue that thing, to create that thing, to allow yourself to realize and manifest that thing.

However, in redefining the notion, in giving it a different perspective, a different slant, allow us to say that we prefer to define the term in such a way as to say that you don’t really need patience at all. In its classical sense, the idea of needing patience implies that you are not having a good time, that you are not enjoying the challenges that you are choosing to attract into your life, that you are not seeing them for what they are and experiencing them for the learning lessons of joy that they can bring to you.

In needing patience to allow yourself to suffer through the things that you are attracting in your life to wait them out until they go away, in needing patience, you then create the feeling called impatience. You create impatience by needing patience at all.

If you understand that every moment of what you experience is your choice to experience, that you can transform the experience in any way you want, and if you are having so much fun in any given moment that it does not matter whether anything else ever comes along after that at all, then you will not need patience because you will be living in the moment. You will not be waiting for something else to happen. And if you’re not waiting for something else to happen and you are living in the moment and enjoying it fully, then you don’t need patience. Then you do not feel impatient.

And we will trust that to some degree this has answered your question, has it?

Questioner: Yes. Thank you very much.

Bashar: Is that of benefit to you?

Questioner: Definitely.

Bashar: Well, thank you very much. And remember to relax.

Question 2: Life-Threatening Illness

Questioner: I’m currently dealing with a life-threatening illness. And my question is, what tools or suggestions would you care to offer?

Bashar: All right. Now to some degree what we have shared tonight is very strongly applicable although you might wish to combine the notion with what would be called your own intuition, your own sensing. Primarily, what is important is to be in touch with what your own belief system is all about. What are your strongest beliefs? So that you can examine, so that you can know, so that you can discover what type of beliefs you would have to have bought into to have created a situation where you are experiencing what you call a life-threatening disease.

The notion can serve many purposes. Understand that it is not always the idea of a negativity being expressed. Sometimes an individual will have chosen to show themselves exactly how strong they are by attracting such a limitation to themselves that the challenge itself, the process of going through that challenge itself, really gives them in very short amount of time something that otherwise might have taken them one, two, or many lifetimes to go through.

This does not mean that you necessarily have to become non-physical in order to learn that lesson. You can learn it very quickly by being willing to examine the beliefs that might have attracted the situation to you.

Remember, the first step is to own. We are not saying you’re not doing this, but simply to outline it. The first step is to own all the experiences because you cannot change what you do not own. You follow me so far?

Questioner: Yes.

Bashar: Once you own that this is your creation, then you can take the stigma off of the idea. You can know one thing above and beyond anything: that you obviously must be a being of immense power and strength to have chosen such a remarkable challenge for yourself to teach yourself certain things. And knowing in and of itself that you must have that amount of strength—the knowledge of that strength in and of itself can make a difference right then and there in exactly how much of the disease you experience or manifest.

You follow me so far?

Questioner: Yes.

Bashar: All right. Now some of the ideas that we have discussed this day of your time—in doing the things that give you joy, in being in love unconditionally with yourself—can be of assistance to you, and you can use your imagination. A very powerful tool for all of you to create a scenario, a meditation, a visualization or an attraction to other people or situations that can then alleviate the idea of needing to process what you are learning through the symbol of disease.

Now, allow me to ask you the question that was implied by one of the first things we discussed this evening. Are you in your life doing the thing that would give you the most excitement and the most joy or not?

Questioner: No.

Bashar: Why not?

Questioner: Because I was and sort of petered out.

Bashar: Mhm. All right. Did you go to the next most exciting thing?

Questioner: I’m trying.

Bashar: All right. Trying is a struggle. Trying implies struggling and suffering and can create disharmony, discordance and disease to some degree. Again, the idea is the issue of trust—of trusting that what excites you the most can support you.

Now, when something excites you more than anything else and it changes direction—as you say, peters out—it does not mean that you have lost that momentum. It simply means it has changed its form. It has transformed into another guise, another direction, another symbol, another representation.

The idea, the secret to following what excites you the most, is to at any given moment act on the most exciting thing you are capable of doing something about at that moment. Because all excitement is connected to all other excitement. And if there is some particular thing that excites you more than anything else that you really truly do not have an ability to act upon, but if you act upon whatever is the most exciting thing you can act upon, then the other thing that you’re acting on will lead you into the circumstances and the situation that will allow you to act on the thing you could not act on.

Are you following what I am saying?

Questioner: Yes.

Bashar: All right. So when you find that whatever excites you the most has changed direction, go with it. Flow with it. Find out what is the next most exciting thing you can act upon because they are all connected and the excitement is what tells you that they are connected. Following that excitement is following the thread, is following the path you chose to be.

Sometimes, sometimes, paradoxically enough, the quickest way to get from where you are to where you want to be is to follow the path that winds naturally through all sorts of different things that excite you the most. Attempting to straighten that path out can be many times what causes disharmony because there are things on the winding path that you do need to look at that are a part of the overall thing that excites you rather than labeling them as detours or things that are delaying you or holding you back or blocks or obstructions or barriers in that way.

Now, at this moment, right now, to the best of your ability, to the best of your imagination, if I may be so bold as to ask you, what is right now the most exciting thing you could conceive of to be doing with your life?

Questioner: Painting and being in love.

Bashar: All right. Now, the first one was a little bit of a question. Painting, are you sure? Or are you asking me? Is it painting?

Questioner: Yes. Painting.

Bashar: Conviction. Painting. Or is it painting? Which is it? I’m not asking. All right. Painting. Say it.

Questioner: Painting.

Bashar: Painting. How does it make you feel when you think about painting?

Questioner: Excited. Energized. Reenergized.

Bashar: All right. Are you painting?

Questioner: Not at this moment.

Bashar: Why not?

Questioner: Because today my bliss seemed to be here.

Bashar: All right. Are you in general painting?

Questioner: No.

Bashar: Why not?

Questioner: Because I haven’t prepared a place for it.

Bashar: You haven’t prepared a place. What kind of a place do you need to prepare before you will paint?

Questioner: Basically, some stuff on the floor and walls.

Bashar: Stuff on floor and walls. Painting stuff. All right. Is there no other way you could be painting?

Questioner: I could go out under a tree.

Bashar: All right. The idea of painting itself excites you.

Questioner: Yes.

Bashar: Paint in any way, shape, or form that allows you to release, allow yourself, yes, to create the scenarios that are exciting expressions of painting that allow you and assist you to paint in the way that is most exciting to you. But we caution you to not put the reason for not painting ahead of the painting. You understand?

Questioner: Yes.

Bashar: Do not delay yourself from doing the thing because you create the excuse that you do not have the proper atmosphere in which to do it. You are the proper atmosphere. When you wish to paint, paint. You do not always necessarily have to need all of the structure and format that you always think you need in order to accomplish the thing that excites you.

And here’s a little bit of a connection. Some of the notion of disease sometimes is attracted to an individual to force them to begin to show themselves that they need to break down structure. Break down the rules, laws, regulations, and rigid codes that restrict them from being as free as they could be. That is only one aspect of the symbol of the disease. But if you allow yourself a little bit more freedom of the ability to express what gives you joy, you will begin to create a little bit of a in that armor, in that structure. And you’ll begin to see it disassemble so that your spirit and your soul can express itself without needing to disassemble your physical form in order to make that so.

Because you see, many times individuals when they rigidize themselves into a certain format or procedure will then, if they do not allow themselves to do it any other way, proceed to attract into their life circumstances and situations that tear everything down in order to force them down to ground zero where they have unlimited options from that point forward because they see that they have nothing else left but to go in whatever direction they want to go in that direction now.

Act now with the excitement and the inspiration. Do not wait for the idea of the specific time frame. You create the timing. You generate the idea of the inspiration.

Our first suggestion to you, therefore, would be to begin to break apart that rigid idea and allow yourself to express what gives you joy in whatever way you can without waiting for the ideal circumstances. You follow me?

Questioner: Yes.

Bashar: Now, is there another aspect of this you wish to explore?

Questioner: You said also being in love.

Bashar: Yes. All right. Now, when you are painting, are you in love?

Questioner: Yes.

Bashar: All right. Are you sure?

Questioner: Yes.

Bashar: All right. Then the one thing gives you both. Yes. All right. When you are in love with that, then any other manifestation that needs to be there, any other representation of that love that needs to be there will be there. You follow me?

Questioner: Yes.

Bashar: Is this being of any assistance to you?

Questioner: Yes, very much.

Bashar: Is it allowing you to see things from a different perspective perhaps?

Questioner: Yes.

Bashar: Will you take now a deep breath and hold it? 1, 2, 3, and let it out. And one more time. A deep breath and see. Hold it. Blue white light coursing through your body. And let the breath out. Release all the doubts. Release all the restrictions.

And one more time. A deep cleansing breath in. Hold it. And see golden white lights irradiating your entire form. Understand as you’re holding this breath that you are a spirit in physical form. Let the breath out. Let the creation of your spirit into the world. Let the world share with you and sustain you and support you automatically just because you are in love and doing what you love to do. You do not need any other reason in order to justify your existence in the world. You follow me?

Questioner: Yes.

Bashar: Does this help you?

Questioner: Yes.

Bashar: We thank you and our love to you. Do not forget also to communicate with your guides, especially when you sleep. They can give you information that will be of benefit to you.

Questioner: Okay. Thank you.

Question 3: Where Did You Learn This? & Multiple Excitements

Questioner: Well, I have two questions. Part A and Part B—sneaky person. They’re totally different questions. All right. The first one is: Where did you learn this information that you’re sharing with us?

Bashar: By experience, by living, by observing, by being, by acting and getting the result from the universe that teaches me that that action is so that I can trust who I am. By trusting who I am, I get the response from the universe and I see that it is so and that knowledge becomes a part of me. I learn by doing. That is how.

Now, specifically with regard to applying it to your civilization, it is also a matter of training. It is also a matter of having lived a life on your planet so that you would not be completely alien to me, so that I may call upon that past life for some understanding of how your civilization works and many other ideas that assist me in the doing of this thing that I am doing now. But mostly I find also it is a matter of inspiration in the moment.

For you see, when you live in the moment, when you are fully in that moment, what it is you are excited to be, all the knowledge you need to be that you comes to you at that moment. You will find that very often, almost always, I have no idea what I’m going to say until I say it, of what I need to say until I say it. It is simply that by being in the moment, then at that moment, the information I need to serve you best in the way that I can be of service comes to me at that moment. There may be things I did not know before that moment. But I know for a fact that if I need to know them to be of service to you, I will know it when I need to know it. Not a moment later, not a moment before, but that is sufficient.

You understand?

Questioner: Yes. Thank you.

Bashar: Does that help you with part A?

Questioner: Yes. Part B: What if you have a lot of things that excite you and they all excite you?

Bashar: Yes, they all excite you. Many things can. Okay. And you want to and you do them all and then they—you start to feel pressured because there isn’t enough time to get them all done. All right. All right. All right. Relax.

There is enough time. You create the timing. You create the time. First of all, understand that all right? Everything that truly gives you joy that really needs to be done will be accomplished in your lifetime. Now, if you need to live a little longer in order to do it, you will. All right? So, first of all, relax about the timing.

Agreed?

Questioner: Okay.

Bashar: All right. Now, if there are many things that seem to excite you equally,

Questioner: Yes.

Bashar: Then ask yourself this. Do they still all have the same ability to be acted on equally? Yes or no? Usually you will find that a few of them will drop out. Even though they may still excite you, you will find that not all of them will have the same potential to be acted on at that moment. Do you understand?

Questioner: Yes, I understand.

Bashar: So that will help you by process of elimination right there. Act upon whatever is most exciting to you that you have the ability to act upon first. The ones that you do not have the immediate ability to act upon—they will come later and fall into place appropriately. That’s idea number one. That can help sort out some of these ideas.

Secondly, allow yourself to also understand what is truly the thing that excites you and what is simply peripheral details that are no less exciting but are not actually the one thing. In other words, you may find that many things that excite you could actually be lumped into one definition. You understand that the overall definition that all of these things are representative of—that overall definition is the thing that excites you. And all of these things that you say excite you are simply many different ways that you can express the thing that excites you most.

So those are simply different ways and therefore not any one of them has any more importance than any other. And it doesn’t matter which one you act on because you will still be doing—through any number of ways—the one thing overall that excites you. You understand what I am saying?

Questioner: Yes, I understand. But what happens is I commit myself in many different directions and enjoy all of them. But then they become a pressure when I’m going on one of them and enjoying it and the other one demands time.

Bashar: All right. But let me ask you once again, do you allow yourself to commit in the way you commit because you do not think you will have the ability to do these things later? You think they will slip out of your grasp?

Questioner: Yes.

Bashar: That is your definition and it is your definition that is causing the pressure because you do not think you have the time. You have the time. And what we are suggesting is that when you pick and choose, pick and choose with conscious discernment. Take time to make your decision. But when you have decided, allow yourself to then know: anything else that comes along that you do not immediately have time for, you will have time for later. If it is truly a part of the overall thing that excites you, it will never be able to go away. If it does go away, you didn’t need it. You understand?

Questioner: Yes.

Bashar: Streamline and simplify the idea of what excites you. You will be able to enjoy it all. And sometimes by doing that you will allow those other things that may for now seem like equal exciting avenues to take—you will allow them to be what they really could be, possibly be. And that is simply other exciting details that when you do not allow yourself to lock onto them as strongly as you have will simply fall into place as details that support the one overall thing that you are doing.

If there is a need for those details to grow in excitement and become primary in your life later, they will also. Also watch your definition of the word commitment because the idea is that many of you have an idea of what commitment itself means. Any definition that you decide with integrity represents your definition of commitment is commitment. Do you understand? You do not necessarily have to assume that just because you have committed to something that you cannot go into that commitment with a specific definition of what that commitment means. The word commitment does not carry with it an automatic definition. You decide what your commitment is and go into it that way. Then honor that commitment. Yes, by all means, by knowing that you do not have to break it to hurry up and get to something else that you might miss because you don’t have enough time. You understand?

Questioner: Yes.

Bashar: Let them all come in perfect timing. This is what the whole issue is that we were discussing about timing. If it is all really a part of you, if it is all really necessary to the fulfillment of your joy and your life, it will all fall into place and give you—it will bring with it all the time you need to be able to do those things. Otherwise, what would be the point in them being there? You understand?

Questioner: Mhm.

Bashar: Does this help you?

Questioner: Thank you very much.

Question 4: Dental Issues & Healing

Questioner: Hello.

Bashar: And hello to you.

Questioner: I have a question for you first. Are you still sculpting?

Bashar: Yes. Now and then. Lately.

Questioner: What’s the last thing you made?

Bashar: The last thing I made. And with what material? It was actually very familiar. A type of clay. A type of clay on my world. It was in a sense though there really is no definition for it yet—a shape, a sculptured shape that is a representation of energy. Now this was done as a demonstration. It was done as an illustration. It was done as a symbol to represent to other members of my society a certain physicalized symbology representing the type of energy that is utilized by our spacecraft. It was a class, so to speak, to what you might call children, showing them in physical form the representation of how the energy matrix is laid up within our craft.

But I simply chose at the spur of the moment to dig deep into the banks of a river, clay, and make the shape for them so they could see it right there before their eyes. You understand? Even though it was telepathically communicated as well, we enjoy the tactile sensation because in the shape, in running your hands over the shape, again you are impinging your body consciousness with a different kind of perspective and it is also most enjoyable to do that.

Questioner: Thank you. Thank you very much. Okay. Now my question as an equal—I’m exploring this with you. All right. I’m exploring my—not sound too confident about that.

Bashar: Well, because I know that you have given us enough to help ourselves.

Questioner: All right. Fair enough. And I’ve explored it regarding my teeth. Yes. And I’ve explored all kinds of methods and symbologies and—I’m very trusting but I don’t want that to lean to slacking off. All right. Very good.

Bashar: So, what has your own intuition led you to explore so far?

Questioner: Well, I just know there’s got to be a third alternative.

Bashar: What are the first two?

Questioner: The first two is an extraction or a root canal. Nice. And I just went through two months of pain with another tooth. And when it was done and I finally got it pulled, I was like being a new person. I was reborn. I did all kinds of things. And I really enjoyed being back alive and not having that pain. Yes. And so I understood about the rebirth and I used that. So about two weeks later, another one started giving me trouble and I just wasn’t ready to hear the same thing that he told me about the first one. And I just want to come up with a third alternative.

Bashar: Why were you not ready to hear it?

Questioner: Because I don’t feel ready to let that tooth go or to give into their beliefs.

Bashar: One moment. One moment. Why? My question is: why was your first reaction to assume that regardless of what that person was saying that it had to result in something you didn’t prefer? Why did you react that way?

Questioner: It was really early in the morning, so I wasn’t like thinking enough. So, I just kind of postponed it at the time.

Bashar: Your conscious commandment relies on the time of day?

Questioner: I just was a little bit—

Bashar: All right. Caught you off your guard.

Questioner: Yeah. And he told me, “Well, we’re going to have to do this or that.” And I’m going, “Wait a second.”

Bashar: All right. All right. But don’t you see? You were being given a golden opportunity to catch yourself exactly when you needed it the most. The idea was to allow yourself in that disoriented state to disorient from the habit, to feel the fear reaction. Take the time to deal with it at that point and integrate it so that then you could make a choice you preferred as opposed to just automatically reacting. You were being shown that you still have what we will for now call weak points in timing.

Questioner: Well, I kind of delayed. I just told them let’s not talk about that.

Bashar: We are only talking about the initial reaction because many times in the initial reaction, that’s the representation of the belief you truly have. You were given a sparkling opportunity to see what the real belief was within you when you were not guarding against it. You see, the idea—vulnerability—guard against the real beliefs you really have. It’s to be caught in those moments of naturalness so that the true belief you really have comes out so that then you can see, “Oh yes, okay. I see I really do still have that belief. I am being shown that and now I can work with that so that no matter what time of day or night when a situation like this presents itself to me, no matter what time of day or night, no matter what state of mind, my first reaction will be the positive one, not the negative one.” You understand?

Questioner: Well, I don’t think I responded negatively. I just said, “Well, I’m not ready to make a decision right now, and I’d like to explore some alternatives for myself.”

Bashar: All right. But you have already expressed to me in your conversation that it took you aback, that you had a withdrawal reaction to it in the negative sense, that you were worried about—“I have just finished having pain. Oh no, he is telling me I may have to go through this now.”

Questioner: Well, this was for a couple minutes.

Bashar: It does not matter. The point was made. You may have been able to talk yourself out of it in a couple of minutes, but the point was made that the strong belief reaction is still there and the symbology that is going on is still there and strong for you.

Let me ask you to relax for a moment before we continue. Just unlock all your expectations, all your assumptions, all of your definitions. Take a deep breath and let it out.

Now, using your own intuition just for a moment, what kinds of ideas have already occurred to you in your imagination that would be ways that you could change that situation with your teeth? What have you thought of, whether it seems silly or not?

Questioner: The blue light. The idea of putting blue light there.

Bashar: Did you do that?

Questioner: Yeah.

Bashar: When?

Questioner: Well, I just did it once.

Bashar: And for how long?

Questioner: Just a few minutes.

Bashar: All right. That’s why I wanted to know. What made you stop?

Questioner: Well, partly that I don’t feel it needs to be a big strong struggle.

Bashar: All right. Very good. Very good. Very good. What else occurred to you?

Questioner: I did some research into health and nutrition and I explored wheat grass, the idea of wheat grass juice and building back the energy and healing.

Bashar: And how long did you explore that one?

Questioner: For a few days. I’m still doing that.

Bashar: All right. And how does that feel to you so far?

Questioner: Well, I’m also taking antibiotics, so it’s kind of hard to tell what’s going on.

Bashar: All right. One moment. One moment. Now, one thing that may be of some benefit to you—not in what we perceive to be your immediate general local because the substance there is not pure—but if you will obtain sea water, highly energized seawater from areas such as your Hawaiian island, and you shall rinse your mouth three times, two to three times a day with that sea water from those localities, there will be some alleviation for you.

But some of what you are exploring is leading you to a particular understanding you have not yet discovered. Information that can form the seed of a new endeavor for you. What you may call a new career for you—the beginning of the foundations of the energy paths of the body. Some of what is termed acupuncture, acupressure, herbalism. Explore more these ideas of the avenues of electric charge and the pathways of electromagnetic energy, the conduits, the pressure points in your body. Learn to play the body as an instrument in that way. Producing the proper tonalities. Explore that. That is where some of this experience is leading you to. That’s beautiful. We thank you for now. That is sufficient.

Questioner: Okay. Thank you.

Question 5: 1993 Timing

Questioner: Hello Bashar.

Bashar: And to you. Good day.

Questioner: It’s very nice to be with you again.

Bashar: And with you as well.

Questioner: The question I had was—I guess I need some clarification. You said something the last time about 1993 and I guess what I got from it was sort of that we needed to get it together before 1993 and I wondered if you could clarify why that timing specifically.

Bashar: It is simply the idea, first of all, that we have said your mass consciousness is shifting, your focus is shifting. There is more momentum now, more energy now in general that is behind the idea of individuals on your planet doing what excites them the most and creating a world of peace and harmony individually and collectively.

What we simply suggested was that by your year—as we perceive the energy, as we perceive the momentum from our point of view—by your year of 1993, the shifting of your world from old ideas to the new vibration, to the new energy, to its fourth density state, its higher vibratory state, will be at such a pace, such a momentum, that if by that year you have not already harmonized or synchronized yourself with your own highest excitement, because there will be so much momentum, it will be like fighting upstream in order to change after that point.

If you make a change after that point, it may require—in order for you to catch up to the speed of the momentum—that everything you are doing that is not harmonious to you break apart instantly, very rapidly, maybe sometimes even more rapidly than some of you are willing to handle. That is what we actually said. You follow me?

Questioner: Yes, I do.

Bashar: Does that help clarify the situation?

Questioner: Yes, it does.

Bashar: Is that sufficient?

Questioner: I think so. Thank you very much.

Question 6: Husband with Brain Damage

Questioner: Hello Bashar.

Bashar: And to you. Good day.

Questioner: I’m very excited to be here. It’s my first time.

Bashar: I’m very excited you are there. Thank you. I do have an excitement that I use practically every day.

Bashar: Oh yes. Do share. What is that?

Questioner: I am a seamstress. I sew for myself and my daughter. And I enjoy it very much.

Bashar: Very exciting. Very creative.

Questioner: I have a problem. A situation.

Bashar: Redefine. It is simply a situation.

Questioner: A situation. I live with my husband who has been brain damaged by a stroke. And it’s hard for me to get through to him my ideas and it’s hard for him to get through to me.

Bashar: All right. All right. Do you find that it is easy to love each other?

Questioner: No.

Bashar: All right. Can you give your unconditional love to that individual even in what you call the impaired state? Can you simply from your heart unconditionally love what that individual has chosen to experience in their life as their lesson, as their path? Can you respect that?

Questioner: I respect it, but I’m not doing it now.

Bashar: All right. Can you unconditionally love it?

Questioner: No.

Bashar: Why not? Thank you for being honest, by the way. Why not?

Questioner: I don’t understand.

Bashar: Do you have to understand in order to unconditionally love?

Questioner: No.

Bashar: All right. Then why not unconditionally love and assume that the unconditional love will help you understand? You see, what you call telepathy, we call telempathy. And just the opposite of what your world usually says when you say, “Well, to know me is to love me.” In fact, it works just the other way. To love them is to know them. For when you find that individuals are being telempathic, it’s because they are on a similar frequency and they are vibrating at a similar vibration. And therefore, it is not that they are literally reading each other’s minds. It is that they are thinking the same thoughts simultaneously because they are on the same wavelength.

So if you give unconditional love first and respect to an individual’s style of life and life choices, then the unconditional love is what that individual will feel. They will then be able to reflect the unconditional love back to you. And within the stream of that electromagnetic unconditional loving liquid light, within that stream, within that bubble, there will be the communication and the understanding that is necessary. You will simply find yourself beginning to automatically know what that person is saying. They will find themselves automatically understanding and knowing what you are saying and will act accordingly. Do you understand?

Questioner: I do in a way. We’ve been married 40 years so there’s a little bit of that going on after that amount of time.

Bashar: One moment. Yes. But what is impairing the total unconditional love?

Questioner: Anger.

Bashar: Anger. All right. Now true anger does not last more than 10 to 15 seconds. If it lasts longer than that, it is denial. It is definitions. It is criticizing. It is expectations. It is all sorts of other things. But it is not true anger. Anger is clarifying. It is aligning. It aligns you so that you know, “All right, this is my reality. This is the reality I prefer. What I’m seeing is not representative of the reality I prefer.”

Yet at the same time, as you choose the reality you prefer, you can still respect that their choice of their reality in no way, shape, or form has to in any way impinge on what you need to accomplish in your reality. When you understand that everyone is a creator unto themselves, then you can still get what you need in your reality regardless of what anyone else chooses in theirs by redefining their choices as positive ones as far as you are concerned.

They may have made certain choices that in a sense are negative choices, but as far as you are concerned, there will only be a positive effect because you are willing to respect their choice. And ultimately, because you are all eternal beings, you also must know that ultimately they will learn positive lessons no matter what kind of life choices they have made right now.

So forgive yourself and the other individual. Release and relax and understand that that was a choice that that individual will learn something from it. But in no way, shape or form does it need to impair your life goal, your desires and your preferences. There are still many levels on which you can communicate other than what you call the immediate physical level of language. You follow me?

Questioner: Yes, I do.

Bashar: When you go to sleep, open your heart as you drift into sleep and imagine, picture your heart energy—vibrant, golden red—immersing that individual so that you sleep in the same heart, beating as one. So that every night, more and more, there will be more understanding, more communication on the levels that are important. And that things will be understood. You will see eventually there will be the glimmer and the understanding and things will just get done. You follow me?

Career & Pregnancy

Bashar: Perhaps it would be preferable if you spoke to a woman of our civilization.

What is your name?

I use the term Anima. For it represents the idea of the feminine aspect as it comes through a man. And that shall be symbolic of the blending of the two energies.

Asker: The challenge that I bring to you today is one of trying to juggle—juggling career, which I guess what I would term as my masculine side—and trying to get pregnant, which I haven’t been able to do. I’m married. It’s all right in front of me. And yet, I’m not pregnant.

Bashar: Why is career masculine, feminine, or anything?

Anima: I guess maybe I didn’t mean that. I guess I meant in the sense of balancing—I think of being pregnant and being a mother as—

Bashar: Why do you think of these things as separate things on either side? Why do you create a dichotomy, a polarity in these things which after all are simply aspects of the one life that you are? Remember Bashar said one, one, one. You are one.

Anima: Okay. Well, then this is my struggle. How do I take that intellectual knowledge that I receive from you and bring it to my heart chakra so that I understand it and it’s integrated in me as a total person?

Bashar: You have just done it by describing that that is what you wish to do. But you are not aware that it is that easy. You have imagined the ability of declassifying something as intellectual and simply understanding that if you have the ability to conceive that it might be possible, if you have the ability to conceive that it might be possible to de-intellectualize and bring it into your heart, then that ability to conceive of that idea is all that it takes to be that idea. But you are causing a separation, sister.

Anima: Yes, I understand that you are saying that the imagining of the thing is not the doing of the thing and it is one and the same.

Bashar: Conceive of that if you will.

Anima: Okay, I appreciate that and I think that answer helps me. However, what can I do when my mind starts to go to that place of separateness?

Bashar: Enjoy it and explore it for what it is. Because your mind is not doing it without your conscious decision to do so. Therefore, enjoy where you are. Even if it is not what you prefer, enjoy it as being something that is recognized as something you don’t prefer. So that you will be certain beyond a shadow of a doubt after you finish exploring it that it is not what you prefer and then you will go somewhere else.

In other words, to put it simply, do not berate yourself for exploring the things that you do not necessarily prefer. Please, I ask you to remember that the more aware you become, the more aware you become of the positive and the negative. Just because you become more aware of the negative does not mean that that’s where you’re stuck. It is your choice.

Remember what Bashar has shared with many of you, what is called the library analogy. You can go into one of your libraries with many books. You can have joyful books, scary books. You can read every book on the shelf, positive and negative. The only book that goes home with you is the one you consciously check out of the library. All the others stay on the shelf. It does not matter if your mind goes and sees those things. If that is not what you prefer, your consciousness knows that. It is aware and wise enough to recognize that you are just exploring. Even if it is exploring the negative idea that you do not prefer, you do not have to give the negative idea more power than it has.

If you say that just by exploring the negative idea that it automatically has more ability to manifest than any positive idea, it is you that is deciding that it has that power. And it is you that is deciding that that power is somehow separate from your own self-empowerment and your own self-aware commandment. Do you understand what I am saying?

Anima: Absolutely.

Bashar: Does this assist you in a big way? Then allow yourself to give birth to your true self. And when you are aligned with your true self, the person that is your true self will be able to effortlessly conceive any other consciousness through itself in the proper timing. You are not yet the mother you need to be to give birth to that person waiting. But you can communicate with that child that is not a child at this point in your dream states. You do not have to try to become pregnant. Give birth to yourself. Give birth to the self you need to be. Then you will be the person who effortlessly gives birth to others. You understand?

Anima: Yes.

Bashar: And remember, no pain needs to be there. Understand? It is an effortless birth of joy of expression. Automatic and effortless. As easy as breath, as easy as breathing, as automatic as existing.
