Topic: Co-Creation and Reality

Every moment of time that you create can be viewed always as a continuous opportunity for you, each and every one of you individually and collectively, to act upon on your own concepts, visualizations, perspectives of yourself to live your dreams now. In this way, therefore, recognize that as we have said, we are beginning to view you in this way. We are viewing you in this way to now allow yourselves to be consciously aware of your co-creation within every endeavor in this way with us, with yourselves, and thus free to act upon every aspect, any aspect that you find yourself vibrating in accord to, that you find your imagination, your excitement vibrating in accord to, to act, to be, to do. In this way, you will find that as you move from third to Fourth density reality, your world will become a more, I’ll say, consciously activated World. In this way, you will find yourself the opportunity to always be acting upon your dreams, upon your excitation, upon your imagination to live your dreams. You will find that while from time to time the idea of thinking, meditating on something will also still be valid to some degree, you will find yourselves in this way more active in the sense that you will be willing to not so much think about an idea or a plan, but immediately as you conceive it, put it into action, act upon it. And because you will be, I’ll say, operating through your knowingness, that will allow you to create your lives as the ecstatic explosion of coincidence. You will always find more than enough opportunities to act upon when you are willing to act. And in this way, your life will, in your terms, become more active in that way—not that you will just be doing busy work, no—but in this way, you will find always opportunities to act upon your desires because you will be attracting them to you consciously, and you will see how they plug into the overall idea you have chosen to explore by creating this physical life, this time of your time, as you create all the time that you experience to exist.

Visualization vs. Expectation

Asker: I would like to ask a question about reality as opposed to creating expectations through creative visualization.

Bashar: it is all reality. Everything you do is the creation of a reality. You are the Creator. Everything you create is a reality.

Asker: But uh, and I thought that that you had said before, when we were talking about my house situation, that if I was creating expectations that that wasn’t necessarily… you would still have some reality.

Bashar: Understand that whether you do something or you do trying to do that something, you are still creating a reality. Whether it is the doing of the thing or the doing of the trying, it is still a reality. Follow me? If you are creating expectation, that is the reality you are creating. It is not that you are not creating reality, but you are creating a reality of expectation that perhaps you do not prefer. You follow me?

Asker: Um, think so. I’m just wondering, well, you know the concept. All right, thank you.

Bashar: Understand therefore in this way, when you allow yourself to create the idea of visualization to assist you as a tool towards the creation of the reality you prefer, simply realize this: the visualization technique is just that—it is a technique, a tool, one way, not the only way. And in this methodology, you can simply allow yourself to know that whatever pictures and feelings your imagination—which is perfectly tuned to the being that you are—creates in your mind’s eye will be representative of the overall idea that you desire to create in your reality. But simply in this way, do not put the expectation upon the arrival of that reality in exactly the manner that you perceive it, for it may or it may not come that way. But simply know that the creation of your visualization will be the activation mechanism regardless of whether the reality exactly mirrors the pictures you created in your tool of visualization or not. You follow me?

Asker: Yeah. Uh, but isn’t it uh advantageous to be more specific, or are… as specific as you can be when you are trying to create?

Bashar: In a sense, but understand once again, you can be as specific as you want as long as you do not put the expectation upon the, I’ll say, reality having to come through that way exactly. Okay? You follow me? Be as specific as you want because this will focus you. It will focus you in a certain way. But understand it will not necessarily focus you in the way you think it is supposed to. You follow me? But you will be focused, and it may, depending upon how you have manifested the visualization, it may mirror rather exactly what you have visualized, but again, it may not. But simply recognizing this way, that whatever does occur is the reflection of the reality you chose to experience and will always teach you something about yourself. You follow me? Simply ride with everything you create. Let your physical reality be an obvious reflection of what you believe about yourself. Then you can prefer something else if you find that what you have created is not to your liking. But you do not have to prefer it with judgment against the thing that you do not prefer. Simply, preference is simply knowing what you are aligned to. Judgment is the invalidation of everything you are not aligned to. But by judging it, you automatically become aligned to it. And that is, as we have said, the source of your phrase “judge not lest ye be judged.” It is not that you are being judged from someone outside; it is that you are aligning yourself with the vibration of a judgment, and therefore you are judging yourself automatically. Or you would not be able to perceive the idea of judgment. You can only perceive that which you contain or vibrate in accord to at any given moment. You follow me? Will this have clarified the idea to some extent?

Asker: Yeah. Well, well, I followed you real clear up until this last little part here. Um, so that if… okay, so if you don’t want to judge, if if you don’t want that to be part of your life, you should just not ever think about it?

Bashar: Understand in this way, you simply can recognize everything in reality as being equally valid. Now, some things are not, quote-unquote, “for you” in that way. You prefer to do things in another way. This does not mean you consider all the other ways which you are not doing to be wrong or less. You follow me? You can prefer the way you want to do something without judging all the other ways to be invalid. You follow me? Is that clear?

Asker: Thank you. Okay, thank you. Yes.

Conversation 3: Childhood Fear of Eternity and Solar Plexus Pain

Asker: Um, this may be a little difficult, but when I was a… maybe… all right, if you insist. When I was a little girl, I think I had a very vivid imagination, and I had all kinds of pictures in my head of things which I’ve since found out were probably metaphors of what I’m learning now.

Bashar: Learn one of the things: do not forget that even your physical reality is a metaphor.

Asker: Yes. All right. One of the things that when I was very young, probably between 8 and 12, yes, I used to think about the concept of Eternity. Yes. And I used to think about it so much it gave me what I thought at that time stomach aches. So that in time, I actually very consciously repressed any ideas that had something to do with it because it would stay with me for a long time. I’ve since thought about it, yes, but only cognitively. And this past week, I thought about the concept again, but I felt the concept, and I had the same experience I used to have when I was a little girl, namely really a pain in my solar plexus that radiates and is sort of a free-floating anxiety, and it stayed with me for several days and was very uncomfortable.

Bashar: All right. Understand first of all that you are connecting to the idea of your future self, as you were then. As this will most likely occur in the area energy you call the solar plexus chakra. You will find, however, that much of the pain is simply due to the idea of the difference that you hold between your present self and your future self. Also recognize that what you were doing when you were young was recognizing your own eternalness, but also recognizing that you have chose to be physical. And if you kept on recognizing the eternalness to a certain extent, you would not want to be physical any longer. So you shut it off so that you could do the job you came here to do. Mhmm. Now in this way, you are only forming an association at this time. You do not have to have the pain. Simply recognize that you know you are not going to take off. In this way, you can explore the idea of your own eternalness without feeling that you are going to lose contact with the physical reality that you have chosen to exist within. And you can allow the blending of your future self with your present self to be one of the ease of creation, without seeing the dichotomy in this way, or judging the physical reality to be less than that future reality. And that is the only thing that causes the pain: the idea that you are creating a quote-unquote lower estimation or lower vibration of yourself in the present, and a higher estimation or higher vibration of yourself in the future. And when you compare the two, two different vibrations will cause friction in the physical form. It will cause pain. You follow me?

Asker: Yes. But what really causes the pain is when I start thinking about that everything will go on and on and on forever. But the alternative [is] not very nice either, that it ceases.

Bashar: All right. But understand, it is not that the everything going on and on forever is this way not a nice idea. Simply that the further and further you extend your idea of your future self, the higher and higher the vibration you make of the idea of your future self, the more and more difference you create between your present and future self, the greater and greater the friction, the greater and greater the pain, if you are not willing to assimilate and stop judging it. You follow me?

Asker: Yes. Yes. So uh, what I should do is… not “should”… is your preference. What I will prefer to do, yes, is… oh, I don’t know… to explore notion from what point of view… to allow myself to be in the present all that you validly need to be.

Bashar: Okay. Understand that you are Eternal. Recognize the only thing giving you a pain is attempting to perceive that eternalness from a limited point of view. Yes? Live your life. That is what you chose to experience. Okay? That is why you are here. Live your life. But at the same time…

Asker: I felt that this happened this past week because I am growing in.

Bashar: Right now, of course. And you are becoming the future self and recognizing that it is all right to know you are Eternal and still live a physical life at the same time, and that both concepts are equal and that they can blend, and it’s not painful once you’re beyond that. Is that right?

Asker: Right. Once you are it. Once you are it. Now you said I’m starting to explore to get in touch with my future self.

Bashar: Now you are your future self. Right?

Asker: Yes. How would I find my future self?

Bashar: By continuing to live. Understand again, this is the transformational life of your planet, of your Society, of every individual within it. You are in the middle of the transformation from third to Fourth density dimensionality. Yes. Therefore, one of the ideas that goes along with that is allowing yourself to become, in a sense, your version of the future self. When you find yourself in Fourth density, you will be the future self. It will no longer be something out there that you have to achieve. You will be it by simply allowing yourself to know that you already are it. You will find it, okay? Because you will continue to live your life that you chose to live, and every event you chose to experience will be experienced. You’re not going to miss out on anything.

Asker: I’m not worried about. All right. Then understand if you are forming a connection of yourself as the future self, you will become that future self in due course. Keep living. That is all you have to do to experience everything you chose to experience in this physical life is keep living. Can I find out at this point what the future self is going to be like?

Bashar: Use your imagination. What do you imagine it would be like? Then once you have that feeling, once you have that picture, if that is how you create it, then start acting like it. Then you will be it.

Creative Project and Confusion

Asker: A first… the first thing on creativity. And as you know, and many of the people that have been going through the last six months with me on creating this um, job in this movie, “Out on a Limb,” yes, I created it and I made…

Bashar: Oh, very good. Yes.

Asker: And it’s nothing like I expected.

Bashar: Very good. Tell you, you would just love me on your planet right now because…

Asker: Oh, we do. Because I would say it’s nothing like I expected, and I just… good, been blowing hold in all of my expectations.

Bashar: Oh, yes.

Asker: Um, I’m… I’ve been a bit confused. So I know you love that.

Bashar: Oh, thank you. Yes. Confusion. Confusion with more of yourself. Yes.

Asker: I’m confused and I don’t understand a lot. So I know I’m in a perfect State.

Bashar: Oh, very good. You will therefore be very excited that you are creating so many halls that will fill themselves up with great excitement and enjoyment and great experience.

Asker: Well, I haven’t been choosing the excitement. I’ve sort of been choosing the Judgment for the last couple of days.

Bashar: That is all right. You are giving yourself an opportunity. Remember, do not judge your judgment. You are giving yourself an opportunity to view many aspects of yourself because you have put yourself in a new situation. Now you are able to look at new facets of yourself and allow yourself to integrate them. It is all right. Relax.

Asker: Well, I started like, built this Vision based on my higher soul of white, yes. And you know, I’m now dealing with not just… I mean, it’s all reality, but dealing with people who… and this is a judgment, but I’m going to say this because this is what I’ve been feeling, that now…

Bashar: One moment. Before you say it, before you say it, recognize that you can say “One Moment, One Moment, One Moment.” You can say the same thing without judgment if you wish. Okay? Um, go ahead. Say it with judgment.

Asker: Every… I go home crying. I mean, for six months this has been my goal, and I’m here, and I’ve been crying every day because…

Bashar: Then you are centering.

Asker: Yeah, but what I’m centering around is real difficult to see. I go, it’s like, I’m going, did I [f***] the creation up? How can you do that? That’s why I keep saying, and my higher self says that it’s perfect. Don’t worry, you’re going to be amused when it’s done.

Bashar: Do you think in your opinion it is about time you started listening to your higher self?

Asker: Do trust. I do trust my higher self. Do trust. I do trust my higher self. But when I’m sitting around eight truck drivers are trying to make it with me, I don’t know how to deal with it, and I don’t know where my higher stuff fits in there. I just… you don’t know where your… you know, when it’s like a TR Spirit to the people, you what? I talk it to them and they tell me to levitate for them.

Bashar: I understand him this way. First of all, are you talking to these people because you feel you have to change their beliefs?

Asker: No, I’m not.

Bashar: All right. I’m talking to them because I spend 12 hours a day with them. Fine. Changes the subject from sex to Spirit anyway. So I just, you know, and nothing wrong with the subject of sex. No, it’s great. Because I’m expressing what it is to me, and you know they probably never heard that before. But so tired of hearing that, that because they’re men, that I have to deal with this, it just really bugs me.

Bashar: But you are the one that is choosing to view it in that way. Why not simply trust your higher self already knows that you are simply expressing what you know yourself to be, and those individuals are going to partake of it on whatever level they want to? Why let it bother you?

Asker: Yeah. Why not feel the joy of simply knowing you are doing what you want to do? This isn’t exactly what I thought it would be, you know. Good. But you are still doing what you want to do.

Asker: Well, you know, I just… the whole thing has been on this connection with this being, and I… I suppose, I mean, I really, on some level, I really know it’s all wonderful because it’s really… I am getting the opportunity to see my judgment about certain groups of people because I am like having to be with these people all…

Bashar: May I remind you of something? Yeah. The individual for whom you find yourself now working, the female? Yeah. Did she not in this way express that she has experienced much the same?

Asker: I don’t know. I don’t know. I haven’t really, you know. I mean, I thought this like magic connection that I’ve been getting of and really going through for six months, it’s going to happen immediately. And here I am, it’s not happening. And I… I guess there’s a process.

Bashar: Because you are creating impatience. Because you are creating a need for patience. Enjoy what you are doing, and you will not need patience, which will create impatience. Okay? Now understand in this way, if you are willing to work with that individual, recognize in her conviction the same conviction you have always said you desire for yourself. Recognize that she does not care what anyone else thinks nor what anyone else says because she is willing to know what she wants for herself.

Asker: Well, I… I don’t care at that point. I mean, I really express myself, and I hear the things that are being said even about that being, and so I’m feeling certain.

Bashar: Because you are taking responsibility for other people’s acts. Off. That’s that’s a big um lesson to just…

Asker: Yes. It’s like the biggest lesson I think I’ve ever faced in a…

Bashar: All right. Then you know that if you are giving yourself bigger and bigger lessons, you are growing because you can handle it. Otherwise, you would keep giving yourself small little lessons. You would stay in kindergarten.

Asker: Know. I just… I just want you like… I go, well, I created this, and again, I’m not even dealing with this this female being at at this point. I mean, I… how long have you been working?

Asker: Days.

Bashar: Thank you. End of conversation. No. All right.

Conversation 5: Third Eye Pressure, Mayan Temple, and Chrysalis

Asker: Now, last Thursday, before I… um, first let me say, I just… I’m so glad to be back with you, and I know you’ve been with me anyway, but I’m just glad to be around you and the…

Bashar: All right. We appreciate your sharing as well. Thank you.

Asker: Last Thursday I saw Leah, and in the middle of that, uh, developed a, you know, a lot of emotional discharge, and I understood it came from a lot of recognition was coming together inside of me in integration process. And I developed severe, severe headache in my third eye area. And um, you know, I had an experience in the middle of the evening with um, another being. I assumed it was Bashar, and then that was fine. And Saturday night the same thing happened, and intense pressure in my third eye area, and some images came up: one of um, having a piece of wood driven into the third eye area, and another of a Mayan Temple, and the name Quetzalcoatl came up. Can you tell me one, is the pressure was simply just a blockage integration, or was just the way I had chosen at the time to integrate? And what the Quetzalcoatl temple… um… were mean?

Bashar: In this way, you were using an ancient symbology from the idea of another life to represent some of the idea of the blockage that you are experiencing now. And in this way, recognize it was in some factions of that Civilization a practice to believe that physiologically opening that up by, I will say, cutting or forcing in this way was one way to get it to work. You follow me?

Asker: Yes. In the middle of the sleep, I was trying to ease the headache, and in the middle of the sleep, I heard this very strange sound, like of popping, like if you have a balloon and you pull it. And at that point, I remembered a couple of months ago you had told me that I had been given a chrysalis and to be careful not to punch out of it. And when I heard that sound, I thought, oh, the chrysalis is being open right now.

Bashar: Oh, very good. Is that really what that’s part of what was happening during the pain?

Asker: Yes. In a sense, it’s just unfolding. And of course, relax.

Bashar: Thank you. I love you.

Asker: We love you. Next.

Conversation 6: Regression for a Friend’s Car Accident

Asker: Sure. Yes. Hello. Hello. I haven’t seen you in a while. Um, as you know, I work with regressive hypnosis, and I have a question concerning that. My very, very, very close friend Ann, back very, very, very old back in New Hampshire, had a near-fatal car accident three years ago. Yes. Um, that she will not let go of. She’s asked me to regress her back to the accident uh, for the purpose of releasing it once and for all. Releasing what? I don’t know. It’s an image or a feeling I’m getting that she needs to just release it and let it go. And I don’t… I don’t know if I’m using the right terminology. But does your friend in this way remember the actual accident itself or not?

Bashar: Yes, she does.

Asker: She… she wasn’t even unconscious during it. She was… I mean, it happened, and then she was just laying there waiting for the ambulance. So I mean, this is what she told me. I’m not sure, maybe she was astral, but she…

Bashar: All right. What in this way, again, does she feel she needs to release? Is she in this way creating for herself the idea of guilt with regard to this? Possibly?

Asker: She… it’s… she says that she’s two different Anns. She’s the Ann she used to be, the Ann before the accident, and now she’s the Ann with the accident, and her whole life is screwed up because of this accident. If she says so.

Bashar: Well, yes. And why does she choose to believe that?

Asker: I don’t understand. I’ve been… why don’t you ask her? I’ve been sitting around for 3 years patiently waiting for her to ask me to help her, and now why… I just felt that in some way I was going… I was going to help her.

Bashar: Have you simply ever talked about it?

Asker: Yes, we’ve talked about the accident.

Bashar: But have you ever asked her why she chooses to believe it is, in your terms, screwing her life up?

Asker: I’ve expressed to her that I don’t understand why she’s doing this, and she just says to me, “Lisa, you don’t understand.”

Bashar: Then ask her to explain it. Obviously, she does not understand either. When she explains it, she will understand.

Asker: Well, maybe it’s me that doesn’t understand. Maybe she is explaining it to me, and I don’t understand because I feel something like that wouldn’t screw up my life. All right, but I’ve never in this life gone through something like that.

Bashar: All right. But again, simply ask her in very clear and concise terminology to explain why she believes that that incident is something that has to have a negative effect on her life.

Asker: Yes, I plan on doing that. Um, anyway, finishing the question here before I forget what I was going to ask. Um, I’ve only worked with past life progressions. I haven’t worked with present life progression, and I’m wondering, is there a difference?

Bashar: Well, not technically. But then there is no difference.

Asker: I’m thinking of the imagery used, and also what I wanted to find out, if you could give me any information, is… is there something in a past life of hers that that has to do with this accident that I should know before I do this? A sensitive spot? Something?

Bashar: Does she want you to do this?

Asker: Yes, she’s asked me. I haven’t even…

Bashar: All right. Then first of all, allow yourself to ask her, before you do this, the idea of: can she, in her imagination, imagine anything at all, no matter in her estimation how minuscule, anything at all that has been of benefit as a result of the incident? Anything? Anything? Can you think of anything? Can you think of anything?

Asker: Um, oh, not directly. I know that. Did you know her then?

Bashar: Well, see, this is the tricky part.

Asker: Um, oh, tricky.

Bashar: All right. We were friends for two years before the accident.

Asker: Yes. Uh, 6 months before the accident happened, we had something karmically that we chose to experience that separated us. We were separated for three years while she was uh, while the accident happened and while she was recovering. All right. Three years after the accident or two years, whatever. Um, she contacted me, and we resolved our differences, and now our relationship is much, much closer than it was for then.

Bashar: That is one benefit, is it not?

Asker: Yes. But does that have to do with the accident?

Bashar: In why not? I don’t know. Understand, every event in your life always changes you completely. Yeah. Therefore, one idea of positive manifestation of that incident was to allow herself in this way to integrate to such a point where you rekindled the idea of your closeness. And now you are being asked by her to assist her in the discovery of many portions of her personality that she has not been willing to look at and feeling very guilty about. You follow me?

Asker: Yeah.

Bashar: Therefore, you may start with that. That is one idea that is already happened because of the incident that is of benefit. I see. You follow me?

Asker: Yes. As far as just the actual regression, I shouldn’t… I’m… any regression, you may simply consider all regression—present life, past life, future life—to be always the same idea, since you are always proceeding from the present point. It does not matter how far back, how far forward. These are all nebulous terms. Simply in this way, recognize you are only creating your past and your future from your present anyway. Yes. It does not matter how far you turn the dial.

Asker: So I understand it to be that it is uh, to use the same procedure, the same visualization that you can, but allow your imagination to guide you. If you feel that you wish to change something spontaneously, change it. Act upon your instinct, act upon your intuition, which will always assist you if you simply allow yourself to connect into her through unconditional love, rather than in this way judging yourself, “Am I going to do her a service or not?” You follow me?

Asker: Yeah. I will admit I have some fear. I’m… I will admit I have some fear I’m creating.

Bashar: All right. Then this for you is an opportunity to integrate and allow it to be unconditional love that allows you to assist her to make her own changes. Recognize you will not be changing her; she will be changing herself. She’s going to release a lot of emotion.

Asker: All right. Very good. I realize it will be a growth for me to experience this with her. All right. I… maybe the fear isn’t fear but excitement.

Bashar: Very good. Yes. Okay. This is wonderful. Thank you.

Asker: I just want to say um, that the second half, I’d like to ask you another question, but the timing is not right now.

Bashar: So all right. Just wanted to warn you. Warn me. All. Look out. Next.

Conversation 7: Future Self and Galactic Information

Asker: Thank you. Nice. Um, was my future self who came through the physical channel two weeks ago the same being that Carol saw at the light panel in her quote-unquote regression vision?

Bashar: Why do you feel that it might be?

Asker: I… I felt it when when my future self was fine-tuning me, um, that it might be connected. And uh, Carol said something about me and that in that form, being sort of a Switching Post for Galactic information, and you identified with that idea.

Bashar: Yes. Then simply act upon that and see what it gets you. If that is what is resonating within you with the strongest degree of activity, then follow that idea and see where it gets you. Obviously, the idea of ultimately true or not true makes no difference. It is your own truth, and it is an indication for you to follow that path until it changes. Plain and simple. You follow me?

Asker: Yes. Thank you. Um, was… was that future self… um, for… I’d like to ask, ultimately, how far in the future on our time track would that future self exist for me?

Bashar: Oh, I don’t know.

Asker: Know. Okay. Think about. Okay. Um, also, do you… right now feel any particular idea of how quote-unquote “far” you think it is? Yes or no?

Asker: Right now, yeah. Yes.

Bashar: How?

Asker: Not too far.

Bashar: Very good. Thank you. Recognize the idea of putting a time frame in that would separate the future self from the present… you… we would prefer that you simply consider yourself already to be the future self so that you can begin to act like it, as you already said tonight.

Asker: Yes. Thank you. It as you already said tonight. Yes. Thank you.

Conversation 8: Dream of Corridor and Craft

Asker: Um, also, I had a dream a couple of years ago uh, where I was running through a corridor, very brightly lit, with no specific points of light coming out… coming out of the walls, really. And I was opening up doors all along the corridor, letting out uh, beings who would run after me, and it was like we were all escaping somewhere. And then I was suddenly drawn out of the corridor into another area, and I was being shown around what I… what I thought about now is to be a craft of some type or an underground city, where there was a room where there was a very large spinning… what I think was like electromagnetic energy, but it seemed to be a being. And there are many panels on the walls with holographic type maps and charts and lots of light panels, as I as I just described.

Bashar: Nice.

Asker: Um, and I was taken by one being into this energy where I was… I was actually floating around in it.

Bashar: What did that being look like?

Asker: Cannot remember exactly. I had the feeling of age, and very light, very whitish. Continue. Um, and very light, very whitish. Continue. Um, and we were floating around in this… in this um, energy, and I was asking the being questions about the source and the origin of this thing. And since it’s so long ago, I can’t really remember all the little details. Um, but I really have the impression now that that was some sort of of a craft that I was taken aboard in reality.

Bashar: Yes.

Asker: Uh, did this happen in my reality as a child?

Bashar: Happened at the moment you experienced it.

Asker: Okay. Um, is that related uh, directly to that future self?

Bashar: No.

Asker: Okay. Do you believe me?

Bashar: Thank you. Thank you.

Asker: Um, now the beings that were all being set free… um, there are two ideas I’ve had that um, that was you… that they were all me. Yes. Past selves, future selves, all the portions of your personality that allowed you to integrate to the point where you could then become equal to the vibration of being aboard that craft. You follow me?

Asker: Yes.

Bashar: You had entered another dimensionality, and to do so, you have to take all of you with you.

Asker: Okay. Very good. Thank you.

Conversation 9: Heart Palpitations and Electromagnetic Shifts

Asker: Yes. Uh, I wanted to ask you, I’ve had a phenomenon lately that that feels like… well, the nearest I can describe it is some sort of heart palpitations. And I… I haven’t… it hasn’t caused fear exactly, but I’ve wondered, is this for… how long?

Bashar: For how long?

Asker: For… well, I’ve just… I’ve been noticing it uh, two weeks. Yeah, something like that. Is it physical or metaphysical?

Bashar: Metaphysical. Beyond physical. If you are feeling the palpitations, obviously it is physical. Now in this way, simply understand that you are sensitive to the electromagnetic field of your Earth, as many of you are. You are sensing the shifting going on right now within that electromagnetic field in your local. Recognize in this way, or allow me to ask you first: are you experiencing any particular pains in any sections of your body other than the palpitations?

Asker: No. It’s not even a pain. It’s just a sensation, and I don’t know whether my heart’s going to stop or not.

Bashar: It is not going to stop. Recognize you are simply sensitive, as many individuals are, on that vibrational level which is represented by the heart chakra vibration, to the idea of this electromagnetic shifting. Now, as we have said, there is still high degree of probability within what you call this week of your time, extending into the next week of your time, for there to be what you call a tremor or quake in your area or nearby. And like many other individuals, this is primarily what you are reacting to. You will find a high percentage of individuals will experience the idea in that way. Some will also feel pressure and pain in their sinus areas. There have already… haven’t… very slightly, some of the energy has been redirected. But in this way, recognize it is not the ones we are speaking of.

Asker: I’m sorry, I didn’t get that.

Bashar: There have been a few slight Tremors in your area, but they are not the ones we are addressing.

Asker: I see. Can you think any more about that?

Bashar: No. Okay. Sure.

Asker: Why would be sensitive to those Tremors? I think… why not?

Bashar: In this way, once again, understand that you are immersed in an electromagnetic sea. You yourself are the product of electromagnetic vibration as you create your physical reality. Thus, every cord that is plucked in the electromagnetic sea, you will find some portion of yourself vibrating in accord to. You follow me?

Asker: Yes. Thank you. Thank you.

Conversation 10: Childhood Desire to Fly

Asker: I had one more thing. All right. Than you. Okay. Um, oh dear. Actually, I have several, but I’ll… I’ll just stick to one. Um, when I was a child, I used to have very strong um, desires to fly physically. And I used to stand on the garage roof and get ready to fly, and I knew without a shadow of a doubt that I could do it if I erased all doubt. I… and I could see myself physically taking off.

Bashar: All right. Understand in this way, and of course, you know, it is not unusual that for the ID of children who have not been physical for very long, there are still a very strong conscious connection to your ability in this way of having control over your reality, and also in this way, a conscious connection to the astral traveling, out-of-body traveling, that you do all the time when you are asleep.

Asker: Yes. How… what’s your… what can you tell me about how What It Takes, or how long it would be before I could really achieve that?

Bashar: Understand simply, you have made an agreement to be in this reality, and if it serves the purposes of your service to this reality, you will automatically attract all the situations to you and information that you require to be able to become that idea exactly in perfect timing with all the other ideas you need to be in sync. You may simply allow yourself to keep it within yourself as an idea, knowing that for you it is a potential. And in this way, simply allow yourself to be attracted to whatever situation, beings, or information can in this way allow you to spur within yourself this change when it is appropriately timed.

Asker: Very well put. Thank you. Thank you.

Conversation 11: Guilt and Parenting

Asker: Hello. Um, I’ve been doing very well with my fears.

Bashar: Oh, well, very good. Have you been taking them to lunch?

Asker: Uh, well, actually, lately it hasn’t. It used to be in my mind often. Now it’s kind of fading out, and I think sometimes, but not going away. What I’m uh, uh, going through uh, this last week is uh, guilt.

Bashar: Guilt over having lost your fear?

Asker: No. Believe me, I don’t have any guilt about that.

Bashar: Oh. What do you have guilt about?

Asker: It’s uh, it mainly goes on with uh, Luke, my son, Luke.

Bashar: Yeah. Why do you feel guilty about Luke?

Asker: It’s uh, it goes about sometimes when like I leave him to the babysitter.

Bashar: Why do you leave him to the babysitter?

Asker: So that you can do some things you want to do.

Bashar: Yeah. Right. So well, um, I’d like to know if you can tell me, refresh my memory about what guilt is, so I can work on it.

Bashar: And don’t go… those things you are judging yourself. You are separating yourself from the all-that-is that you are. You are not validating yourself. You are feeling less worthy than some other idea, ideal of yourself, against which you are measuring yourself and always finding yourself to suffer by comparison.

Asker: Yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. All right. I know that one. Oh, all right. Well, guilt is a very creative tool. Great. Well, thank you. Sharing. Yes.

Conversation 12: Crystal Skull Brain Operation

Asker: Um, it’s K. I’m um, working on my uh, screenplay regarding Crystal Skull. Yes. And at some point soon, I’m going to have to describe the brain operation nice in detail. Now, it doesn’t excite me to uh, go through the procedure of going to the skull and and um, gazing into its eyes and going through that. So I’m wondering, would you be willing to tell me what you can about brain procedure? What kind of cutting, what kind of passageways to enter, uh, how the crystals are used?

Bashar: Well, there were the idea you call bronze tools, stone tools, in this way, that were very sharp, as you say, scalpel-like, which could in this way be used to chisel through the bone area. But understand in this way, the being was already, in your terms, anesthetized, though awake, though aware. In this way, the usage of what you call the acupressure points, and also simply the manifestation and manipulation of the being’s energy, auric field, would allow the being to be in a Trance State, aware and awake, but not feeling any pain. In this way, then, certain areas over the crown of the brain were cut away, forming small circular holes. Then there were crystalline forms, some of which had some of these metallic rods, very, very fine wire-like rods, going through the center of them. The rod being inserted very carefully into certain sections of the brain, and the Crystal being allowed to channel the electromagnetic energy, the light energy, and the auric energy of the one performing the operation, to Channel Through the crystal into the rod and make the pathway adjustments into the brain, the real, I’ll say, circuiting of the brain in that way. You follow me?

Asker: Very, very hairlike fine metal wire through the crystals. The… the passageways that refer that you referred to, the rechanneling… is this a physical cutting of tissue?

Bashar: It is not so much a physical cutting of tissue. It is that the insertion of the wire will carry the charge of the electromagnetic energy down to it and will automatically electrically rearrange the circuitry of the brain.

Asker: Okay. Uh, are these rods very fine… brain… okay. Uh, are these rods very fine wires?

Bashar: Really very fine, hairlike.

Asker: Yes. Inserted between tissues, or do they… tissue… some… some very few were inserted into the center of the cellular nucleus, but for the most part, you will find that they had plotted out the idea along the median line of what you call Corpus Callosum, and in this way, allow themselves to ease the wire down in between the tissues to reach certain depths, and in this way, activate the energy, and then retrieve the wire. You follow me?

Asker: Yes. Now, how many holes? Ands… I guess they’re about the same. Usually one hole and a few places within that one area. Sometimes there would be other adjustments, and then sometimes the holes would be over the third eye area as well as the crown chakra, meaning like in our forehead.

Bashar: Yes. Usually one or two holes would suffice for the entire procedure.

Asker: Yes. Okay. How many different wires would be inserted, um, on the average?

Bashar: Usually same wire a few times.

Asker: I see. Now, this wire then has a crystal… crystal that it has penetrated at one end at the…

Bashar: Yes. Though the wire will extend beyond the crystal.

Asker: Okay. Not as long on the top as it is on the end in which it is being used to be inserted into the brain tissue. I understand. Now, um, the way I’ve written my screenplay is uh, is tricky, because I don’t have a person performing this operation on another person. I have him performing it on himself by way of a computer device which runs a surgical robot. It’s an invention of my own for the purpose of this particular um, screenplay.

Bashar: All right. You know that you do not need the robot, as what you term some of the individuals were capable, except with the assistance of another individual to cut away the portion of the skull, of Performing the operation on themselves.

Asker: Okay. Um, that’s interesting. They would… okay. Um, that’s interesting. They would put themselves in such a trance state that once the holes were open, they could guide their hands in this way with their automatic knowingness, and in this way, allow themselves the opportunity to utilize that idea. But recognize this, for the most part, this was early on in the procedure, and later, the ones who were performing the operations could make the changes within themselves without cutting into anything.

Bashar: Yes. They simply will themselves to change, in a sense.

Asker: Okay. Now, with this operation, be done one time, and that rechannels it, so that once it’s done, they… there were from time to time Necessities to repeat the operation, depending upon the belief structure of the individual and their particular life pattern. But for the most part, yes, once was enough. Understand, therefore, they knew they contained then the potential to be able to synchronize with the few beings that you would call priests or doctors, which were much the same in that way in that time. And in this way, then, they would coincide, co-link, synchronize their vibrations, and so make the transference from one dimensionality to another altogether. I see. The operation simply gave them the potential to know they could do it.

Bashar: All right. Good. Uh, what diameter would these holes be?

Asker: Not more usually than, in your terms, an inch to inch and one half.

Bashar: Okay. And then through this one particular hole, um, the person would access several points in the brain with the tool on it.

Asker: Yes. Different. All the points necessary to change were accessible only from the one or two holes.

Bashar: I see. Okay. Thank you very much.

Asker: Thank you.

Conversation 13: Coat Donation Announcement

Asker: Yes. Uh, I want to try something different.

Bashar: Um, always. Yes. Yes. Would you be willing to uh, make some announcements for me for the next month?

Bashar: Make some announcements for you? One announcement? You remember the announcement I made Monday night? And then your coats?

Asker: Yes. Would you be willing… you see, here on this planet, it’s been my experience that we tend to be a bit lackadaisical about something. We… who are you speaking for? Me?

Bashar: Okay. All right. And uh, I’m… I’m trying to… you’re… what I’m attempting… your… what I’m doing something creative.

Bashar: Oh, very good. And with with your help, um, I really feel like this will be…

Bashar: With my help? Why do you need my help? Why not?

Asker: Why do we have to get into this? Is this your creative project or not?

Bashar: Yes.

Asker: Then am I not talking to you about my project?

Bashar: You are talking to me about it.

Asker: Yes. What has that got to do with you doing it? Well, the point is, I can do it better or or faster if I got to… okay. I could do it in a way that with your help, I feel it will be Innovative, and it’ll get more of…

Bashar: What are you attempting to flatter me?

Asker: No. I’m attempting to ask you to make the announcement.

Bashar: Why? You just did. Allow me to Simply ask you, why are you not making the announcements yourself?

Asker: Okay. Well, you’ve heard me making the announcement. Thing is uh, if you made the announcement for me, you think it would carry more weight. Uh, people come to see you to talk to you.

Bashar: Okay. I am not going to take your power. No. Thank you. Thank you. B. It is your power. It is your idea. It is your reality. Allow yourself to be… reality. That you are confusing what I’m talking about. All right. The point is, I’m… I’m making… I’m doing something Innovative and and creating it this way. Yes. It… it appears to me that it will add a little more color to the situation and interest. Okay. And that’s why I’m using this ISM. Okay. If it’s a no, thanks. You know, I don’t necessarily need to get into a big thing over it, you know. And I’m not necessarily saying that I don’t feel like I’m giving you… I’m giving up any power of mine. I think I’m using a real creative tool here. All right. You see my point? Are you suggesting that we co-announce it?

Bashar: Okay. Yay. Thing is, it gets a bit… bit expensive for me to to attend every session, and uh, that was one of the reasons.

Bashar: Why do you have to attend to make your announcement?

Asker: Well, I don’t… you doing the announcement now.

Bashar: In this way, first of all, simply recognize: do you make available the idea for all these individuals to be able to get in touch with you?

Asker: Sure.

Bashar: All right. Then in this way, do you allow yourself, while you are here now, to make available the idea of this announcement to these individuals?

Asker: Well, I will go ahead. Yeah. Right now. Okay. Thanks. Um, anybody in the house that uh, would be interested in giving up an Overcoat, top Coat, that sort of thing, uh, I would like for you to donate them. Okay. I have a card I could give to you, or you could bring them back here next session, and I can… them. The purpose of the coats are for Street people.

Bashar: Very good. Now in this way, allow me to say, I will be happy to thank you.

Asker: Oh, right.

Bashar: You may also, however, provide first all the information necessary, the purpose you have stated, and the methodology of contacting you in your written language, so that it will be something that individuals may refer to. This will then be, as you say, displayed here in what you have created to be this house. And in this way, therefore, they will be able, once the reference is made, to act upon their own right.

Asker: Okay. Thank you. I think that was pretty…

Bashar: Okay. Thank you. I think that was pretty clever.

Asker: It is, as everything creative.

Bashar: Thanks. Oh, thank you. Now you may… now you may also in this way allow me to announce the idea of, with each coat that each individual will, in your terms, donate, that you take the coat, wrap it around your shoulders, and vibrate unconditional love into that coat. And in this way, you will be donating, in your terminology, yes, as a symbol, but still, you will be donating that unconditional love, the vibration and magic of your warmth from your heart, that will Kindle a fire, if those beings will choose to accept your gift within them, that will always keep them warm internally as well as externally with the coat.

Asker: Thank you. Oh, very much for your Co-creation.

Bashar: Sure.

Conversation 14: Dance Performance at Metaphysical Function

Asker: Yes. Um, I had some people come and see me perform a particular number uh, the last time out. And there’s a friend of mine who wants me to perform one of the numbers at a metaphysical function. And as I know everything relates to everything else, I’m having some quote-unquote difficulty, quote-unquote, um, figuring out how it relates to um, the function, being that uh, the I die in the number. Um, I mean, it’s be… it’s a beautiful number in itself, but I don’t understand how it might relate to the situation or the fun.

Bashar: Simply in this way, you may allow yourself to know that all individuals will derive whatever pleasure they wish from that, whether it is, in your terms, literally symbolic of the event or not. So it doesn’t really matter whether it it consciously Corr… it is a beautifully creative act. You may simply allow it to stand in its own right.

Asker: Okay. Okay. That like youy. And that’s what the whole evening is about: beauty and love. And that’s what your dance is: love.

Bashar: Well, that’s true. But the… there’s a beautiful relationship that goes on, and as it’s beautiful, there is in… in a physical term, there is a separation being made. And in… in looking at it from that point of view, like…

Bashar: All right. But then understand that all the individual who will attend that event will be then given the opportunity to remind themselves that there really is no separation, because you will be giving them a reflection upon which they can look within themselves at all the ideas of Separation they have created, and then they can choose to realize, “Well, that is not really an ultimate separation.”

Asker: Well, that’s good. That’s good. I like… thank you.

Bashar: Okay. Thank you.

Conversation 15: Moving Back East and Counseling

Asker: Sharing. Yes. You first. Then you. Um, I’m… I’m going through um, a little confusion about something.

Bashar: Oh, good. Yeah. Special. Um, this your specialty, too. Anyway.

Asker: Um, I’ve, you know, I’ve achieved um, the basically the goals I set out for myself for coming to LA. Um, and I’m thinking about moving back to New York, New Jersey area. All right. Um, but I’m… I’m um, you know, that’s what my confusion is. I’m very… I’ve been able to sort out what I want to do at this point, which is really continue working in the field of education and counseling. All right. Primarily.

Bashar: Yes. Yeah.

Asker: Um, and I’m thinking about starting graduate school back East because there’s a good program there that I like.

Bashar: Oh, all right. Very exciting.

Asker: Yes. And um, so I’m just confused over actually making the move. It’s a big move to leave here. Big move. Yeah. 3,000 miles. That’s not really the thing. It’s just um, I don’t know. I just like LA. I’m just wondering about… can you not come back?

Bashar: Yeah. I… well, sure. I can come back.

Asker: All right. To visit. Um, I’m just wondering if there’s anything you can perceive that I’m not perceiving in in uh, helping me to, like, you know, make a final decision on that.

Bashar: As far as only that, there are no final decisions to anything. Simply act upon your own instincts. What excites you? Do whatever you want. It will always all be all right.

Asker: I agree with that. All right. Then no problem. Is there no… but one of the things about counseling that I’ve been thinking about is, with all the changes occurring, you know, in general…

Bashar: Yes.

Asker: With this, there’s a lot of new age counseling, you could say. Um, all right. Just all the ideas you pick up from channelings, and yes, yes, all the tools are changing, will be integrated. You know, I’m wondering if I attended program that exists already that deals with, you know, other existing philosophies, it would sort of be a waste of time.

Bashar: What a waste? Why would you want to do a thing like that? Why would you want to waste your time? Then understand that anything you do is not going to be a waste. You will always give yourself the opportunity to derive benefit out of it, no matter what.

Asker: That’s true.

Bashar: You can simply understand that it may give you the opportunity to recognize many ideas that you can simply then, I’ll say, allow yourself to see how you can adapt them to the new age idea, so that you can find yourself able to communicate to many different individuals coming from many different points of view, because you can begin on their home ground and allow them to see how what you perceive connects into it. You follow me?

Asker: Yes. You will be speaking their language. Mhm. I can seeing very useful.

Bashar: All right. Then um, um, um, I’m just… I’m just just uh, wondering if there’s any any other… I… my feelings are to to do it.

Bashar: Thank you. End of conversation.

Asker: Yes.

Conversation 16: Time Regression and Parallel Universes

Asker: Um, I… okay. Just second. Time’s up. Okay. There was conversation before about time regression, and I have questions about creating time. Is as we create it. But uh, I’m… I’m confused about how history fits into that, because if we are creating time right now, and if we do time regression, and we are… we then creating what used to be? I… are we creating something? This is really… something. This is really confusing.

Bashar: Uh, you are creating your past from your present now. Understanding this way, all all ideas exist right now. You can create the idea of a Continuum of a timeline that you may agree to adhere to, but this does not mean there are not other parallels that are going on that are just as valid, just as real, that you simply don’t allow yourself to recognize as being connected to the timeline you think you are. You’ll follow me?

Asker: No. Not really.

Bashar: Um, do you understand the idea of parallel universe?

Asker: Yeah, I do.

Bashar: All right. Then understand there is an infinite number of them, and you can crisscross over into any one of them at any time and never notice a difference, and you do all the time.

Asker: Well, okay. Let’s say that for instance, I was time regressed, and that I thought that that I felt that I was Napoleon in in whenever Napoleon existed. But that maybe someone else’s time regressed, and they felt the same thing. Does that mean…

Bashar: It means you are identifying with that idea and creating that reality in your timeline. Remember that you are your own complete and total Universe. Your Napoleon is not their Napoleon.

Asker: But then who was the real Napoleon?

Bashar: Napoleon. Other beings. And in this way, you… and in this way, everyone… everyone is everything. Only you make the distinction that any one particular being is any one other particular being historically. Understand that even what you call Napoleon, yes, you can recognize and, so to speak, follow the path of the particular quote-unquote spirit that may have represented that idea in your time track, in your simultaneous universe. But in this way, simply recognize, therefore, that this is why we prefer to choose that there be no labeling and no need to feel that there is some importance to having been anyone. In this way, you can therefore simply use the identification, if you are creating it, to whatever Advantage you wish to use it, without having to say, “Well, was I really Napoleon or not?”

Asker: Well, so then you are you. Period. Now, if that’s valid or or if this is true, then is there any validity to to having time regression done?

Bashar: Of course, there is validity to any tool that you create to understand yourself, because because you’re only really using it to understand yourself at the present.

Asker: Okay. Okay. All right. You then you… which one?

Asker: Yes. Oh, um, yeah. I want to ask you a few times. In my experience, my immediate space, uh, a being or two have manifested, and they’ve helped me quite a bit at times. And um, I’ve… I’ve also been informed by, you say, that there’s one of them that keeps tabs on me. I’m not aware of yet.

Bashar: Do you mean like the IDE call Spirit Guide?

Asker: Yeah, I guess so. I was worry if you um, these guys seem to uh, have the form of just life. Yes. Now, back in the religion I used to be, and I couldn’t get into that too much because I’d be considered nuts. But now, now it is okay to be nuts. And um, I just want… what I knew that they were from Another Universe or another density.

Bashar: All right. In a sense, yes.

Asker: Do you know who they are?

Bashar: Yes. They are nuts, too. That is why you get along so well. They are, in a sense, your projected images, Reflections back to yourself of the idea of Spirit guides.

Asker: Well, you don’t have to believe me. Up for you… couldn’t there be someone saying hi? What is the difference?

Bashar: Understand that the only difference in that way is that Spirit guides say hi at a particular time because they know what that timing will do.

Asker: Oh. Understand. Spirit guide do not run your life.

Bashar: Oh, no. I know that. Thank you.

Asker: Okay. I… no. It’s on a friendly Ty. I just wanted… hm. What does that idea do for you now?

Bashar: Really, it does not matter what you think of them. You can still interact with them, and in this way, you never have to quote-unquote know who and what they are per se, since you already know they are friends.

Asker: Oh, I see. Okay. Well, it didn’t matter to me then. I just thought it not have.

Bashar: All right. But understand, there’s no such thing is Idle curiosity, and your question is a creation for you to come to terms with your own inter-interaction and creation of that interaction with them, so that you will understand yourself as their friend, too. Oh, and be equal to that idea.

Asker: Okay.

Conversation 17: Fourth Density and Viewing Others

Asker: And one other thing. If one goes into fourth density… I think I experienced this a little bit once, but has… well, I experienced being on a level of existence that definitely seemed different in the former level. It seemed everybody was happy and smiling, all that.

Bashar: Yes.

Asker: But then I… I remember, I thought, okay, now I want to go back and help my family and bring them into it. Well, of course, that consideration of seeing my family that way, of course, brought me onto that level.

Bashar: Yes. Whether or not my family’s on that level.

Asker: Right. Right. So it is a matter… part of the transition is how I view others.

Bashar: Right. How you view yourself, and yes, in a sense, how you view others. Yes. But it is all viewing yourself.

Asker: Okay. I looked at that before, but uh, still, we’re sharing it with others, though.

Bashar: Yes. But again, in the quote-unquote ultimate sense, the definition of where you and and another begins is quite nebulous.

Asker: But that seems kind of boring to be myself.

Bashar: But understand, you are both alone and everything, and surrounded by everyone, and together you are all those possibilities. You follow me?

Asker: Yeah.

Bashar: It is not boring unless you choose to make it boring.

Asker: Yeah, that’s right.

Bashar: Then create whatever version of the idea of the reality you wish to, because that is all you are doing with anything: creating your idea of your version of the reality.

Asker: Okay. Okay. That makes sense. Good. Thank you.

Bashar: Thanks.

Conversation 18: Dental Work and Importance

Asker: Yes. Uh, this is partly sort of mundane and partly mundane.

Bashar: Well, if you say so.

Asker: Um, I might find it exciting. You know, I’m faced with making decision on getting some rather expensive dental work done. Yes. And as I’m doing this, there’s no absolute certainty that my teeth will deteriorate so that I would regret if I don’t do it. Uh, the way I was thinking is, I’m… I know enough so that I can keep my teeth the way they are now and don’t need that expensive…

Bashar: If you say so.

Asker: All right. However, I’ve had fancy way of saying, but and in um, a many occasions, and one especially, I have felt throughout my being that I knew something without a doubt. Nice. And I mean, nothing could convince me.

Bashar: We understand. And was proven to be wrong.

Asker: Proven. Oh, proven. Okay. Well, one particular instance, I was uh, was 2 years ago. I had…

Bashar: All right. But understand this: when you say you know something without a doubt, in that moment, you do. Perhaps in the next moment, you are creating doubt.

Asker: Well, okay. But but then nothing means anything if that’s the case.

Bashar: Very good. Maybe that is why you created that situation to remove the importance from certain things, so that everything would be equal on whatever level you would let it be equal, even if it was to you a mundane level.

Asker: No. My teeth isn’t mundane level. That was a very important thing that had to do…

Bashar: Oh, very important.

Asker: Well, it had to do with healing my dog.

Bashar: All right. And I had an experience at one point where… but understand, you are the one that is making it important. More important than anything else.

Asker: Well… well… aren’t we here to experience things as being important?

Bashar: No. No. You are here to experience being you. Period.

Asker: So that other beings around us uh, should not be important?

Bashar: What is important? You put yourself out for them. You care for them. You, for example, with with sharing.

Asker: Yes.

Bashar: All right. But sharing is only possible with… and in this way, the idea in your Society, usually, that you call importance, will be the unequalizing of things. You single something out and make it more than something else.

Asker: Yes.

Bashar: Then it is not equal, and you cannot share.

Asker: I don’t… it is very simple. When you elevate something Beyond everything else, you cannot share with it because you are not then equal to it. It is more important than you or anything else. Focusing is something else. Just because you are focused on one particular Endeavor or experiencing one particular reality does not mean it is more important than any other reality you could experience. It is simply means you are focused on it. That you are creating that idea. That is all. In this way, the idea that is all. In this way, the significance is… you follow me up to a point. Simply in this way, when you know that you are sharing ideas with your dog, that is that idea. When you are sharing ideas or expressing ideas about your teeth, that is another idea. One is not more important than the other. They are both equal ideas.

Asker: I guess I have trouble accepting that.

Bashar: Why?

Asker: Well, because now you do not have to accept it. Right. But when you say “I guess I have trouble accepting that,” you are stating that as if that were some law of physics. You are creating to guess, and you are creating the trouble that you are guessing about. It does not have to penetrate your brain. It is penetrating your Consciousness.

Asker: I just find dogs more Consciousness. I just find dogs more important than teeth. That’s all I’m saying. Try eating sometime without [Laughter] them. Perhaps you will change your mind. What do you think?

Asker: Well, I can get false teeth, but I can’t replace my dog.

Bashar: All right. But you can replace your dog with another dog.

Asker: Uh, yes. Or perhaps the same dog reincarnated. I hope so.

Bashar: You hope. I hope that the dog I lost years ago. Hope. Hope. Hope. Hope. Do you know why? Do hope. Hope. Hope. Hope. Do you know why? Do you hope?

Asker: No. No. Thank you.

Bashar: Hope implies despair. You hope something will happen because you despair that it won’t. You either know something, or you know something else. Why hope?

Asker: All right. Do you know if my youngest dog is The Reincarnation of the dog I lost two years ago?

Bashar: In this case, yes, it is.

Asker: Yes. Thank you.

Bashar: Why are you thanking me?

Asker: The dog. But but this dog, this young dog Jamie, was born before Sandy died.

Bashar: There are counterparts. You know, even in the animal kingdom, it is the same energy because you need it to be. The animal kingdom is connected with far less separation than you deem your idea of humanity to be. And in this way, animal Consciousness can always extend itself in this way into whatever body will be necessary to do the job of still acting as your guide, your friend, your reflection, no matter whether they overlap or not. Sometimes you can be surrounded by many different animals, and they are all portions of the same overall Consciousness.

Asker: Thank you. Thank Consciousness. Thank you. Thank you.

Conversation 19: Cat Scratch Syndrome

Asker: Yes. Yes. How about this on um, my brother and his girlfriend have a very beautiful cat. And I don’t know what’s happening, but um, uh, she… my um, his girlfriend got what they call cat scratch Syndrome from the cat. Have you ever heard of just… can’t definition.

Bashar: Okay. It uh, it evidently is very little known about it. However, it does affect the lymph glands of the human. Uh, so she is still… what is the effect physiologically?

Asker: Well, I… what this happened was, it U attack the groin of her leg, and a giant lump came in her leg, and it’s oh, it’s about the size of a plum, or maybe bigger, a large Plum, and uh, discolored, very discolored, and uh, quite painful at times. Um, a Anan doctor was one that diagnosed it with such other people has heard… have heard of in this of in this way. What dialogues have taken place between the human and the animal?

Asker: Well, they’re very… I don’t know. They’re very, very close. It’s a very unusual cap to begin with. Uh, this this is only part of it. How does this disease impair the human?

Bashar: Uh, not to a great… it doesn’t.

Asker: To then what does this this ease allow the human to look at? What type of considerations exist within the mentality that did not exist before the disease was created?

Asker: I don’t know. Ask her.

Bashar: Okay. Now, but this is only a part. But then my brother was grasped on the head, and he got a staff infection in the head, which attacked it around the uh, mastoids, and uh, a big bump on the face, and several things happened to his head, which he is now an antibiotic SP. I’m wondering what’s happening with this cat and and their procreation. What’s causing all this? What are these individuals like? Are the individual like in what way? What you mean? How territorial are they? How much spite?

Asker: Quite a lot on the one side, which the woman is. There a great degree of exploration in what you call all these individuals’ perception of Need for defense.

Bashar: Yes. Then allow it to be obvious that they have attracted a guy who will attack and attack and render them innocent Afflicted in the areas that represent the source of their judgment upon themselves.

Asker: Very good. So I’ll just def play itself out if you wish.

Conversation 20: Walk-in Experience and Communication Style

Asker: My turn. Yes. You’re going to take a break soon.

Bashar: Yes.

Asker: A few weeks ago, you… Steve asked you a question for me, and and the um, event that or the the thing that I… there was a question that I wanted answered. Okay. You… you seem… you stated that that it wasn’t… do you know who I am? Do… do you know? I know. I was he… any… oh, anyway. Um, I would… I would like your viewpoint on why you felt that that wasn’t… you know, the walking stuff wasn’t s…

Bashar: Why do you feel that it is?

Asker: Why don’t… because I… I experience in what way?

Bashar: Oh, Lord. You’re asking for yes. I don’t know how to explain to you how I am.

Asker: Why not?

Bashar: Because not how I am. How do you know then that you are a walk-in idea if you do not know how you are? In this way, you are telling me you feel you cannot explain yourself.

Asker: I… I can. I can in concept. Have thought I could go down the line of of all the… all right. Use your imagination in one or two concepts. How can you define the change that has taken place between the idea you think you used to be and the idea you find yourself being now?

Asker: There is me. Yes. And there is her.

Bashar: All right. Now, who is the her?

Asker: What did she used to be?

Bashar: Same thing she is now. Which is what?

Asker: I guess what we all are: Light, Spirit.

Bashar: Where is she?

Asker: No time or space. Use for now the convenience of the colloquial language of your civilization, describe the mechanics of the change.

Asker: Well, some of it I’ve never…

Bashar: Do you understand right now what you are doing? You are giving birth. Feel your way through it. All right. While you are assimilating that idea on other levels of your Consciousness, allow me simply in this way to ask you: what did the body do before the change? What types of things did the personality enjoy? Have they changed?

Asker: Yeah.

Bashar: From what to what?

Asker: Um, way of… um, ways of eating.

Bashar: Nice. Um, all right. Allow me to ask you this: why do you feel that this is a difficult thing to answer?

Asker: I don’t… I don’t feel it’s a difficult thing to answer. I just never had to put it in um, the language of the society you have adopted.

Bashar: Exactly. Exactly. I… I don’t… with my understanding and understanding of yes, this world, I do not know how to bring it into all right manifestation to so that it is understood by everyone, and I cannot speak on it if…

Bashar: All right. Very good. Now then, what is who you are now doing here? Doing here? Yes. What are you doing here for? What purpose?

Asker: All I can say, yes, for a… for a transition.

Bashar: And what will you do in this transition?

Asker: Because I… the the process of coming in and going out are s…

Bashar: All right. But answer to the question. S… all right. But answer to the question: what will you do?

Asker: I will help with the transition.

Bashar: How? Are you not helping now?

Asker: Sure.

Bashar: All right. How? But do not as much Panic. As much Panic. Yeah. Is going to… you are telling me that what you are doing is assisting with the idea of the rechanneling of the energy of the transition for all individual, so they do not have to create the idea of panic. Is that what you are saying?

Asker: I never thought about it that way. It sounds good. Is that what you are saying? So that they don’t have to deal with panic?

Bashar: No. No. What are you saying then? They’re not going to be… they’re going to be so like oblivious to the Panic that they won’t even know that they are… understand that when you are panicked, you know it. Plain and simple. Now, in what way do you find yourself assisting in the transformation? Am I correct in assuming that you have said that you are assisting in the transformation?

Asker: Yeah. From third to Fourth density of the planet, civilization you call Earth.

Bashar: Yes. I guess I’m not familiar with your third and fourth dimension.

Asker: The idea in the colloquial language of the civilization you are in that says old to New Age awareness.

Bashar: Okay. Third to Fourth density. All right. You are assisting in that transformation?

Asker: Yesh.

Bashar: How? And I mean, what am I doing physically about it?

Asker: Yes. You mean like writing GL? If you chose to be physical, then what are you doing physically about it?

Asker: The… all right. All right. It hasn’t been published yet, but it’s in…

Bashar: All right. That is one of the ways that excites you to be of service then in the transformation?

Asker: Yes. Yeah. Anything else?

Asker: Yes. In my meditations.

Bashar: All right. There right now. That’s most… um. All right. But understand, this is the physical universe. Exactly. And we are powerful enough to handle the physical Universe without using the body. Then why are you still physical?

Asker: I fine. All I wanted to know was your viewpoint on this.

Bashar: We are sharing our Viewpoint.

Asker: No. No. No. We’re not. I am not attacking you.

Bashar: You… I didn’t say you were. What you are doing is, you are… your… your energy comes across as an enforcement of your certainty, which it doesn’t leave much to question. I have to answer your questions, and your questions are the thing that that need answer. Where you’re… you’re not giving me your Viewpoint of what… what it was, why it was you said, or…

Asker: Yeah. You said you’re not giving your… giving me your reason as to why you think I am or I’m not. I don’t want to dispute whether I am or I’m not.

Bashar: All right. Okay. But we are not disputing it. We are not disputing… discuss it either. The the thing is, is what I wanted to know is what I asked you. I don’t want to sit here in a in a group of people and and go into the depths of of of what I haven’t even expressed to myself yet.

Asker: All right. When half of them wouldn’t understand.

Bashar: Oh, why not? Why are you being so judgmental of all these beings? It’s taken me long enough to understand what’s going on.

Asker: So what? That is your path. So just answer my question.

Bashar: Thank you. It is in this way, however, I will say, allowed to be an obvious answer in the sense that way I said what I said to allow this conversation to take place, so that there could be the integration that you chose to co-create with me.

Asker: Oh, it’s great. That’s exactly what I knew. Okay. Okay. So what do you want to know? You see, I can’t… I… this whole process is important to me.

Bashar: What to? It’s not… I don’t want to get into the little icky picky stuff. Deal with me on my [f***] reality.

Asker: Okay. And if you see something’s wrong, take me slowly and guide me.

Bashar: There is nothing wrong.

Asker: Good. I don’t think there is either. But when you get on this Nicky icky picky [f***]… why are you defining it in that way?

Bashar: Because that’s the way you’re… you’re putting my attent… I’m trying to say something. You’re putting my attention on because I said it. That didn’t sound like a reality.

Asker: Right. All right. Now also understand this: we are assisting you in the assimilation of this emotional energy.

Asker: I am aware of that.

Bashar: Then relax. If you know you are not being… relax. If you know you are not being attacked, why react like you are?

Asker: Well, you should know the answer to that. If you’re assisting me in the assimilation of divinity…

Bashar: All right. There is no need for cynicism either, which is still a reaction to being attacked. Now, we are all here to cocreate and assist in this transformation. Simply in this way, recognize that we are assisting You by pointing out that you have buttons which can be pushed in ways that allow you to choose to create a negative reaction. This will not be of assistance to the world you have chosen to live in.

Asker: I don’t consider that it would be assistance. I feel like, you know, you’re giving me pages of a book to read that I’ve read a long time ago. I’m so tired of being told and reminded of what I already know. All I want to do is [f***] speak.

Bashar: Then go ahead.

Asker: I… I know what I wanted to say now.

Bashar: Why not?

Asker: I cannot possibly manipulated around. Not. I cannot possibly manipulated around. Not possible.

Bashar: Okay. It’s not possible. Don’t need to say a word. You have but to Simply do what you are here to do.

Asker: And I’m doing that.

Bashar: All right. But understand this: if you chose to be in a world that you will wish to assist in a transformation, and this world you have chosen is one that has created separation for itself, then you are constantly going to be questioned. It’s not the questioning that mind. You see, it’s like… but you are saying, “I am tired of going through this again and again.” Know. I cannot… I can… when I took… when I take the side of yes, 6 years ago, go… I was not here. It makes a lot of sense to me of what this whole… I don’t even know how to explain it is. It’s like just like I had a lifetime here. I have a lifetime here. I don’t know. I don’t know how to explain it.

Bashar: Do you understand?

Asker: Yes. But may I ask you… I don’t know if that’s the thing. I just want my questions answered.

Bashar: But you have all the answers.

Asker: Fine. But you’re like a spring board. I asked a question, you give an answer. Just like that one thing you said about the the the um, the [f***]… was it you said… excuse me if I’m not being social.

Bashar: There is no need to excuse anything. Part of being social.

Asker: Good. We… good. We are very good. Thank you. That’s part of the problem is, I don’t know how to social.

Bashar: Very good. Anyway, don’t wor… we’re all antisocial, by the way. We are really are.

Asker: All right. All right. All right. Thank you very much. Am I done?

Bashar: You can leave now. It was for this loving interaction that it drew you in your curiosity.

Asker: What… what curiosity? To know why I said what I said.

Bashar: Oh, okay. Yes. I know that. You see, this this is not a strange to me. It’s like if I sit down tonight and I meditate, and I create, and I visualize, and I whatever it is you call I do it, okay. And I do it from a point of understanding or that vibration of no understanding, whether there’s Thoughts with it, whether there’s anything with it, it’s just a point. I take that point, and I focus focusing on that point. And tonight is one of those points that I experienced 6 months ago.

Bashar: Yes. All right. Good. Okay. So I have the right to speak CU I created it. So am I here or there?

Bashar: Anyway, you are everywhere and nowhere. Now allow me to also tell you that the reason for this banter that we have allowed you to springboard offer is because one of the ideas, as you have said, is that you do wish to learn how to communicate to this civilization, and this is giving you an opportunity to Center yourself and, through your anger, recognize that you can find the words, because if you are going to be a writer, you will need to find them to explain all the ideas you want to share.

Asker: I know. But anger is such a a a not supposed to thing. But everybody’s [f***] suppressing it all over the place. The only time you can get angry…

Bashar: There is nothing wrong with anger. It’s just exhausting when you turn it into something else. Yes. When you turn it into judgment, judgment, judgment. Understand that natural anger is an self-aligning energy. It is not a negative emotion. It aligns you with the path you emotion. It aligns you with the path you know you are. But natural anger usually only lasts about 10 to 15 of your seconds. What becomes exhausting is when you try yourself for becoming angry instead of Simply using it as the tool that it is to let you know where you are with regard to everything else that is going on.

Asker: Okay. So on this walk-in stuff, I can’t really just deal with me on my reality, you know. I just… I proceed.

Bashar: Okay. You have the floor.

Asker: Um, I… I feel on… hey. I… I see. I don’t have to say all this cuz as I thinking, I Know It All.

Bashar: Right. But allow yourself to know again, if you are willing to communicate it and share it, then that will be of service in the transformation. Why do you stop yourself from sharing just because you already know it? Of course, you already know it. But share it. Everyone would like to hear it.

Asker: Me too.

Bashar: Yeah. So would I. What’s somebody tell me about? Ask your questions.

Asker: I… I guess it… it’s a matter of time. If there’s a lot of feelings of questions and a lot of things come up, but it is a matter of timing.

Bashar: Yes. Yeah. So I… I guess this is good. May I ask you a question?

Asker: When did you first hear of the concept you call a walk-in, or that you heard on this planet using the label called a walk-in?

Bashar: 3 years ago.

Asker: Was it 3 years ago? 82?

Bashar: Yeah. Than and what you are saying then is that the experience of The Exchange took place before that?

Asker: Yes. By approximately 3 years.

Bashar: By approximately 3 years. All right. It… it actually took place over a matter of 3 years. It wasn’t an instantaneous thing. Was a process. And and when I, besides Brian, who I drove completely not on um, I had spoken to somebody, and they they gave me this book, and so I started reading it. I didn’t… I don’t dis… I mean, I don’t disagree. I don’t agree with a lot of it.

Bashar: All right. But not that I don’t agree, not that they’re wrong. I… I understand. I… I would rather say there was an exchange rather than on a walking. I don’t feel like I have a great mission on this planet, no more than and than the rest of us.

Bashar: All right. Okay. I just feel like that you have ascended into your higher self, and that you are exploring the self, and that you are exploring the realm of your integration with your whole total higher being and expressing it upon the planet.

Asker: Yeah. And that feels like that.

Bashar: All right. Then that is all we are saying. And that is why we said what we said when the question was asked of us when you were not here, because the terminology to us was valid for you, but not in your terms completely descriptive of all the different things that were going on. So we said, “No, it is not just that. It is not that. It is many other things. It is much more than that.”

Asker: Yeah. That’s the way. Yeah. It’s like the the whole concept of Walkins is is like like consecutive thought. You know, it’s real. Somebody could only think that much. They didn’t get the whole realm of it in there.

Bashar: Yeah. Very good. That is why we said what we said, because we prefer to avoid standard labeling.

Asker: So I’ll just say I switch labeling. So I’ll just say I switch whatever with somebody else or with another aspect of yourself.

Bashar: No. I don’t know. It’s like when when you… you know, as Daryl, yes, he can feel you.

Asker: Okay. Well, I… I’ve experienced that. I… I can’t say that I can… I can be a you. I just… I am. Am AR I… yes. I just… I am. Yes. Oh, but I’m here all the time.

Bashar: See, you’re not.

Asker: Yeah. Um, very good. But actually, I’m not here all the time.

Bashar: Very good. It is allkins are crazy. Really. You all are are.

Asker: Now thank you for your loving sharing and the realization in your loving co-creation of this discussion that it does not ultimately really matter what happened, because you simply know now what you are, and you are now willing to act that being out.

Asker: Okay. But I… I have there are feelings that I have that yes, that I need to bring up every once in a while.

Bashar: It is all right. And I don’t mean the anger. And besides, what you can do is, with all the energy that I just put in here, that if you consider it negative or whatever kind of, just h part yourself to it. That’s like of the same thing, and just throw it out the window. It is all sharing. It is all loving. It is all usable, valid material. No need to get rid of anything. There is nowhere to get rid of anything to anyway. You hear that the next time I [Music] [f***] understand that when you [f***] understand that when you experience the idea of an individual quote-unquote bitching at you, you are co-creating a need to hear that. That we know all that. This is hard to accept it.

Asker: Relax. It is not really that hard. I… I’m being yes, not serous, although it is hard.

Bashar: Thank you for exploring the polarities within yourself and allowing yourself to blend in the center. We enjoy you all very much. You may take your break. [Music]

Conversation 21: Elbow Injury and UFO Sightings

Asker: Thank day sh. Yes. I got you. Then you. I first you.

Bashar: No. Yes. Um, the gentleman that that darl spoke with today on the we had the numerous sightings than um, I wanted to ask about if there was anything else that you perceived about his elbow that could be done to eliminate the IDE of the crystal will be of some benefit. But also in this way, there will be, as was suggested, a few of the ideas you call the herbs, which will alleviate to some degree that idea, along with water. Water. Water. Water. Much water. Water. Water. And more water. The idea of soaking it and baking soda, soaking it all the time and not all the time, but in this way, recognize that the idea of the water will be able recognize that the idea of the water will be able to transfer its energy through, and particularly the idea call energized water, through the skin into the muscle and bone cells in this way, and allow there to be a transference of radiation outward into the water, and then a passage and an exchange. You follow me?

Asker: Uhhuh. So it doesn’t matter what it’s put in the water, really, if it is energized?

Bashar: No. No. Um, although some of the herbs will be of benefit according to the belief structure of the individual using it.

Asker: I see. So let him vibrate to his own idea. What herbs might Beal? Um, also, is there… I know there’s a purpose, and I know there’s a CO…

Bashar: All right. It is mostly in this way, as you have already expressed to some degree, though there are other factors involved of his own connections to things, but mostly it is for the purpose of connections. Understanding this way, that individual always was and still is very willing to know exactly what experiences they have had and to talk about it in no uncertain terms. They are very open to the idea that that is their reality. No mistake about it. And in this way, they will form one of the L links in the long chain of communication upon your planet of sharing the idea and allowing the idea to grow that your civilization is not the only civilization around.

Asker: So he’s a physical uh, L in a chain.

Bashar: Okay. Yes. You thank you.

Asker: Thank you.

Conversation 22: Cats Blackie and Brownie

Asker: Yes. Go Mary. Sry. Um, I got a couple things. Guest number four.

Bashar: Oh, you remember that’s funny.

Asker: No. Just a long time ago. Um, I was the fourth one, and I said number… number four. That’s how uh, myard called me was number four. And I was talking to Daryl the other day, and I said, I said, oh, B knows me as number four. Four. Anyway. Um, I like number for. It’s a good number.

Bashar: All right. Um, okay. I have um, these two cats who live with me, Blackie and brownie. One’s black and one’s [Music] Brown. The black one… brownie. The the black one is Blacky. Brown one, brownie.

Bashar: All right. Black one’s a boy. Brown one’s a girl. Now they brother and sister. And you know, sometimes they act in a way like in such Harmony, just the way they do things, you know, just as if they were just like one body, and I can move two hands together.

Bashar: Yes. And I was kind of wondering if they were kind of wondering… well, that’s not totally wonder. I was only wondering slightly if if they were like the same animal Consciousness, or just are they separate or the same? Or in a sense…

Bashar: Now understand again, basically, basically, all animal conscious knows itself to be one Consciousness. To them, the distinctions are not so important. Yeah. They manifest as they are needed to form the assistance of the type of Reflections that you wish them to reflect. They do a good job.

Asker: Oh [Music] yes. Well, like when you telling somebody else that their cat was like, or their dog or something was reincarnation…

Bashar: All right. Again, all labeling. Labeling and labeling. Yes. There is an idea of a linear reincarnation. There is also counterpart reincarnation. There is also counterpart reincarnation. Understand in This way, everything exists now, however. And allow us in this way to prefer to begin to communicate with you in this fashion to remove all the separations, labelings, and barriers, so that simply you understand the act as it is formed in the present, without regard to, “Oh, was it this? Then is it that now? What will it be in the future?” In this way, allow yourself to Simply know that whatever the interaction is now is the interaction that you are. And animal Consciousness will most likely view itself not as its own separate identity, but as the series of interactions that it is with you and all other animal and human consciousness. Yeah. You follow me?

Asker: Yeah. But I like to say, but oh… um, but I had another question. But it… it goes along the way you’re… it was like, as far as linear reincarnation, you’re saying let’s think the new way. But I… I kind of like to than the old way.

Bashar: Is up to you. I simply said I prefer.

Asker: Oh, okay. Well, then I want to ask you a question. Brownie. Yes. Is she like, in some way, linear reincarnated, or some way related to a cat I used to have when I was a teenager named Thomasa?

Bashar: No.

Asker: Oh, good. Different energy for a different time and a different purpose.

Bashar: Yeah. Thank you.

Asker: Yes. The you uh, we used to live in Denver, and we had we had those two cats. They were a brother and sister. Thomas… who had those two cats? What did I say?

Asker: Okay. Yeah. We used to… oh, I see what you mean. Uh, we used to be and U, we moved away from Denver. We gave them to a friends of ours. Nice. And uh, they liveed there very uh, happy for many months. And then suddenly, one day, they just disappeared. Both of them the same day. Disappeared. Both of them the same day. Yes. They never came back. And I was just wonder to their purpose was served.

Bashar: Oh, okay. Do you know if they… they still… they served some other Purpose with some other individuals?

Asker: Oh, they are some with somebody else.

Bashar: Nice. Great. Thank you.

Asker: Thank you.

Conversation 23: Physical Symptoms of Integration (Vomiting/Contorting)

Asker: Yes. A couple things. Last Thursday, I told you about the headache I was having, and I had gone to sleep and woke up at 5:00 in the morning, and my whole body was, you know, I was vomiting and contorting and all of this stuff physically. And I went through the same thing on Saturday. Now, I understand that I am coming into contact with a new field of energy, is my own higher self, and some of which is other Energy Systems. What I’d like to know is, is… well, first, I did say, after I went through all this pain, and I went through, I thought, oh, gosh, I’m really ready to integrate without going through pain. And a little now, and I said, okay, guys, I… I want this to happen, and I… I want to be ready to be on the set Monday morning. So you know, there no problem Sunday. I’m just wondering, is if that feeling comes again… I do understand that physically, my body will make have to make some adjustments to the new energy. And if that happens again, because I’ve… and if that happens again, because I’ve been doing this vomiting scene and everything all my life, and I’m beginning to understand that I’ve been in contact with this energy all my life in some doses… what can I do?

Bashar: You can allow yourself to know that you have simply but to allow the energy to come out in another type of channeling. The idea of allowance of the identity to become a new…

Asker: You can you run that by me?

Bashar: Simply in… you can you run that by me? Simply in this way, the integration will or does not have to be the getting rid of anything, the clearing out, but simply the rechanneling of energy in another way, so that you can take the energy of anxiety and transform it into EX excitement. And in this way, allow yourself to allow the pressure to yourself to allow the pressure to blossom into a transformation of your identity, rather than the physiological response of having to get rid of something or clear something out. Thus, when you sense, if you choose to create it again, this idea approaching, allow yourself to go into the center of yourself and reroot the the energy, so that rather than physiologically clearing in that way you already have cleared, and allow the energy, the creative pressure and force, to become the energy that takes the form of your new identity, your new personality construct.

Asker: Okay. In other words, like earlier on, the way over to to Leah’s, I became aware of a change of Consciousness. And in a way, that was a signal that if I had have allowed it, I could have change the physiological syndrome happening. Because what I waited until the pressure got so great that I had to release it. I could not do anything. I had to… I didn’t have any choice. Thus, in this way, you can see the analogy with many ideas in your physical reality, as you have created them out of habit in years past. You will now begin to realize that you can be aware of that little signal you give yourself, and it becomes stronger and stronger till you recognize it as a real single. When you give it validity and recognize it as a real signal, in this way, you will not allow yourself to go to the point of quote-unquote physically forcing yourself to recognize it.

Asker: So you know, it’s like I’m… I’m… it… so you know, it’s like I’m… I’m integrating the fact that this this energy I’ve been in contact with it since I was a little child, and I know I… I can’t regret a remorse that I didn’t use it, besides vomited out.

Bashar: But you did. This is your methodology. And like everything in your life, whatever methodology you choose will always serve a purpose and blend into your overall appreciation of what it is you are doing.

Asker: Okay. Now, on Saturday, during the integration I had mentioned before, and you didn’t really respond to it, about the the temple image, and there’s a lot of uh, fear, and then the image of quel codal. Um, can you give me any information on that?

Bashar: But I did respond to it. I told you that in that culture, in the Life connect you had in that culture, the idea of opening up the third eye was many times performed within their belief structure by actually physiologically pounding something into the third eye area.

Asker: Okay. So I thought that had to do with Peruvian, but it was really ass check. And when I saw that image… and then one other question is um, de and have been trying to get some clarification.

Bashar: You have been what I… okay. Excuse me. Thank you very much. I love it when you do that. [Music] [Music]. Thank you for allowing us to remind you of your habitual rituals.

Asker: Um, I love your too. But not this time.

Bashar: All right. You may love it. I love it. You can simply prefer something else.

Asker: Thank you.

Conversation 24: Relationship Transition and Past Life Images

Asker: In getting clarification for my relationship with SH, that I… I when I sort of I closed it off on Friday, and Away a lot of cled it… not closed it off, but knew I was transitioning.

Bashar: You simply arrange things in their respective order, relationship to each other, as they are required to be for the type of transformation you are going to right now. You have not closed anything. I am… you have redefined certain ideas of yourself.

Asker: All right. I asked for a dream or some symbol to help me understand why I had all these emotions come up Friday, and upon, you know, leaving that that cycle. And I… I just woke up the next morning, and I had a couple of images of like photographs being given to me by this gentleman, and the name Jam, and I got that was… that was me from another live. Can you tell me what country that was?

Bashar: No comment. Now you are in the middle of that process still.

Asker: I’m in the middle of all these Prophets. You won’t comment on?

Bashar: Now we have commented to you on many things.

Asker: I know you have. I know. I’m de. I thank you for all your [Music] commentation.

Bashar: In this way, once again, commentation in this way, once again, should we recognize that your particular methodology is very active, and in this way, yes, many times, you will always find yourself right in the middle or at the beginning of a process. And the way you are creating it in a certain sensitivity will allow us in this way, if we choose that idea to share with you, be an interruption.

Asker: Okay. So can I asked you this question? A couple weeks ago, you told me the timing wasn’t right. Maybe the Tim’s right now. I asked you about a lifetime I had. Was it was a name of Hino and J for Rick?

Bashar: Why do you want to know this?

Asker: Because the image came up very strong.

Bashar: All right. But so what? Why do you want to know so what I know about now?

Asker: And not… it’s the image of that table. I was not… it’s the image of that table. I was rereading the script, and I saw the table, and I could care less anymore about what the Blackness was or the storage was. But I want to know what that image of the table was, because that wasn’t from that time and space.

Bashar: So do I tell me?

Asker: Well, it was… it was an incredible table. And we there… it was one… it was credible. It was quite credible. I Inc inredible table I’ve ever seen. What a table. Everything around it was Stone, and it seemed to have appearance of M evil. And yet, the table had all this energy flashes, different colors coming up. And it seemed like it wasn’t crystal in form. But I knew in fact that during the transcript, I said it is not from this time in space. So the clarification, I guess, I’m wondering is, which I asked before, is was that on Earth? Was it another… it wasn’t on Earth. Can you tell me where it was?

Bashar: You understand already your connection to the idea of the parallel Time Track.

Asker: Yes. But I thought I was the positive side of the black.

Bashar: Understand this black. Understand this idea in this way: many of the ideas being exhibited by that Association were thought to be positive, but they used negative manifestation techniques, and that is why they were so easily discovered and destroyed.

Asker: Well, I… in other words, fighting fire with fire. All that does is burn the whole place up. Netive. What I saw that thing was negative. It had no positivity in it to me, except for what I said was the only reason I remembered that was so I could understand the negative use power.

Bashar: Good. Already done. Very good. I know I cleared the life, so it’s not like I was interested by. I just point it. But understand simply that you, in that life, also at that point, understood it. And so you are making a parallel connection from this life to that one.

Asker: Well, that was every single life that you have had on your planet Earth. You have made some parallel connection to a point in that other time trck life. This is that one for now. Was that on Uber, or was that a different planet at the time?

Bashar: This will be to some degree nebulous, but it was either there, or it was in The Dark Crystal Moon itself.

Asker: So that table had to do with the… okay. The moon was on the door.

Bashar: Yeah. The moon was on the door. And that’s what I said. I said that there’s the Crescent Moon, and is what we thought was the image for the sorcerers hat. Now, we always thought about the crescent moon, but what it really was, was the darkness moving in to cover the light of the Moon.

Asker: All right. And Crystal.

Bashar: Oh, great. See, there was a good reason for that, of course.

Asker: Thank you. Thank you for your F Discovery and your willing to know that you already knew.

Bashar: Well, I’m glad. Because I was than course decide among yourselves. I have since this is connected. Maybe. All right.

Conversation 25: Violent Dreams and Integration

Asker: Um, I’ve been having very violent dreams, violent of the past two weeks, um, where I would meet someone who seems to be from my past, from high school, as beat up a lot. High School. I still don’t know the reason. Walk up to me and punch me in the face.

Bashar: Allow me to I’ll say suggest that one of the reasons was so that you could be exploring exactly what you are exploring right now. Go ahead.

Asker: What? Okay. Um, no. I’ve had the violent dreams, and in um, no. I’ve had the violent dreams, and in the dream, I would… I would get revenge on these people because I had the power and the dream to do so. Um, and I’d really beat them up. And then, when I finally won, I would go to them and hug them.

Bashar: Oh, very good. And have a very deep love and friendship.

Asker: Very good.

Bashar: Then understand, you are going to be performing much of your symbolic integration in this way in your dream state, rather than having to manifest it physically and find someone to beat up. You are working it through in your own unique way, because you have created that symbol in your past so that you can work on it now, because you knew you would need the tool. The idea has been put to me also that um, these these people that that seem to be people from the past also could be myself.

Bashar: Of course, it is always that way. Understand that even those way. Understand that even those individuals you are perceiving in your room are you, because you have to create your version of them in your reality in order to experience them. Therefore, that is why we say every one is you, because you are only seeing your created reflection of your sensing of their existence.

Asker: Yes. Okay. Um, now another part of that. Yes. Okay. Um, now another part of that. After I had a bunch of those dreams, and they kind of went off to the side, I started having some with murder in it, where I was doing the murdering, where other people were murdering.

Bashar: All right. It is all much the same thing. Simply the exploration of the previous separation of yourself in many different ways, and then the following Integrations. In in one of the dreams, um, there were birds that were that were around me, as if they were… there was like sparrows, but I was a tiny little thing, so the The Sparrows appeared very large. I think I was either using another sparrow with a long beat or something else, and stabbing the birds. And this… this is something that in this life, I would never even think of to do.

Bashar: All right. But again, understand, as you said, in your dream reality, anything is possible. And so you do it because you can, and it serves your purpose. Once again, then you were again coming to terms with the portions of yourself, not so much the idea in this way of the same attack as the others, but the Envy in this way caused by the separation of the portions of yourself that you felt more free than you. You follow me?

Asker: Yes, I do.

Bashar: Now allow me also to suggest that within that particular one, there were also other one. There were also other consciousnesses connected behind those imageries of The Sparrows. They were willing to I’ll say play the promp. You follow me?

Asker: Yes, I do. Thank you. I felt uh, in coming out of that particular dream, um, a lot of worry that something was going to happen, as if that was a symbol.

Bashar: It was a symbol of something that already happened, not of what it’s going to. You already integrated. Understanding this way, many of you think that many times your dreams, when you have the idea of negative dreams, as you say, will represent, “Oh, something is going to happen that will be negative.” But understand simply in this way, it has already happened. You already integrated, because you have acted it out in your dream and do not need to act it out in physical reality.

Asker: But I… I do have a lot of reality. But I… I do have a lot of prophetic dreams. Yes. A lot about air crashes and things like that.

Bashar: All right. But again, understand this once again: there is no such thing as a prediction of the future. You are only sensing what is potential as the energy exists at the time the prediction is made. If things change, so much for the prediction. And recognizing that many ideas you call prophecies or predictions are created and brought into conscious awareness. In other words, you let everyone know about the predictions, so that if they do not prefer that reality, then they are aware of it. They can change it. Does not mean it has to happen. Simply, you are saying, “This is what is most likely to happen if the energy does not change.” You follow me?

Asker: Yes, I do.

Bashar: Therefore, it can be of a service in that way. The telling of someone something that they deem to be negative prophecy, in and of itself, does not have to be a negative act. You can be letting them know that they have the opportunity to change a situation if they don’t like it, simply because they are now aware of the energy which they were not before. And that in and of itself changes many things.

Asker: Thank you. Thank you. One moment. Things. Thank you. Thank you. One moment. Yes. Thank you.

Conversation 26: Upcoming Trip and Crystal Disappearance

Asker: Um, first of all, I’m very excited.

Bashar: All right. Good start.

Asker: Um, I have a few short little things. First of all, um, I’m remembering, as you already did, the first of all. All. I’m remembering, as I’m sure you do, the little deal that we made a few months ago, quote-unquote.

Bashar: All right. What was the deal?

Asker: Mention that the deal was that after I come back, a conversation with someone.

Bashar: Yes. Okay. Uh, anyway, we’re leaving Sunday.

Bashar: Oh. Have a good time.

Asker: Thank you. Um, oh, before I forget, what I want to ask you is, when we come back, yes, if for your convenience, in your perspective, is there a time that would be more convenient for you to discuss it with me? Because you said it would be sort of in depth.

Bashar: You will find the timing, and we will be there.

Asker: Okay. Thank you. I figured you’d say that, but I just want to make sure. Um, okay. Another also, when you come back… um, okay. Another also, when you come back, you will not need to ask such a question, because as you just said, you already figured that when you come back, you will not need to make sure. You will know.

Asker: Yeah. This is… I can already tell this is going to be a very transformational trip. Um, Friday, Saturday, another Channel told me that all he would say is quote-unquote, “they’re coming.” And I got quite a kick out of that. Um, and I got quite a kick out of that. Um, what I’d like to know is, will my expectation of the contact narrow my perception at all? Ormin?

Bashar: If you simply allow yourself the knowingness of the contact, you will not have to create worry of specific expectation about it. Allow me to remind you that one of the reasons it is being kept purposely nebulous is so you will not create a specific expectation.

Asker: Yes. Definitely. I understand. I’m not really worried. Well, it’s just a… I’m not really worried. Well, it’s just a little bit in the back of my mind. It’s not a big concern. Um, I just kind of want to know about that. Also, uh, the other… the other person I talked to suggested that I don’t mention it to my father until after it happen.

Bashar: You will again sense the timing, because understand, the definition of it happening may be different than what you expect it to be. Yeah. You will sense when some portion of it has happened, whether it is not in the way you expected it to happen or not. You will sense the timing. You may also find that if you simply trust in that allowance of the timing, the time will be made obvious to you. You may actually be approached to discuss it.

Asker: That’s interesting. Thank you. One other thing that ties into it. Uh, this is so exciting. I can’t contain myself almost. Then lo. I am uh, in June, the first Crystal that I ever bought in June, I had an incredible attachment to.

Bashar: Oh, all right. We let it slide this [Music] timec. Oh, oh, oh. I’m not paying attention. Timec. Oh, oh, oh. I’m not paying attention in my excitement. I’m tripping over myself. It’s very credible. In fact, I wanted to believe this is going to happen, but I was… I was thinking that it wasn’t because it was too incredible. Anyway, the first Crystal that I bought in uh, June was became very attached to it, and I only had it maybe 3 or 4 days, and it vanished almost in front of my eyes. For one minute, it wasn’t. And I know that no one took it. And really been bugging me for the last six seven. Buing you? It’s because I couldn’t. I looked within my bad Howard was bugging here. I… I really, inside myself, felt that no one took it. But I… I thought it was so wild to imagine that it trans located.

Bashar: Why? Because is that not an idea you have all been discussing about your future capabilities of fourth dimensionality?

Asker: I understand now. All right. Before, I thought things like that will never happen.

Bashar: Oh, happen. Well, surprise, surprise.

Asker: So um, anyway, I asked this other person I talked to, and he told me, coincidentally, since I’m bringing it up…

Bashar: Oh, yes.

Asker: That it’s going to be returned to me on my trip.

Bashar: Oh, very on the east coast.

Asker: And um, that it possibly will be encoded with some information for me, and uh, maybe about three lines or so. Three lines. I… I just wanted to make sure that lines. I… I just wanted to make sure that I interpreted that information correctly, or if I was so excited that I kind of the ball.

Bashar: No comment. Say that.

Asker: All right. Well, okay. So there’s nothing else you want to tell me about that Crystal?

Bashar: No.

Asker: Okay. Okay. Thank you. Um, again. Crystal. No. Okay. Okay. Thank you. Um, again, this this channel I was talking to, every time I would ask a question such as this, where I wasn’t ready to know or whatever, he would speak to me in a language that my conscious mind didn’t understand. And finally, we asked, well, what is… why are you talking to me like this? And he said that uh, obviously, my conscious mind could not… uh, obviously, my conscious mind could not… could not… you were getting it on whatever level you needed to.

Bashar: Exactly. Exactly.

Asker: So um, I don’t know. I was a little interested.

Bashar: Oh, very interested.

Asker: I was wondering if it was the Lan language again. Can you repeat it? Can you repeat it? I can get it was high speed. Was higher Consciousness and some other Consciousness and some other things.

Bashar: I know what those other things are.

Asker: All right. All right. Um, well, I guess, before I say goodbye, you that uh, I just like to thank you for you that uh, I just like to thank you for all the reflections you’ve given me over the last s months.

Bashar: We will fight you for the connections that you are willing to make. Connections that you are willing to make, and the sharing between us that continues forever.

Asker: Yes. And the next time we speak, I will be really a different person. If you thought I was different before, I will be really different.

Bashar: All right. Then perhaps we will really [Music] speak. Anyway, iend my love and my thanks.

Asker: Speak anyway. Iend my love and my thanks. Thank you.

Conversation 27: Crystals and Metal Settings

Asker: Than uh, since we have been talking about crystals, I would like to ask a question about crystals. Many people wear them, and I have heard that having metal uh, attached to them, so that they are wearable, uh, does something to the energy. Is this true or not?

Bashar: As you form the idea that a crystal can be a tool which channels energy, then understand that as you connect other elements to it, of course, there will be a change in the flow of energy. This was not necessarily mean it is negative. MH.

Asker: So so um, no matter… it doesn’t really matter what kind of metal or substance holds it to the person. It’s more important that it is attached.

Bashar: We will prefer to assume a, that it does not have to be attached if the person so desires. B, that if the person does desire to be attached, and they find themselves attracted to it as it is, then the vibration is correct for them. Them following, if they see discover the idea within their Consciousness that they wish to change the metal or remove it all together, then that will be representation of the vibration they have now become, and that will be all right, too. MH. And as far as the type of Crystal, the clear cord is preferable to Amethyst.

Asker: Depends. Oh, it’s whatever one feels.

Bashar: Yes. Whatever one’s belief structure.

Asker: Yes. Whatever one’s belief structure carries about the type of energy that that Crystal represents and the purposes to which it is being put.

Bashar: Okay.

Conversation 28: Dreams of School Lockers

Asker: And I have a second question, which is about dreams. And I’ve… I haven’t thought about these dreams for years. And then all of a sudden, while you were discussing dreams, these came to my memory. Um, oh, what a coincidence. Then I… I have in the past had dreams that I was in school, and I think it was high school, a junior high, and that I was at my locker, and I was trying to get in my locker, and it was locked, and I had forgotten the combination. I couldn’t remember it. And I was going to be late for class, and I was in a panic. And I had these dreams years after I was in any kind of school. And I just… I… I don’t understand.

Bashar: All right. Understand that many times, in your dream state, in your out-of-body State, you are still innocense sometimes attending a type of school, so to speak. You are simply now, that you are integrating the majority of your Consciousness together, making some associations to the old symbols of the schools in this way, which you do not necessarily have to, but you simply have because you recognize the situation, in a sense, to be similar: the idea of being taught something.

Asker: Okay. So I… I… I feel in my feeling that I am feeling in a panic is that maybe I’m not…

Bashar: But you are.

Asker: Well, I was going to say that I’m not maybe learning as fast enough. That I’m not…

Bashar: But you are.

Asker: Yes. I am. Thank you. You V you.

Conversation 29: Male/Female Equality in Relationships

Asker: Um, I… well, when an came through one time last spring, she talking about the equality of male and female, and that it would change the face of our planet if we could gain equality of male and female.

Bashar: Yes.

Asker: And I’ve never been a feminist, but I kind of after that began to really kind of… I become very concerned about the equality. Concerned.

Bashar: Yes. All right. And I think that I really may have not correctly understood what you know the essence of understood what you know the essence of what she was saying, in that I also um, began to really Manifest this with my husband, right. And my husband’s real Macho, and I to demand equality. Demand equality.

Bashar: Why is equality something you have to demand?

Asker: Well, that’s what I think I might have misunderstood.

Bashar: All right. Very good. Now you understand it. Recognize in this way that it is a reflection of the separation of these energies to feel that you have to demand it. Why didn’t you get that part? Equality simply is already existent. And when you allow yourself to blend… this is what she said… the male and female energy within each and every one of you yourself will become equal unto yourself, and therefore able to attract all other individuals who are also equal unto themselves, so that they can be equal to you, and you equal to them. You follow me?

Asker: Well, I do in a way, because I have been thinking. I mean, it’s like really has gotten pretty dramatic at point. And I have been thinking that the actual inch res to gain quality of self or self.

Bashar: Yes. Very good. That is why you have created and co-attraction to you the reality you actually want. You follow me? Not necessarily consciously.

Asker: No. But on some level, yes.

Bashar: And when you allow yourself to blend that energy within yourself, then you will be granting that individual the opportunity to change as well, if he chooses to. If not, then you will attract whatever individual, if you need one, is necessary to share with your new equality. You follow me?

Asker: Yeah. And you will not need to form regret or loss, because you will always be attracting exactly what you need, and you will feel satisfied.

Bashar: Right.

Conversation 30: Head Pressure and Future Self Integration

Asker: Um, I have another question.

Bashar: Oh, all right.

Asker: When I here… I don’t necessarily have my attention on it. When I arrive, every time I come here, I start face top of my head. Yes. What is that?

Bashar: You are integrating with your future self. Again, understand simply that many self. Again, understand simply that many times, when you allow your to blend with an energy that is integrated in this way—and we are all co-creating the idea of the blending of the present with the future self—but you still see a separation between your present and your future self, then many times, because of the difference of frequency—the lower vibration supposedly of your present self, the higher vibration supposedly of your future self—bringing these two vibrations together, because they are traveling at different rates, will create the idea you cause friction. And in this way, the cause of friction will, in I’ll say translating into physiological terms, sometimes cause disease or pain or many other ideas you call symptoms of illness, which are only your climatization to the energy, until you allow yourself to blend and merge gears and shift normally in this way and acclimate to the vibration as being both in the present. You follow me?

Asker: Right. I do.

Conversation 31: Nature of the Channel (Barda)

Asker: I have one more question. Is a separate Consciousness, or is she a female aspect of the same Consciousness that you are now?

Bashar: Understand in this way, you could say both. Recognize that you, if you were to see me physically, you would also see her physically as a separate being. However, we are counterparts as well of the same oversoul. You follow me?

Asker: Yeah, I do.

Bashar: But you would be able to shake hands with me and shake hands with her separately as individuals. You follow me?

Asker: Right. Yeah, I do. Thank you.

Conversation 32: Directness in Communication

Asker: Yes. Yes. Sure. We call our conversation last week where I got upset, and we went around and around.

Bashar: Yes. All right. We’re going to do it again.

Asker: No. There a c… well, I listen to the tape, and I decided that it was quite a lot of double talk.

Bashar: Oh, right. Uh, your responses I thought were so much double thought.

Asker: Yes. But they elicited the proper response from you.

Bashar: Well, I think that’s [f***].

Asker: Oh, all right. Because that response, as I looked at it and listened to it, didn’t have anything to do with the separation or the emotions that those friends that I described were feeling. And the idea of anger didn’t have any sense of connection that that meant anything to me in terms of experiencing not understanding, while at the same same time, understand uh, experiencing understanding. And this whole thing of the concept of experiencing understanding and not experiencing understanding was something that you put in there, when in fact I was understanding one concept, and what I was not understanding was a different concept. It wasn’t the same concept, although there was a connection between the concepts.

Bashar: Yes. So what you said was [f***], if you wish.

Asker: Okay. So the idea of the anger didn’t really… didn’t really… maybe there was another purpose for that anger.

Bashar: Yes. I don’t know what that is consciously.

Asker: We have told you you wish to experience more things emotionally.

Bashar: Yes. But anger is not the way that I wish to experience it. I’ve experienc… then why did you create anger?

Asker: Well, that’s a good question. Thank you. Can you answer it?

Bashar: No. I can’t.

Asker: Thank you. Um, but what I’m doing is… may I ask you something?

Bashar: Sure.

Asker: No. You can’t or no you won’t? What? Explain. Explain it. Answer it. At this… what’s it? The why you created anger?

Bashar: I uh, at this moment in time, I don’t have a condous understanding of of why I did.

Asker: All right. Okay. So I won’t because I can’t. In any case, I’ve created a lot of anger throughout my life, and it’s something that I, you know, I really feel like I’m pretty complete on it.

Bashar: Yeah. Sure. I’ll experience some other situations where you I create anger.

Asker: When I asked you for assistance to uh, feel things, it wasn’t anger that I was looking for, because I’ve done a lot of that. I know what that’s all about.

Bashar: All right. But you still did create anger for yourself.

Asker: I didn’t fact. But my request to you was in another vein. I want to feel other things besides anger.

Bashar: All right. Okay. So I’m asking you, if you’re going to help me feel um, emotions, help me with other emotions. Okay. And along this line, I’m asking you to answer my questions directly. Now I have a suggestion. Do you mean directly as you perceive the word directly, or directly as we perceive the word directly?

Asker: Obviously, the way I perceive directly, since I was the one that used the word directly.

Bashar: All right. Thank you. Okay. Now you know, I see this happen with several people, and um, I… they ask a question, and they answer some other question, and go around and around with, including myself.

Bashar: Yes. And finally, you… including myself. Yes. And finally, you come to the end, and you say, “Well, as you have answered the question, as you as you have asked the question, the answer is thus and so.” Yes. Meanwhile, you know, you’ve answered some other question. They really aren’t sure what you’ve answered, because they didn’t have that question. Who are you speaking for?

Asker: I’m speaking for sometimes uh, John Jones.

Bashar: Why speak for yourself?

Asker: I’m speaking for Don Jones, if he chooses to have me speak for him.

Bashar: All right. Speaking for anybody who joins me in this in what I’m discussing with you.

Asker: Okay. Nobody else wants to join me. That’s fine. But then ultimately, you are still speaking for yourself.

Bashar: Of course. Whether or not you are speaking with someone else or not. Then why did you ask me the question?

Asker: Because you are not speaking for anyone. You are speaking perhaps with them, but not for them. Why did you ask me the question if you already know that answer? In this way, it will allow you to recognize the idea again of the words in your society as being habit and forming vibrations that will create certain realities. And we perceive… we perceive… I perceive that much of what you are expressing to me right now, in terms of the I’ll say confusion between our dialogues, will be a result of these habitual creations of certain vibrational words that will have different meanings for different individuals. Thus, if you wish to answer, I’ll say, the idea of us answering you quote-unquote directly, as you perceive the word directly, then in this way, we must establish the meaning of every single word you use, so that we will understand your perception of the word directly and be able to accommodate you.

Asker: Okay. Well, in some cases, that may be necessary.

Bashar: All right. However, I… I don’t have any um, I don’t have any problems with the words that I’ve used used so far. I feel I’ve used the words that I wanted to use.

Bashar: All right. Okay. But understand, you are still communicating to another Consciousness that has its own perceptions and backgrounds and comes from a totally different experiential mode. And that’s why I’m making this suggestion.

Asker: Yes. The suggestion that I would make… if you’re… are you interested in the suggestion?

Bashar: Of course.

Asker: Good. The suggestion is that… but it would not matter if I was not… you could still make it. I… I wouldn’t twice. Aren you interested in the suggestion?

Bashar: Well, I know what the suggestion is.

Asker: Yes. If you weren’t interested, I wouldn’t want to preach.

Bashar: Very good. Thank you.

Asker: Okay. Thank you. The suggestion is that, if somebody asks a question that is not on your reality, yes, tap into their reality at the level that of a conversation. Answer the question as they have asked it at that point. And then, if you have another Viewpoint based on your reality, then give them that. Because in this Society, in terms of my observation, in my experience, and as I viewed others’ experience, if they have their question answered as they have asked it, and then they are shown another Viewpoint from another level or whatever, then they can Center between those two things, see both sides, and integrate both of them, rather than going through a confusion process of saying, “What the hell is he saying? What question is he answering?” And then have you say at the end, “Well, now we understand what your question is, and here’s the answer.” But in the meantime, here’s all this confusion. All right. It’s very efficient. It is a preferred way for myself.

Bashar: All right. And for those of us who I’m speaking for with now, may I ask you another question?

Asker: Sure. Thank you. Do you want us in this way me to answer as you say directly, in the way you think you want me to answer, even when it would be a disservice?

Bashar: Do you… how would it be a disservice?

Asker: We will let you discover that. But do you want us to do that? If we feel, in our perception—granting that we have our perception as well—that answering in the way you think you want us to would be of a disservice to you, do you still want us to answer you in that way?

Asker: No.

Bashar: Then understand that that is what we have been doing all along.

Asker: Okay. But there is a way that I would prefer you to answer me. If I ask a question, and you feel that answering the way I would like it to be answered, in my terms of the word directly, that you would say, “If we answer your question in your own direct terms, we would be doing a disservice to you.” Let me know that that’s what you’re doing. That you are uh, deferring or or that you’re not answering the question for that purpose. So I can go, “Okay, fine. Don’t answer the question at all.” Or you’ll say, “Allow me to say that we thought we already had, and in this way, were simply getting down to the business of giving you what we were willing to share, knowing that you would already take it on whatever level you needed to, knowing that we would not in this way give you something we felt would be of disservice.” And that you could tell in this way, if we were not answering the way you expected, that it was our belief that it would be of a disservice in that way.

Asker: Well, yes. I didn’t believe that you were answering something in a way that would be a disservice. However, at the conversational level, it felt diss serviceable, because it it um, rather than giving me something, you know, an answer, and then another view point that you might want to express to look at, integrate the both of them, maybe get in the center of them and look at that, you would answer something off the wall that I’m going, “What the hell are you saying?” All right. You’re you’re running me around and around, and it didn’t do me a service at the level of the Consciousness at which I was asking the question.

Bashar: Yes. But but but but but… may I say?

Asker: But all right. And and and and and… all right. And what are we to do with all of the communication that we are having with all your other Consciousness levels? Are we ignore all of them in this way and make preference to you in the conscious level that you deem yourself to be in only?

Bashar: You can communicate with the other levels of my Consciousness the same way you have them. It’s only at the conscious level.

Asker: So in other words, you are saying that our methodology, by which we perceive that communicating with you in the manner we have, will afford you to form an integration with all your levels, that you do not want. You want us to keep the levels separate. You see, I don’t buy what you’re saying, that it’s allowing me integration with those levels. If I ask you a question, and you run me around on something, I’m going, “Come on, Bard, give me a break. What’s going on on?” I don’t enjoy this. It’s not my preference to have you answer this way. You’re not answering my question. If I’m experiencing this kind of thing…

Bashar: Yes. How is that serving to integrate the answer to my higher Consciousness? Because many times, the way or reasons for why you are asking your questions the way you are asking them comes from separation of yourself from your higher Consciousness. And not just some… well, this is okay to say this way. Well, it is okay. But it still is a separation from your higher con is to ask the questions sometimes the way you ask them. And why don’t you be extremely direct and say, “The way you’ve asked that question reflect a separation from your higher Consciousness. Take a look at that.” And then I will do that rather around.

Bashar: Right. All right. We will spell everything out for you. That well, is that you know, will that be doing a disturbance to me, as you see it?

Asker: No. But allow me to say and allow me to say [Music] that it may, from time to time, be in conflict with another request that you consciously have made to us to allow your acceleration to increase. It may slow you down in your own eyes.

Asker: How? By taking so many little steps? By having to Define every little thing to your outer aware consciousness’s satisfaction? Because your outer aware Consciousness is only physical. And if we have to In This Way agree with you to only go through the physical methodology, it will take more time.

Bashar: Okay. Well, then do you suggest that I’m not ask… then do you suggest that I’m not ask these questions at all?

Asker: Would that be faster? You know any other method? Allow me to say it this way: we have suggested that all of you do not really need to ask ask questions, particularly not of me. You are your own paths, and simply by continuing to live, you will discover everything you chose to discover about it. Therefore, you do not really have to ask the questions. No. You can simply live. And this is all, ultimately, that we have ever requested of you, all of you. All right. Now, if you choose to ask a question, that is all right, too. And we will now attempt, using your terminology, attempt to answer your questions in the way you have asked us to, if you decide to ask one. If you do not, that will be all right, too. And to answer your question directly, in a sense, I do perceive that perhaps it would maybe, maybe not, be faster to not ask them, since you will then allow yourself to Simply live through them and get get your own answers. Okay. Sometimes it may be faster to ask. But you may ask anyone.

Asker: Well, how do I know? You see, how do I know which is the fast you know whether asking a particular question is going to be the fast route or the slow route?

Bashar: I suppose by simply experimentation. Then if I ask the question in it’s a slow route, I excuse myself.

Asker: If you say so.

Bashar: I say thatly. All right. But I’m interested in in the optimum route. You know, where I ask the ones where the question would either fast and trout, I ask those. On that leave the slow rout, I don’t ask those. You know.

Bashar: All right. Okay. I do have a question.

Asker: All right. And uh, this relates to a pain in the back of my neck, where I felt like I’ve had to, you know, crack my neck and lower back, but I’ve had for over 20 years. And your response to similar questions to other has been that it relates to U, an unwillingness to to listen to a higher self-communication. This has happened for so long, and I’m wondering if if this is also epical to me.

Bashar: Some of it is for that reason.

Asker: What’s the other part of that?

Bashar: Then a lot of it is that you change into your future self every moment of time that you create. If you have chosen in life a methodology that constantly separates yourself from that future self, then you may continually feel that pain, since you are always going through the transformation of changing from moment to moment.

Asker: Okay. The message that I get is that um, it is like moving forward in your automobile with your parking brake on.

Bashar: Yeah. Okay. This is a message that that comes through on several occasions when I’ve talked to you. Al, I’m not sure I’ve totally understood the message as regard as my My Future Self and higher self.

Bashar: No. All right. Okay. Thank you. Thank you. Thanks.

Conversation 33: LSD Experience and Accessing Limitless Self

Asker: I would like you to help in uh, in recalling something that happened to me many years ago, when I I did an LSD trip, and I went someplace. I was very frightened when I left, but when I got back, was very crying with relief. But I can’t recall what happened. Can you give me a hand?

Bashar: Do you recall what it looked like?

Asker: No. I just recall the feeling. I came back saying, “It’s really okay.” Will you describe the feeling of the place you think you went?

Asker: Uh, Limitless.

Bashar: Um, that will do, if that is what you have created to describe it by. Limitless.

Asker: Yeah.

Bashar: All right. Now, you know you are Limitless. You know that the center of yourself, when you go to the center of yourself, you know you are Limitless. Could it be possibly that you simply went to the center of yourself?

Asker: Thank you. I think you’re right. Anything else? You… I think you’re right. Anything else to add?

Bashar: You can go there anytime you wish without needing an externalized tool.

Asker: Can you give me an idea of how I can get myself into that communication?

Bashar: Any way that feels right for you. Whatever excites you. If you feel meditation excites you… all right. Now, if you still feel that you wish to use the tool you call the drug, all right, that will be up to you. Recognize that that particular substance that you call LSD, the effect you have created it to have in your reality, is to actually unlock you in many different ways from the reality you have been living, and in this way, reform a completely new idea of yourself. But also, you have created it that when you quote-unquote allow the effect to wear off, you will come back into this reality locked into whatever was the last idea you had of yourself. And it will form in you a true emotional response, as if you actually had true physical memories of having had those physical experiences, whether you really have had or not. You follow me?

Asker: Yes.

Bashar: Thus, in this way, many individuals create the idea of negative manifestation for themselves in their physical lives after quote-unquote coming down off the drug, because that was the last manifestation they experienced out of their fear, perhaps. And they lock themselves into that new emotional pattern. Sometimes they find that they pattern. Sometimes they find that they can unlock themselves from that again when they take the drug a second time. However, you… you are always at the center of yourself. All of this idea of your physical reality is an outward projection from the center of yourself. You are never really anywhere. You follow me?

Asker: Yes, I do. Even being quote-unquote in the center of yourself isn’t really being [Music] anywhere.

Bashar: Yes. I know. All right. I think I anywhere. Yes. I know. All right. I think I understand. I just… I was able to to get in touch with myself.

Asker: Yes. And and I was so relieved to know that I couldn’t lose myself. It was great.

Bashar: Thank you so much.

Asker: Thank you.

Conversation 34: Drugs, Mucus, and Diet

Asker: Since we’re talking about drugs, yes. Um, you got any… this will be the last question.

Bashar: All right.

Asker: Um, I’ve never taken a drugs in my entire life. I’ve never had the impulsion to do so.

Bashar: All right.

Asker: And uh, in general, I tend to be fairly judgmental about the whole idea, um, either from my past experiences with people that I know who’ve taken them—not everyone—but I’ve had opportunities in the in the recent past, and possibly in the future, to um, to past and possibly in the future to um, to take some. And I… I guess I’m just exploring the whole… I… I guess I’m just exploring the whole idea of what it is for me. So I don’t need to ask this question, but you can I ask a question cuz that wasn’t briefly. Um, I… I’ve been having a lot of mucus um, for a few months. My body’s going through some changes. Somebody recommended some homeopathic remedy to try, and I will… I just want to know if you can perceive anything uh, as to why I’m having all this mucus.

Bashar: How’s your diet?

Asker: Well, I’m cutting out as much Dairy as possible, because it’s causing it. And it never happened before. But in general, I think it’s pretty good. I’m eating uh, vegetables and fruit, and some meat and chicken, little bit of everything, a lot of nuts, you know. Um, how about juices?

Bashar: Yeah. I drink I drink uh, qu apple juice.

Asker: All right. For right now, in this way, is what you call your Apple Juice filtered or not?

Asker: No, it’s not filtered.

Bashar: Filter it. Drink the juices clear that you can see through. For now, no others. If you cannot see through it, don’t drink it. Mhm. So and if you can… again, the idea of the leafy vegetables, all right, to some extent. In this way, you can also, to some degree, cut down on some of the fruits. You can utilize a little bit of lemon in water as an aid. No fun [Music] [Music] intended.

Asker: Thank you.

Bashar: Now, this will, to some degree, continue for some time. The potential for it to continue for some time will exist. Exist. In this way, you can still alleviate a little bit of it with the eye, again, of the clear juices, and lightening the load, again, to some extent. Not so much the nuts.

Asker: All right. Not eat as much nuts.

Bashar: Yes. Yeah. More again, the vegetables, and if fruit, than the juices that you can see through. But it’s okay to eat fruit, also. Right?

Asker: Are you saying to cut out fruit?

Bashar: You do. Are you saying to cut out fruit?

Asker: You do not have to cut it out. Uh, in this way, allow yourself again to go with the lighter ones, the more liquidy ones, the lighter liquid ones, rather than the ones that are thick in texture and consistency. You follow me? Like lighter, like let’s say orange compared to an Apple. Not Papaya juice. Not.

Asker: Yeah. Well, I just eat basically oranges, some grape grapes. Grapes.

Bashar: Yeah. Will’ll be all right. [Music]. And at least one, maybe two, warm baths a day for about 5 minutes. And in that state, meditate, and allow yourself to breathe freely, and see yourself channeling all the ideas in positive ways. All the ideas that are going through you.

Asker: Is this is this mucus occurring because of all these changes and on the body?

Bashar: In a sense, yes. And to some degree, there will be some con ction with the idea of separation of yourself, in a sense, that you feel you are breathing air that is not fit to breathe. You follow me?

Asker: You’re saying I… I feel the air not…

Bashar: Well, it’s true. All right. But it is not only, in your terms, physiologically symbolic, but it is also memory symbolic, in the sense that when you integrate in yourself now, there will be portions of yourself that come into play that are connected to other civilizations as well. And in this way, you will find that the atmosphere here is not the atmosphere there, and you are forming, in a sense, a reaction, an allergic reaction to it. But as you pass through the integration, you will acclimate, as the air, the atmosphere, both physiologically and psychically, begins to align itself with the fourth density state. It will be, in a sense, easier to assimilate on your body.

Asker: Will this probably take years or months?

Bashar: No. It will not take Years.

Asker: Thank you.

Bashar: Thank you.

Closing Remarks

Bashar: Now in this way, allow us to extend our appreciation to you for all the methodologies, all the approaches, all the perspectives that comprise the civilization you know yourself to be within this Grand expression of infinite Grand expression of infinite diversity comes the unification that you seek. We we will thank you, and we are all with your willingness, the sharing that continues forever. The time approaches quickly when each and every one of you will allow yourselves to realize that the success of the job that I am doing will be determined when you do not need me anymore.
