In Superphysics, synchronicity is part of Relationality. We assue that the leaders of the Alliance have the most synchronicity ability just as the strongest member of the United Nations is teh USA which has the largest economy as productivity as both buying and selling. (China mostly sells and so has less power in the UN)
The Sassani are unable to meet humans currently because their vibration carries the high vibrations of other alien civilizations which is too high for human vibration.
Meeting them will lead to panic as it brings up the issues in each person.
Most of the aliens in the Alliance are non humanoid and will freak out most humans.
