Vortex Rotation

Vortex Rotation is caused by the 2nd Rule of Motion.

This leads to 3 possible spin actions:

1. Clockwise
2. None or mutually cancelling
3. Anticlockwise

This leads to forces:

1. Clockwise + Clockwise = repulsion force
2. AntiClockwise + Clockwise = attraction force
